We're an AI-intensive software company, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people get set up and succeed. Here's the job in a nutshell: when a customer says "I'm ready to sign up," you make it happen. You create their account, walk them through every stage of onboarding, and dig into the small details of what they actually need. No two setups are exactly alike, and the people who are great at this role are the ones who notice the micro nuances and get them right. What you'll be doing: Creating accounts and guiding new customers through the full onboarding process, start to finish Hopping on calls and video meetings with customers to get them live and keep them happy Learning each customer's specific needs and training our AI within our parameters so it works the way they need it to Following up with customers who go quiet, because sometimes people just need a nudge Juggling multiple customers and setups at once without letting anything slip Who does well here: You lead with urgency to serve. When someone's ready to go, you move. You're organized enough to keep several onboardings in the air at the same time, and you're comfortable talking to customers face to face on video. An engineering background is a nice plus since our product is technical, but it's not required. What matters more is curiosity and attention to detail. Don't worry about knowing our product on day one. We'll give you all the training you need. If this sounds like you, we'd love to talk. Company that is growing at a pretty moderate pace.

Senior Instructional Designer, E-Learning Developer, and Technical Training Video Producer Project: LMI Service Electrician Qualification and Development Program Lighting Maintenance Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer and e-learning developer to help create a comprehensive training and qualification program for our service electricians. This is not a request for a generic online course, a basic safety presentation, or simple video editing. We need someone who can take existing technical content, operating standards, employee evaluations, raw field video, photographs, procedures, and subject-matter-expert input and turn them into professional, practical, mobile-friendly training for field employees. The completed training will be delivered and tracked through the MITER Learning platform. The Type of Professional We Are Looking For The ideal contractor is a senior instructional designer or learning-experience developer who also has strong multimedia and technical video-production capabilities. The contractor should be able to: Design competency-based workforce training. Organize complex technical material into clear learning modules. Work with electricians, managers, safety personnel, and other subject-matter experts. Develop e-learning courses, assessments, job aids, and practical-evaluation tools. Edit raw field footage into professional training videos. Develop narration and voiceover. Add instructional graphics, diagrams, animation, labels, callouts, captions, and visual explanations. Package and implement training in an LMS. Help configure learning paths, certifications, assignments, completion rules, and reporting inside MITER. Deliver all editable source files so LMI can maintain the training internally. One individual may perform all of this work, or the applicant may lead a small production team. Any subcontracting must be disclosed in the proposal. About LMI Lighting Maintenance Inc. is an established electrical contractor specializing in: Roadway and street lighting. Commercial and industrial lighting. Electrical service and troubleshooting. Sports lighting. Traffic signals. Exterior and parking-lot lighting. Aerial and bucket-truck work. High-mast lighting. I just received a brand-new 2026 MacBook Pro with the following specs and need a skilled professional to configure it from the ground up for powerful, fully agentic AI workflows tailored to construction: • Apple M5 Max chip (18-core CPU / 40-core GPU – built for AI) • 16.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR display • 48 GB unified memory • 2 TB SSD • Wi-Fi 7 Goal: Turn this machine into an easy-to-use, “set it and forget it” AI assistant that handles construction business tasks with minimal input from me. I have zero coding experience and need everything to work through simple interfaces (point-and-click, voice if possible, clear dashboards, or natural language prompts). The system must feel reliable and beginner-friendly. Primary Use Cases I Need Fully Agentic AI For: 1. Email Management • Automatically read, categorize, prioritize, draft replies, and follow up on construction-related emails (bids, RFIs, change orders, supplier communications, client messages). • Smart filtering of spam vs. important project emails. • Ability to generate professional responses in my tone. 2. Bidding & Proposal Workflows • Help create, refine, and manage construction bids/proposals. • Analyze bid documents, extract key requirements, suggest pricing strategies, and flag risks. • Maintain an organized system for tracking multiple open bids. 3. Organizing Bids & Excel Integration • Automatically pull bid data into clean, structured Excel worksheets (or Google Sheets if preferred). • Create and update templates for cost breakdowns, quantity takeoffs, labor/material pricing, timelines, and profit margins. • Keep historical bid data organized so I can reuse and improve future bids. • Generate summary dashboards or reports from the Excel data. 4. Overall Construction Workflow Support • Connect the above tools so the AI can act agentically: e.g., receive an RFP email → extract requirements → start a bid draft → populate an Excel cost sheet → flag missing info → prepare a response email. • Prefer tools that can run locally or with strong privacy