We launched a social TV tracking app on iOS where people log what they watch, follow friends, post, browse a home feed, customize profiles, open show pages, set watch status (currently watching, completed, etc.), and see what’s airing next. We’re live with about 1,800 users. The product works and looks nice, but the app is still too slow - screens take too long to load, and it doesn’t feel ready to grow. Stack Expo (SDK 54) / React Native, TypeScript, Expo Router, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions), EAS builds and OTA updates. Show metadata comes from TMDB and Trakt. The job We need a senior engineer to review the current system (app + database + background work) and make it fast and scalable. We’ve already done a lot of caching, SQL/RPC work, and client loading improvements. It’s better in places, but overall it’s still not where it needs to be. We’re looking for someone who can diagnose where time is actually going and ship the changes that matter — database, backend, and client — then leave things in a state we can keep fast as we add users. I want a solution to be able to hypothetically scale to 1M users tomorrow, if we wanted. Not just something that will break again at 10k users. Who this is for Strong Postgres and Supabase experience, plus real React Native production work. You’ve scaled a consumer app faster before, not just built features. To apply Send a short note on similar work you’ve shipped, your rate and weekly availability, and how you’d approach the first week. Repo and environment access after we talk.

The source code is maintained in our company-controlled GitHub account, the application is hosted in AWS, and the database is managed through MongoDB Atlas. Looking for somebody who can help walk me through setting up and integrating Stripe, making sure payments will process properly. Looking for somebody who will be transparent with me. Somebody who will not try to milk me for time that was not worked. This is for an APP that will act as a connection platform with a subscription based set up. It would be wonderful if this person could work on a Sunday; preferably this Sunday. Looking for somebody who is experienced with overall APP development who might catch something that needs to be fixed or might have helpful advice. Looking for somebody who is friendly, and patient, I am a nurse and learning everything along the way. I hope that we would be able to complete this project in just a matter of an hour or two in one session, but would be open to more than one session if I am underestimating the time frame. Thank you and I look forward to heading from you.

I’m seeking an experienced FlutterFlow developer with strong Figma/UI-UX design skills to take over an existing AAC support app currently built in FlutterFlow with Firebase and available in TestFlight. This is an existing app, not a rebuild. Work should be completed within the current FlutterFlow/Firebase project unless a change is specifically discussed and approved. The project includes: * Auditing the existing FlutterFlow build and identifying layout, navigation, responsiveness, and technical issues * Redesigning/refining the interface in Figma * Implementing the approved design in FlutterFlow * Preserving the existing content, functionality, and backend architecture while implementing approved design and functional changes * Correcting navigation and layout problems * Ensuring the app works well across supported iPhone screen sizes * Ensuring screens remain usable when users increase iOS text size/accessibility settings, including expanding and scrolling appropriately rather than clipping, overlapping, or breaking * Implementing and testing an in-app subscription/paywall * Completing thorough QA * Preparing the app for App Store launch * Providing post-launch bug support and maintenance as needed Applicants must have experience taking over partially completed FlutterFlow projects, working with Firebase, creating polished mobile interfaces, implementing in-app subscriptions, troubleshooting iOS layout behavior, and supporting apps through launch. Please include links to relevant FlutterFlow apps and Figma designs you personally completed, and clearly describe your role in each project. All project work, code, designs, backend configuration, and related assets must remain accessible to the client in client-owned accounts and projects. Development should not be moved into private repositories, accounts, or other systems without prior approval.

Flutter Developer & UI/UX Web Designer — Early-Stage Marketplace App **Contract / Freelance | Remote | NDA Required Before Full Scope Is Shared** About the Project We're building the MVP for a new on-demand service marketplace app — a mobile and web platform connecting three types of users (customers, independent service providers, and delivery personnel) through a single booking, tracking, and payment experience. Think of the general shape as "logistics coordination for a local service industry," similar in spirit to how ride-hailing or food-delivery apps coordinate multiple parties around one transaction. Full product details, workflows, and technical specifications are confidential at this stage — some aspects of the platform are the subject of a pending patent application — and will only be shared with candidates who sign a mutual NDA before scoping calls or repo access. Role Overview We're looking for a versatile freelancer who can move fluidly between **Flutter development** and **web/UI design** — someone comfortable both building functional screens and making them look and feel polished, without needing a separate design handoff for every component. Responsibilities - Build responsive, production-quality UI in Flutter across iOS, Android, and Web from a single shared codebase - Design and/or refine the visual design system (typography, color, spacing, component library) for a clean, modern, trustworthy consumer app - Translate rough wireframes and written specs into polished, functional screens - Implement role-based views for three distinct user types within the same app architecture (specific roles discussed after NDA) - Collaborate closely with the founder and backend engineer on API integration, using a documented backend (Supabase) and third-party services (payments, maps, notifications) - Iterate quickly based on user-testing feedback during a beta phase Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of professional Flutter development, with apps shipped to the App Store and/or Google Play - Strong UI/UX design sensibility — portfolio showing both mobile and responsive web work - Comfortable working from Figma (or creating your own design assets if no dedicated designer is on the project) - Experience integrating a backend-as-a-service platform (Supabase, Firebase, or similar) via REST/realtime APIs - Familiarity with role-based access patterns and multi-user-type applications - Clear communicator, comfortable with async collaboration and a fast-moving early-stage environment Nice to Have - Experience with marketplace or logistics-style apps (booking flows, real-time status tracking, in-app payments) - Experience with Stripe or another payment-processing SDK - Prior work on a pre-launch startup or MVP under time constraints Engagement Details - **Type:** - Contract / freelance, part-time or full-time depending on fit - **Duration:** - Initial engagement to support MVP build (~2–3 months), with potential to extend - **Compensation:** Negotiated with qualified individuals - **Start:** ASAP Confidentiality This is an early-stage project with IP protections in progress. Before any detailed specs, mockups, or repository access are shared, candidates will be asked to sign a mutual NDA. Please do not ask for full product details in your initial application — general availability, relevant experience, and portfolio links are enough to start the conversation. How to Apply Please share: 1. Your Flutter portfolio (App Store/Play Store links preferred) 2. Web/UI design samples (Figma links or case studies) 3. Your availability and rate expectations 4. A brief note on your experience with backend-as-a-service integration 5. ***ONLY US APPLICANTS PLEASE!!***
