Hey everyone! I'm looking for a Youtube thumbnail artist or anyone that has the skills and would be willing to make thumbnails for my Youtube channel! When I started my channel I was gaming focused, I am currently playing the video game Madden 27. The thumbnails I have in mind and see across madden content are really complex so I don't see the thumbnails taking anymore than an hour to create, potentially closer to a half hour depending on your experience and work speed. That being said the main project I plan to work on is GTA when it is released. My content will be based around that game primarily and anything else will be secondary. Grand theft auto will release in November of this year so If this is something that doesn't interest you, this isn't your job. I was thinking $15-25 per thumbnail. In the past I've hired editors and thumbnail artist on Upwork and I wasn't a big fan of the hourly wages, seeing as I don't know how much time you're actually spending on the work as an artist. Pricing will be negotiable to increase if both parties are happy and satisfied with the results. Below I've attached a screenshot of my Youtube channel. The channel name is Luther98yt, I have some content posted already if you'd like to go take a look. I look forward to seeing your proposals, thank you and have a good rest of your day!

I am seeking an experienced YouTube Growth Strategist to conduct a comprehensive audit of my established YouTube channel, Passion & Purpose with Pamela. The channel currently has approximately 1,400 subscribers and 40+ long-form videos, along with a growing library of YouTube Shorts. My content includes thoughtful interviews and conversations centered around women, leadership, health and wellness, purpose, personal growth, entrepreneurship, education, culture, and life experiences. I am also beginning to expand into original storytelling and travel/history series, including Panama: Beyond the Postcard. I am not looking to purchase subscribers, views, or artificial engagement. My goal is sustainable, organic growth and reaching more of the audience that would genuinely connect with my content. What I Need I would like an experienced strategist to review my existing channel and provide specific, actionable recommendations regarding: Overall channel positioning and growth opportunities Titles and thumbnails YouTube SEO and discoverability Audience retention and watch time Opening hooks and video structure YouTube Shorts strategy Converting Shorts viewers into long-form viewers and subscribers Identifying existing videos that could benefit from new titles or thumbnails Playlists and channel organization Posting frequency and content strategy Understanding my YouTube analytics and identifying where viewers are being gained or lost Recommendations for growing the channel over the next 90 days I am particularly interested in someone who understands storytelling and audience development, not simply SEO. I want to maintain the authentic voice and purpose of Passion & Purpose with Pamela while improving how the content is packaged, discovered, and presented to a larger audience. Initial Project I would like to begin with a one-time comprehensive channel audit and consultation. After reviewing the recommendations and determining whether we are a good fit, I may consider ongoing assistance with channel optimization and growth. Please include examples of YouTube channels you have helped grow and briefly explain what you believe makes a YouTube channel successfully convert casual viewers into returning viewers and subscribers.

