We're a growing DTC eCommerce company (two brands: NewlyNamed + DailyDocs) looking for a hands-on Klaviyo expert to own our email & SMS lifecycle program end-to-end. This is an ongoing, part-time role — not a one-off project — replacing our previous agency as we bring lifecycle in-house. You'll set the strategy and build it yourself. We have an in-house designer for templates and a brand marketer for campaign briefs, so you can focus on strategy, segmentation, copy, build, and optimization. What you'll own: • Full lifecycle strategy across email + SMS — welcome, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back, reactivation, review & referral flows • Personally writing, building, coding, QA-ing, and launching campaigns and flows in Klaviyo • Treating every email/SMS sign-up as a lead — optimizing pop-up capture and Welcome-series conversion, in partnership with our performance marketing + website CRO teams • Advanced segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/TCPA compliance • Standing up SMS in Klaviyo (early priority) and growing it as a channel • Ongoing testing + reporting on repeat purchase rate, retention, and email/SMS-attributed revenue You are: • U.S.-based, with excellent written English (you'll write customer-facing copy) • 4+ years hands-on in Klaviyo for a DTC/eCommerce brand — able to build independently, not just advise • Proven lifecycle/retention wins you can point to (repeat rate or LTV lift you personally drove) • Experienced setting up SMS in Klaviyo (or able to stand it up from scratch) • Available for live meetings + Slack during U.S. business hours Nice to have: Figma/Canva, basic HTML/CSS for email, experience with women's lifestyle / gifting / considered-purchase brands. Engagement: ~10–20 hrs/week, ongoing, reporting to our Co-Founder. We treat AI as a force multiplier and expect you to use it. To apply: Share 2–3 Klaviyo examples (flows or campaigns) with brief outcomes, and one test you ran and what you learned from it.

We are a boutique ecommerce email and SMS retention agency. We run Klaviyo programs for DTC brands doing $5M to $20M in revenue. Our best client went from email being 16% of revenue to 61%. We are good at the work. We are bad at owning our own pipeline, because both founders are pulled into delivery. We are hiring one person to fix that. This is not appointment setting, and it is not a cold email or LinkedIn blast job. We already ran the high-volume playbook. It produced noise and zero closed revenue. What has actually closed for us is intent: brands already looking for exactly what we do. We want someone who works a deliberate list of 20 to 50 genuinely qualified brands per month, properly. What you own Marketplaces and intent channels. Upwork, Hiry, industry Slack communities, and any others you can find where DTC brands are actively hiring for email or retention help. Speed is most of the win here. A short target list. Each month, the top 20 to 50 brands that fit our ICP and show real buying signals: an open retention or lifecycle job posting, a recent Klaviyo install, a fractional CMO, a visible gap in their program. Then you go after them properly. Cold calling encouraged. Creative pattern interrupts encouraged. We will fund reasonable experiments. The partner channel. We have an existing network that has produced interest but no closed revenue. You own nurturing and expanding it. The system. Build and run the CRM. Own the stages, the cadences, the nurture automations, the weekly readout. Nothing falls through the cracks and everyone gets a fast response. The motion Closer to SaaS selling than agency spam. Small list, patient nurture, real relationships. It is normal to book very little in months one and two while you build a nurtured pipeline, then have a strong month three. We are not measuring activity volume. We do not need ten clients next month. Three to five good ones over the next year changes our business, and the year-one commission structure means each one keeps paying you every month it stays. Early on you book calls and sit in on discovery to learn the space. As you ramp, you run discovery yourself, with a senior strategist as technical second chair and a founder on the close. You do not need to be a Klaviyo expert. You need to hold an intelligent first conversation and know a qualified brand from an unqualified one. Compensation $1,000/month base, plus per-qualified-call bonuses, plus commission on every client you close — paid on month one and then monthly across the first year, so accounts stack rather than reset. Our retainers run $3,000 to $5,000/month. Realistic on-target earnings once ramped are $2,500 to $3,500/month, and the recurring side compounds as you land more accounts. We are open on how the mix is structured. If you would rather trade base for a higher percentage, tell us. 90-day review. This is a build role. The first 30 days are mostly learning our ICP, proof points, and verticals. By day 90 we want a working pipeline system and a steady flow of qualified calls. Closes inside that window are a bonus, not the bar. We audited twelve months of our own sales before writing this. You get the postmortem on day one: what worked, what did not, and what we already know not to repeat. You also get a documented ICP framework and DQ rules, case studies and proof points, vertical-specific pain point briefs, lead magnets, budget for the tools you need, and direct access to both founders. Requirements US-based. You will be calling and writing to US business owners. Not negotiable for this role. 3+ years B2B sales, ideally full cycle, consultative or SaaS-style with longer nurture windows Comfortable cold calling You have built or run a CRM and pipeline system yourself, not just worked inside someone else's You have sold recurring services, not one-off projects Strong written communication Self-directed. We are hiring you to tell us how this should work. Nice to have: ecommerce, Shopify, DTC or agency sales; familiarity with Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript. Please answer the screening questions. Short and specific beats long and polished.

