We are building a semiconductor manufacturing intelligence platform designed to help engineers rapidly identify yield excursions, investigate root causes, and capture institutional process knowledge. A working foundation already exists, including yield dashboards, lot tracking, process-route visualization, maintenance-event correlation, and investigation timelines. We are now looking for a highly capable developer to extend and refine the system into a production-grade engineering decision-support tool. This is not a basic dashboard project. The goal is to enhance an existing platform into a system that connects manufacturing data, equipment history, and engineering knowledge with lightweight AI-assisted analysis. Key Objectives Help engineers answer questions such as: * Why did yield drop? * What changed before the excursion started? * Which tools or chambers are most likely responsible? * Have we seen a similar issue before? * What corrective actions worked previously? Scope of Work Investigation Workspace * Improve investigation timelines * Correlate process events, SPC/FDC signals, maintenance activity, and yield changes * Enhance interactive debugging workflow Historical Excursion Search * Simple similarity matching using rules or embeddings/API-based methods * Retrieve past investigations and outcomes Engineering Knowledge Layer * Searchable notes, documents, and reports * Store corrective actions and process changes AI-Assisted Summaries (lightweight) * Generate investigation summaries using an LLM API * Suggest possible contributing factors based on available data Ideal Candidate * Strong full-stack or data engineering experience * Comfortable working with existing codebases * Experience with analytics dashboards or industrial systems * Familiarity with APIs, databases, and data modeling * Bonus: exposure to manufacturing or semiconductor data Notes * This is an extension of an existing platform, not a rebuild * Focus is on practical implementation rather than complex architecture * Speed and execution matter more than theoretical design * Potential for ongoing work if collaboration goes well

We are not looking for a “task completer.” We are looking for a true senior engineer who: thinks in systems moves fast makes decisions independently writes clean, scalable code uses AI tools (Claude, etc.) as a force multiplier ⚠️ Read This First *DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE PRETENDING TO BE IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. PROOF OF RESIDENCY IS REQUIRED. Most applicants will not be a fit. If you need: detailed tickets hand-holding constant direction This is NOT the role for you. If you are the type of engineer who: sees a problem and solves it end-to-end improves architecture without being asked ships quickly without sacrificing quality You will thrive here. What You’ll Do Build and ship full-stack features across our platform (messaging, voice, AI workflows) Make architectural decisions (not just implement) Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability Work directly with founders (no PM layers) Move from idea → production very quickly What We Expect (Non-Negotiable) 5+ years real full-stack experience (not just titles) Strong backend experience (Node.js / APIs / infra) Strong frontend experience (React or similar) Experience building production systems at scale Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction High ownership mentality Bonus (but highly valuable) Experience with telecom / CPaaS / messaging Experience with AI integrations (LLMs, agents, workflows) Experience optimizing performance at scale Startup experience (especially early-stage or fast growth) How We Work Small, high-output team Very fast iteration cycles No unnecessary meetings High trust, high expectations We use AI tools heavily (Claude, etc.) — you should too What We Care About Most Not your resume. We care about: How you think How you build How fast you execute The quality of your code To Apply Please include: Links to projects you’ve built (real production work) A short explanation of: a system you designed end-to-end a difficult technical decision you made independently Your GitHub Optional (but strong signal): Share how you use AI (Claude, etc.) in your workflow Compensation Competitive (based on experience) Long-term opportunity with a fast-growing, profitable company If you are truly senior, this will feel obvious. If not, this role will be very uncomfortable. **THIS IS A FT, HOURLY ROLE. PROVIDE YOUR REQUESTED HOURLY RATE IN PROPOSAL**

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly technical GTM Systems Engineer to act as the primary "Architect" for AI-native outbound infrastructure. You will be responsible for the end-to-end backend execution of our GTM stacks—from complex data waterfall construction in Clay to deliverability management and CRM synchronization. You don't just "build lists"; you build automated revenue engines. The "Silos" You Own: Data Orchestration (The Brain): Building advanced Clay waterfalls with conditional logic, JSON pathing, and multi-provider sequencing to achieve 70%+ hit rates on verified contact data. Logic & Scoring (The Engine): Implementing lead scoring models and intent-based triggers (hiring signals, news, tech-stack changes) to automate lead qualification. Email Infrastructure (The Delivery): Managing secondary domain setups, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, and "Master Inbox" orchestration in tools like Smartlead or Instantly. CRM & Integration (The Heart): Building automated "pushes" to HubSpot/Salesforce using Make.com or Zapier, ensuring clean data mapping and custom object alignment. Technical Requirements: Clay Mastery: Deep experience with Claygent, waterfall sequencing, and custom formula writing. API Fluency: Ability to connect disparate tools via API or Webhooks when native integrations aren't sufficient. Prompt Engineering: Experience crafting LLM prompts that generate high-quality, non-templated personalization at scale. Deliverability Expert: Proven track record of maintaining high sender reputation and inbox placement across multiple "burner" domains. You are the right fit if: You think in terms of "Logic Loops" and "Conditional Branching." You are frustrated by "low-quality" lead lists and strive for data integrity. You can troubleshoot a "Missing Input" error in your sleep. You are proactive about optimizing API credit spend for maximum ROI. How to Apply: Please submit a brief (2-3 min) Loom video showing a "Clay Waterfall" or a "Make.com Scenario" you built from scratch. Explain the logic behind your provider sequencing and how you handled data validation.
