We are an established SEO SaaS platform. Five-plus years in market, real revenue, used daily by agencies and multi-location businesses across the US. We don't have a sales department yet. You would be the first hire in it. The job is to bring us accounts we can't reach today: franchise brands, multi-location businesses, corporate, large agencies. You do your own outreach and networking, and you close your own deals. The founder backs you up on demos and technical questions, and you'll have internal resources behind you. To be clear: there are no inbound leads waiting for you here. If you need warm leads handed to you, this isn't the role. Compensation is a small negotiable hourly base plus 20-25% of every dollar collected from accounts you bring, for each account's first 12 months. Compensation is a small negotiable hourly base plus 20-25% of every dollar we collect from the accounts you bring, for each account's first 12 months. One solid franchise or multi-location account can be worth five figures to you in the first year alone, and there is no cap. Company name and full details are shared with shortlisted candidates. We're looking for someone US-based, experienced in B2B SaaS or marketing/SEO sales, with a track record of deals you sourced yourself. A network in franchising, multi-location brands, or the agency world is a big plus. To apply, answer the screening questions. Applications that skip them won't be reviewed.

Awayday is a consistently growing company managing a portfolio of 65+ local vacation rental management brands, with a core focus on homeowner acquisition for short-term rental management. We operate like an agency — but fully in-house — handling marketing end-to-end for each brand we support. That means the work here isn't one-size-fits-all: every brand has its own market, its own audience, and its own visual identity, all while sharing the efficiency of a centralized creative system. We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help us scale our brand presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Roughly half of our 65+ brands are currently active on social, and we need someone who can help us build out consistent, on-brand content for the rest — while also keeping our live brands fresh and engaging. This role is focused on content creation, ad copy, and timeline management. You'll work closely with our Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to prioritize brands and keep deliverables on track. You'll work within Canva, using our existing brand kits, templates, and design groups as your foundation for each brand — so the visual framework is already defined, but you'll need a sharp eye for how to flex that framework to reflect each brand's local market, personality, and vacation rental inventory. Hours can vary week to week, but expect up to 20 hours/week while we build out initial content for each of our 65+ brands. Once a brand has its content set, new or refreshed content will typically be requested on an as-needed basis rather than a fixed monthly calendar — though we're open to creative direction if you have ideas for keeping a brand's content evolving.
