First, the post specifies more than 30 hours per week. That is not accurate, at least not yet. If you are not an A-player and cannot meet the requirements specified below, don't even bother submitting because it will quickly not work out even if you interview well. About Us: We're a growth-focused, full service digital marketing agency managing SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) programs for a portfolio of B2B and local service clients across multiple verticals: Home services / roofing (local SEO, NJ-based) Enterprise energy procurement (B2B/SaaS) Telecommunications (B2B services) Wealth management (financial services) We have in-house content development capabilities and established client workbooks, content plans, KPI frameworks, and reporting infrastructure already in place. What we need is a strategic SEO leader to direct the program — not another executor. The Role: This is a Director-level SEO position - part-time/fractional - responsible for strategy, quality control, vendor management, and performance reporting across a growing number of client accounts. You will NOT be writing blog posts or building links yourself. You will be directing what gets written, who builds the links, and whether the work meets our quality standards. Core Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Own the SEO and AEO strategy across all client accounts Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content planning Develop and maintain content briefs for our in-house content team Identify ranking opportunities across traditional search and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot) Advise on technical SEO priorities per client Quality Control: Review all deliverables before they go live - blog content, guest posts, citations, on-page optimizations, technical fixes Set and enforce quality standards for guest post placements (DA thresholds, topical relevance, contextual link placement) Ensure citation quality meets manual verification standards Review and optimize content briefs and published content for SEO and AEO effectiveness Vendor Management: Source, vet, and manage specialized service providers for: Guest post outreach and placement Citation building Technical SEO audits and implementation Hold vendors accountable to deliverable timelines, quality standards, and reporting Recommend vendor changes when performance doesn't meet standards KPI Ownership & Reporting: Own the reporting stack: Rank Tracker (keyword rankings), Scrunch AI (AEO monitoring across 8 AI platforms), Google Analytics 4 (traffic/engagement), WhatConverts (conversions/lead quality) Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards per client Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations Track deliverable completion against agreed timelines Client Communication: Attend client calls (cadence varies: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on account) Present SEO/AEO performance updates with data-driven insights Make strategic recommendations - not just status reports Contribute to client retention and expansion conversations Team Coordination: Brief and direct our in-house content developer on all SEO content Coordinate with account managers/project managers on deliverable flow Ensure all workbooks and project trackers stay current What We Already Have in Place: You're not starting from scratch. We provide: Established client relationships and direct communication channels Client structure with project management tracking, deliverable timelines, keyword research, content strategies, and on-page optimization reports (see scope example below) In-house content development - you brief, they write, you review KPI tracking infrastructure: Rank Tracker, Scrunch AI, GA4, WhatConverts Looker Studio reporting templates Content plans already built per client Existing vendor relationships to evaluate and potentially retain Example client deliverable scope (monthly per client): 2 blog posts (content developed in-house, SEO-directed by you) 2 guest post backlinks (placed by vendor, managed by you) 10-20 quality citations (built by vendor, quality-controlled by you) On-page optimizations Technical SEO monitoring Monthly analytics and performance report Client call participation The Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of SEO experience with at least 2 years in a strategic/leadership role (not just execution) Proven experience managing SEO vendors - link builders, guest post providers, technical SEO specialists Strong understanding of AEO - how content, citations, and authority signals feed AI platforms and how to optimize for AI-driven discovery Data-driven - comfortable with GA4, Rank Tracker, Google Search Console, and building Looker Studio dashboards Familiar with or willing to learn Scrunch AI for AEO monitoring across ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot, etc. Familiar with WhatConverts or similar conversion tracking and lead quality tools Experience across both local SEO and B2B/enterprise SEO - our portfolio requires both Excellent communication - comfortable on client calls presenting strategy, not just data Quality-first mindset - you know the difference between a CCR-Mag editorial placement and a Megri.com content farm, and you'd never let the latter through Strategic thinker who can also get tactical - you set the direction AND review the details Experience working within structured systems - -trackers, content calendars, approval workflows This Is NOT the Right Fit If: You're primarily an executor looking for someone to tell you what to do Your experience is only in one vertical (local OR B2B, not both) You've never managed external vendors or contractors You can't explain the difference between a quality guest post and a paid placement on a content farm You're not comfortable with client-facing communication You view AEO as "not my job" - it's central to everything we do Screening Questions (Please Answer in Your Proposal): Describe your experience managing SEO vendors or contractors. How did you vet them, set quality standards, and hold them accountable? What is your approach to quality-controlling guest post placements? What would you look for, and what would you reject? How do you approach AEO (AI Engine Optimization)? What specific tactics do you use to improve a client's visibility across AI platforms? Describe a time you managed SEO across multiple clients in different verticals simultaneously. How did you handle the different strategies? What reporting tools do you use, and how do you structure a monthly client report? Walk me through what you'd present on a client call. Are you comfortable attending weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly client calls across multiple accounts? Describe your communication style on these calls. What's the biggest SEO quality failure you've caught before it went live? What was the issue and how did you handle it? To Apply: Please include: Answers to all 7 screening questions A brief overview of your current/recent role and how it relates to this position Examples of reporting dashboards or client deliverables you've created (scrubbed for confidentiality is fine) Your hourly rate and estimated weekly availability Any experience with the tools in our stack: Rank Tracker, Scrunch AI, GA4, WhatConverts, Looker Studio This is a long-term strategic partnership. If you're the right fit, this grows as our client portfolio grows. Out last Director of SEO was with us for 13 years.

