Higher Endeavors is seeking an experienced, highly organized marketing professional to turn a clear founder-led strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across social media, email, and related digital channels. This is not a general virtual-assistant role, and it is not primarily a brand-strategy engagement. The strategic foundation and initial campaign messaging have already been developed. We need a proactive marketing operator who can help refine the plan, maintain the content calendar, repurpose founder-created material, prepare and publish campaign assets, evaluate performance, and continually improve execution. The initial engagement will be approximately 10 hours per week for 90 days, with the possibility of an ongoing relationship and expanded responsibility based on performance, fit, and business needs. Our target rate is approximately $35 per hour, although we will consider the overall value, relevant experience, and proposed approach of each candidate. ## About Higher Endeavors Higher Endeavors is building an integrated personal-development and wellness platform that helps people align four connected areas of life: Lifestyle, Health, Nutrition, and Fitness. Our audience consists of capable, motivated people who take their growth seriously but feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, competing priorities, and disconnected approaches. Higher Endeavors helps them understand where they are, identify what matters next, and take aligned action toward the person they want to become. Our initial structured marketing campaign, Close the Gap, is built around a simple idea: You know you are capable of more. The problem may not be insufficient effort; it may be that your effort is being pulled in too many directions. The founder brings more than 20 years of experience in personal training, manual therapy, coaching, nutrition, recovery, and human performance. This role will help translate that experience, the Higher Endeavors philosophy, and campaign strategy into a consistent audience-building and lead-generation system. ## Core Responsibilities ### Campaign and Content Operations - Translate the existing campaign brief into a practical editorial calendar and weekly production plan. - Keep priorities, deadlines, approvals, assets, and publishing status organized and visible. - Turn founder videos, voice notes, written ideas, and long-form material into platform-appropriate assets such as short videos, captions, carousels, emails, and text posts. - Develop content ideas and first drafts when useful while preserving the founder's subject-matter authority and authentic voice. - Recommend the appropriate content mix, cadence, channels, formats, and calls to action based on the campaign objective and available capacity. - Maintain consistency across the campaign narrative while testing different hooks, examples, and creative treatments. ### Social Media and Audience Engagement - Adapt material to each platform rather than posting identical content everywhere without context. - Monitor comments, questions, and audience signals; recommend responses or reply directly when authorized. - Identify recurring audience language, objections, and questions that should inform future content. ### Email and Lead-Nurture Support - Help prepare, format, test, and schedule campaign emails and newsletters. - Support the transition from social engagement to the Find Your Starting Point assessment or other approved lead offer. - Review basic funnel performance and recommend practical improvements to messaging, calls to action, and follow-up. Required Qualifications - Demonstrated experience executing content marketing or marketing operations for a founder-led brand, startup, small business, coaching/education company, or comparable organization. - Strong project-management and organizational skills, including the ability to create structure when time and resources are limited. - Excellent written communication and the judgment to preserve a distinctive founder voice. - Experience repurposing long-form ideas or video into multiple useful formats. - Working knowledge of social publishing, email marketing, calls to action, lead nurture, and basic conversion principles. - Ability to interpret marketing performance and turn it into practical recommendations. - Comfort collaborating directly with a founder who has deep subject-matter expertise and strong opinions but welcomes well-reasoned recommendations. - Ability to work independently, communicate risks early, and follow through reliably. - Practical proficiency with modern AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, editing, analysis, or workflow support, combined with sound human review and fact-checking. - High ethical standards when marketing health, wellness, and personal-development topics. ## Preferred Experience - Experience with wellness, fitness, health education, personal development, coaching, or other trust-sensitive categories. - Experience launching or optimizing an early-stage campaign with limited historical performance data. - Familiarity with founder-led short-form video, carousel production, basic video editing, and visual content tools. - Experience with email platforms, social scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, website content systems, and organized knowledge or asset management. - Familiarity with StoryBrand or a comparable customer-centered messaging framework. - Experience building simple SOPs and improving marketing workflows. Specific software is less important than your ability to create an effective, transparent, and transferable system. Please explain the tools you prefer and why they fit this engagement.

