👋 Hello! I am a solo developer who has built an early-stage consumer app called Dinnerbot (https://dinnerbot.ai). It makes meal planning and grocery shopping painless for busy families. I am great at building software, but I suck at marketing 😊. My goal is getting the product into the hands of our first 100 active users. I am looking for a scrappy, resourceful marketer to help me find and engage our target audience organically. Crucially, I am looking for a thought partner, not just a task executor. I want someone who will actually use the app, understand its core value, and pitch me ideas on the best ways to position it. 🙅♂️ This is NOT a role for: • Someone who only wants to run paid ads. • Someone who needs me to spoon-feed them perfectly polished marketing assets. • Someone who just wants a rigid checklist of tasks to blindly complete. ❤️ This IS a role for: • A Strategic Thinker: You will learn the app inside and out, tell me what features are most marketable, and suggest new growth angles I haven't thought of. • A Community Hustler: You know how to authentically engage in Facebook Groups, Reddit (e.g., r/MealPrepSunday), and Pinterest without looking like a spammer. • A Scrappy Creator: You can create your own quick assets (e.g., taking a screen recording of the app, creating a graphic of a weekly meal plan) to provide value in these communities. 💪 What you will be doing (approx. 4-5 hours/week): • Acting as my sounding board for growth ideas and positioning. Identifying 5-10 high-intent online communities where parents/busy professionals stress about weeknight dinners. • Creating helpful, native content for those communities that naturally highlights Dinnerbot as a solution. • Engaging with users, answering questions, and doing unscalable 1-on-1 outreach to get our first 100 passionate users. Giving me raw feedback on what messaging is resonating and what isn't. 💰 Budget & Structure: • Looking for an ongoing engagement of roughly 12-15 hours per month (~$500/mo budget - obviously, if the growth is working, we can always go more, and investigate commission, etc.!) • We will start with a 3-month trial to see if we can hit that 100-user milestone together. ✅ To Apply, please answer this single question: If I asked you to get 10 real users from a Facebook group dedicated to "Busy Mom Meal Hacks" without getting banned by the admins for spamming, exactly what would your first post look like?

I have developed a Petline that I need help getting items developed and marketed from collections I created. I would like to start small with pet toys and some other miscellaneous items and then continue to develop my product line into apparel and jewelry. I have no experience in how to get my vision to market. I need someone who will coordinate all processes and help me determine the best manufactures and pricing for my products. I am eager to get my products on the market quickly and with as minimum inventory per product so I can extend my budget on multiple products to get an idea of what is most popular. However, my line is a luxury line/boutique, and I want to ensure that I have the appropriate (best) manufacturer/manufacturers for each product developed.

FamFlo is a personal household connection service based in Chicago. We match families with trusted, independent helpers for childcare, cleaning, and home support. A real person reads every care request and makes every introduction personally. No algorithm, no directory. Just a thoughtful, human match. We are brand new. We have a clear brand identity, a defined voice, a website, and a small but growing helper network. What we do not yet have is a consistent social media presence that is actively reaching the right families. That is the gap we need to fill. We are looking for a social media manager and marketer who can take ownership of our social media presence and help us build genuine local awareness in the Chicago and surrounding communities. Our target audience is busy families - dual-income households, parents of young children, families in communities like West town, Lakeview, Logan square, Gold Coast , and Lincoln Park….etc who need reliable, trustworthy home help and do not know FamFlo exists yet. This is not a content-only role. We need someone who thinks about social media as a marketing channel and not just a place to post pretty graphics. The goal is not followers. The goal is enquiries from families who are ready to submit a care request. What the role covers: Content strategy and planning - a monthly content calendar that rotates between educational content, founder voice posts, community-oriented posts, and helper-facing content. We have an educational content library already built. We need someone to organise, schedule, and build on it strategically. Caption writing - in FamFlo’s voice. Warm, direct, human, no corporate language, no exclamation points in brand copy. The tone is a knowledgeable friend, not a brand account. Community engagement - responding to comments, monitoring relevant Facebook groups, identifying opportunities to engage with families and helpers organically. This is important. Passive posting is not enough at this stage. Performance tracking - a simple weekly or biweekly update covering what was posted, what performed, what to adjust. We do not need a lengthy report. We need honest, clear feedback on what is working. Growth strategy input - suggestions for how to reach the right audience more effectively. We are open to ideas and we want someone who brings their own thinking, not just executes a brief. What we are not looking for: Someone who manages posting only without thinking about who we are trying to reach and why. Someone who needs heavy direction on every piece of content. Someone who treats every brand the same - FamFlo has a specific identity and tone that needs to be understood and maintained. What makes FamFlo genuinely good to work with: We have a clear brand. The colours, typography, voice, and values are all documented. You are not starting from scratch trying to figure out who we are. We are organised, communicative, and we give honest feedback quickly. We respect good work and we say so. We are a small, founder-led business. That means decisions get made fast, communication is direct, and your work actually matters - it is not going into a committee for approval. You will work directly with Rita, the founder, who is deeply invested in getting this right. Our budget is limited right now because we are early stage. We are looking for someone who sees value in growing with a brand from the beginning rather than only working with established businesses. If FamFlo grows - and the plan is that it will - this relationship grows with it. If you understand how to build trust with a local audience, know how to write in a human voice, and want to work with a brand that has something real to say - we would love to hear from you.

We're a real estate appraisal firm specializing in litigation support and expert witness testimony. We need a senior U.S.-based marketing strategist to design a complete marketing plan that wins attorney clients — messaging, copy, forms, scripts, and multi-channel outreach sequences with clear timing so the workflows can be built in Go High Level (GHL). This is a strategy-and-scoping engagement; a separate contractor will build the GHL workflows from your timing/sequence spec. You do not need to produce a build-ready GHL blueprint — just define what happens and when. --- ## About Us Pointer Appraisal Services provides real estate appraisals with a focus on **litigation support and expert witness testimony**. Our buyers are **attorneys** — family law, estate/probate, bankruptcy, eminent domain, tax appeal, partnership dissolution, and general civil litigation — who need a credible, defensible appraisal and an expert who can testify well. Our principal has an established CV, deposition/testimony record, and published work. Our marketing goal is simple: build a repeatable engine that puts us in front of attorneys, captures them as leads, nurtures them, and books consultations. --- ## What We Need A **complete marketing plan and scoping document** that gives a build contractor everything they need to set up the workflows inside **Go High Level** — the assets, the sequences, and the **timing/cadence for every touch**. You are the architect defining what happens and when; the contractor handles the actual GHL build. You do **not** need to produce a build-ready GHL blueprint. The plan must target **attorney clients** and cover the full funnel: attract → capture → nurture → book → follow-up. **Important — our primary channel is case-triggered outreach.** We have in-house staff who research **filed court cases** and identify the attorneys of record. That gives us a warm, timely list of attorney offices with an active matter that likely needs an appraisal. The plan must include a **direct, multi-touch outreach sequence to these attorney offices** across three channels: **email, phone, and hard-copy mailers** sent to the office. This case-triggered sequence is the centerpiece; the broader inbound funnel (landing pages, lead magnets, LinkedIn) supports and reinforces it. ### Deliverables **1. Strategy & Positioning** - Ideal client profiles for the top attorney practice areas we should pursue, ranked by opportunity. - Core value proposition and messaging pillars for a litigation-support / expert-witness appraiser (why us, why credible, why defensible). - Offer and funnel strategy (lead magnets, consultation offer, and the path from cold to booked