We are a premium Shopify pet wellness and remembrance brand, YASSI CART. Our previous freelancer failed to meet basic deliverables, and we need a reliable, fast-acting Shopify and Printify expert to finish our store setup immediately based on an airtight, zero-exception acceptance checklist. STRICT DESIGN AND BRANDING MANDATE: Our storefront has a beautiful, established design aesthetic built by a professional web agency (Fast Hippo Media). Your additions MUST perfectly mirror our existing fonts, padding, and layout styles (Cream, Sage Green primary palette, Dark Charcoal typography, and Restrained Gold memorial accents). Absolutely nothing can look patched in or inconsistent. NO generic, gimmicky, cartoonish pet-store aesthetics. NO stock-image shortcuts. YASSI CART must remain the visual brand authority on every single page. PROTECTIVE CONTRACT TERMS: 1. THE STRICT APPROVAL LOOP: Each milestone follows a fixed operational progression: Build then Test then Client Reviews then Client Approves then Release Funds and Move to Next Milestone. Nothing moves forward without written approval in Upwork messages. Everything must be built and reviewed in a hidden draft theme sandbox. No live publishing without written permission. 2. PHASE 1 MANDATORY AUDIT: Before changing any active code or files, the developer must deliver an initial systems report mapping exactly what is completed, broken, or missing across our integrations to serve as an independent dispute record. 3. TECHNICAL LIMITATION PROTOCOL: If any connected application or fulfillment supplier possesses a genuine technical limitation, the developer must notify the client in writing to explain the issue BEFORE substituting any workaround or marking a deliverable complete. 4. NO PLACEHOLDERS: Generic placeholder artwork, grey boxes presented as finished sections, or configured but not finished workflows will NOT be accepted as milestone completion. Every element must be tested and fully functional. PROPOSED CONTRACT MILESTONE BREAKDOWN (TOTAL BUDGET: $350.00): - Milestone 1: Audit, Sourcing Check and Recovery Plan ($50.00). Technical system verification, existing setup mapping, and deep CJdropshipping US Warehouse domestic logistics availability log report. - Milestone 2: Website Core and Email Infrastructure Completion ($100.00). Complete authentication of domain emails (info, orders, support, returns at yassicart.com) with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC server locks. Configure structured layout columns for The YASSI CART JOURNAL Because They Are Family Too. - Milestone 3: Products and Printify Configuration ($100.00). Position 1 placement for our custom Rainbow Bridge Fleece Blanket with active text-entry personalization blocks. Map personalized hoodies and trucker caps on high-contrast dark fabric templates with name personalization boxes. Scale and align dual-variant matte black and clear candle jars with our logo cleanly engraved onto bamboo wooden lids. Deploy custom double-sided 12x18 lawn canvas garden flags via Printify's domestic Fort Worth, Texas hub. - Milestone 4: Klaviyo Marketing Automations ($50.00). Link app backend and deploy automated workflows for Abandoned Cart recovery tracking, Win-Back hooks, and the Welcome and Thank-You discount pipeline using coupon code YASSIFAMILY. - Milestone 5: Final QA, Testing and Launch ($50.00). End-to-end user path testing (Product page to Cart to Checkout), mobile and desktop spacing audit across all viewports (correcting overlapping text, misalignments, or scaling errors), loading of 5 pre-saved text reviews, footer legal cleanup (removing Fast Hippo Media text), and live launch. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (YOU MUST ANSWER TO BE CONSIDERED): 1. Provide 2 to 3 links to live Shopify stores you personally completed. 2. Tell us specifically what parts of those connected stores you personally built (for example, Printify mapping, Klaviyo flows, or email and domain authentication). 3. Confirm you can execute this exact 5-milestone loop inside a hidden draft theme sandbox within 48 hours.

