myLawCLE is an established continuing legal education (CLE) provider — 13+ years online, serving attorneys nationwide with live and on-demand accredited courses. Our competitors (large national CLE brands) actively bid on our brand name in Google. We're ready to defend our brand and take the fight to theirs. We're hiring a hands-on freelancer — not an agency — to build and run this from scratch. What you'll build and manage: Brand defense campaign (Google Search) — reclaim the top ad slot on searches for our own brand name and variants. Competitor conquest campaign (Google Search) — bid on competitor brand keywords (think Barbri, Lawline, and similar), with tightly written compliant ad copy and dedicated comparison landing pages (we'll build pages to your spec, or you can advise on ours). Meta/Instagram campaigns — prospecting and retargeting targeted at practicing attorneys; creative direction welcome, we can produce assets in-house. Conversion tracking — proper setup in GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel/CAPI so every dollar is attributable. Reporting — a simple weekly scorecard: spend, CPC, conversions, CPA by campaign, plus what you're changing and why. First 30 days: account audit/setup, tracking verified, brand defense live within week 1, conquest campaign live by week 3, Meta campaigns live by week 4. Requirements: 3+ years running Google Search and Meta ads with your own hands (you build the campaigns — no handing off to a team) Demonstrated experience with competitor/conquest keyword campaigns — you know the trademark rules (bidding vs. ad-copy use) cold Proof of results: screenshots or screen-share of accounts you personally managed (redact client names as needed) Strong written English — ad copy for an attorney audience must be sharp B2B, professional services, legal, or education niche experience is a big plus Comfortable working async with a US (Central time) team Not a fit: agencies pitching a team, media buyers who only do e-commerce dropshipping, anyone proposing bot traffic, fake reviews, or trademark-infringing ad copy. Budget: hourly rate + ad spend paid directly by us (you will work inside OUR ad accounts — we retain ownership and admin access at all times).

A rare role for a certain kind of person Wanted: a product designer who would rather solve a hard problem alone than sit in a meeting about it, who sees “good enough” as an unfinished job, and who has the technical instincts to turn an idea into something that actually works. You’ll have autonomy, difficult problems, high standards, and direct accountability—with little supervision and no committee to hide behind. If you are unusually self-directed, relentlessly precise, technically curious, and fast at turning ambiguity into working product, this may be the kind of role you’ve been looking for. Product Designer Full-time Contractor · Remote · Embedded in client product teams About BOL Established in 1999, BOL-Agency is a B2B performance marketing agency working at the crossroads of creativity, technology and analytics. We combine the science of data with the art of media, and the discipline of strategy with the orchestration of ABM to help our clients find, keep and scale the right relationships with their ideal customers while proving impact on revenue. We have a client base that ranges from well-funded startups to legacy enterprise, from Biotech/pharma to leading technology and SAAS brands: PayPal, AEM, Bombora, and many more. The role You'll be embedded in a client's product team as the resident expert on design and front-end craft. You own your project end to end and you're accountable for the outcome. No translation layer, no hand-offs to people you've never met, no committee reviews of your pixels. You take user stories and turn them into high-fidelity, working prototypes: real screens, real code, instead of static mockups. You hand engineering a working product, not a spec to reinterpret. This is a role for someone who wants depth, autonomy, and the room to be right. If you're the person who reads the docs all the way through, who gets restless until you understand how something actually works (and should work), and who would rather show a working build than argue in a meeting, keep reading. What you'll do -Design and build interfaces in Figma and/or code, with a focus on user experience and product expertise -Create working prototypes in real web app prototypes following the same design principles that have always existed for product designers -Extend and maintain design systems in both Figma and the codebase -Conduct user interviews and back your design decisions with data, not opinion -Debate technical decisions with engineers as a peer and expect to be shown the evidence when someone disagrees with you -Hand off working product to engineering, then follow through to make sure it ships the way it was built to How we work -Autonomy is the default. You get a clear problem, a defined scope, and the independence to solve it your way. Nobody micromanages you. -Small teams, few meetings. You'll work closely with a handful of people, not a crowd. Communication is mostly async and written. -Structured and fast-paced. Clear systems, clear processes, real deadlines. We don't reinvent the workflow every week. -Accuracy matters. We're sticklers for getting it right. "As it should be" beats "good enough." -Recognition is real and personal. Your expertise gets acknowledged directly by the people whose respect you actually want and not with a shout-out slide at an all-hands. -Room to master your craft. We invest in deepening your expertise: modern UX practice, AI-native workflows, and whatever's next on the bleeding edge. What we're looking for -Deep, demonstrable expertise in product design and front-end engineering with AI dev tools — you're fluent in Figma and Claude Code -A track record of owning work end to end: research, design, build, ship -A skeptic's mindset: you verify before you believe, you research before you decide, and you expect the same of others -Direct, factual communication: you'd rather send a precise written summary than sit through a status meeting -Comfort being the resident expert: people will come to you for answers, and you'll have them (or you'll go find them) -A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn, and try again -Genuine curiosity about modern UX practice and AI-native workflows What this role is not -It's not a mockup factory. If your portfolio is static screens with no shipped product behind them, this isn't the fit. -It's not a heavily social role. There's collaboration, but your days are mostly heads-down building. If you do your best work with personal space and quiet focus, you'll like it here. -It's not vague. Scope, ownership, and expectations are defined up front, in writing.

