We’re a digital marketing agency specializing in aesthetic medicine, medspas, and surgical practices. We’re looking for a Google Ads specialist with deep, proven experience specifically running campaigns for medspas or surgical practices. ### This is mandatory You must have personally managed Google Ads campaigns for medspas or surgical practices that generated millions of dollars in patient revenue. If you cannot show specific examples of generating millions in revenue for a medspa or surgical practice, please do not apply. We are not looking for someone whose experience is primarily e-commerce, SaaS, dental, home services, or general local lead generation. We need someone who already understands the economics, search behavior, competition, and patient acquisition funnel for medspas and surgical practices. You should be able to talk about more than impressions, clicks, and CPL. We want to know: * How much the practice spent * How many leads and consultations you generated * Cost per lead and cost per acquisition * Patient quality * Procedures or treatments generated * Actual or attributable patient revenue * ROAS ### You need to be excellent at Google Ads You should have personally managed significant Google Ads budgets and be highly experienced with: * Search campaign structure * High-intent keyword strategy * Match types and negative keywords * Search terms and wasted-spend analysis * Bidding and budget allocation * Conversion tracking * Google Tag Manager * GCLID and offline conversion imports * Enhanced conversions * Call tracking * GA4 * Diagnosing tracking and attribution problems We’ll start you with one account as a test. Somewhere in your proposal, naturally use the word Aloha so we know you actually read the entire post. If your work is strong, there is a real opportunity to take on additional accounts and manage a meaningful book of business with us. Please start your application with the word Aloha so we know you pay attention to details. Please answer these questions with specific numbers: 1. Tell us about a medspa or surgical practice where your Google Ads campaigns generated millions of dollars in patient revenue. How much did the practice spend, how much revenue was generated, and over what period? 2. What was the CPL, cost per booked consultation or acquisition, and ROAS? 3. Approximately how much Google Ads spend have you personally managed specifically for medspas and surgical practices? 4. If we handed you an existing medspa or surgical practice Google Ads account tomorrow, what would you analyze first and what would you expect to accomplish in the first 30 days? We care much more about proven results than certifications or a polished resume. Again, experience generating millions of dollars in patient revenue through Google Ads for medspas or surgical practices is a requirement for this position. We look forward to meeting you.

Business Development & Client Presentation Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) About Mrcela Studio Mrcela Studio is a premium website and brand positioning studio that helps custom home builders, residential construction companies, design-build firms, remodelers, architects, and other premium service businesses present themselves online at the same standard as the work they deliver. We believe exceptional businesses deserve exceptional presentation. Rather than relying on generic sales tactics or automated outreach, we take the time to understand each business before ever reaching out. Every conversation is built on research, preparation, and genuine curiosity. Our goal isn’t simply to sell websites. Our goal is to understand businesses, identify opportunities, and help owners determine whether improving their online presentation could better support their long-term growth. We’re looking for someone who shares that philosophy. This is not a high-volume cold-calling position. ⸻ Long-Term Opportunity This position begins as an initial 1–3 month contract. For the right person, there is significant long-term potential to become an important part of our growing team as Mrcela Studio continues to grow. We’re looking for someone who values professionalism, ownership, consistency, preparation, and representing a premium brand. ⸻ Your Role Your role is to professionally represent Mrcela Studio while speaking with business owners. Rather than delivering aggressive sales pitches, your responsibility is to understand the business, ask thoughtful questions, determine whether there is genuine interest in improving their online presentation, and guide qualified prospects toward requesting a proposal. You’ll become an extension of our brand. Every conversation should feel calm, thoughtful, professional, and consultative. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Review CRM notes before every conversation. • Research each business before making contact. • Understand the company’s current website, positioning, and overall presentation. • Professionally introduce Mrcela Studio. • Ask thoughtful discovery questions. • Learn about the company’s goals, challenges, and current marketing efforts. • Determine whether there is genuine interest in improving their online presence. • Schedule follow-up conversations when appropriate. • Present relevant examples of our previous work when it supports the conversation. • Coordinate the creation or presentation of custom concepts only when genuine interest has been established. • Guide qualified prospects toward requesting a proposal. • Maintain organized CRM notes after every interaction. • Schedule and manage future follow-ups. ⸻ This Is NOT Traditional Cold Calling We don’t believe in pushing services onto businesses. Every business we contact has already been researched because we believe there may be an opportunity to improve how they’re presented online. Your job isn’t to convince someone they need a website. Your job is to understand whether they’re open to improving how their business is