You are the concise expert—getting to the point quickly and making complex concepts clear and simple to non-technical customers. - Client Success Orientation: Prioritize the "human" side of the implementation, ensuring the solution solves the client’s actual pain points rather than just being technically correct. The Ideal Profile: Technical Fluency (The "How It Works" Knowledge): - Systems Thinker: You understand the Big Picture of how APIs, CRMs, and databases interact. You don’t need to be the world’s fastest coder, but you must be a world-class architect. - Automation Stack: Deep familiarity with CRM, Project Management, Integration, and AI tools. - AI Expert: A solid grasp of how to practically apply AI/LLMs to business workflows. The Superpowers (Client & Communication): - Professional Presence: You carry yourself with a demeanor that builds immediate trust. You are concise, articulate, and mindful of the client’s time. - Concise Communicator: You avoid the Solution Architect Trap of over-explaining. You know how to give a "Yes/No" or a "Bottom Line Up Front" (BLUF). - Leadership: You can guide, educate, and—when necessary—firmly pivot a client toward a better strategic path. Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in systems consulting, operations, business automation, or a similar role. - 2+ years of AI expertise in a business context - Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (JSON, Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.) and system integrations. - Working knowledge of project management and CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce). - Familiarity with API usage, data flows, and basic scripting or logic-based automation. - Excellent problem-solving and process-mapping skills. - Clear written and verbal communication, especially with non-technical stakeholders. - Strong client-facing presence with the ability to guide, educate, and influence clients. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment. - Exposure to AI tools and understanding of their application in business settings. - Technical certifications in automation platforms (Zapier Expert, Make Partner, etc.). - Understanding of business functions like marketing, sales, operations, and finance. Soft Skills: - Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving by identifying innovative solutions to client challenges and operational obstacles. - Systems thinker with a knack for breaking down complex problems. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. - Collaborative team player who thrives in a remote-first work environment. - Passionate about technology, continuous improvement, and client success.

Paid Media & Conversion Systems Manager Guardian Senior Solutions is an Orange County, California advisory firm that helps families navigate the decisions that hit all at once when a parent needs care. We are licensed across real estate, mortgage, and insurance, and we operate a conflict-free advisory model — we are not paid by the facilities or providers we recommend. Our revenue does not come from a single product. An enrolled household can generate value across care coordination, home equity strategy, insurance, estate and trust referrals, and long-horizon wealth relationships. That structure changes everything about how paid media has to be built for us. ### What we are actually buying We are not buying traffic. We are not buying leads. We are buying **qualified consultations that show up, convert, and enter a household relationship with measurable downstream value.** If your reporting leads with impressions, reach, CTR, or cost per lead, we are not a fit. We measure: - Cost per **qualified** consultation booked - Consultation **show rate** - Consultation → enrolled household conversion - Cost per enrolled household, by channel and by campaign - Contribution margin per household over a 12-month window You will have visibility into all of it. You will be accountable to it. ### Scope of work **1. Campaign management (Meta + Google)** Build, launch, and iterate paid campaigns across Meta and Google (Search, Performance Max where appropriate, YouTube for retargeting). Full ownership of structure, audiences, creative testing cadence, budget pacing, and bid strategy. **2. Tracking and attribution architecture** This is the hard part and the reason this role exists. Our revenue events happen 30 to 120+ days after the click. You must build the plumbing that feeds those downstream events back to the ad platforms so they optimize for revenue rather than form fills. That means server-side tracking, Conversions API, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, offline conversion import triggered off CRM stage changes, and value-based bidding once we have signal density. **3. CRM and AI call center integration** Every campaign must terminate in our stack, tagged with source attribution that survives the entire lifecycle. Leads route to our AI voice agent for first contact and appointment setting, then into SMS and email nurture sequences. You will own the handoff layer: form → CRM → dialer → sequence → calendar → reporting. You are not building the AI agent; you are making sure the funnel feeds it clean, consented, correctly tagged records. **4. Data capture and vetting instruments** We qualify households before we spend advisor time on them. You will design the progressive capture path: a light, high-converting front-end form, then a deeper vetting survey that scores **viability** and **timing** as two separate axes. Households that are viable but not yet timely go to long-cycle nurture, not to the trash. Households that are neither get filtered before they cost us a calendar slot. **5. Landing pages and creative direction** Build and iterate landing pages and lead forms. Direct creative production (we can supply or source assets). Systematic testing — hypothesis, test, read, document, next test. Not random swaps. **6. Reporting** A live dashboard we can open ourselves, plus a weekly written read: what you changed, what it did, what you are doing next, and what you need from us. Monthly deeper review against the KPIs above. ### Our stack - **CRM / automation:** GoHighLevel - **AI voice:** Retell AI (outbound and inbound appointment setting) - **Calendar:** Microsoft Outlook / Office 365 sync - **Ad platforms:** Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads - **Tracking:** Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Conversions API (server-side preferred) Hands-on GoHighLevel experience is strongly preferred. If you are strong on media but weak on GHL, tell us — we have technical build support and will consider you, but you must be able to specify what you need built. ### Compliance — read this carefully We operate in a regulated space and our advertising is subject to real constraints. Candidates who do not understand this will not be considered. - **Meta Special Ad Category.