I’m looking for a creative, ambitious Video Producer & Editor to work closely with me to build a personal brand and content platform from the ground up. This is not just an editing job. I’m getting serious about content and want someone who is excited about helping build the entire thing with me — researching the niche, developing ideas, planning videos, figuring out shots, editing content, studying what’s working, and continuously making the content better. What We’re Building My background is in sales, entrepreneurship, recruiting, business, and building teams. I have access to an interesting network of entrepreneurs, salespeople, business owners, and creators, and I want to document much more of what I’m doing while creating genuinely valuable and entertaining content around it. The goal is to consistently produce: * Short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc. * Long-form YouTube videos * Business / entrepreneurship content * Sales content * Lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content * Interviews and collaborations * Travel / event content * Educational videos * Original content concepts we develop together I can help with scripting, topics, ideas, and recording. I want you to help me figure out what we SHOULD be creating. You’ll research my niche, study successful creators, identify opportunities, bring ideas to the table, and help us develop our own recognizable style rather than simply copying what everyone else is doing. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work directly with me on things like: * Video editing * Content research * Developing video concepts * Helping create scripts and outlines * Planning shoots * Creating shot lists * Recommending camera angles / B-roll * Turning raw footage into engaging stories * Creating short-form clips * Producing long-form YouTube content * Helping organize a consistent posting schedule * Reviewing performance and improving future content * Finding trends and content opportunities * Helping develop the overall creative direction of the brand I don’t expect you to know absolutely everything on Day 1. I’m much more interested in finding someone who is creative, hungry, reliable, obsessed with getting better, and genuinely excited about content. Equipment / Resources I’m willing to invest heavily into making the content good. I already have equipment including: * GoPro * Insta360 / action cameras * Meta glasses * Drone * Wireless microphones * Additional filming equipment I’m also willing to purchase additional cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, software, or whatever else makes sense as we develop the setup. I’ll do the recording and put in the time. I need someone who can help me turn that effort into great content. Florida Is a PLUS This can absolutely be a remote collaboration, so don’t hesitate to apply if you’re located elsewhere. However, I’m based in Sarasota, Florida, so someone located in Florida would be a major plus. There will potentially be opportunities to come to Sarasota and film in person, travel to Miami for content, attend events, meet entrepreneurs and creators, and help capture content in real-world environments. For the right person, I’d love for this to eventually become much more than sitting behind a computer editing clips. Who I’m Looking For You might be a great fit if you: * Know how to edit high-quality short-form video * Can edit or are interested in learning long-form YouTube * Understand pacing, hooks, retention, storytelling, B-roll, sound design, captions, etc. * Spend a lot of time studying online content * Understand what makes people keep watching * Have strong creative instincts * Bring ideas instead of waiting for instructions * Are willing to research a niche deeply * Want to improve rapidly * Communicate well * Are reliable and consistent * Want a long-term collaboration * Are passionate about video, content, business, or entrepreneurship You do not need 10 years of experience. I’d rather find someone talented and ambitious who wants to build something than someone who treats this as another editing ticket in their queue. Where This Can Go I’m looking for someone I can work with consistently and potentially for years. Initially, we’ll figure out our workflow, content style, filming process, editing style, and posting cadence. From there, I want to scale the amount and quality of content significantly. If you’re the right person, you’ll have a lot of creative freedom and the opportunity to play a major role in building the brand. To Apply Please send me: 1. A quick introduction about yourself 2. Where you’re located 3. Your portfolio or 3–5 videos you’re most proud of 4. What editing software you primarily use 5. Creators whose content/editing style you think is exceptional 6. Whether you’re interested in short-form, long-form, or both 7. Why this opportunity specifically interests you Also start your application with the word “CAMERA” so I know you actually read the posting. I’m looking forward to finding someone who is genuinely excited about this and building something great together.