where possible, given the powerful M5 Max hardware. What I Expect from You: • Full initial setup and configuration of the MacBook (macOS optimization for AI workloads, recommended apps, security best practices, Time Machine/backup strategy, etc.). • Research, recommend, install, and configure the best current AI tools/agents that work well on Apple Silicon for these tasks (examples of areas to evaluate: email agents, document AI, spreadsheet automation, multi-agent frameworks that are user-friendly). • Create simple, documented workflows I can follow without coding. Provide clear written/video instructions or a one-page “cheat sheet.” • Test everything end-to-end with sample construction emails, bid docs, and Excel files. • Optimize for the M5 Max’s AI capabilities (leverage the high core count, unified memory, and GPU where beneficial). • Recommend any paid subscriptions or free alternatives and explain trade-offs in plain language. • Ensure the system is stable, private where possible, and easy for a non-technical user to maintain. Preferred Skills & Experience: • Strong experience with macOS (especially Apple Silicon / M-series chips) • Hands-on expertise with modern agentic AI tools, LLM agents, and automation platforms that require little or no coding • Familiarity with construction, estimating, bidding, or project management workflows is a big plus • Experience setting up AI email assistants, document processing, and Excel/Google Sheets automation • Excellent communication skills — ability to explain everything in simple, non-technical language • Proven track record of delivering complete, ready-to-use systems for non-technical clients Deliverables: • Fully configured MacBook ready for daily use • Documented step-by-step workflows for email, bidding, and Excel • Recommended tool stack + login/setup credentials handed over • Short training session (video call or recorded) so I understand how to use everything • Optional ongoing support package for the first 30 days Project Type: One-time project with the possibility of ongoing support/maintenance. Budget: Please propose your best fixed-price or hourly rate based on the scope. I’m looking for quality and reliability over the cheapest option. Include an estimate of total hours or fixed price in your proposal. Timeline: I’d like the core setup completed within 1–2 weeks of starting, with training shortly after. To Apply: Please include: 1. Relevant past experience setting up AI workflows on Mac (especially Apple Silicon). 2. Specific tools or approaches you would recommend for agentic email + bidding + Excel automation. 3. Confirmation that you can deliver a no-code/low-code solution suitable for a complete beginner. 4. Your proposed timeline and pricing. 5. Any questions you have about my construction workflow. Looking for a reliable expert who can make this powerful new MacBook Pro feel like a true AI-powered construction assistant from day one. Thank you!

About us: Luxe Intelligence is a Baltimore based AI consulting firm. We design and deliver custom AI agent systems for business clients, including regulated industries, with a growing security and government-adjacent practice. We design the system and own the client relationship. You build to spec. The kind of work: Real examples of project types on our roadmap: - Data matching and compliance checking agents that cross-reference large lists (10,000+ rows) with no shared ID, using fuzzy name matching, confidence scoring, and human review flags - Research agents that pull from defined sources and produce structured memos with citations, and say "unverified" instead of guessing - Workflow automations across webhooks, spreadsheets, CRMs, Slack, and email - Read and write-back integrations with systems of record like Salesforce - Deployments inside client cloud environments with audit logging and security review support Must haves: - Strong Python, including pandas and API work - Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI): prompt design, structured outputs, cost control - Fuzzy matching or entity resolution experience on real data - Cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP - Security-minded engineering as a habit, not an afterthought: secrets management, least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit trails, human-in-the-loop review steps - Clear written English and documented handoffs Nice to have: - A real cybersecurity background: security engineering, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, FedRAMP awareness), or secure deployment in regulated environments - US citizenship with eligibility for a government security clearance, or an active clearance, is a plus and worth mentioning - Make.com or similar automation platforms - Salesforce API - Experience answering client security questionnaires How we work: Fixed-price milestones scoped from agreed hour estimates, paid on delivery and approval. NDA signed before any project details are shared. No client contact; all communication runs through Luxe. Some overlap with US Eastern hours. Every engagement starts with one small paid test milestone. Strong performance can grow into a larger ongoing role. To apply, answer these four things, and start your reply with the word CHARCOAL so we know you read this far: 1. Describe a fuzzy matching or entity resolution project you built. How big was the data, and how did you score confidence? 2. Describe an LLM-powered system you deployed into someone else's environment. What broke, and how did you fix it? 3. Estimate this: two lists, about 10,000 rows and 2,000 rows, no shared ID. Need matches, confidence scores, and a monthly flagged-items report. Roughly how many hours, broken down however makes sense to you? 4. Your hourly rate, your weekly available hours, and any security or clearance background.