SUMMARY Boutique agency with a fully documented AI production system needs a part-time social content producer with real strategy chops. You enhance rough monthly calendars (research, local hooks, creative angles), produce the graphics with AI image tools, and schedule into Vista Social. Our current pipeline runs on Claude + ChatGPT and it's fully documented, but it's a working system, not a religion: if you produce better results with different tools or methods, we want that argument. The AI does the heavy production lifting; we're hiring your taste and judgment. Starts with one paid trial calendar (roughly 10 to 15 hours), grows to multiple calendars per month if it works. If we believe AI was used to write your proposal or screening answers, you will be immediately disregarded. We've hired 1,000+ contractors on this platform; we know what generated answers look like. THE ROLE You work under our creative director. Each month you receive rough calendar builds that tend to come out generic, and your job is to make them not generic. Example of the level we mean: for a pulmonology clinic, we researched real local events and places where people can escape the summer heat and get their lungs moving, tagged those local pages for reach, and sourced credible third-party content worth highlighting. Every event verified and dated, every link landing on a specific page, every tag earned. If that excites you, apply. If your instinct is a canned hashtag set and a stock quote graphic, this isn't your post. THE MONTHLY FLOW Enhance the calendar using our Claude workflow and your own research → creative director approves → sample graphic batch for the month's visual treatments, feedback and approval → full image set produced through the approved pipeline → scheduled into Vista Social as drafts, links verified. HOW WE WORK Our process is documented and gated: explicit approvals, one unit at a time, everything verified. That discipline is non-negotiable. The methods and tools inside it are not: we've improved this system every month since it existed, and if you know a better way to research, generate, or structure a month, argue for it. Winning arguments get written into the operating documents and become the standard. Challenge through the process, never around it. YOU'RE A FIT IF you can spot generic creative instantly and say why; you write tight caption copy in a brand's voice; research means verification to you, not vibes; you're strong with AI image generation (we currently run ChatGPT; fluency with comparable tools counts) and comfortable working with Claude; you've run Vista Social or comparable (Sprout, Later, Buffer); you work async in writing without hand-holding. Instant dealbreakers: anything fabricated or unverified, fear-based health content, words put in real people's mouths, AI likenesses of real people, process or tool changes without sign-off.

We’re looking for a creative, strategic PR consultant to support book launches for a mission-driven nonfiction publishing program focused on ideas, social change, animal protection, conservation, and related fields. We’re especially interested in someone who can straddle traditional book publicity and newer media/platform-building approaches: someone who understands how to pitch journalists, podcasts, radio, newsletters, and reviewers, but who also thinks fluently about Substack, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, influencer/creator outreach, partnerships, and audience-building. We’re looking for someone who can help authors and thought leaders get meaningful visibility through a mix of earned media, digital media, creator partnerships, and strategic content opportunities. **Timeline** We expect to have the next book launch in December, and are interviewing freelancers well in advance. **About us** We work with authors and thought leaders whose books aim to shift public conversation around important issues. Our authors often have strong subject-matter expertise, compelling ideas, and nonprofit/academic/advocacy networks — but they may need help turning that into a practical launch and visibility strategy. Recent projects include narrative nonfiction and idea-driven books in areas like conservation, animal welfare, global development, and social impact. **What we’re looking for** We’re looking for someone who can help us design and execute a modern PR strategy that may include: - Traditional media outreach: newspapers, magazines, radio, podcasts, book reviewers, and journalists - New media outreach: Substack writers, niche newsletters, YouTube channels, podcast hosts, creators, influencers, and online communities - Strategic pitching around timely hooks, evergreen themes, and author expertise - Identifying outlets where a book/author’s ideas can become part of a larger conversation - Advising on author platform-building before, during, and after launch - Helping authors translate book themes into social content, op-eds, podcast angles, essays, or partnership opportunities - Supporting targeted outreach to mission-aligned organizations, partners, communities, and creators **Ideal background** You might be a great fit if you have experience with some combination of: - Book publicity, author PR, journalism, podcast booking, or media relations - Nonfiction, ideas-based, advocacy, academic, or mission-driven books - Creator/influencer outreach, Substack/newsletter strategy, YouTube/podcast ecosystems, or digital audience-building - Helping experts, authors, founders, or nonprofit leaders become more visible in their field You do not need to have an agency behind you. We’re open to independent consultants or small teams, as long as you bring strong judgment, initiative, and relevant contacts/strategy. **What success looks like** We’re looking for someone who can help create meaningful momentum, such as: - Podcast bookings - Newsletter/Substack coverage - Interviews or expert commentary opportunities - Book reviews or feature coverage - Creator/influencer mentions - Strategic partnerships or organizational amplification - Stronger launch messaging and clearer audience targeting - A repeatable PR/new media playbook we can use across future book launches **To apply** Please include: - A brief note about your relevant experience - Examples of books, authors, thought leaders, nonprofits, or mission-driven projects you’ve supported - Your approach to blending traditional PR with newer media / creator / platform strategy - Any subject areas where you have especially strong contacts or interest - Your recommended structure and timeline for a book launch engagement - Your rate or project fee range - Bonus if you can share a short example of a campaign where you helped a nonfiction author, expert, or organization gain visibility beyond traditional press.