presented. Sometimes the answer will be no. That’s perfectly okay. We’re building long-term relationships—not chasing quick sales. ⸻ How We Communicate We are not aggressive salespeople. We are consultants. We ask thoughtful questions. We listen carefully. We educate. We guide. We never pressure business owners. We never criticize their existing website. We never argue. Instead, we help business owners recognize opportunities that may strengthen the trust and credibility they’re already earning through the quality of their work. Every interaction should feel: • Professional • Respectful • Calm • Prepared • Premium ⸻ We’re Looking For Someone Who • Has experience speaking directly with business owners. • Is comfortable discussing premium B2B services. • Builds trust naturally. • Listens more than they speak. • Communicates confidently without sounding scripted. • Enjoys learning about businesses. • Thinks strategically rather than transactionally. • Is highly organized. • Pays close attention to detail. • Is comfortable working inside CRM software. • Represents premium brands professionally. • Takes ownership of their work. • Wants to grow with a company long-term. ⸻ Preferred Experience • B2B Sales • Business Development • High-Ticket Service Sales • Client Success • Discovery Calls • CRM Software • Relationship Management • Phone-Based Sales Experience working with agencies, consulting firms, architecture firms, construction companies, design-build firms, premium service businesses, or SaaS companies is a strong plus. ⸻ Compensation • $40–60/hour depending on experience. • Performance-based bonuses. • Long-term growth opportunity. • Opportunity to become a key member of a growing premium agency. ⸻ Training & Process You’ll receive detailed training, internal documentation, CRM workflows, conversation frameworks, and a complete sales playbook explaining how we communicate with prospective clients. Preparation is one of the most important parts of this role. Before every conversation you’ll be expected to: • Review CRM notes. • Research the business. • Understand their current presentation. • Review previous communication. • Prepare thoughtful questions. Quality and professionalism are significantly more important to us than call volume. ⸻ Hiring Process To ensure we find the right fit, our hiring process includes: 1. Application review. 2. Short video interview. 3. Review of our sales playbook. 4. Recorded mock discovery call. 5. Paid trial using a small group of qualified prospects. We’re looking for professionalism, preparation, communication skills, attention to detail, and someone capable of representing Mrcela Studio at a premium level. ⸻ Why Join Mrcela Studio? We’re building something different. Our goal isn’t to become another agency making hundreds of generic sales calls every day. We’re building a premium brand where every conversation is researched, thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping businesses present themselves at the level they deserve. If you’re someone who enjoys meaningful conversations with business owners, values professionalism, and wants to become part of a growing boutique agency, we’d love to hear from you. ⸻ Application Instructions Please answer the screening questions in your own words without relying on AI-generated responses. We’re looking to evaluate your natural communication style, professionalism, preparation, and thought process. Generic or obviously templated responses may not be considered. To confirm you’ve read this posting carefully, please begin your proposal with the words: Premium Presentation We look forward to hearing from you.

Alethinx, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corp in McKinney, Texas building AI software for mergers and acquisitions. We serve lower-middle-market buyers — search-fund entrepreneurs, independent sponsors, family offices, small PE firms — across deal sourcing, financial and risk diligence, cybersecurity assessment, and lender readiness. Where we are: five U.S. provisional patent applications filed with the USPTO (April 2026), SAM.gov active (UEI SZCFBY18A119, CAGE 201B1), NSF SBIR Phase I submitted July 2026. We are pre-revenue with no paying customers yet. Saying that up front because you'll be writing about this company to reviewers and you need to know what's true before deciding whether you can win with it. What we need Primary: federal SBIR/STTR proposals — DHS, DoD, DOE, DARPA, and an NSF resubmission. Full cycle: solicitation analysis, go/no-go recommendation, narrative drafting with our CEO, budget justification, forms, compliance, submission. Secondary: Texas state and regional programs, with realistic expectations. We're a two-person pre-revenue company with no facility, so we know most economic-development money priced on job creation and capital investment is closed to us. We want someone who will tell us which programs to skip, not pad a list. First milestone (paid, ~1 week): a landscape audit. Verify the current status of Texas SB 209 (SBIR matching / Phase 0). Assess our eligibility across state and regional programs. Deliver a go/no-go memo — including what we should not pursue and why. Ongoing: maintain a reusable answer bank so the third proposal costs less effort than the first. Requirements Federal SBIR/STTR proposals you personally wrote that were funded — name agency, program, year, award Fluency with Grants.gov, SAM.gov, Research.gov, DSIP Ability to turn technical architecture into a narrative a non-specialist reviewer scores well Willing to write honestly for a pre-revenue company without overstating what exists US-based (required — federal work-performance and export-control requirements) GPC certification or deep-tech/AI grant background a plus First milestone: paid review of our submitted NSF Phase I proposal plus a go/no-go recommendation across three DHS and DoD solicitations we're evaluating. Small, fast, and it tells us both whether this works.