** Mortgage and home-equity advertising is subject to Meta's special ad category restrictions, which materially limit age, demographic, and detailed targeting and impose location radius minimums. Our buyer is 65+. You must have a working answer for how you reach that audience when the platform will not let you target them directly. - **Health-related targeting restrictions.** Both platforms restrict targeting and personalization based on health conditions and inferred medical status. Our audience is defined by caregiving circumstances. Same problem, same requirement — you need an approach that does not rely on prohibited signals. - **TCPA.** Leads feed an outbound AI dialer and SMS sequences. Consent language, capture, and record retention must be built correctly at the form layer. Not an afterthought. - **Financial services advertising rules.** Reverse mortgage and home equity messaging carries specific disclosure and substantiation requirements. All ad copy touching lending or insurance goes through our review before it runs. No exceptions, no "I'll ask forgiveness." We are not asking you to be our compliance counsel. We are asking you to know where the fences are and to build inside them without being told twice. ### Terms of engagement - **Account ownership stays with us.** Meta Business Manager, Google Ads account, pixels, domains, GTM container, and all creative assets are owned by Guardian Senior Solutions. You receive partner-level access. Work product and IP assign to us. This is non-negotiable and we will not consider proposals that require running through your agency's accounts. - **Paid trial first.** We start with a scoped, paid discovery and audit engagement — you assess our current tracking, propose the architecture, and deliver a 90-day build plan with milestones. If that lands, we move to an ongoing retainer. - **Milestone-based thereafter.** 90-day performance framework with defined targets set jointly at the end of the trial. - **Ad spend is separate** from your fee and paid directly by us. - **Disclose subcontracting.** If part of this work goes to a team, say so upfront. We do not care that you have a team. We care about finding out later. ### Not a fit if - Your case studies are e-commerce ROAS screenshots with no B2C service or regulated-vertical experience - You need age targeting on Meta to do your job - You want to "drive awareness" and "build the brand" - Your reporting is a platform screenshot with no CRM-side truth in it - You expect to hand off at the lead and call it a conversion --- ## SCREENING QUESTIONS Answer these directly in your proposal. Generic proposals and obvious AI boilerplate get archived without a reply. 1. Mortgage and home-equity ads on Meta fall under a special ad category that strips most demographic targeting. Our buyer is 65+ and often the adult child of a 65+ parent. Walk me through how you would actually reach them. 2. Our revenue events occur 30 to 120 days after the click. Name the specific mechanisms you would use to get those downstream conversions back into Meta and Google so the algorithms optimize toward revenue, and describe what has to be true in the CRM for that to work. 3. Describe a GoHighLevel workflow you have personally built. Include the trigger, the branching logic, and how source attribution was preserved from ad click through to closed record. 4. Give me one example where you **reduced** lead volume and **increased** revenue. Numbers, timeframe, and what you changed. 5. How do you structure a lead capture path that collects enough to qualify a prospect without destroying conversion rate? Specifically: what goes on the form, what goes to a survey, and what goes to the first call? 6. Leads from these forms will be contacted by an AI voice agent and by SMS. How do you handle consent capture and documentation at the form layer? 7. What is your monthly rate, what is included, and what is the minimum ad spend you want to work with to produce meaningful results? - **Hours:** Less than 30 hrs/week to start - **Location preference:** US-based strongly preferred given the regulatory environment and timezone overlap with our advisory team

Our company helps founder-led B2B technology and technology-enabled services companies build repeatable revenue systems. We are hiring a Client Delivery Manager to own everything that happens after our CEO closes a sale, so that clients get an organized, accurate, on-time experience and the CEO stays out of routine delivery. This is ongoing part-time work, 15-20 hours per week, expanding with client volume and demonstrated ownership. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Ownership transfers the moment the CEO reaches agreement with a client. From there you run: • Contract to onboarding. Revise the agreement or statement of work to match what was actually agreed, confirm material changes with the CEO, follow through to signature, file the executed document, coordinate billing setup with accounting, and schedule onboarding. • Day-to-day client contact. Answer questions on deliverables, schedules and revisions. Request overdue client inputs firmly and tactfully. Protect the agreed scope. Escalate anything commercial, legal or relationship-threatening. • Calendar and meetings. Own the client-facing calendar, prepare agendas and pre-reads, capture decisions and action items, send follow-ups, and update the project the same day. • AI workflow execution. Run our documented prompts and agents in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini using the correct source documents and process version. Compare outputs across tools and select or combine the strongest material. • Quality assurance. Validate claims against transcripts and source documents. Catch hallucinations, unsupported claims, omissions and generic language. Correct grammar, structure, tone and formatting. Strip every placeholder, prompt fragment and AI artifact before anything reaches the CEO or the client. • Revisions, project visibility, billing coordination, closeout and testimonial capture. DELIVERABLES YOU PRODUCE OR FINALIZE • Client-ready strategy documents: buyer and ICP research, buying-committee analysis, positioning and messaging, target-account intelligence, outreach plans, revenue-process design, playbooks and operating procedures. • Engagement documents: agreements and statements of work that correctly reflect scope, fees, timing, client responsibilities and exclusions. • One project dashboard showing phase, deliverable, owner, status, next action, due date and risk for every active engagement. • Meeting agendas, follow-up summaries and status updates. • Written and video testimonials at closeout. