I’m looking for a commission-based sales or business development contractor to help validate and sell a new B2B SaaS product called RelayKey. RelayKey helps companies give AI agents, internal tools, vendors, and employees scoped API access without exposing master API keys. In simple terms, it solves the problem of letting an agent or user interact with systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Zendesk, and other APIs without handing over broad production credentials. This is an early-stage product, so I am not looking for a full-time employee right now. I am looking for someone who can help generate and qualify opportunities, reach the right buyers, and ideally work on a commission-heavy / performance-based basis. Ideal buyers / targets * CTOs * CIOs * CISOs * Heads of Engineering * Heads of Security * AI implementation shops * Companies building or deploying AI agents that need access to real business systems What I need help with * Identify the best target customers and buyer personas * Build targeted outbound lists * Run thoughtful outbound via email and LinkedIn * Book qualified intro calls * Help refine messaging based on market feedback * Potentially help with partner/channel conversations * Work closely with me as founder on what is and is not resonating Ideal background * Experience selling B2B SaaS * Experience selling to technical or security buyers * Experience with outbound prospecting and business development * Bonus if you understand APIs, AI agents, developer tools, cybersecurity, or identity/access products * Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where the pitch and ICP are still being refined Important This is not a traditional full-time sales role. I already have a full-time job and built this product on the side, so I am looking for someone who can help test and drive demand without a large fixed salary commitment. I am open to a structure that is heavily commission-based if the fit is right. If you respond, please include: 1. Your experience selling technical B2B SaaS 2. Whether you have sold to CTO/CIO/CISO / engineering buyers 3. Whether you are comfortable with commission-heavy compensation 4. How you would approach validating demand for a product like this

Description: We're looking for a detail-oriented developer to build payroll provider integrations on an established TypeScript backend. Someone I can hand a scope to, who delivers results, communicates any API frictions, and solves them without hand-holding. Your first project will be a new payroll provider: isolved. You'll get a stripped-down clone of our payroll engine and deliver a working integration against it. This gives you a realistic scope with our actual patterns, and gives us a clear picture of how you work. About the work The hard part is done. We have a working integration platform with several payroll providers already in production with a proven pattern for adding new ones. We need someone who can own new integrations end to end as well as maintain existing integrations. Navigate the nuances of each provider's API, handling auth and rate limits, writing and running tests, and delivering functioning, production-ready code. The initial project is API work, primarily backend, but we also have full-stack needs down the road, so frontend experience (React/TypeScript) is a plus. Our stack TypeScript / Node.js (Express) PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM Vitest, including live integration test suites against each provider REST APIs, Redis, AWS S3, Auth0, Git How we work We use Claude Code as our primary development tool and suggest you do the same, though we're open to any secure coding agent. You should be comfortable working with AI coding tools daily while still owning the quality of what ships: reading the code, understanding the APIs, and verifying behavior with tests. AI-assisted is fine; AI-unsupervised is not. Requirements -Strong TypeScript/Node.js backend experience, or many years in a comparable language -Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, ideally payroll or HR platforms -Disciplined about testing and verifying edge cases -Comfortable with AI coding agents (Claude Code preferred) -Detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive data - this is payroll, accuracy matters In your proposal, please include: -Which payroll or HR platforms you've integrated with (ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Gusto, UKG, isolved, etc.) and what the integration did -Which coding agent you use and how it fits into your workflow -A brief example of a tricky third-party API issue you debugged and how you resolved it

SenseLab is a memory and coordination layer for AI agents — a versioned, provider-agnostic layer that lets agents remember, share context, and coordinate across sessions. About this initiative: We're launching a Creator Initiative: we're commissioning developers with a following base on X and/or Linkedin to build real projects on SenseLab and share what they made. The goal is to showcase the range of use cases developers can build on top of an agent memory layer — multi-agent coordination, shared memory spaces, persistent context, agent-to-agent handoffs, and more. We want to see (and help others see) what's possible. What you'll do: - Build a small but real project using the SenseLab API — pick a use case that interests you (e.g. a multi-agent app using shared memory, an integration with an existing agent framework, a persistent-memory assistant, a coordination workflow). - Publish the code to a public GitHub repo. - Write a clear technical walkthrough (blog post or LinkedIn) explaining what you built and how you used SenseLab What we're looking for: - MUST HAVE: Developers with a following base on X and/or LinkedIn that are part of a community and already post technical content - Hands-on experience building with LLM agents (LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, or similar). - Ability to write clearly for a developer audience — the write-up matters as much as the code. - Curiosity about agent memory/coordination and ideas about what you'd build. To apply: Tell us (1) your agent-building experience with a link to something you've made, (2) one use case you'd be excited to build on SenseLab, (3) your X and/or LinkedIn connection reach