I am a senior UX researcher getting back on the full-time job hunt in September. I am currently in a contract role with a large bank on an internal team, mapping banker experience journeys to help the company decide where to invest time and resources to make the job easier. Before this, I was at a healthcare and pharma focused digital agency, working with hospitals on refreshing their front door websites and apps for a better patient experience. I have worked across a few other industries as well. What I need help with is having my resume tell a complete story. I also want it to work as a master resume I can tweak, since I am looking at senior and lead UX research positions, experience strategy positions, and CX roles. I want something appropriate for the current AI driven market that still shows the human behind the numbers. I also need to figure out how to best present my current position on paper. I want to update my LinkedIn to work as a better calling card online. It should be distinct from my resume, with some real branding around who I am. Most of all, I want to work with someone human, who can help me feel like I actually see myself in my resume and LinkedIn. Deliverables: -- A discovery process before drafting: a call, a questionnaire, or whatever you use. -- One adaptable master resume I can tweak for different roles or industries, delivered in editable Word or Google Docs plus PDF, with one revision round. -- Guidance on which specific lines to swap when tailoring toward different role types. -- A LinkedIn approach that differs from the resume: one recommended headline plus up to two alternatives, a rewritten About section, a rewritten current-role entry, light-touch notes on earlier entries, and skills recommendations, with one revision round. I will provide my current resume, LinkedIn profile, and three to five representative job descriptions across the roles I am looking at. Must-haves: -- A discovery process that happens before drafting. -- Comfort writing LinkedIn as its own document rather than a copy of the resume. Not included: -- Cover letters. -- Visual or graphic resume design. -- Ongoing application support. If you have repositioned senior candidates whose work spans research and strategy, please apply. Feel free to message with any questions. Start your proposal with the name of your favorite comfort film or book.

Project Overview: Fractional PR & Media Strategist for Executive Personal Brand About Me & My Portfolio I am a multi-hyphenate executive, journalist, and filmmaker operating at the intersection of foreign policy, global advocacy, and social impact. My background is highly complex and intellectually rigorous, spanning several active pillars: Freelance Journalism & Documentary Filmmaking: Covering Middle East affairs, geopolitics, and counter-terrorism. Think Tank Leadership: Serving on the executive committee of a foreign policy think tank and speaking publicly on international human rights. Non-Profit Leadership: Founder of Angels in Blue, an active non-profit organization dedicated to supporting global law enforcement. The Objective I am looking for a senior, fractional publicist or public affairs consultant to help synthesize these diverse, high-gravity threads into a single, cohesive public profile. My target is not high-volume commercial marketing, B2B lead-generation, or lifestyle/consumer PR. Instead, I am looking for a partner who can secure high-impact, qualitative opportunities that build serious authority, including: - National and international news commentary (geopolitics, counter-terrorism, foreign affairs). - Placements for op-eds and written editorial commentary in high-caliber policy, current affairs, and mainstream media outlets. - Guest bookings on top-tier, intellectually rigorous podcasts (politics, international law, global affairs). - Keynote speaking engagements and strategic alignments with policy-focused boards or forums. - Generating Downstream Opportunities: Leveraging media appearances and editorial placements to naturally drive inbound opportunities, including keynote speaking invitations, think-tank collaborations, and strategic partnerships for my advocacy work. Scope of Work & Deliverables This is a fractional, hourly engagement (expected commitment of 10 to 15 hours per month). I prefer to structure our collaboration in phases to build trust and ensure strategic alignment: Phase 1 (Month 1 - Strategy & Narrative): - Audit my existing footprint and assets. -Develop a unified personal brand narrative, core bios, and an executive media pitch deck that seamlessly bridges my work in journalism, film, and advocacy. Phase 2 (Ongoing - Media Relations & Pitching): - Conduct highly targeted, manual outreach to news editors, broadcast bookers, and top-tier podcast hosts. - Provide strategic counsel on media opportunities and interview prep. - Monitor current affairs and news cycles to position me as a rapid-response expert source on Middle East and foreign policy events. Ideal Candidate Profile - 10+ Years of Experience: You are a veteran media relations specialist, public affairs consultant, or former senior agency director. - Public Affairs/Editorial Background: You have a proven track record of placing op-eds, booking expert commentators, or working with authors, academics, think tank fellows, or non-profit founders. - The Right Tools: You have active, personal subscriptions to industry-standard media databases (such as Muck Rack, Cision, or Qwoted) and know how to build curated, highly accurate media lists. - No Hype, Just Substance: You understand how to pitch complex, sensitive, and intellectual topics (counter-terrorism, geopolitics, law enforcement support) with extreme professionalism and discretion. What I Value in a Work Relationship - Candid, Strategic Thinking: I want a partner who acts as an advisor, telling me what angles will realistically land and which ones won't. - High-Touch Execution: Mass "newswire" blasts or automated email templates do not work for this profile. I value highly customized, personal outreach to your media network. - Clear Communication: I expect organized, proactive monthly tracking of who is being pitched, the status of those pitches, and a simple monthly summary of logged hours. To Apply: Please share 2–3 brief case studies or examples of qualitative placements (podcasts, national print, or TV) you have secured for clients with complex, non-commercial, or intellectual personal brands.
