We’re looking for an experienced placement agent / capital raise professional to help us expand an active seed raise for a newly launched AI real estate technology company. This opportunity is being led by a founder with 20 years of hands-on real estate experience and approximately 1,000 transactions behind him. After spending years inside the business and seeing firsthand how much time, manpower and follow-up goes into getting a real estate transaction from contract to closing, he spent the last 2.5 years fully bootstrapping a technology platform built to solve that problem. The result is an autonomous AI platform designed to actually run the transaction from contract to close. Not another CRM. Not an AI assistant that waits for someone to prompt it. The technology was built to take over a part of the real estate business that has traditionally required people, constant follow-up, calls, texts, emails and manual coordination. The platform is now live. We recently began onboarding our first paying customers and are moving from years of product development into growth. We’ve also structured and launched a private Investor Club through Fractional, giving investors an established process to review the opportunity and participate in the raise. Our investor deck, company materials, investment terms and supporting information are already prepared. We are not hiring someone to figure out how to package the company or teach us how fundraising works. We need distribution of the investment opportunity. Specifically, we are looking for someone with real relationships in the private investor community who can understand what we’ve built, determine which investors in their network may be a fit, and personally bring the opportunity to them. We want someone who already has relationships with people who invest in early-stage companies, including angel investors, high net worth individuals, family offices, successful founders and other private investors. Your value here is not giving us a list of names. It is access, relationships and the ability to create investor conversations we would not otherwise have. We want someone who is comfortable saying to an investor they already know: “I’m working with a company I think you should take a serious look at.” And then helping move that relationship from introduction, to conversation, to diligence, to a potential investment. We are not looking for a lead generation agency or someone whose main strategy is scraping thousands of investor names and blasting cold messages. We already know how to do cold outreach. We are specifically looking to add someone who brings a deeper level of investor access and fundraising experience to what we are already doing. The company has been fully bootstrapped to this point. The product is built. Customers are beginning to come onto the platform. The infrastructure for the raise is already in place. The capital we are raising now is about runway, team, marketing, distribution and speed. We spent the last 2.5 years getting here. Now we want to move. When applying, please tell us: 1. How much private capital have you personally helped raise? 2. What types of companies have you raised capital for? 3. What types of investors do you have direct relationships with today? 4. What check sizes are typical within your network? 5. Do you personally make introductions to investors you already know? 6. Give us 2 or 3 examples of raises you have directly worked on and approximately how much was raised. 7. If you believed this opportunity was a fit, how would you begin putting it in front of your network? 8. Are you registered with or associated with a broker dealer or securities firm? If applicable, please explain. We’re looking for someone who can bring relationships, credibility and execution into an active raise. If that’s what you do, we’d like to talk.

Senior Social Media & Brand Growth Manager | Multi-Brand Portfolio We are looking for an experienced social media professional who has a proven track record of BUILDING brands—not simply posting content. We manage and are actively growing several brands across entertainment, technology, nonprofit, lifestyle, hospitality, and mission-driven organizations. Our team already generates significant amounts of raw content, video, photos, interviews, stories, and ideas. What we need is someone who can help turn all of that into a disciplined, high-performing social media operation. This is not a “schedule three posts a week” position. We are looking for someone who understands: • Brand building and storytelling • Organic social media growth • Short-form video strategy • Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn • Turning raw footage into compelling social content • Hooks, captions, thumbnails and calls-to-action • Content calendars and posting cadence • Community engagement • Social trends without making a brand feel gimmicky • Analytics and using data to improve performance • Building repeatable systems so content doesn't depend on constant direction from us You should be comfortable taking a folder of raw videos, photos and information and saying: “Here is what we should make from this, here is where it should go, and here is when we should publish it.” We have people who can provide content and subject-matter expertise. We need someone who can help own the social media machine. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We want someone who has actually helped BUILD a brand or audience. When applying, please show us: 1. 3–5 social media accounts you have personally managed or helped grow. 2. Where those accounts were when you started and where you helped take them. 3. Examples of short-form video/content you personally created or directed. 4. Your specific role in the growth of those accounts. 5. The tools you use for editing, scheduling, analytics and content management. 6. How you would approach managing multiple brands without losing each brand's individual voice. 7. Your availability and preferred monthly or hourly arrangement. Please do not simply send a generic agency portfolio. We want to understand what YOU personally did and the results you produced. BONUS EXPERIENCE Experience with any of the following is a plus: • Mission-driven/nonprofit organizations • Entertainment/music • Founder/personal brands • Startups • Hospitality/tourism • Breaking news or rapidly developing content • Video editing • AI-assisted content creation • Building social media processes for a growing organization THE OPPORTUNITY For the right person, this could develop into a substantial long-term role across multiple brands. We are moving quickly, creating a lot of content, and building several exciting projects. We don't need someone waiting for a task list every morning. We need someone who can look at the bigger picture, bring ideas to the table, create structure, and help us build audiences that actually care about the brands. If that's you, we'd love to talk.