SEO Specialist — Part-Time, Ongoing WordPress, Shopify, Technical SEO & AI Search/GEO | ~20 hours per week Lockhern Digital is a fully remote Search Everywhere Agency. We help brands become more visible wherever their customers are searching, from traditional Google results to AI Overviews and LLM-generated answers. We’re a passionate, fast-moving team that cares deeply about doing excellent work. We provide clear briefs, document decisions carefully, and give people the space and trust to take ownership of their work. We move quickly, but we don’t cut corners. We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented SEO Specialist who enjoys turning strategy into real, high-quality improvements on client websites. This is a hands-on implementation role. You won’t just make recommendations or send audits into the void, you’ll help write, optimize, build, QA, document, and, when appropriate, deploy the work. What you’ll work on You’ll receive organized briefs and tasks through ClickUp and take ownership of work such as: On-page SEO Write and optimize meta titles and descriptions Improve H1s, H2s, H3s, and overall heading structure Add useful, descriptive image alt text Strengthen internal linking and page relevance Technical SEO Implement and validate JSON-LD schema, including FAQPage, BlogPosting, LocalBusiness, Product, and other structured data Set up and QA 301 redirects Correct canonical and noindex issues Identify and improve thin, duplicate, or unnecessary template pages Help keep XML sitemaps and robots.txt files clean and accurate Local and location SEO Build and optimize city, service-area, and topical hub pages Create useful, genuinely unique hyperlocal content Develop logical internal-linking structures across location pages Content and conversion optimization Draft and rewrite blog posts and on-page copy Turn client newsletters, notes, or source material into search-friendly content Improve calls to action and page copy with both conversions and search intent in mind Apply E-E-A-T principles while keeping the writing natural and genuinely helpful WordPress and Shopify execution Make changes directly in WordPress Update Shopify collections, products, metadata, and page content Handle light theme or template adjustments when needed AI Search and GEO Structure pages and supporting data to improve their chances of appearing in AI Overviews and LLM-generated answers Help us monitor and report on AI/LLM visibility Explore practical ways to make client content easier for both search engines and AI systems to understand and cite Data preparation and quality assurance Build and maintain spreadsheets for bulk metadata, H1, content, and schema projects Review AI-assisted content carefully for accuracy, clarity, tone, and usefulness Document completed changes in shared Google Docs and Sheets QA your work before anything is considered ready to deploy Success in this role means delivering accurate, thoughtful work on time, with clear documentation and minimal back-and-forth. We care about speed, but we care even more about getting the details right. You may be a great fit if you have At least two years of hands-on experience with on-page and technical SEO Confidence working in WordPress with RankMath and/or Yoast Experience implementing SEO changes in Shopify A solid understanding of structured data and JSON-LD schema Working knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4 Strong SEO writing skills, especially for metadata, headings, landing pages, and blog content Comfort using Google Sheets or Excel for bulk content and QA work Experience using tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and the judgment to fact-check, edit, and improve their output A genuine interest in AI Search, Generative Engine Optimization, AI Overviews, and LLM visibility Experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio is a plus. Other helpful skills include basic HTML/CSS, WP All Import, Shopify Liquid, Google Business Profile, and local SEO, but you don’t need to check every box to apply. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is careful, curious, dependable, and proud of their work. Small mistakes on live client sites matter, so attention to detail is important, but so is knowing when to ask a question rather than make an uncertain guess. We would rather be asked 1000 times and get it right than not be asked and get it wrong. Communication and collaboration Clear communication matters just as much as technical ability. You’ll be expected to: Write clear, professional English Keep task statuses current in ClickUp Leave useful comments and document what you changed Flag questions or blockers early rather than going quiet Join occasional video calls Record and watch Loom walkthroughs when helpful Be responsive during our agreed overlap window with US business hours Work independently outside that window We’re async-first, so we don’t expect you to be online all day. We do expect reliable updates, thoughtful questions, and