Myriad Media, a digital agency based in Reston, VA, is finalizing a proposal for a public-sector contract (a community services board with 7 physical locations). We're lining up contractor capacity across three distinct specialties in preparation for a proposal award. This post is intentionally broad — please read only the section below that matches your specialty; we are not expecting one person to cover all three. This is a real, active opportunity tied to a specific contract currently under evaluation, not a general job board listing. If awarded, selected contractors would be engaged starting at contract kickoff, expected in the coming weeks. No commitment is required at this stage — we're confirming interest and availability ahead of finalizing our proposal team. SECTION 1 — Local SEO / Google Business Profile Specialist Ongoing multi-location local SEO for a 7-location public-sector client: Google Business Profile optimization and posts per location, citation cleanup and NAP consistency, review monitoring, local schema markup, and monthly ranking/performance reporting broken out location-by-location. Estimated hours: 12–16 hrs/month steady-state, with a heavier 20–25 hrs/month during the first 90 days (initial citation audit across all locations). SECTION 2 — SEO Content Writer Ongoing monthly content production: 4 SEO-optimized articles + 1 feature story per month, written in AP Style at an 8th-grade plain-language reading level, grounded in real program information rather than generic wellness content. Familiarity with healthcare/human-services subject matter and AI-search optimization (structuring content for AI Overviews/answer engines) preferred. Estimated hours: 20–25 hrs/month, steady from month one (no ramp-up period). SECTION 3 — WordPress / Divi Designer Launch-phase design and build support on a WordPress site using Divi/Elementor, supporting page template design and build-out alongside our in-house designer during initial site launch. Estimated hours: concentrated over a ~6-week launch phase, lighter as-needed support afterward. To apply: We're reaching out to specific candidates directly for each section — if you've been invited to this post, please respond regarding the section relevant to your specialty only.

Project Overview We are an engineering and project execution firm supporting power generation and infrastructure clients in a mission critical power market. We are engineering a large behind the meter, gas fired generating facility in a West Texas attainment county. The plant is built around a fleet of simple cycle natural gas combustion turbines with supplemental reciprocating gas engines. The plant combustion generation has a phased implementation and will eventually become a major source under PSD and Title V. We need a subject matter expert in TCEQ air permitting to act as our internal technical authority on the permitting pathway and, above all, on the permitting schedule. You would be retained by and reporting to our firm, working alongside our engineering leadership. The ideal candidate has experience with this process in Texas and provide practical guidance on achieving project goals. Scope of Work You will produce and then maintain the following: • A defensible permitting schedule. A step by step timeline from application submittal to final permit issuance for a case by case New Source Review under 30 TAC Chapter 116 Subchapter B plus federal PSD in an attainment county. It must cover administrative completeness review, technical review, deficiency letter cycles, the modeling audit, both public notices, the comment period, response to comments, and Executive Director action. We need durations that are realistic and defendable. • An application readiness gap analysis. We hold OEM emissions data that we already know is incomplete. We need you to identify precisely what TCEQ will require before the application can be declared administratively complete and before dispersion modeling can begin, and to attach a schedule cost to each gap that stays open. • Critical path and risk identification. Where do schedules of this type actually slip. What triggers a second notice. What is the realistic exposure to hearing requests and to the current wave of Clean Air Act challenges directed at Texas data center generation projects. Each item paired with its mitigation. • BACT positioning support. Review of our emissions control basis and our position on control technology, so that what we design matches what will ultimately be permitted. • Ongoing advisory. Scheduled working sessions with our engineering leadership, review of the emissions inventory as it matures, and sanity checking of the permitting narrative before it is presented to the project owner. Potential expansion into supporting or reviewing the application preparation itself if the engagement goes well. Required Qualifications • Direct experience with the TCEQ air permitting process. • Working command of case by case NSR, federal PSD, and Title V as TCEQ specifically administers them, including the Texas public notice sequence and the state level review steps that sit on top of federal requirements. • The ability to speak with authority on realistic agency timelines and on what TCEQ reviewers actually ask for, as distinct from what the guidance documents say. • Clear written and spoken English, and availability for scheduled video calls during United States Central business hours. • Willingness to sign a mutual non disclosure and non circumvention agreement before project specifics are released. Preferred • Former TCEQ Air Permits Division staff, or a consultant with a long working record in front of that division. • Combustion turbine and reciprocating engine BACT experience, including SCR and oxidation catalyst control strategies and the current NSPS turbine requirements. • Experience with behind the meter or islanded generation serving large data center load. What We Will Provide • The full equipment basis, unit counts, and site configuration under NDA. • The OEM emissions data set we currently hold, together with our own assessment of where it is deficient. • Our engineering position on emissions control technology and the reasoning behind it. • Direct access to engineering leadership, and prompt review turnaround. How To Apply Please answer the screening questions, and include in your proposal: 1. Two or three Texas major source air permits you personally worked, with your specific role on each. Sanitized or redacted detail is acceptable. If you can name the TCEQ permit number, do so. 2. A brief note on how you approach permitting schedule development, and where in your experience these schedules most often slip. 3. Your hourly rate, your realistic weekly availability over the next ninety days, and your time zone. To confirm you have read this posting, please begin your proposal with the word PERMITPATH. Please do not apply if you are an agency or firm bidding turnkey permitting services, or if your air permitting experience is primarily outside Texas. We are specifically seeking an individual practitioner with TCEQ depth. Detailed, specific proposals will be read closely. Generic proposals will not. We value speed, accuracy, and SME level rigor. Strong performance here leads directly to broader power project permitting work across our portfolio.