I’m seeking a discreet, resourceful, and genuinely well-connected professional to help me expand my network within the professional sports, investing, entrepreneurship, private wealth, philanthropy, entertainment, and executive communities. A major focus of this role is identifying legitimate pathways into invitation-only environments where influential and accomplished people build relationships. These may include private dinners, member gatherings, hospitality suites, philanthropic receptions, brand events, industry celebrations, investor gatherings, cultural events, and other selectively attended social experiences. I’m based in Florida and am particularly interested in Orlando, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, North Florida, Miami, Palm Beach, and Tampa. I’m also open to worthwhile opportunities elsewhere. This is not simply an internet-research assignment. I’m looking for someone who understands how private professional and social networks operate—and who can help turn research into credible access, relationships, and introductions. ### The Communities I Want to Develop Relationships Within I’m interested in meeting and building authentic relationships with people such as: * Professional sports executives and team-affiliated professionals * Current and former professional athletes involved in business, investing, media, or philanthropy * Founders, entrepreneurs, and established business owners * Venture-capital, private-equity, and family-office professionals * Investors and private-wealth professionals * Senior executives and board members * Leaders in entertainment, media, luxury hospitality, and philanthropy * Well-connected hosts, organizers, community leaders, and professional connectors ### What I Need Help With Depending on your experience and network, the work may include: * Identifying invitation-only events, private dinners, receptions, hospitality experiences, member gatherings, conferences, charity events, brand activations, and other selective networking opportunities * Finding legitimate routes to access through hosts, sponsors, memberships, charitable involvement, professional affiliations, applications, or warm introductions * Identifying the people and organizations that serve as trusted connectors within sports, investing, executive, philanthropic, and private-wealth communities * Facilitating appropriate professional introductions when you have an existing relationship * Advising me on how to build credibility and become meaningfully involved in relevant communities * Researching private clubs, membership organizations, donor communities, investor networks, cultural organizations, and professional groups * Developing thoughtful outreach strategies for hosts, organizers, membership directors, relationship managers, and community leaders * Creating a prioritized calendar of relevant opportunities in Florida and other select markets * Evaluating opportunities based on the quality of the community and potential for meaningful interaction—not simply price, exclusivity, or publicity * Helping me develop a sustainable network rather than treating each event as a one-time transaction I’m especially interested in opportunities that are not broadly marketed but can be accessed legitimately through an invitation, referral, membership, sponsorship, application, charitable relationship, or trusted connector. ### Access Standards All access and introductions must be legitimate and authorized. This project does not involve: * Gate-crashing or bypassing event security * Misrepresenting my identity, affiliations, or credentials * Purchasing or using improperly transferred invitations * Obtaining private personal information * Impersonation or deceptive outreach * Invasive research into specific individuals * Contacting someone’s friends, relatives, or colleagues under false pretenses * Mass cold-email or social-media campaigns All research must rely on public information or information shared with consent. The freelancer can complete the work remotely and is not required to attend events with me. ### Ideal Background You may be a strong fit if you have experience in: * Professional sports or sports business * Athlete or talent relations * Sports, entertainment, or luxury public relations * Executive networking or business development * Investor relations, private equity, venture capital, or family offices * Luxury concierge or VIP client services * Private membership organizations or clubs * Philanthropy, fundraising, or nonprofit development * Premium hospitality or experiential marketing * Private events, conferences, and brand activations * Entertainment, media, or celebrity relations Experience with a professional sports organization, sports agency, investment firm, family office, luxury hospitality company, membership organization, philanthropic institution, or private-event network would be particularly relevant. Existing relationships are a major advantage. However, applicants should not disclose confidential client or attendee information. ### What I’m Not Looking For I’m NOT looking for: * Generic lists of public sporting events * Lists of athletes, celebrities, or wealthy individuals * Social-media account lists * Unverified promises of VIP access * Mass cold outreach * Generic networking advice * Recommendations for expensive memberships without clear justification * Private investigations or personal-data collection * Someone who guarantees attendance at events they are not authorized to access * Dating coaching or matchmaking services I’m looking for credible pathways, relationship strategy, selective opportunity sourcing, and legitimate introductions. ### Initial Trial I’d like to begin with a 1–2 week strategy and opportunity-sourcing project. The initial deliverable should identify approximately 8–12 genuinely promising avenues for expanding my network, with an emphasis on invitation-only or selectively attended environments. For each recommendation, please provide: 1. A description of the event, organization, community, membership, or connector 2. The types of professionals typically involved 3. Why it aligns with my networking goals 4. Whether it is public, application-based, member-only, referral-based, or invitation-only 5. The legitimate pathway through which I could seek access 6. Approximate cost, membership requirements, application process, or expected lead time 7. The likelihood of meaningful interaction rather than simply attendance 8. Your recommended next step 9. What you could personally do to support that next step 10. Whether you have a relevant existing relationship, without revealing confidential names The final deliverable should be a concise document or spreadsheet with recommendations, priorities, supporting links, access pathways, and specific next actions. Applicants with relevant existing relationships may also propose one or more appropriate facilitated introductions as part of the paid trial. Introductions must be made professionally and with the consent of everyone involved. t I understand that credible relationship development and facilitated introductions may require a larger budget. For applicants with significant relevant experience or established relationships, I’m open to reviewing a proposal based on the actual scope and value offered. ### Questions for Applicants Please answer the following: 1. What relevant experience do you have in sports, investing, executive networking, private events, luxury hospitality, philanthropy, entertainment, or private membership communities? 2. What types of networks do you have legitimate access to? You do not need to disclose confidential names, but please describe the industries, types of relationships, and geographic markets involved. 3. Have you previously helped a client gain authorized access to invitation-only events or selective professional communities? If so, explain the approach without compromising anyone’s privacy. 4. What are three specific strategies you would use to help a Florida-based client build relationships within sports, investment, private-wealth, and executive communities? 5. Are you able to facilitate appropriate warm introductions, or is your service primarily focused on research and strategy? Please be direct about what you can realistically provide. 6. What could you accomplish during a 1–2 week paid trial? 7. Which Florida markets do you know particularly well? Discretion, professionalism, good judgment, and respect for privacy are essential. I’m especially interested in applicants who read this and immediately recognize which communities, organizations, hosts, and legitimate access pathways would be most relevant.

Content Creator — Los Altos | In Person I’m building a new editorial lifestyle brand on Instagram — curated, visually sophisticated, and built around a strong point of view rather than typical influencer content. Think less traditional influencer content, more a distinctive point of view brought to life visually. I have the concept, creative direction, and 25+ years of design experience. I’m looking for someone local who can shoot and edit with me in person, understand the vision, and bring great ideas and creative instinct of their own. The work includes shooting and editing Reels and short-form video, photography, lighting, composition, music selection, creative pacing, and helping shape a compelling, cohesive feed. I’m looking for someone who understands what feels current on Instagram, what makes people stop and look, and what actually drives engagement and audience growth. Taste matters enormously. You should be visually sharp, resourceful, curious, and tuned into culture and social content. I want someone who notices what’s interesting before everyone else is doing it — and who enjoys figuring out how to make an idea happen. This is hands-on, in-person work in Los Altos. Local candidates only — Los Altos, Peninsula or South Bay. No remote work and no Zoom. I’m looking for someone who can actually be here to shoot, create and collaborate in person. No agency background required — photographers, videographers, content creators and social creatives are all welcome. If this sounds like you, send me a note with your location, availability, rate, and a few examples of work you’re proud of. I’m especially interested in seeing work that shows your eye, not just your technical skills. Paid work with strong potential to become ongoing if it’s a great fit.