consistent follow-through. What it’s like to work with us We’re fully remote and distributed, with a few hours of overlap with US business hours for collaboration. Most work is organized into monthly task batches with clear start dates, due dates, and supporting briefs. We document as we go so multiple people can contribute safely without overwriting work or making risky live-site changes. We QA everything, especially AI-assisted content. We also avoid deploying client-site changes on Fridays; Mondays are usually our preferred deployment day. You’ll receive clear direction, practical feedback, and room to do your work well. We value people who take ownership, communicate kindly, and care about the client experience, not just checking off tasks. Role details Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week Contract: Ongoing, with room to grow as the agency grows Location: Fully remote Schedule: Flexible, with some agreed overlap with US business hours Trial: We’ll begin with a small paid task so both sides can decide whether the working relationship feels like a strong fit How to apply Please start your proposal with the words “AI Overview” so we know you read the full post. Then tell us briefly about: Your relevant SEO experience One or two examples of on-page, technical, local, or content SEO work you’re proud of The platforms and tools you’re strongest in, such as WordPress, RankMath, Shopify, schema, GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog Your experience with, or perspective on, AI Search, GEO, AI Overviews, and LLM visibility Links to a portfolio, work samples, or relevant case studies are welcome. Please don’t worry about writing a long proposal; a thoughtful, specific response is much more helpful than a generic one. We read every application and respond quickly to candidates who seem like a strong fit. We’re looking forward to learning more about you and the work you enjoy doing.

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Lead to help own and elevate the visual direction of Bodily, a venture-backed women’s health company creating research-backed products for major life transitions including postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, pregnancy loss, and beyond. This is not a role for someone who only develops concepts and hands them off. We’re looking for a strong designer and creative thinker who can set the direction and execute the work across digital, paid social, ecommerce, email, campaigns, packaging, and retail. You should have a strong visual point of view, excellent design fundamentals, and a deep understanding of how creative needs to work within a performance-driven ecommerce business. What You’ll Own Brand & Creative Direction * Own and evolve Bodily’s visual identity across digital, social, email, ecommerce, paid media, packaging, and campaign work. * Develop creative concepts and bring them through execution rather than relying on another designer to interpret the idea. * Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand through new content formats, art direction, elevated executions, and stronger visual systems. * Develop and maintain templates, design systems, and brand standards that help the broader team move faster while maintaining consistency. * Collaborate closely with the CMO and cross-functional team on launches, campaigns, promotions, and ongoing creative needs. Ecommerce, Email & Marketing Design * Design creative for social, email, paid media, website, ecommerce, and campaign touchpoints. * Create assets supporting product launches, promotional moments, educational content, and brand storytelling. * Develop elevated PDP assets that clearly communicate product benefits, features, and positioning. * Create site graphics, homepage updates, landing page assets, promotional modules, merchandising concepts, and other ecommerce creative. * Balance brand expression with conversion and performance goals. Paid Social & Content * Develop a steady pipeline of static, GIF, and short-form video creative for Meta and other paid channels. * Use performance learnings to iterate on creative concepts, hooks, layouts, and messaging. * Work with the Social Media Manager on short-form video including reels, story content, product demonstrations, UGC-inspired formats, and campaign creative. * Create content that feels native to digital platforms while remaining distinctly Bodily. * Support Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other retail/ecommerce creative needs as they arise. AI-Enabled Creative AI fluency is important to how we work. We’re looking for someone who actively uses AI as part of their creative process — not simply someone familiar with the tools. You should be comfortable using AI to: * Generate and develop imagery and creative concepts. * Extend existing photoshoots or content. * Produce or enhance video and motion assets. * Develop variations and iterations faster. * Support copy, concepts, and creative testing. * Identify new ways AI