What I need: 1 custom thumbnail per week for my long-form video (posted weekly). YouTube Thumbnail Designer — College Football Channel (Monthly Retainer) Channel: TGR Football Discussion Niche: College football film breakdowns, player evaluations, team evaluations, takes on the sport Engagement: Ongoing monthly retainer Volume: 3–5 thumbnails per week (roughly 12–20/month) Turnaround: 24 hours from brief to first draft Location: Remote, but must have meaningful overlap with US Central Time About the channel I run a college football YouTube channel covering film breakdowns, player and team evaluations, and takes across the sport. Content is reactive — when news breaks, a game ends, or a transfer portal move happens, a video goes up fast. Thumbnails are the single biggest lever on whether those videos get watched, and I need a designer who treats them that way. What you'll do Design 3–5 YouTube thumbnails per week (1280×720, under 2MB) based on a written brief with the video title, angle, and any specific players/teams involved Source your own imagery — player photos, team logos, stadium shots, stat graphics — and handle cutouts, background removal, and compositing Design thumbnail text that reads clearly at mobile size (assume the viewer sees it at about the size of a postage stamp) Deliver 1–2 concepts per video, then one round of revisions Build and maintain a consistent visual identity across the channel while keeping individual thumbnails distinct Occasionally produce A/B variants for videos I want to test What I need from you Required: A portfolio with sports thumbnails in it — football preferred, but basketball, soccer, or any team sport works. I want to see you've done this specific job, not general graphic design. Photoshop proficiency. Clean cutouts, realistic lighting and shadow, believable compositing. Bad edge work is the fastest way to make a thumbnail look amateur. Strong typography instincts — hierarchy, weight, contrast, and legibility at small sizes Reliable 24-hour turnaround, including some weekends during the season (late August through early January) Clear, responsive communication. If something's going to be late, I need to know before the deadline, not after. Strongly preferred: Actual knowledge of college football. Knowing who a player is, what a team's colors and uniforms look like, and why a matchup matters means I spend less time explaining the brief. Familiarity with what performs on sports YouTube — you should be able to look at a thumbnail and tell me why it works Experience designing for both YouTube and short-form vertical formats Not required: Video editing, motion graphics, or channel branding work. This role is thumbnails. How we'll work I send a brief with the video title, the angle, and any must-include players or teams You return 1–2 concepts within 24 hours I give notes; you deliver the final within 12 hours of feedback Files delivered as PNG or JPG, plus the layered PSD Weekly check-in on what performed and what didn't — I share CTR data and I expect us to iterate on it What I'm looking for in your application Please include: Your portfolio — link me directly to sports thumbnails, not a general design site One thumbnail you're proud of, and why it worked. Tell me what the design choice was and what result it drove. This is the part I read most closely. Your weekly capacity and your typical turnaround Your availability during football season, specifically Saturday nights and Sunday mornings Your rate — per thumbnail and as a monthly retainer for 12–20 thumbnails Applications without a sports-specific portfolio won't move forward.

I record indie/variety gaming videos and am looking for an editor who can take roughly 45–90 minutes of raw gameplay and turn it into a polished 20–40 minute YouTube video. I’m NOT looking for a 5-minute highlights montage. I want the gameplay/video to retain its natural progression while removing dead time and improving pacing. Looking for someone who understands comedy, retention, hooks, sound design and when not to over edit. I’d also prefer someone who can create the thumbnail for each video. For the first video, this is a paid trial. Please send me long-form gaming videos you’ve actually edited, your price per finished video, and typical turnaround time.

I’m looking for a talented YouTube video editor to become a long-term part of my channel. This is not a one-time project. I’m looking for someone who understands how to edit videos that people actually watch; not just someone who can add transitions and music. The channel focuses on my 1966 Chevelle convertible, classic cars, road trips, automotive storytelling, and behind-the-scenes content. The editing style should feel cinematic, authentic, and engaging while maximizing viewer retention. Responsibilities * Edit one high-quality long-form YouTube video each week (10-20+ minutes) * Create compelling hooks that capture attention within the first 5 seconds * Build engaging pacing throughout the video to maximize audience retention * Add tasteful motion graphics, text, zooms, B-roll, and sound effects where appropriate * Mix music with engine audio so the car remains the hero * Color grade footage for a cinematic look * Deliver organized project files and final exports Requirements * Proven experience editing successful YouTube videos * Strong understanding of viewer retention and storytelling * Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus) * Excellent audio editing and sound design skills * Strong color grading ability * Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines Bonus Experience * Automotive content * Classic cars * YouTube Analytics * Thumbnail design * YouTube Shorts editing To Apply Please include: 1. Three YouTube videos you’ve personally edited. 2. Which video you’re most proud of and why. 3. Your average turnaround time for a 15-minute YouTube video. 4. Your favorite automotive YouTube creator. 5. Start your proposal with the words “Big Block” so I know you’ve read the entire job posting. Applicants who don’t follow these instructions will not be considered. Long-Term Goal I’m building this into a serious YouTube brand and am looking for someone who wants to grow with the channel for years, not just complete individual editing jobs. If you’re passionate about storytelling, cars, and creating videos that people actually finish watching, I’d love to hear from you! Paid Trial Edit: Finalists will be asked to complete a paid trial edit using raw footage from my channel. The trial will be compensated, and the best editor will be offered ongoing weekly work.