We recently launched Mouthful, a DTC wellness brand selling through TikTok Shop, and we’re looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Operations & Affiliate Manager who can become a hands-on extension of our founding team. We are still early-stage, but we’re serious about building TikTok Shop into a major growth channel. Our strengths are brand, creative, UGC, creator relationships, and content strategy. What we are looking for now is someone with deep experience on the operational, affiliate, and scaling side of TikTok Shop. This is not a general social media manager or content creation role. We are looking for someone who genuinely lives inside TikTok Shop Seller Center and understands how to turn an early-stage Shop into a scalable acquisition channel. What you would own * TikTok Shop Seller Center management and account health * Affiliate Center strategy and day-to-day management * Identifying and recruiting high-potential TikTok Shop affiliates * Targeted creator collaborations and outreach * Reviewing sample requests and deciding which creators are worth investing inventory into * Tracking sample ROI and creator performance * Following up with creators to increase posting and activation * Developing and optimizing affiliate commission structures * Promotions, campaigns, coupons, and Shop growth opportunities * GMV Max / TikTok Shop advertising strategy and optimization * Product listing and conversion optimization * Monitoring TikTok Shop policies, account issues, and new platform features * Weekly reporting on GMV, affiliate performance, creator activity, conversion, sample ROI, and key opportunities * Building repeatable systems and SOPs as the account grows Who we are looking for We strongly prefer candidates with significant hands-on experience managing U.S. TikTok Shops. Ideal candidates will have one or more of the following: * Previous experience working directly for TikTok / TikTok Shop * Experience at a high-performing TikTok Shop agency * Personally managed brands generating meaningful TikTok Shop GMV * A documented track record growing affiliate programs * Deep understanding of Seller Center, Affiliate Center, creator outreach, samples, commissions, promotions, GMV Max, and Shop analytics We care much more about real results and direct operating experience than certifications or generic marketing experience. If you have managed successful TikTok Shop brands, please be prepared to share: 1. The brands or types of brands you personally worked with 2. Approximate GMV or growth achieved 3. What the Shop was doing before you became involved versus after 4. What you were personally responsible for versus what the larger team handled 5. Specific examples of affiliate or creator strategies you implemented successfully How we work Mouthful is founder-led and highly collaborative. We want someone who can think strategically with us but is also willing to execute. Our founders will continue leading brand strategy, creative direction, UGC, and creator relationships. You would become our go-to person for the TikTok Shop operating system underneath all of that. We are not looking for someone who simply gives us recommendations and leaves us to implement them ourselves. We want someone who is comfortable getting into the account, doing the work, identifying problems, finding opportunities, and proactively telling us what we should do next. We expect to begin part-time/fractionally and increase the scope of the relationship as TikTok Shop revenue grows. For the right person, this has the potential to become a meaningful long-term partnership with the brand. When applying, please answer these questions 1. What TikTok Shops have you personally managed, and what results did you achieve? 2. What was your personal role in those results? Were you executing inside Seller Center day-to-day or primarily consulting/advising? 3. If you inherited an early-stage TikTok Shop with one hero product, limited sales history, and an active affiliate sampling program, what would you prioritize during your first 30–60 days? 4. How do you decide which affiliates deserve free samples and which do not? 5. What metrics would you report to us every week? 6. Do you personally manage the account, or would any portion of our account be delegated to someone else? 7. Please share any specific case studies, brands, screenshots, or verifiable results that demonstrate your TikTok Shop experience.

Native English editor to sharpen B2B thought leadership content (US-based, ongoing) We're WordCube, a language and localization company working with international enterprises on translation, multilingual content, and AI-assisted localization workflows. Our audience is senior: localization and global content leaders, marketing and communications teams, procurement, and international operations at multinational and technology companies. We produce our own source material. Our team has deep subject-matter knowledge and strong opinions about where the language industry is going — but we have drafts written by non-native speakers, and they don't yet read the way a well-edited piece in a US business publication reads. That's the gap we're hiring for. What you'd be doing You'd take our drafts — long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletter sections — and edit them into publishable English content that a VP of Localization or a Head of Global Marketing would actually stop and read. Concretely, that means: - Editing 1–2 long-form articles per month (roughly 1,200–2,000 words each) from rough draft to publication-ready - Editing 4–6 LinkedIn posts per month, adapted from the same underlying research - Rewriting weak openings, tightening arguments, cutting repetition, and fixing structure — not just proofreading grammar - Removing the "translated-from-Chinese" and "written-by-AI" cadence that shows up in drafts and replacing it with natural US business English - Flagging claims that sound overstated, unsupported, or unclear, so we can verify or reframe them before publishing - Occasionally suggesting a stronger angle when the draft has a good idea buried in the middle, and returning every piece with a short editor's note — what you changed, what you'd flag, and why — so our team gets better at the drafts we hand you We'll give you the background material: our editorial guidelines, industry reference sources, and context on each topic. You won't be researching from scratch, and you won't be inventing content. You're the editor, not the ghostwriter. What we're looking for - Native English speaker, based in the United States (this is a requirement for this role, not a preference) - Several years of professional experience writing or editing B2B content for a business audience — agency, in-house content team, trade publication, or established freelance practice - Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn as a B2B channel: you understand that a good LinkedIn post is structurally different from a blog intro, and you can show us work that performed - Editorial judgment. You can tell the difference between a draft that needs restructuring and one that needs three sentences fixed, and you don't rewrite for the sake of rewriting - Comfortable with restrained, credible, non-promotional writing. We don't want hype, buzzwords, clickbait hooks, or "game-changing" anything - Reliable turnaround and clear communication Nice to have (genuinely a plus, not a filter) - Experience in or around the language services industry — LSPs, translation, localization, TMS platforms, multilingual SEO, international content operations - Familiarity with how AI is actually being used in enterprise content and translation workflows, beyond the headlines - Experience editing content written by non-native English speakers or subject-matter experts How this works - Fixed price per piece. We'll agree a rate per article and per batch of LinkedIn posts before work starts, and we're open to your proposed pricing based on your experience - Ongoing engagement — we're looking for one editor to work with over time, not a one-off project - Steady, predictable volume: roughly 1–2 articles and 4–6 posts a month, with room to grow if it goes well - We'd like to start with one paid trial piece (one article plus two LinkedIn posts) so we can both see how the collaboration works before committing to an ongoing arrangement To apply, please include: 1. Two or three samples of B2B content you wrote or edited — LinkedIn posts and long-form both welcome. If you edited rather than wrote it, say so, and tell us briefly what you changed 2. One or two sentences on what usually goes wrong in expert-written B2B drafts, in your experience 3. Your typical fixed-price range per 1,500-word article and per LinkedIn post Applications that open with a generic cover letter and no samples won't be reviewed. We read every proposal that includes real work.