Description: We're a US-based integrated digital marketing agency looking for an SEO/GEO practitioner who is well versed with traditional SEO and up to speed with the rapidly evolving AI landscape. An expert in all visibility tactics — audits, implementation, cornerstone content strategy, on-page details copywriting, internal linking, schema markup, etc… the works. All audits return a short list of recommendations, prioritized by results and effort to execute, and delineated on if the marketer or a developer implements. What you'll do: • Run technical audits and translate findings into a prioritized, sequenced roadmap • Own crawl budget, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals recommendations • Handle e-commerce SEO specifics: navigation, pagination, canonicalization, category page optimization • Do keyword research and build content briefs our writers can execute against • Manage on-page optimization, schema implementation, and technical QA post-launch • Report on organic performance with real analysis — rankings, traffic, and revenue, not vanity screenshots • Report on performance in plain language — what happened, why, what's next — with an emphasis on revenue KPIs • Adhere to our strategy, testing, account set up best practices, and reporting templates • Collaborate with Agency POC to properly report back performance to clients • Attend select internal Agency weekly calls • Be available 9 am - 5 pm EST via Slack and email You're a fit if you have: • 4+ years in SEO with hands-on execution, not just strategy • Proficient in Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and GA4 • Ability to read basic HTML, understand rendering, and communicate credibly with developers • Experience on Shopify, WordPress, and Magento at scale • A clear point of view on how AI-driven search results are changing organic strategy — and what you're doing about it Nice to have: International/hreflang, digital PR or link acquisition, local SEO, Javascript understanding, experience with Triple Whale

Type: Hourly · Expected duration: Less than 1 month · Hours: ~10–20 total Experience level: Expert We're a digital marketing agency taking over hosting for a client's existing Drupal website from their previous agency. The previous agency provided a full tarball export: site files, database dump, and admin credentials. The problem: Our first attempt to deploy failed at composer install — multiple package failures during extraction, dependency resolution, and installation. Before exporting, the previous agency removed several of their proprietary/licensed modules (CRM webform integration, anti-spam, Mailgun, call-tracking, etc.), and we believe the composer files still reference removed or private packages. Scope of work: Deploy the site from the tarball to our hosting environment and get it fully rendering (theme, content, images, menus) Resolve or work around the Composer dependency failures (repair composer.json, or deploy with the included vendor directory) Restore outbound email for webforms — the previous Mailgun integration was removed; set up SMTP module with credentials we provide (or recommend SendGrid/Postmark) Verify Drupal core + module versions, flag any security updates needed Document what you did so our team can maintain the site Nice to have (possible follow-on work): replacing stock images, reconnecting webform → CRM (Service Assistant 5), swapping in our Google Tag Manager container. Requirements: Deep experience with Drupal 8/9/10 site migrations and Composer-based workflows Comfortable deploying from raw files + DB dump (not just fresh installs) Experience with cPanel/VPS/your-stack (we'll share server details with the hire) Available to start within 2–3 business days — the old host takes the site down mid-August We're an agency — if this goes well, we have ongoing Drupal maintenance work.