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We care about evidence, not previous job titles. Strong candidates have come from client services, account coordination, customer success, logistics, executive support, agency operations and consulting operations, including experienced professionals working part-time by choice. Show us: • Managing several customer relationships or service commitments at once without losing details. • Coordinating delivery logistics and deadlines independently. • Excellent business writing and proofreading in English. • Current, hands-on weekly use of generative AI tools. • Setting expectations or boundaries with customers. • Follow-through and sound judgment about what to solve yourself and what to escalate. TOOLS YOU WILL USE ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini (working proficiency required). Microsoft Word and Outlook (strong proficiency required). A transcript platform such as Krisp. Zoho Projects preferred but not required. PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING We will train you on our delivery process and our specific client workflows. We will not train you on how to use generative AI, run prompts, use Word, write professional email or manage a calendar. If you need that training, this is not the right fit. We also do not move forward with anyone who submits raw or lightly edited AI output as finished work. Every deliverable is checked against source material. TERMS • Ongoing hourly contract, 15-20 hours per week. • You can work from anywhere, but you must cover U.S. business hours, Eastern time. • $18-$25 per hour depending on demonstrated experience. • Time tracked through the Upwork Desktop App, billed weekly. • This role is expected to expand and can grow into leading our delivery function. IN YOUR PROPOSAL Answer the screening questions, then add one short paragraph on the most clients or projects you have managed at one time and how you kept control of the details. Attach or link one professional document you personally improved through editing or proofreading.

We are an established U.S. health/wellness brand looking for a proven senior TikTok Shop operator who can come into an underperforming Shop, identify exactly what is broken, personally correct it, and then build the systems required to scale profitable customer acquisition. We are NOT looking for a social media manager, general VA, creator outreach assistant, generic TikTok agency, or consultant who gives us an audit PDF and disappears. We want an operator who has already successfully diagnosed, repaired and scaled other U.S. TikTok Shops. You should understand TikTok Shop Seller Center, Affiliate Center, Product Analytics, creator commerce, Product GMV Max, ACA/Spark creative, conversion optimization, product merchandising, Shop health, promotions, fulfillment and ecommerce economics well enough to take responsibility for the entire revenue machine. ============================== OUR NUMBERS — NO SPIN We sell a consumable health/wellness product through U.S. TikTok Shop at approximately a $33 AOV. • 478 lifetime orders; 466 were $0 creator/sample orders • Only 12 paid orders ever; 7 were cancelled • Approximately $90.85 collected from actual customers • 10,131 reported product clicks → 105 add-to-carts → approximately 5 completed customer orders • 647 affiliate videos generated in roughly four months, averaging approximately 315 impressions each • Hundreds of creators received free product • 13 standalone flavor listings with very little individual sales history/social proof • $0 historical TikTok Shop advertising spend • No historical Product GMV Max program Our unrestricted creator sample program has now been shut down. We have manually tested the customer purchase flow and purchases can successfully be completed. The performance is unacceptable. Your job is to determine exactly why, FIX it, and then SCALE what works. --- 1. FIND WHAT IS BROKEN We want you to reconstruct the actual Shop performance and identify the primary constraints. Analyze product impressions, product clicks, product/page traffic, add-to-cart behavior, orders, GMV, traffic sources, affiliate traffic, seller video traffic, product card traffic, search traffic, creator-level performance, video-level performance, product-level performance, traffic quality, affiliate attribution, Shop health, listing configuration, shipping, delivery expectations, pricing, promotions, coupons, inventory, product eligibility, category setup, fulfillment performance and any backend issue that could be affecting distribution or conversion. The immediate question is obvious: Why did more than 10,000 reported product clicks produce only approximately 105 add-to-carts and 5 completed customer purchases? We don't want guesses. We don't want someone immediately changing thumbnails, discounts and commissions before understanding the data. Use the actual account data, identify where the funnel is breaking, explain why, and then correct it. --- 2. FIX THE SHOP Once the primary constraints are identified, we want you to personally implement the priority corrections. That may involve product listing architecture, PDP structure, hero imagery/video, product positioning, pricing, shipping economics, coupons, promotions, bundles, variant selection, social proof, reviews, titles/search indexing, inventory configuration, Shop settings, fulfillment configuration, product eligibility, affiliate settings, traffic quality and any other source of friction you uncover. We are not hiring someone to tell us: “Here are 25 things you should try.” We want someone who can tell us: “This is what was broken, this is why it mattered, this is what I changed, and this is what happened afterward.” --- 3. FIX OUR AFFILIATE MACHINE Our previous affiliate program generated a significant amount of activity without enough commercial return. We distributed too much free product without enough discipline around who deserved a sample, who actually produced content, who generated qualified traffic, who generated customers and who deserved further investment. We need the creator operation rebuilt around profitable GMV rather than creator count. Evaluate and optimize creator qualification, sample approval standards, prior creator GMV, recent video performance, audience/product fit, engagement quality, Open Collaboration, Target