We are a growing multi-specialty medical practice (Wellspire) with several clinics across the Greater Houston area (Humble, Humble NE, Atascocita, Kingwood, Cypress, and Memorial City). We recently implemented foundational SEO (focus keywords, meta descriptions, and page titles) from scratch, which successfully pushed several of our providers to page one of Google! Now, we are looking to take our SEO strategy to the next level. We want to transition from purely localized clinic pages to a comprehensive regional SEO structure. What We Need: We need an experienced Web Developer with a strong background in SEO and multi-location site architecture. Our goal is to build out a new hierarchical location structure for each of our medical specialties. For example, we want to create a main regional hub page targeting a broad keyword like "Houston Cardiology," which will then branch out into localized sub-pages for each clinic (e.g., "Humble Cardiology," "Kingwood Cardiology," etc.). Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a new, tiered page hierarchy (Main Regional Page ➔ Localized Sub-Pages) for multiple medical specialties. • Ensure the URL structure, internal linking, and site architecture follow SEO best practices for multi-location businesses. • Work off a provided structural outline/wireframe to build out these interconnected pages. • Ensure the new structure is fully responsive, fast-loading, and provides an excellent user experience. Requirements: • Proven web development experience (please specify which CMS platforms you are most proficient in, e.g., WordPress). • Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO, specifically for local and regional search strategies. • Demonstrated past experience working with multi-location businesses and building out hub-and-spoke SEO structures. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. To Apply, Please Include: 1. Examples of similar multi-location or regional website structures you have built. 2. A brief explanation of how you approach setting up URL structures and internal linking for a parent/child location hierarchy. 3. Your estimated timeline to build out a template structure that we can replicate across our specialties.

Title Front-End Developer to Maintain & Improve a Static Promotional-Products Website (HTML/CSS/JS + Netlify) Overview We run a boutique promotional-products agency (BespokePromos). Our website is already built and live — a fast, hand-coded static site (plain HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript) hosted on Netlify and auto-deploying from GitHub. Product prices sync live from a Google Sheet, and quote requests come in through Netlify Forms. We're looking for a reliable front-end developer to take over ongoing maintenance and knock out a short list of improvements. This is not a rebuild — the site works well and we want to keep the current simple stack. If your instinct is to rewrite it in React or a big framework, we're not a fit. Our tech stack (please only apply if you're comfortable with all of this) HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript (no framework — no React/Vue/Angular) Netlify (deploys, Netlify Forms, DNS) GitHub (the site auto-deploys from the main branch) Google Apps Script (a small script syncs prices from a Google Sheet to the site) Responsive/mobile CSS and basic on-page SEO First tasks (roughly in priority order) Point our domain bespokepromos.com (registered at GoDaddy) at the Netlify site and get HTTPS working. Set up Google Search Console (submit sitemap), Google Analytics, and a Google Business Profile. Add a testimonials / social-proof section (we'll supply the real client quotes). General fixes and small enhancements as they come up. (There's more we'd like to do over time — this is a potential ongoing relationship, not a one-off.) What we'll provide Access to the GitHub repo, Netlify account, the Google Sheet, and the GoDaddy domain. A written technical handoff doc explaining exactly how the site works (architecture, the price-sync, the quote form, all pages) — so you can be productive immediately. To apply, please tell us A couple of similar small-business / e-commerce-style sites you've built or maintained (links). Your experience with Netlify + GitHub deploys and, if any, Google Apps Script. Your hourly rate and typical availability. Briefly: after reading our handoff doc, how would you approach the domain cutover? (A short answer here tells us you actually read it.) How we'll work We'd like to start with one small paid task (the domain cutover or the testimonials section) before committing to more. Prefer hourly with clear updates. Clear, plain-English communication matters — we're not technical on our end. Ideal candidate Top Rated with strong Job Success Score (90%+) and real reviews. Comfortable working inside an existing, simple codebase without over-engineering it. Good at explaining things to a non-technical client.