HOW TO APPLY — VIDEO INTRODUCTION REQUIRED As part of your application, please include a short video introduction (2-3 minutes, e.g. a Loom link) telling us about yourself, your relevant experience, and why you're a fit for this role. Applications without a video introduction will not be considered. We are a brand-new technology startup building a transportation and mobility platform that combines premium transportation, fleet operations, security services, logistics, and marketplace functionality. We're currently at a pivotal stage — actively building our product while also standing up our internal systems, SOPs, documentation, administrative processes, content operations, project management, and organizational structure. We're looking for a highly capable Project Manager / Operations Manager who can step into an environment where not everything is organized yet — and help organize it. This is not a traditional PM role where you're simply handed a polished task list and move tickets from "To Do" to "Done." We need someone who can think, investigate, document, prioritize, and execute. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll work closely with the management team to bring structure to the company across technology, operations, content, administration, and project management. 1. Startup Operations & Company Structure Create and organize SOPs, internal workflows, and onboarding procedures. Organize company documentation and build repeatable processes. Identify operational gaps and turn informal processes into documented systems. Build checklists, workflows, and accountability systems. Organize responsibilities across management, employees, contractors, AI agents, and vendors. You should be comfortable taking "We need a process for this" and turning it into: SOP → workflow → checklist → owner → documentation → implementation. 2. Technology / App Development Project Management You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand how modern software projects are built — mobile apps, backend development, APIs, databases, admin portals, Firebase, Stripe, GitHub, GitHub Actions, TestFlight, Android/iOS development, VS Code, Claude/AI-assisted development, Trello (or similar), QA/testing workflows, and staging vs. production environments. You'll translate between management and developers, organize development priorities, track progress, review submitted work, coordinate QA/testing, maintain task boards, prepare meeting notes, and track bugs and feature requests. 3. AI & Agent Workflow Management We're heavily incorporating AI into our operations. You'll help manage workflows involving Claude, AI agents, AI-assisted development, automated workflows, and prompt systems — and make smart calls about whether information belongs in an SOP, a Trello task, a developer ticket, an AI agent workflow, a meeting agenda, or a content system. 4. Social Media & Content Operations You'll help organize our content engine — content calendars, social scheduling, short-form video workflows (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), educational and promotional content, content repurposing, creator/agency coordination, caption systems, approval workflows, and reporting. 5. Transportation / Logistics Operations This is extremely important. We strongly prefer someone with experience in rideshare, transportation, logistics, fleet management, chauffeur services, executive transportation, security transportation, delivery operations, dispatch, driver operations, or marketplace platforms. You need to understand scheduling, dispatch, availability, routing, cancellations, payments, personnel, vehicles, safety, and compliance. 6. Administrative Portal & Internal Systems Help organize admin portal workflows, user/driver/guard-escort management, ride and payment management, document verification, support workflows, reporting, notifications, and operational dashboards. 7. Meeting & Management Support Handle meeting reminders and agendas, collect outstanding questions, convert discussions into tasks, follow up on action items, track deadlines, and prepare weekly summaries. THE TYPE OF PERSON WE NEED This role requires someone highly autonomous. You'll often receive incomplete information. You need to independently understand the objective, investigate the existing workflow, identify gaps, create documentation and tasks, coordinate the work, track completion, and report results. Critical thinking is required. Weak response: "We're missing an SOP for driver onboarding." Strong response: "We're missing an SOP for driver onboarding. I reviewed the current workflow, identified six missing steps, drafted the SOP, created the associated development/operations tasks, and flagged two decisions that require management approval." That's the level of thinking we're looking for. TOOLS YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion (or similar), Jira (or similar), GitHub, VS Code, Claude/ChatGPT, AI agents, Firebase, Stripe, mobile app development environments, social media management platforms, content calendars, and SOP/documentation systems. IDEAL CANDIDATE 3+ years of project/operations management experience. Experience working inside a startup. Experience managing technology projects, including mobile applications. Transportation/logistics/rideshare experience. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving ability. Experience creating SOPs. Experience managing contractors/developers. Social media/content operations experience. Experience working with AI tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize without constant direction, and maintain excellent attention to detail. Huge bonus: experience spanning rideshare + SaaS + startup operations + app development + AI automation. WHAT WE DON'T WANT Please don't apply if you need constant instructions for every task. This is not a "tell me exactly what to do and I'll do it" position. We're also not looking for someone who just creates meetings, updates Trello cards, and waits for instructions. We need a builder/operator. FIRST 30 DAYS You'll help us audit existing company workflows and identify organizational gaps, organize existing documentation and build priority SOPs, clean up project-management systems and establish development tracking procedures, organize AI/Claude workflows and content workflows, establish recurring management processes and improve meeting/action-item tracking, document administrative portal processes, and create a structured operating system for the company.