Collaboration, commission structure, creator segmentation, sample-to-content rate, content-to-click rate, click-to-order rate, GMV per creator, GMV per video, cost per productive creator, repeat performers, creator reactivation, paid-content rights and creators generating high views/clicks but little actual revenue. We want a system that answers: Who deserves product? Who deserves higher commissions? Who deserves additional content opportunities? Who deserves paid amplification? Who should be cut? Then we want to aggressively reinvest in the winners. We do not care about saying: “We have 1,000 affiliates.” We care about knowing: “These creators consistently acquire profitable customers, and here’s how we’re scaling them.” --- 4. FIX OUR PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE We currently have approximately 13 standalone flavor listings. We want you to evaluate the best TikTok-native structure rather than automatically merging everything. Analyze traditional variants, Combined Listings, keeping selected product IDs independent, consolidating social proof where appropriate, protecting existing creator-linked product anchors, preserving sales/review history where possible, maintaining affiliate attribution and improving the customer shopping experience. Do not change the listing architecture simply because consolidation sounds cleaner. Determine what structure gives us the strongest combination of conversion, social proof, discoverability and protection of existing assets, then implement the appropriate changes. --- 5. BUILD PAID ACQUISITION We have never seriously used paid TikTok Shop acquisition. Once the underlying Shop and funnel are ready, we want you to build the paid amplification system. This includes Product GMV Max, product selection, starting budgets, ROI targets, optimization strategy, creative selection, testing methodology, scaling rules, kill rules, ACA / Affiliate Creatives for Ads, authorized affiliate creative, Spark authorization where appropriate and a system for identifying creator content with actual commercial potential. We do NOT want to spend money behind videos simply because they have high views or engagement. We want to identify and amplify creative that demonstrates purchase intent and produces customers. Our primary scoreboard is: Completed Paid Orders + Cost Per Order against contribution margin. Our current AOV is approximately $33. We care about sustainable customer acquisition — not vanity GMV, impressions, creator count, samples shipped or click volume. --- 6. SCALE WHAT WORKS Once we identify a repeatable path to acquiring customers, we want you to help scale it. That may mean increasing Product GMV Max spend, expanding relationships with proven creators, commissioning more content from winning creator profiles, increasing creative testing velocity, improving offers, adding bundles, building creator tiers, adjusting commissions, expanding Target Collaboration, developing recurring promotional strategy and potentially introducing LIVE commerce / LIVE GMV Max if the economics justify it. Ultimately, we want TikTok Shop operating like a serious ecommerce acquisition channel where every week we can answer: Where did customers come from? What did they cost? Which creators produced them? Which videos produced them? Which products converted them? What deserves more money? What needs to be cut? The goal is: Diagnose → Fix → Test → Measure → Scale Not: Audit → PowerPoint → Goodbye ============================== PROVEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED We strongly prefer candidates who have already diagnosed, repaired and scaled underperforming U.S. TikTok Shops. Do not simply tell us that you have “managed TikTok Shop.” We want evidence that you have personally created meaningful results. For at least one account you personally operated, be prepared to explain: Starting Situation → Problem Identified → Changes YOU Implemented → Measurable Result Relevant metrics may include monthly GMV before/after, paid-order growth, Cost Per Order, ROAS, conversion improvement, affiliate GMV, creator productivity, sample ROI or other meaningful ecommerce performance metrics. Client names may remain confidential. We care much more about someone who personally took an account from poor performance to meaningful revenue than someone who simply worked on a large account that was already successful. ============================== HOW TO APPLY Start your proposal with the word: OPERATOR 1. REQUIRED SCREEN RECORDING Send a 2–3 minute screen recording showing you navigating a TikTok Shop Seller Center and/or TikTok Ads Manager account you have personally operated. Blur client names and sensitive information. We want to see you actually navigate the platform and explain what you are looking at. Screenshots alone are not sufficient. 2. YOUR BEST TURNAROUND Give us the strongest TikTok Shop turnaround you personally led. What were the numbers when you entered, what was broken, what did you personally change, and what were the numbers afterward? 3. DIAGNOSE OUR FUNNEL You inherit: 10,131 product clicks → 105 add-to-carts → 5 completed purchases What are the first three things you investigate, where do you look for them, and what are you trying to prove or disprove? 4. CREATOR SCENARIO A creator generates: 500,000 views → 18,000 product clicks → 400 add-to-carts → 3 completed purchases Do you consider that creator valuable? What do you investigate before deciding whether to continue investing in them? 5. PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE You inherit approximately 13 standalone flavor listings with separate product IDs and existing affiliate videos. Would you use traditional variants, Combined Listings, maintain the existing listings or use another structure? What would you verify before touching anything? 6. GMV MAX READINESS We have almost no meaningful paid-order history and have never run Product GMV Max. Would you launch immediately or wait? Tell us what you would need to see first, how you would structure the initial test, what starting budget you recommend, what CPO you would tolerate during early testing and what would cause you to stop spending. 