U.S.-Based WordPress + Bricks Builder Developer Needed for Luxury Texas Ranch Website Project Overview We are looking for an experienced U.S.-based WordPress developer/designer who specializes in Bricks Builder to build a professional website for a high-end Texas ranch. The ranch offers a combination of: Luxury lodging Weddings Corporate and private events Shooting experiences Firearms training Wildlife and safari experiences Fishing Outdoor experiences Private ranch experiences We already have much of the website structure, branding direction, service categories, and content strategy established. We are NOT looking for someone to determine what our business should be. We are looking for an experienced WordPress professional who can take our existing vision and turn it into a beautiful, fast, SEO-friendly, easy-to-manage WordPress website. REQUIRED PLATFORM The website must be built using: WordPress + Bricks Builder Please do not apply if your primary recommendation is to move the website to Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, or another proprietary website builder. We want to maintain ownership and control of the WordPress website. DESIGN DIRECTION The website should communicate: Texas Ranch + Western Heritage + Rugged Luxury + Adventure + Hospitality The website should feel premium without feeling like a corporate luxury hotel. Think: Texas heritage Natural materials Western architecture Large ranch photography Wildlife Outdoor experiences Fire Stone Wood Leather Landscape Adventure Premium hospitality The website needs to appeal to customers looking for memorable private experiences, corporate retreats, weddings, lodging, outdoor activities, and ranch experiences. INITIAL WEBSITE STRUCTURE The primary website will include approximately the following sections/pages. Home High-impact ranch introduction with strong photography/video, clear value proposition, primary experiences, lodging, events, wildlife, calls to action, and contact/booking pathways. Ranch Experiences Including experiences such as: Shooting experiences Long-range rifle Pistol/carbine Skeet/clay shooting Shooting courses Private guided experiences Fishing Outdoor ranch experiences Lodging Showcase the ranch's accommodations with individual lodging information, photography, amenities, and inquiry/reservation calls to action. Event Hosting Including: Corporate events Weddings Family/friend gatherings Private events Event spaces Food/catering options Additional services Wildlife Safari & Nature Experiences Pages describing wildlife viewing, ranch tours, safari-style experiences, nature experiences, and related activities. About Ranch story, philosophy, property, experience, and what differentiates the ranch. Contact / Plan Your Stay Contact forms and clear paths for customers to inquire about: Lodging Events Weddings Shooting experiences Corporate retreats Wildlife experiences General ranch visits Additional pages may be required as the website architecture is finalized. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The developer should be highly experienced with: WordPress Bricks Builder Responsive web design HTML/CSS fundamentals WordPress templates Global classes/styles Reusable Bricks components WordPress menus Custom post types when appropriate Forms Performance optimization Image optimization Mobile optimization WordPress security Backups Staging environments Google Analytics Google Search Console Technical SEO The site should be constructed cleanly enough that a non-developer can update basic text, images, pages, and information after launch. SEO REQUIREMENTS SEO is a major priority. We do NOT want SEO added as an afterthought. The website architecture should be developed from the beginning with search visibility in mind. The developer should understand: SEO-friendly URL structures WordPress permalink structure Page hierarchy Internal linking Heading hierarchy H1/H2/H3 structure Page titles Meta descriptions Image alt text Image file optimization XML sitemaps Robots directives Canonical URLs Schema markup Redirects Google Search Console Google Analytics Core Web Vitals Page-speed optimization Local SEO fundamentals The site structure should allow us to target searches related to Texas ranch lodging, ranch experiences, corporate retreats, weddings, shooting experiences, wildlife experiences, and related services. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS We want a fast website. The developer should avoid unnecessary plugins, scripts, animations, and bloated design practices. Images should be properly compressed and served at appropriate sizes. The finished website should be tested with tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse. Mobile performance is particularly important. RESPONSIVE DESIGN Every primary page should be tested for: Desktop Tablet Mobile Mobile should not simply be an automatically compressed desktop design. Navigation, typography, buttons, images, forms, spacing, and calls to action should be intentionally optimized for mobile users. BOOKING / RESERVATION SYSTEM The website will eventually need to support reservations and/or inquiries for several different types of services. These may include: Lodging Ranch experiences Shooting experiences Weddings Corporate events Private events Wildlife experiences We would like the developer to help recommend and integrate the appropriate WordPress-compatible reservation/inquiry solution. We are not necessarily asking for a custom reservation platform to be developed from scratch. Experience integrating third-party booking systems with WordPress is a major plus. OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS The ranch will maintain ownership of: Domain Hosting WordPress installation WordPress administrator account Bricks Builder license/account where applicable Google Analytics Google Search Console Reservation platform Other third-party accounts The freelancer will receive appropriate developer/admin access to complete the project. All website files, templates, designs, custom code, configurations, and other project deliverables created for this project must be transferred to us upon completion. Ideal candidate: Located in the United States Strong WordPress portfolio Demonstrated Bricks Builder experience Strong visual design ability Understands SEO Understands responsive/mobile design Understands performance optimization Communicates clearly with non-developers Can explain technical recommendations in plain English Can work from an established brand direction Has experience with hospitality, resorts, ranches, outdoor recreation, luxury travel, tourism, events, or similar businesses You do NOT need experience specifically with ranches. Strong hospitality, outdoor, resort, destination, or experience-based websites are relevant. PLEASE INCLUDE WITH YOUR PROPOSAL Please provide: Three WordPress websites you personally built. At least one website built using Bricks Builder. Explain exactly what you personally handled on those projects. Briefly explain how you structure a WordPress/Bricks website so that it remains easy to maintain. Explain your approach to technical SEO during a website build. Explain how you approach website performance and Core Web Vitals. Tell us what booking/reservation systems you have previously integrated with WordPress. Provide your estimated timeline for a project of this size. Provide your estimated fixed-price range. Tell us what you would need from us before beginning. Please start your proposal with the words: HORSESHOE VISTA This lets us know you read the complete project description. IMPORTANT We are looking for someone interested in building the website correctly rather than simply completing pages as quickly as possible. The architecture, SEO foundation, usability, performance, mobile experience, and long-term maintainability are as important to us as the visual design. If the first project goes well, there may also be opportunities for continued website maintenance, SEO work, landing pages, integrations, and future development.