call). **2. Case-Triggered Outreach to Attorney Offices (Primary Channel)** - A multi-touch, multi-channel sequence aimed at attorneys of record on newly filed cases our staff research, coordinating **email, phone, and hard-copy mail** with a defined cadence and timing. - **Email:** cold/warm outreach copy referencing the active matter (subject lines + body), with follow-ups and branching logic. - **Phone scripts:** outbound scripts to reach the attorney or their office/paralegal, including gatekeeper navigation, objection handling, and voicemail scripts. - **Hard-copy mailers:** copy and layout direction for physical letters/packages mailed to the attorney office (e.g., intro letter, one-page capabilities/credentials sheet, and any follow-up mail piece). Provide print-ready copy and a spec our designer/print vendor can produce from. - A workflow describing how a researched case enters the sequence, how the three channels are timed together, and how responses route to booking. **3. Lead Capture Forms** - Wireframe/spec for each form (fields, logic, qualifying questions) for a landing page and/or contact/intake form. - Conversion copy for each form and its confirmation/thank-you step. **4. Copy** - Landing page(s) copy for the attorney offer. - Lead magnet concept and outline (e.g., "Attorney's Guide to a Defensible Appraisal" or similar). - All email copy in the inbound nurture sequences (subject lines + body). (Case-triggered email lives in #2.) **5. Additional Calling Scripts (Inbound & Nurture)** - Inbound and nurture phone scripts for qualifying and booking attorneys who come through the funnel, including objection handling and voicemail scripts. (Case-triggered outbound scripts live in #2.) **6. LinkedIn Messaging** - Connection request + multi-touch DM sequence tailored to attorneys. - Profile-optimization recommendations for our principal. **7. Funnel Timing & Sequence Spec (for the GHL builder)** - A clear, plain-language map of every touch across all channels and **when each fires** — day/step timing, order, and branching (e.g., "Day 0 mailer sent, Day 2 email 1, Day 4 call 1, Day 7 email 2…"). - The pipeline stages a lead moves through and what triggers the move (form fill, reply, booked call, no response). - How a staff-researched case enters the sequence and how mail touches are logged as tasks (since mail isn't automated inside GHL). - This is a timing/sequence spec, **not** a build-ready GHL blueprint — enough for a contractor to build the workflows without guessing the cadence. **8. Email Outreach in Funnels** - Full email nurture and cold/warm outreach sequences (cadence, timing, branching logic) written to plug into GHL, coordinated with the phone and mail touches. **9. LinkedIn Outreach in Funnels** - LinkedIn outreach cadence and how it coordinates with the email/phone/mail touches across the funnel (multi-channel timing map). **10. Master Scoping Document** - One organized document (or set) tying it all together: the plan, all assets, and the timing/sequence spec, packaged as a clean handoff so our GHL contractor and print vendor can implement without guesswork. **11. One Revision Pass on Built Templates** - After our contractor builds the email and mailer templates from your spec, you review what they produced and provide **one round of revisions** — copy/layout/sequence corrections so the built versions match your intent and read well. This is included in the fixed project price. --- ## Required Skills & Experience - Proven B2B or **professional-services / legal-niche marketing** experience (bonus for legal, accounting, appraisal, or expert-witness marketing). - Working familiarity with **Go High Level** — enough to define sequences and timing that map cleanly to how GHL funnels, workflows, and pipelines operate (you're specifying the cadence, not building it). - Strong direct-response **copywriting** (landing pages, email, scripts). - Experience designing **multi-channel outreach** (email + LinkedIn + phone) and cold-to-booked sequences. - Excellent written English and a portfolio of funnels/campaigns you've scoped or built. --- ## Engagement Details - **Location:** U.S.-based freelancers only. - **Structure:** Fixed-scope project for the complete plan and scoping document, **including one round of revisions** on the email and mailer templates our contractor builds from your spec. - **Ongoing work:** We also want an **hourly rate quote for future work** — ongoing optimization, new campaigns, additional revisions, and retained oversight/QA as the build rolls out. - **Optional GHL build:** Our default plan is to use a separate contractor for the build, but if you'd like to **build the workflows in Go High Level yourself**, include a **separate quote for that build** and we'll consider it. - **Budget:** Please propose the fixed price based on scope, plus your hourly rate for future work (and an optional separate GHL build quote if you want it). Include your recommended structure and timeline. - **Timeline:** Tell us your realistic turnaround for the full deliverable. --- ## To Apply — Please Include 1. A short note on your experience marketing to attorneys or in a comparable professional-services niche. 