7. JUDGMENT What would you refuse to change when first entering our account until you had reviewed the underlying data? Why? NO SCREEN RECORDING = NO REVIEW. ============================== ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE We will begin with a paid 2-week working sprint with a $1,500 initial project budget. Advertising spend is funded separately. This is NOT a two-week audit where the final deliverable is a document. The objective of the initial sprint is: Diagnose → Fix Priority Problems → Rebuild Core Systems → Test → Establish the Path to Scale During the sprint, we expect: • Major constraints identified • Highest-priority corrections implemented • Affiliate/sample system restructured • Product architecture evaluated and priority changes implemented where appropriate • Paid readiness determined • Initial paid testing launched if the Shop is ready • A clear path established for the next stage of optimization and scaling We understand that meaningful scaling takes longer than two weeks. The purpose of the sprint is to determine whether you are the operator we want leading the next stage. If you have exceptional, verifiable experience and believe the initial scope requires a higher fee, you may propose an alternative and explain why. Strong performance can lead to an ongoing monthly engagement focused on optimization and scaling. We are willing to pay expert rates for proven results. We are not looking for the cheapest applicant. We are looking for the operator who can walk into this account, identify what everyone else has missed, fix the underlying problems, and help us build a TikTok Shop revenue engine that scales.

About the Role I am seeking an experienced, highly organized PR and media outreach professional to work directly with me on building visibility for my book, personal brand, thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and related initiatives. I have previously worked with traditional PR firms and am looking for a different model: a talented individual who will work closely with me, understand my vision and messaging, and consistently execute against an agreed-upon strategy. This is not a role where I hand everything over and wait for a monthly report. I want someone who becomes a trusted extension of me - someone who understands what I am trying to accomplish, identifies opportunities, brings ideas forward, executes outreach, follows up persistently, and keeps everything organized. What You'll Do Your responsibilities may include: * Research journalists, editors, producers, podcasts, radio programs, television programs, newsletters, influencers, reviewers, conferences, and other relevant opportunities. * Build and maintain highly targeted media and outreach lists. * Identify compelling angles for my book, personal story, expertise, and thought leadership. * Draft personalized media pitches and outreach for my review and approval. * Conduct consistent outreach to journalists, podcast hosts, producers, event organizers, and other relevant contacts. * Follow up professionally and persistently. * Identify podcast guest opportunities and coordinate bookings. * Research speaking engagements, conferences, panels, and other platforms. * Identify book review, award, feature, and promotional opportunities. * Help develop creative campaigns around timely topics, events, milestones, and news cycles. * Maintain an organized pipeline showing every target, contact, outreach attempt, follow-up, response, and result. * Provide a concise weekly report showing activity, responses, opportunities, results, and recommended next steps. Who I'm Looking For You may have a background in public relations, media relations, book publicity, communications, journalism, podcast booking, executive communications, or a related field. More important than your title is how you work. I am looking for someone who is: * An excellent researcher. * A strong and persuasive writer. * Extremely organized. * Persistent without being pushy. * Comfortable working directly with a founder/executive. * Able to take direction and translate it into action. * Proactive enough to identify opportunities without waiting to be told what to do. * Comfortable managing dozens of outreach opportunities simultaneously. * Able to distinguish a genuinely relevant media opportunity from simply adding another name to a list. * Accountable for execution and results. You should be comfortable hearing: "Here's where I want to go. Help me figure out the best way to get there - and then make it happen." What I Am NOT Looking For * A traditional PR agency. * Someone managing a large number of clients who can devote only minimal attention to this engagement. * Mass-produced media lists. * Generic press releases and mass-email pitching. * Someone who measures success primarily by the number of emails sent. * Someone who requires detailed instructions for every task. Quality, judgment, persistence, and follow-through matter more to me than volume. Initial Engagement I expect to begin with a paid 30-day trial engagement. During that period, we will establish our working process and evaluate our fit. The initial work will likely include: 1. Learning my background, book, messaging, objectives, and target audiences. 2. Reviewing existing publicity and promotional efforts. 3. Identifying approximately 30–50 highly relevant initial media, podcast, speaking, and promotional targets. 4. Developing several strong pitch angles. 5. Creating an organized outreach and follow-up system. 6. Beginning targeted outreach after messaging is approved. 7. Reporting weekly on activity, responses, opportunities, lessons learned, and next steps. If we work well together, I am interested in developing this into an ongoing relationship. How to Apply Please do not send a generic proposal. Start your response with the words: "I understand the assignment." Then answer these questions: 1. Tell me about one person, author, executive, organization, or book you personally helped gain visibility. What did YOU do and what happened as a result? 2. If you were given a new nonfiction book and its author today, what would you do during your first two weeks? 3. Give me an example of a media or podcast pitch you personally wrote that generated a response or booking. You may remove confidential information. 4. How do you research and determine whether a journalist, podcast, producer, or speaking opportunity is genuinely worth pursuing? 5. What tools or databases do you use for media research, contact management, outreach, and tracking? 6. How many clients are you currently supporting, and approximately how many hours per week could you realistically dedicate to this engagement? 7. What do you believe traditional PR firms often get wrong when promoting authors and thought leaders? Finally, tell me: If you were working directly for me, what would you need from me in order to do exceptional work? I am looking for someone who thinks beyond completing tasks. I want someone who can eventually become a trusted communications and publicity partner who executes exceptionally well.

