We're a growing DTC eCommerce company (two brands: NewlyNamed + DailyDocs) looking for a hands-on Klaviyo expert to own our email & SMS lifecycle program end-to-end. This is an ongoing, part-time role — not a one-off project — replacing our previous agency as we bring lifecycle in-house. You'll set the strategy and build it yourself. We have an in-house designer for templates and a brand marketer for campaign briefs, so you can focus on strategy, segmentation, copy, build, and optimization. What you'll own: • Full lifecycle strategy across email + SMS — welcome, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back, reactivation, review & referral flows • Personally writing, building, coding, QA-ing, and launching campaigns and flows in Klaviyo • Treating every email/SMS sign-up as a lead — optimizing pop-up capture and Welcome-series conversion, in partnership with our performance marketing + website CRO teams • Advanced segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/TCPA compliance • Standing up SMS in Klaviyo (early priority) and growing it as a channel • Ongoing testing + reporting on repeat purchase rate, retention, and email/SMS-attributed revenue You are: • U.S.-based, with excellent written English (you'll write customer-facing copy) • 4+ years hands-on in Klaviyo for a DTC/eCommerce brand — able to build independently, not just advise • Proven lifecycle/retention wins you can point to (repeat rate or LTV lift you personally drove) • Experienced setting up SMS in Klaviyo (or able to stand it up from scratch) • Available for live meetings + Slack during U.S. business hours Nice to have: Figma/Canva, basic HTML/CSS for email, experience with women's lifestyle / gifting / considered-purchase brands. Engagement: ~10–20 hrs/week, ongoing, reporting to our Co-Founder. We treat AI as a force multiplier and expect you to use it. To apply: Share 2–3 Klaviyo examples (flows or campaigns) with brief outcomes, and one test you ran and what you learned from it.

OVERVIEW We're a full-service digital marketing & engineering agency seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior SEO specialist to own SEO delivery across a portfolio of B2B, lead-generation, e-commerce and local clients. This is an ongoing engagement — not a one-off project — and it combines both strategy and implementation. You'll set direction AND do the work. You'll run SEO end-to-end across multiple accounts: audits, keyword and competitor research, on-page and technical execution, content briefs, local SEO, backlink hygiene, and monthly reporting — while communicating confidently with clients and collaborating with our internal content and development teams. Several of our clients operate in complex, multi-stakeholder, enterprise environments, so the ability to navigate that context is essential. WHAT YOU'LL DO (you own the doing, not just the review) - Technical SEO audits and fixes — crawl, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema - Keyword research, search-intent mapping, and competitor analysis (cross-referenced across Ahrefs AND SEMrush) - Build content outlines/briefs — query networks, TF-IDF, N-grams, entities — and collaborate with our content team to bring them to publication - On-page optimization — titles, H1s, metadata, internal linking, content structure - GEO / AI-search (AIO) optimization to win inclusion in AI overviews and answer engines - Local SEO — Google Business Profile management and posts, geo-location reporting (BrightLocal) - Off-page — backlink profile monitoring, linkbuilding (as required or using our partners), and toxic backlink disavow - Analytics & tracking — GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity setup and monitoring - Monthly client reporting — rank tracking, traffic, opportunities, risks, and recommendations - Join client calls or emails when needed to provide strategic clarity and reassurance - Track algorithm updates and ranking trends, and refine processes with our team leads WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Extensive hands-on SEO experience with proven B2B (multi-channel, enterprise-level) AND B2C lead-generation results - Strong technical, on-page, off-page and content-strategy capability — and willing to execute, not just advise - Comfortable owning multiple accounts in parallel with reliable, consistent turnaround - Confident communicator who can explain SEO clearly to non-technical stakeholders - Proficient with Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal (or close equivalents) - Understands how SEO connects to paid, content and development workstreams in complex environments - Reliable, collaborative, and responsive across internal and client communications ENGAGEMENT Ongoing contractor engagement. We'll start with an audit on a defined account/initiative so we can both assess fit, with the intent to grow into a consistent ongoing capacity across the portfolio. Please share your weekly availability and typical turnaround. TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Your relevant B2B enterprise-level and/or lead-generation SEO experience 2. 1–2 examples (with results) of work you personally executed — ideally technical or lead-gen SEO 3. Your weekly availability and typical turnaround time 4. The tools you work in day-to-day Individual practitioners only — agencies will not be considered.

We're a small digital agency (Global Computers and Networks) working with clients across events and agritourism, real estate, professional services, and legal lead generation. We're hiring one full time person (40 hrs/week) to own SEO and paid ads across all of our clients. You're not assigned to one account. You're our SEO and ads person, period. This replaces a part time setup that didn't work. So we're being upfront about what we need: What you'll own: - SEO across client sites: on page, technical, content, local (Google Business Profile), WordPress with Rank Math - Google Ads and Meta ads: build, launch, manage, optimize - Content production: in a world of AI, a quality blog is a same-day task, not a 3 week project. We expect that pace - Bringing us ideas. If everything you do is something we told you to do first, this isn't a fit. We want someone who teaches us things - Fixing what breaks. If a client's WordPress site throws an error, you're on it How we work: - You join our Monday, Wednesday, Friday team calls - You post a short daily update of what you did - You're reachable during US Central business hours, reasonable response times - This is your main gig. If you're juggling an agency job and other clients, our work becomes your lowest priority and we've lived that already. Not interested SEO and paid ads are two halves of one strategy. A real strategy sounds like: run ads to hold the top spots while we build organic rankings, then taper the ad spend as SEO takes over. If you only know one half, you'll tell us the half you know is the answer to everything, and we'll know.
