Interact Strategies is an established B2B technology and services company working in complex contact-center, healthcare, public-sector, and crisis-care environments. We have already completed substantial positioning and marketing strategy work. We are not looking for someone to reinvent our brand or create another high-level marketing plan. We are looking for a senior, hands-on fractional B2B marketing professional who can take one clearly defined marketing workstream at a time and carry it from analysis through execution. Our core marketing challenge is straightforward: the company has done, built, and proven considerably more than the market can currently discover, understand, and independently validate online. ## What this role will own Depending on priority, projects may include: * Website and search-content audits * SEO and AI-search / answer-engine discoverability * Search-intent and content mapping * Converting client experience and operating history into credible public proof * Case studies and evidence-based content * Website and landing-page recommendations * Content planning, editing, and distribution * LinkedIn and other external profile consistency * Google Search Console, analytics, and basic attribution/reporting * Coordination of our existing WordPress designer, writers, subject-matter experts, and other specialists * Maintaining a clear marketing project backlog, status, dependencies, and next actions * Verifying that approved website, search, and content changes were implemented correctly We already work with a freelance WordPress designer who normally handles website implementation. The person in this role should be able to identify what needs to change, translate findings into a clear work order, coordinate implementation, and verify the result. At the same time, we value backup coverage. You should be comfortable making routine WordPress changes yourself when useful or when our primary designer is unavailable, including content updates, page publishing, metadata, internal linking, and similar non-specialized work. This is not primarily a social-media management role, paid-media role, brand-redesign assignment, webmaster position, or high-volume content-production job. We favor depth, evidence, credibility, and discoverability over marketing volume. ## Important: strategy already exists We have a documented marketing source of truth, evidence and claims controls, website/content inventory, and applications/capabilities register. The right person should be comfortable learning an established strategy and operating within it. You should be able to distinguish between: * decisions that genuinely require the Managing Partner * execution questions you can resolve yourself * work that should be assigned to our web designer or another specialist * repeatable work that should be delegated to a lower-cost execution resource * claims or facts that require verification before public use We want someone who reduces the amount of marketing work and context that has to stay in the founder's head. ## Ideal background We are looking for someone with strong senior-level B2B marketing experience and practical execution skills. Particularly relevant experience includes: * B2B technology or technology-enabled services * complex or consultative sales environments * SEO and content discoverability * AI search / answer-engine visibility * website and content architecture * evidence, case-study, or customer-proof development * healthcare, government/public sector, regulated industries, CX/contact center, or professional services * coordinating freelance web, design, content, or technical resources You do not need experience in every one of our markets. Strong editorial judgment and the ability to understand technical and operational subject matter are more important than knowing every industry on day one. Experience with WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and modern AI-assisted marketing workflows is useful. ## Working relationship This is intended to become an ongoing fractional relationship if the fit is strong. We expect to begin at approximately 6 to 10 hours per week, working on one defined project at a time. The initial period will be approximately 90 days so both sides can evaluate the working relationship. If successful, we expect the engagement to continue beyond six months. The Managing Partner retains responsibility for company strategy, major positioning decisions, high-stakes claims, and client/partner permissions. You will be expected to own day-to-day marketing execution and bring forward decisions only when a real decision is required. We are also open to adding a lower-cost marketing operations resource for repeatable execution tasks. A strong candidate should be comfortable defining and delegating that work rather than performing junior production tasks at a senior hourly rate. ## First project The likely first assignment will be a website/search sanitation and discoverability project. The objective will be to establish the complete current public website footprint, identify legacy or conflicting content, assess what search engines and AI systems can currently find, and determine the appropriate disposition for each relevant URL. The deliverable should include a prioritized URL-by-URL remediation work order for our existing WordPress designer, including recommendations such as: * retain * rewrite * consolidate * redirect * de-index * archive * update metadata * correct internal linking The role will then coordinate implementation and verify that the approved changes were completed correctly. This is intended to be an operating project with execution and follow-through, not simply an audit report. Please do not send a generic agency proposal. We are specifically looking for an individual senior practitioner who can own marketing execution, work effectively with our existing resources, and develop a long-term understanding of the company.

We're a healthcare marketing agency. We work with med spas, TRT clinics, dental and ortho practices, and wellness centers across the US. We get them to page 1 on Google, top 3 in Google Maps, and visible inside ChatGPT, Grok, and Google AI Overviews. We're growing and need someone who can own SEO/AEO execution and talk to clients like a professional. What you'll do: Run full SEO for our client accounts — technical audits, on-page, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, content briefs, backlink strategy. Run AEO (answer engine optimization) — structuring content and entity data so our clients show up when someone asks ChatGPT or Google AI for a recommendation in their city. Run onboarding calls with new clients. Walk them through what we're doing, gather what we need from them, set expectations clearly. Run monthly check-in calls. Report on progress, explain the numbers in plain English, keep clients confident and informed. What we're looking for: 2+ years of hands-on SEO with real ranking results you can show us. Local SEO experience is non-negotiable — most of our clients are multi-location practices competing in tough markets. Working knowledge of AEO and how AI search actually surfaces businesses. If you've never thought about this, you're not our person. Excellent spoken English. You'll be on video calls with doctors and practice owners. You need to sound sharp and credible. Comfortable with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, and schema markup. Healthcare or medical SEO experience is a strong plus.