We are an established premium health and wellness supplement brand looking for an experienced graphic designer to become a long-term extension of our marketing team. Our immediate needs are paid social ad creatives and weekly email banners, but the right designer will also support website pages, ambassador campaigns, product mockups, packaging and label design, and other ongoing brand initiatives. This is not a one-time project. We are looking for an individual freelancer who can learn our brand, understand our products and customers, and consistently create work that is visually strong, on-brand, and built to perform. What we need Recurring weekly and monthly work: • Create 2–3 design options for a weekly email newsletter banner. Each banner should reflect the topic of the email or featured article, include the supplied headline and logo, and be delivered in a landscape format. • Create approximately six static Meta and Instagram ad creatives each month for our featured Product of the Month. • Develop meaningfully different concepts for A/B testing, not simply color changes or slight variations of the same design. • Translate supplied product benefits, approved copy, testimonials, ingredients, and campaign direction into clear, compelling visual concepts. Additional projects may include: • Website landing pages and product page graphics • Ambassador and influencer campaign creatives • Product mockups, image compositing, and label replacement • New product labels and packaging updates • Promotional campaigns and product launches • Amazon, wholesale, educational, and sales materials Our visual direction We want work that feels clean, modern, premium, credible, and scientifically grounded while still being visually interesting enough to stop the scroll. Our strongest creative typically falls into three categories: • Clean, product-centered designs with strong visual hierarchy • Science, ingredient, or benefit-focused concepts • Lifestyle or social-proof concepts featuring people, testimonials, or real-world product use We are moving away from generic stock-heavy wellness imagery, overly decorative designs, and creative that looks polished but does not clearly communicate the product or its value. What we are looking for • A strong portfolio featuring paid social ads, email creative, and DTC or consumer-product design • Experience with health, wellness, supplements, beauty, food, beverage, or another premium CPG category • An understanding of direct-response creative and what makes a static ad stop attention and convert • Strong product compositing, retouching, typography, and layout skills • Experience working with product mockups and accurately applying labels to bottles or packaging • Packaging and print-production experience, including dielines, bleeds, CMYK files, and print-ready artwork • Ability to follow established brand guidelines while bringing forward original ideas • Good communication, organization, and dependable turnaround times • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Figma experience is also helpful. • Ability to deliver organized, editable source files along with final web-ready or print-ready assets Because we work in the supplement industry, attention to detail is essential. Product labels, ingredients, claims, and supplied copy must remain accurate. The designer should never introduce unsupported medical claims or alter approved product information. How we will work together Our marketing team will provide the campaign objective, approved copy, product assets, brand references, and examples of previous creative. Initial concepts will be reviewed internally, followed by a reasonable revision process. We expect a consistent baseline of weekly and monthly work, with additional projects assigned as needed. Responsiveness is important because some campaigns will have firm launch dates. Paid trial Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a small paid trial using supplied assets and copy. The trial will likely include two static social ad concepts and one email banner. We do not request unpaid speculative work. How to apply Please include: Three to five portfolio examples most relevant to this position. At least one should be a paid social ad or campaign for a consumer product. An example of an email banner, website graphic, or landing page you designed. Any examples of packaging, label design, product mockups, or product-image compositing. A short explanation of how you would turn one product and one set of approved copy into six genuinely different concepts for A/B testing. Your typical turnaround time and weekly availability. Confirmation that you personally will complete the work. We prefer to work directly with an individual designer rather than an agency. Please begin your proposal with the words “Conversion Creative” so we know you reviewed the full posting.