HOW TO APPLY — VIDEO INTRODUCTION REQUIRED As part of your application, please include a short video introduction (2-3 minutes, e.g. a Loom link) telling us about yourself, your relevant experience, and why you're a fit for this role. Applications without a video introduction will not be considered. We are a brand-new technology startup building a transportation and mobility platform that combines premium transportation, fleet operations, security services, logistics, and marketplace functionality. We're currently at a pivotal stage — actively building our product while also standing up our internal systems, SOPs, documentation, administrative processes, content operations, project management, and organizational structure. We're looking for a highly capable Project Manager / Operations Manager who can step into an environment where not everything is organized yet — and help organize it. This is not a traditional PM role where you're simply handed a polished task list and move tickets from "To Do" to "Done." We need someone who can think, investigate, document, prioritize, and execute. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll work closely with the management team to bring structure to the company across technology, operations, content, administration, and project management. 1. Startup Operations & Company Structure Create and organize SOPs, internal workflows, and onboarding procedures. Organize company documentation and build repeatable processes. Identify operational gaps and turn informal processes into documented systems. Build checklists, workflows, and accountability systems. Organize responsibilities across management, employees, contractors, AI agents, and vendors. You should be comfortable taking "We need a process for this" and turning it into: SOP → workflow → checklist → owner → documentation → implementation. 2. Technology / App Development Project Management You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand how modern software projects are built — mobile apps, backend development, APIs, databases, admin portals, Firebase, Stripe, GitHub, GitHub Actions, TestFlight, Android/iOS development, VS Code, Claude/AI-assisted development, Trello (or similar), QA/testing workflows, and staging vs. production environments. You'll translate between management and developers, organize development priorities, track progress, review submitted work, coordinate QA/testing, maintain task boards, prepare meeting notes, and track bugs and feature requests. 3. AI & Agent Workflow Management We're heavily incorporating AI into our operations. You'll help manage workflows involving Claude, AI agents, AI-assisted development, automated workflows, and prompt systems — and make smart calls about whether information belongs in an SOP, a Trello task, a developer ticket, an AI agent workflow, a meeting agenda, or a content system. 4. Social Media & Content Operations You'll help organize our content engine — content calendars, social scheduling, short-form video workflows (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), educational and promotional content, content repurposing, creator/agency coordination, caption systems, approval workflows, and reporting. 5. Transportation / Logistics Operations This is extremely important. We strongly prefer someone with experience in rideshare, transportation, logistics, fleet management, chauffeur services, executive transportation, security transportation, delivery operations, dispatch, driver operations, or marketplace platforms. You need to understand scheduling, dispatch, availability, routing, cancellations, payments, personnel, vehicles, safety, and compliance. 6. Administrative Portal & Internal Systems Help organize admin portal workflows, user/driver/guard-escort management, ride and payment management, document verification, support workflows, reporting, notifications, and operational dashboards. 7. Meeting & Management Support Handle meeting reminders and agendas, collect outstanding questions, convert discussions into tasks, follow up on action items, track deadlines, and prepare weekly summaries. THE TYPE OF PERSON WE NEED This role requires someone highly autonomous. You'll often receive incomplete information. You need to independently understand the objective, investigate the existing workflow, identify gaps, create documentation and tasks, coordinate the work, track completion, and report results. Critical thinking is required. Weak response: "We're missing an SOP for driver onboarding." Strong response: "We're missing an SOP for driver onboarding. I reviewed the current workflow, identified six missing steps, drafted the SOP, created the associated development/operations tasks, and flagged two decisions that require management approval." That's the level of thinking we're looking for. TOOLS YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion (or similar), Jira (or similar), GitHub, VS Code, Claude/ChatGPT, AI agents, Firebase, Stripe, mobile app development environments, social media management platforms, content calendars, and SOP/documentation systems. IDEAL CANDIDATE 3+ years of project/operations management experience. Experience working inside a startup. Experience managing technology projects, including mobile applications. Transportation/logistics/rideshare experience. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving ability. Experience creating SOPs. Experience managing contractors/developers. Social media/content operations experience. Experience working with AI tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize without constant direction, and maintain excellent attention to detail. Huge bonus: experience spanning rideshare + SaaS + startup operations + app development + AI automation. WHAT WE DON'T WANT Please don't apply if you need constant instructions for every task. This is not a "tell me exactly what to do and I'll do it" position. We're also not looking for someone who just creates meetings, updates Trello cards, and waits for instructions. We need a builder/operator. FIRST 30 DAYS You'll help us audit existing company workflows and identify organizational gaps, organize existing documentation and build priority SOPs, clean up project-management systems and establish development tracking procedures, organize AI/Claude workflows and content workflows, establish recurring management processes and improve meeting/action-item tracking, document administrative portal processes, and create a structured operating system for the company.