Job Description Kent Smith Photography is a professional portrait studio based in Pickerington, Ohio, serving the greater Columbus / Central Ohio area. We offer boudoir, senior portrait, and family portrait sessions, and we're a 35-year-established studio with an all-female team. We're looking for an SEO specialist to do two things well: 1. Improve our traditional SEO so we rank locally for the services we offer (boudoir photography, senior portraits, family portraits) across the Columbus/Central Ohio market. 2. Position us for AI-driven search — the way people are increasingly finding businesses through tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other AI assistants. We want our site structured, written, and technically set up so AI search engines can find, understand, and recommend us (sometimes called "AI SEO," "answer engine optimization," or "generative engine optimization"). 3. Get our blog up and running — we don't currently have an active blog, and we need direction on content strategy, topics, cadence, and structure that supports both traditional SEO and AI search, not just a list of "10 things to write about." Scope of Work Technical SEO audit of our current website — identify gaps in site structure, page speed, mobile experience, schema markup, and crawlability AI search readiness assessment — review our content and technical setup against what AI search engines (LLM-based search, AI Overviews, etc.) need to surface and cite a business accurately (structured data, clear entity/business info, FAQ formatting, authoritative content structure) Local SEO optimization — Google Business Profile, local citations, location-based keyword strategy for the Central Ohio market On-page SEO — keyword research and optimization for our core service pages (boudoir, senior portraits, family portraits) Blog strategy and setup — recommend a content calendar/topic strategy aligned with our services and target clients, set up the blog structure on our site, and provide guidance on formatting posts for both traditional SEO and AI search (clear headings, structured answers, schema, internal linking) Schema markup implementation across the site (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Article schema as applicable) Recommendations report with prioritized action items, plus implementation where applicable What We're Looking For Proven experience with both traditional SEO and emerging AI/generative search optimization — please share specific examples, not just general SEO experience Experience with local service-based businesses (bonus if you've worked with photographers, studios, or similar visual/service businesses) Comfortable auditing an existing site and giving a clear, prioritized action plan (not just a laundry list) Experience setting up and structuring blogs for SEO from scratch Familiarity with schema markup / structured data implementation Strong communication — we want someone who can explain technical recommendations in plain language Deliverables Written SEO + AI search audit with prioritized recommendations Blog content strategy document (topics, structure, cadence) Technical implementation (schema markup, on-page fixes) — scope to be defined based on your assessment Optional: ongoing monthly SEO/content support after initial audit (open to discussing) To Apply, Please Include Examples of SEO work you've done, especially anything related to AI/answer engine optimization An example of a blog content strategy you've built for a service-based business Your recommended approach for auditing a site you haven't seen yet Your availability and whether you're open to an ongoing relationship after the initial project

YogaFaith.org is a Christian yoga certification and retreat business with an active ~200-instructor certified network and a real, ongoing YouTube channel. We're mid-recovery from a site rebuild that caused indexing issues, currently averaging position 12–17 across our core keyword set, and looking for a contractor to take over and accelerate an active 90-day SEO/GEO roadmap. This is not a "set it and forget it AI optimization" engagement. We need someone who can do real technical and content SEO work, understands how Generative Engine Optimization actually functions today (as distinct from vendor hype), and can help our existing YouTube library earn placement in Google's video carousels and featured snippets. What you'll own: Technical SEO: redirect audits, schema implementation, Core Web Vitals, crawl health Content strategy across two business lines (certification programs + retreat bookings) with distinct keyword approaches for each Local/GEO strategy for a certification-marketplace model — approximately 200 instructor-level Google Business Profiles, not a single corporate listing YouTube optimization aimed specifically at SERP video carousel and featured snippet placement GEO/AI-search strategy grounded in what's actually verifiable, not speculative infrastructure builds Monthly reporting against a defined KPI dashboard Required qualifications: 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with verifiable client results (references or case studies with real, checkable metrics) Demonstrated experience with WordPress sites and schema implementation Experience with YouTube SEO specifically tied to Google SERP placement — not just YouTube-internal view growth Comfortable working with faith-based or values-driven content without treating it as a novelty Nice to have: Experience with multi-practitioner or marketplace-model local SEO (franchises, medical groups, certification networks) Familiarity with Ahrefs or Semrush for competitive and backlink analysis To apply, please include: Two or three verifiable case studies with before/after metrics A short written answer to: "A site recovering from a redirect/indexing issue is showing volatile day-to-day position data — some days at 13.6, others at 18.2, on the same keyword set. What's your first diagnostic step, and why?" Your hourly or project rate Applications that skip the diagnostic question, or answer it generically, will not move forward — it's how we filter for real diagnostic thinking versus generic pitches.