can improve the quality or velocity of the team’s output. Experience with tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus. Packaging & Print * Support packaging development for new and existing products. * Prepare production-ready files, print specifications, and artwork updates. * Assist with hang tags, care tags, inserts, retail materials, and other printed collateral. * Maintain organized files, templates, and systems for efficient production. What We’re Looking For * Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. * Strong graphic design fundamentals across typography, layout, hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling. * A portfolio demonstrating high-quality ecommerce, consumer brand, and marketing work. * Experience designing for DTC or ecommerce brands, with an understanding of how creative supports both brand-building and conversion. * Experience producing creative across multiple formats rather than specializing in only one channel. * Demonstrated experience incorporating AI creative tools into your actual workflow. * Strong creative judgment and the confidence to bring forward a point of view while also receiving and incorporating feedback. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment without sacrificing attention to detail. * Bias toward action: you make things, iterate quickly, ask smart questions, and keep projects moving. Apparel, intimates, beauty, wellness, women’s health, or premium consumer brand experience is especially relevant, but not required. Engagement This is a remote contract opportunity with the potential to grow into a larger ongoing engagement for the right person. We’re looking for someone who can overlap meaningfully with U.S. East Coast business hours. To Apply Please include: 1. A link to your portfolio. 2. A few examples of work you personally designed and executed. 3. Examples of ecommerce, paid social, email, or campaign creative. 4. A brief explanation of how you currently use AI tools in your creative workflow. 5. Your availability and hourly rate. Please only apply if you are personally hands-on in design and execution. We run paid media for growth-stage brands. We need a paid social specialist to take over a legal services lead gen account that is spending now and needs to perform better, fast. Both Meta and TikTok are live and spending today. Core Issues: Lead quality. Volume is there. Qualified volume is not. We want someone who tests their way to better-qualified leads, and who understands that a cheaper lead nobody signs is worse than an expensive one who does. Ad approvals. Meta's review system keeps flagging this client under financial services and special ad category rules. That classification is wrong for what they do, and the disapprovals are costing us delivery. We need someone who has fought this before and knows how account setup, creative, and copy affect what gets flagged. Competition. Other agencies are circling this account. The work has to hold up when someone else audits it. What you own: -Meta strategy and execution: campaign structure, audiences, creative testing, budget pacing -TikTok Ads management: take over the live account, tighten structure and targeting, run a real creative testing cadence on Spark Ads and in-feed, and tell us honestly whether the channel earns more budget or less. -Lead quality at the source: the form design, qualifying questions, audience definition, and what happens after the click -Ad policy and approvals on both platforms, including Meta and TikTok support tickets and appeals -Tracking, end-to-end. -Meta Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Pixel and Events API, event mapping, and whether the platforms match what the client sees in their CRM. -A testing roadmap you actually run, with clear reads on what won -Weekly reporting on lead volume, cost per qualified lead by channel, and what you changed What we want: -Deep Meta lead gen experience in legal, home services, medical, or another high-intent local services vertical -Hands-on TikTok Ads experience running a spending account, not just a test budget -A track record with disapprovals and special ad category misclassification. Tell us how you got an account back in good standing. -Someone who moves without being pushed. We hand over the audit, the data, and the goals. We should not have to prompt you weekly to keep it moving. -Someone who challenges the brief instead of agreeing with all of it -Strong writing and the willingness to defend your reasoning -US-based -Helps but not required: personal injury or legal experience. Call tracking and CRM lead scoring. Landing page and form CRO. Short-form video scripting and creative direction. How this works: You report to our team with a named point of contact. You get a full account audit, historical performance, and the business context on day one. You have real authority over strategy here. Use it. Ongoing, with room to expand. This one is urgent. Must have availability within the next two weeks.