You will take total ownership of the SPX recruitment program. Your objective is twofold: Direct Creator Acquisition: Directly source, pitch, and onboard high-quality creators globally to stream live on TikTok LIVE (targeting a goal of 100 new active creators per month). B2B Partnership Development: Act as our boots-on-the-ground ambassador in Miami (and key metro markets) to forge strategic partnerships with local content studios, co-working spaces, modeling agencies, and fitness networks to secure recurring talent pipelines. Compensation, Perks & Benefits Guaranteed Monthly Draw: $2,000/month stability draw for the first 90 days while closing long-cycle B2B pipelines and ramping up creator acquisition. Uncapped Commissions: High-tier upfront bounties for every direct creator acquisition. Pipeline Bonuses: Significant, structured payouts for active organizational partnerships locked down. The Role We're a done-for-you growth marketing agency running paid acquisition for real estate agents, home service businesses, and other service brands. We manage the media buying, CRM infrastructure, and funnels in-house. What we want is a creative partner who owns the message. One thing up front: we work exclusively with service-based businesses. No ecommerce, no DTC, no product launches. If your portfolio is Shopify brands and product ads, this isn't the right fit and we'd rather not waste your time. Service-based direct response is a different animal — you're selling trust, expertise, and outcomes, not a product with a price tag and a picture. You'll be scripting the assets that carry the spend — video ad scripts, VSLs, and headline/hook copy for static and graphic creative — and then reading the data to figure out what actually landed and why. Most of our video is founder-led. We work directly with the owner or operator of the business and write scripts they deliver themselves, in a UGC-native style. That means writing in their voice, for their level of camera comfort, and choosing a format that fits both the message and the person delivering it. You should also understand where each asset sits in the funnel. A cold traffic video, a mid-funnel VSL, and a retargeting static all do different jobs, and we want someone who writes to the job rather than writing "an ad." This is not a "write me 20 variations" role. This is a role for someone who can look at a market, figure out what that buyer is actually afraid of and actually wants, and build a creative angle around it that we can test, scale, and iterate. What you'll be doing Writing direct response video scripts for founder-led delivery — teleprompter-ready, in the client's voice Choosing and specifying the ad format for each script: talking head, whiteboard, iPhone selfie-style, desk explainer, screen share, b-roll-over-VO. Same message, different vehicle — and you should know which vehicle fits Scripting long-form VSLs for high-ticket offers Writing headline, hook, and body copy for graphic/static ads Building angle banks — multiple distinct positioning angles per offer, not tone swaps on the same idea Mapping creative to funnel stage and to buyer awareness level Reviewing Meta Ads Manager data (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CPC, CPL, CPA, frequency, ranking diagnostics) and telling us why a creative is or isn't working Recommending the next creative test based on what the data says, not on what feels fresh Doing real customer research — reviews, forums, sales call notes, competitor ad libraries — before writing a word Who you are You've written direct response copy that ran on paid traffic with real budget behind it. You can point to specific ads and specific results. You think in levels of awareness. Unaware, problem aware, solution aware, product aware, most aware — you know that a cold unaware buyer and a warm product-aware buyer need fundamentally different openings, and you can tell us which level a given piece of copy is written for. You can read a Facebook Ads report without a media buyer translating it for you. You know the difference between a creative problem, an offer problem, and a targeting problem. You know video ad formats and when to use each one. You understand that a whiteboard explainer, an iPhone talking head, and a desk demo carry the same script completely differently — and you can brief a non-professional founder on how to shoot it. You understand marketing funnels and sales processes end to end — lead magnets, opt-ins, VSLs, appointment setting, discovery calls, closing. You know what objections get handled on the page vs. what gets handled on the call, and you write copy that sets the sales team up instead of overselling and creating a mess for them. You have enough graphic design sense to art-direct a static ad or give clear, usable feedback to a designer. Bonus if you can mock things up yourself in Canva/Figma/Photoshop. You write fast, take direction without ego, and can write in someone else's voice rather than your own. Your experience is in service-based direct response — agencies, coaching, home services, professional services, real estate, B2B. Ecommerce-only portfolios won't be a fit. Nice to have Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/funnel platforms Experience writing scripts that non-professional, on-camera founders actually delivered well Experience writing for local service or real estate verticals specifically Your application testis atttached to this as a PDF, and we will only review people who successfully submit it following the directions exactly. This is to test that you can do the job you claim to be applying for.