2. 1–2 relevant examples of GHL funnels or multi-channel campaigns you've scoped or built (links or brief case studies). 3. Your proposed approach for this project in 3–5 sentences. 4. Your proposed fixed price and timeline for the project, **plus your hourly rate for future work**, and — optionally — a **separate quote if you'd also like to build the workflows in GHL**. 5. Start your response with the word **"DEFENSIBLE"** so we know you read the full post. --- ## Screening Questions (add these in Upwork's screening section) 1. Describe a funnel you scoped or built in Go High Level and the result it produced. 2. Have you marketed to attorneys or another professional-services audience? Briefly describe. 3. Which attorney practice areas would you prioritize for a litigation-support appraiser, and why? 4. Confirm you are U.S.-based and comfortable delivering strategy/scoping while a separate contractor handles the build. ******This is one of our business lines (The smallest) and if this is a successful campaign, there will be the opportunity to work on our larger business lines).*****

Job Description We are looking for an elite Amazon Direct-Response Copywriter and Conversion Strategist to take a fresh look at our product positioning, audit our existing marketing assets, and draft a high-converting, fully compliant Amazon sales page. Our product is a premium, portable, purely mechanical safety lock for firearms. It features a unique, highly secure patented design that requires zero battery life and relies on a proprietary code system for split-second, muscle-memory release in emergency situations. Our product is approved for sale in California by the California Department of Justice. Because this is a firearm accessory, and even though designed to improve safety, Amazon may restrict traditional PPC ads and use aggressive automated compliance bots. Our copy and positioning must be effective at driving organic traffic and converting buyers. We already have foundational copy written for other channels and raw video content demonstrating the product's mechanics. We also have a registered trademark for our name/logo. We do not need you to start from scratch. We need a brilliant strategist to audit what we have, refine the messaging hooks, and ensure compliance as this is our first effort to sell through Amazon. Scope of Work (Milestones) Milestone 1: Asset Audit & Positioning Strategy • Review our current written drafts and raw video content. • Identify the highest-converting angles to communicate our three core differentiators: maximum portable security, unfailing mechanical reliability (no batteries), and quick-release functionality. Advise on adding portability (mobility) as a differentiator. • Outline a strategy to balance two conflicting buying desires: "impenetrable security" vs. "instant access." • Identify approaches to deal with reluctance to purchase reasons. Milestone 2: Compliant Master Copywriting • Draft a highly optimized Amazon Listing Title, 5 Bullet Points, and Product Description. • Compliance Check: Ensure all copy strictly adheres to Amazon’s "Weapons and Related Items" guidelines [200164950]. Translate high-risk self-defense language into safe, algorithm-friendly terms (e.g., focus on "accident prevention," "authorized access," and "secure storage") to prevent automated shadow bans. • Provide backend search terms/keywords optimized for organic visibility since PPC will be restricted or limited. Milestone 3: A+ Content & Video Storyboard Layout • Map out the visual hierarchy for the image gallery and A+ Content panels. • Write high-impact text overlays and captions for our video assets, ensuring the value proposition is perfectly clear to mobile users watching on mute. Milestone 4 (optional, subject to both parties’ agreement): • Complete any step necessary to go live with a listing. • Manage the live campaign for a 3 month go live trial. • Review progress for first 3 months of testing and make changes (with client approval) as needed. Job Requirements • Proven track record of launching and optimizing products on Amazon, ideally within restricted, gated, or high-compliance niches. • Native English speaker with deep psychological understanding of the US firearm-owner/self-defense market. • Ability to demonstrate previous work where you successfully articulated highly technical or mechanical product differentiation.