We are looking for an experienced grant strategist and writer who wants to become a long-term partner in bringing a promising neuroscience technology to market. Our team of neuroscientists and clinicians has spent years developing an AI-driven platform that transforms a brief EEG recording into sophisticated quantitative analyses of brain function, including predictive measures related to behavior and neurological and psychiatric conditions. This is not an idea-stage startup. The technology is built and operational. It is already being used in a real-world neuroscience/mental health clinical setting, has been tested on patients, and the software is already available through the major app stores in preparation for broader commercialization. We believe the core technology has substantial commercial and scientific potential. What we need now is the R&D funding to validate it at much larger scale, expand its capabilities, conduct prospective studies, build additional models and features, and generate the evidence necessary for widespread adoption. That is why we are looking for someone who sees the opportunity to help us build a multi-year non-dilutive funding pipeline, rather than simply write one grant. What We Need From You Our scientific team will do much of the heavy lifting on the science. You do not need to create the neuroscience or research strategy from scratch. We need you to: Continuously identify strong funding opportunities, particularly NIH, NSF, DoD, ARPA-H, DARPA, SBIR/STTR, foundations, and other substantial non-dilutive programs Prioritize opportunities where we have a realistic chance of success Manage deadlines, requirements, registrations, budgets, documents, portals, and submission logistics Help develop commercialization and other non-scientific sections Heavily edit and strengthen scientific drafts produced by our team Coordinate complete, compliant, persuasive submissions Manage resubmissions and Phase II/follow-on opportunities after Phase I awards We are primarily interested in opportunities worth $250K+, with the ultimate goal of pursuing multiple seven-figure Phase II and other major awards. Why This Role May Be Different You will be working directly with experienced scientists and clinicians who can generate the technical content, study designs, analyses, preliminary results, and scientific rationale. We already have the technology. We already have the scientific team. We already have real-world clinical deployment. We need someone exceptional at turning those assets into funded applications. Compensation: Small Retainer + Significant Success Upside We are an early-stage company preserving our capital for R&D, so this role will not make sense for someone seeking a large consulting retainer. Instead, we want someone whose incentives are aligned with ours: $500/month ongoing retainer + 5% success bonus on funding secured through applications you materially support. That means: $500K funded = $25,000 bonus $1M funded = $50,000 bonus $2M funded = $100,000 bonus The success bonus is paid from company operating funds and becomes payable as awarded funds are actually received by the company, rather than merely upon an award announcement. For the right person, our goal is for this to become a long-term, highly lucrative relationship built around a continuing pipeline of Phase I, Phase II, and larger funding opportunities. Who We Want We are particularly interested in people with successful experience involving: NIH/NSF SBIR/STTR, DoD/CDMRP, ARPA-H, DARPA, BARDA, neuroscience, digital health, medical technology, AI/ML, or related federal R&D programs. You should be comfortable proactively finding opportunities rather than waiting for us to send them to you. To Apply Please keep your response brief and tell us: What successful federal grants or SBIR/STTR awards have you personally helped secure? Please include approximate award amounts and your role. Which federal agencies or funding mechanisms do you know best? Are you comfortable working with scientists who produce much of the initial technical content while you manage, edit, strengthen, and coordinate the overall application? Are you comfortable with the $500/month + 5% success bonus structure? We are not looking for someone to complete a single application. We are looking for the person who can become our long-term non-dilutive funding partner and help us take an already-functioning neuroscience technology through its next stage of validation and commercialization.