AI Automation Architect – Build an AI Workforce for Small Business Project Type: Fixed-Price – Phase 1 Potential: Additional phases for the right person About the Project I am looking for an experienced AI automation specialist to help me begin building an AI workforce, not simply a collection of disconnected automations. The first implementation will be for an event venue business, but the larger goal is to create a scalable AI ecosystem that can eventually support multiple businesses and my personal brand. I already have a customer-facing website chatbot being implemented separately. This project is primarily focused on the backend AI workforce and automation infrastructure. The Vision I ultimately want specialized AI employees that can work together and handle functions such as: * Sales & Lead Management: capture leads, update the CRM, qualify prospects, conduct follow-up, answer questions, nurture leads, schedule tours, and move prospects toward booking. * Email & Administrative Support: monitor incoming emails, identify priorities, summarize messages, draft or handle routine responses where appropriate, and escalate items requiring human attention. * Content & Marketing: brainstorm ideas, research relevant topics and trends, maintain content calendars, turn stored business knowledge and uploaded assets into content ideas/drafts, and support multiple brands. * Business/Strategy Support: research opportunities, brainstorm initiatives, organize information, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations. * Operations: eventually assist with recurring business processes, reminders, customer communication, documentation, and other repetitive administrative work. I do not expect all of this to be built during Phase 1. I am sharing the larger vision because I want the initial architecture built with expansion in mind. Phase 1 – Backend Sales AI Employee The first priority is creating an AI-powered sales and lead-management system for the event venue. It should ideally: 1. Capture inquiries from the website chatbot and other lead sources. 2. Store and organize leads in the CRM. 3. Trigger intelligent follow-up through appropriate channels. 4. Continue nurturing leads rather than relying on me to manually follow up. 5. Recognize where a prospect is in the sales process. 6. Support tour scheduling and booking progression. 7. Answer routine questions using the business knowledge base where appropriate. 8. Escalate conversations to a human when necessary. 9. Maintain context/history so the system knows what has already happened with each lead. 10. Be designed so additional AI employees and workflows can later connect to the same ecosystem. Architecture Matters I am intentionally trying to minimize unnecessary monthly subscriptions. I understand that some tools, APIs, hosting, CRM, messaging, or AI usage will have ongoing costs. I am not expecting a zero-cost system. However, I do not want an architecture that requires purchasing a separate SaaS platform for every AI employee or business function. I am interested in solutions using tools such as APIs, automation/orchestration platforms, databases, AI models, and reusable workflows where appropriate. The system should ideally be: Modular • Scalable • Transferable • Well documented • Cost-conscious • Not unnecessarily dependent on one vendor If you recommend a paid platform, please explain why it is necessary, what it replaces, and its expected monthly cost. What I Need From You In your proposal, please briefly explain: 1. How you would architect Phase 1. 2. What technology stack you would recommend. 3. What recurring subscriptions/costs would be required. 4. What you would build versus what would rely on third-party SaaS. 5. How the architecture could later support multiple specialized AI employees. 6. What data/memory layer you would use so agents can share relevant business knowledge and customer history. 7. How you would prevent the system from becoming a collection of disconnected automations. 8. Your fixed-price quote for Phase 1. 9. Your estimated completion timeline. Please do not simply send a generic list of AI tools. I am particularly interested in understanding how you think about the overall architecture. Ideal Candidate You may be a strong fit if you have experience with AI agents, APIs/webhooks, CRM integrations, workflow automation, LLMs, databases/knowledge bases, email automation, lead nurturing, and multi-agent or agentic system design. Experience building revenue-generating sales automation is especially valuable. Long-Term Opportunity Phase 1 is intentionally focused. If the architecture and implementation are successful, I would like to continue building additional AI employees and business workflows in future phases. The goal is not to create another dashboard I have to manage. The goal is to create a digital workforce that takes repetitive work off my plate, operates behind the scenes, knows when human judgment is required, and ultimately gives me more time to focus on relationships, strategy, revenue, and growth.