TREA GROUP: Photography & Cinematic B-Roll Brief Note: This is a one time job to start - requiring someone for half a day shoot. Will discuss rates before job commences. Overview We're a creative marketing agency for luxury real estate development, based in Miami's Design District. We need a half-day shoot (roughly 3 to 4 hours) capturing photography and cinematic video b-roll around the Design District, Midtown, and Wynwood. The footage will be used for our Instagram and a short brand vignette on our website. The goal is one thing above all: vibe. We sell taste, craft, and culture. Every frame should feel elevated, intentional, and editorial, the kind of imagery that makes someone think "these people have a serious eye." Think architectural digest meets a moody fashion film, not real estate listing photos. The creative direction (please read this, it matters more than the shot list) We're located in the heart of Miami's art and culture, the Design District and Wynwood, and in the middle of the biggest development boom in America. That intersection of art, craft, and real estate is our whole identity. In a world where AI can generate almost anything, the one thing it can't replicate is real art, culture, and human creative energy. That's what we want this footage to capture. Visually we're after: warm natural light, shallow depth of field, considered composition, texture (concrete, brass, stone, greenery, signage, paper), and a calm, confident, expensive feeling. Slow and cinematic beats fast and busy. When in doubt, fewer people, more atmosphere, and always the most beautiful version of the frame. Who I'm looking for Someone with a genuinely strong eye who shoots both stills and motion. Cinematic b-roll experience is essential, your portfolio should show smooth, stabilized movement (gimbal or equivalent), slow push-ins, and moody editorial work. If you mostly shoot events or standard real estate, this probably isn't the right fit. Please send a portfolio or reel with your application. A key theme across the whole day: new buildings and their signage One of our biggest priorities is capturing the coolest new real estate developments and the signage for them. Miami is being rebuilt right now and we want to document the best of it. Shoot new towers and buildings, construction hoardings, "coming soon" boards, and development signage like they're the subject, not the background. Specific target: there's a large, striking new development and sign in the Design District near Vous Church, on the corner of that same street, please make that a must-get. Beyond that, grab any beautifully designed development signage you pass all day. Location 1 — Design District (approx. 1.5 to 2 hrs) The new building and signage near Vous Church (corner of the same street). Priority shot. Capture it wide and in detail, from a few angles, in the best light available. Café scenes with an elevated feel. Priority spots: Pura Vida and the Dior Café. Capture the architecture, table details, coffee moments, the crowd, the light. Both wide atmospheric shots and tight detail shots. Restaurant exteriors and interiors with strong design character. Signage in general, a big one for us. Anything art-related, real estate or development signage, gallery signage, or beautifully designed store fronts and facades. The district is full of these. Architecture and facades. The district's shop fronts are essentially business cards; capture that craftsmanship. Nice cars driving by. Luxury and design-forward cars moving through the district, shot cinematically (slow motion or a clean pan as they pass). This adds motion and money to the vibe. Street-level lifestyle: someone walking, a considered candid moment, the texture of the neighborhood. Location 2 — Midtown (approx. 30 to 45 min) Real estate sales galleries. Priority: the Midtown Park sales gallery, located in Midtown just down from Trader Joe's. Capture the exterior, signage, and interior if accessible. Sales galleries are a key subject for us, so shoot it with care. Any other striking new development, signage, or architecture in the Midtown area along the way. Location 3 — Wynwood (approx. 45 min to 1 hr) Casa Tua Cucina, exterior and interior, capture the design and atmosphere. Other cool restaurants and cafés with strong character and design. Street art and murals, shot with intention (not tourist snapshots). Look for color, scale, and interesting framing. Creative, cultural, artsy energy. The contrast of raw industrial texture and vivid art is exactly our world. Any striking development or construction signage, hoardings, or "coming soon" boards, especially anything design-led. Location 4 — Studio / office / co-working setting (approx. 1 hr) This can be a co-working space, a design studio, or a clean modern office, whatever elevated workspace is accessible. We want to show the craft behind the work: Cool studio and office atmosphere: desk details, natural light, plants, architectural interiors. Co-working / creative office energy with people working. A few shots of someone at a laptop or screen viewing our website (trea.group), scrolling our projects page. We'll guide the exact framing. A few shots of someone reviewing a client presentation deck on screen (we'll provide the deck). A few shots of someone working in Figma on client design work (we'll provide the file). Shoot over the shoulder and tight on the screen. A staged "real estate" moment: someone reviewing brochures, floor plans, renders, or material samples on a desk. Editorial flat-lay style welcome here. Location 5 — Miami atmosphere (opportunistic, throughout the day) Palm trees, ideally against architecture or sky at a good light angle. Beach or waterfront if convenient to the route. Any additional striking new development, sales gallery, or luxury signage encountered along the way. Technical requirements Camera capable of high-resolution stills and 4K video. Gimbal or stabilization for all motion work. Smooth movement is non-negotiable for the vignette. Shoot video in both horizontal (16:9, for the website) and vertical (9:16, for Instagram) where possible, or frame with cropping in mind. For b-roll, capture slow, deliberate movements: push-ins, reveals, gentle pans, and some slow-motion (shoot 60fps+ where the moment suits it, especially for the cars). Prioritize golden-hour or soft-light windows for exteriors if timing allows. Deliverables All raw photos, lightly culled for the strongest frames (aim for 40 to 60 hero stills). All raw video clips, organized by location. Basic color grading on a selected set is a bonus if you offer it, but raw/ungraded is acceptable and we can edit. Delivered via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer within [X days, your call]. Logistics Timing: [your preferred date/time, ideally morning for light] Meeting point: [where you'll meet them] We'll provide: the deck, the Figma file, and direction on the website/screen shots. We'll be on site or reachable throughout to guide the vibe.
