Scope of work (fixed) 1. Firebase setup — create/configure the project under my firm-owned account, enable Authentication and Firestore. 2. Database structure — create the collections per my spec: users (first name, last name, email, phone, consent, A-number, language, created date), a recipients subcollection, and an alerts collection. 3. Security rules — users can read/write only their own data; alerts written via Cloud Function only. Data minimization matters (see note below). 4. Wire the existing registration screen to save name / phone / email to users on submit (consent-based; the screen and consent UI already exist). 5. In-app account deletion — delete the user's Firestore data + Auth record (Apple requires this). 6. SOS engine — a Firebase Cloud Function that sends SMS via Twilio when SOS is pressed: text each saved recipient + notify the firm, include the user's captured GPS location as a map link, and log an alerts record. Wire the app's existing "Alert my people" button to call it and pass location. 7. Leads dashboard — a simple authenticated web page listing registered users (first name, last name, email, phone, sign-up date) with CSV export. List + export only; no CRM features needed. Out of scope: any UI/screen design, navigation, or content — all done. Encounter audio/video recording (v2). Android (later). What I provide • The finished FlutterFlow project (I'll grant access) • A detailed build spec (data model, cloud function outline, permissions, App Store requirements) • All content and branding • My Apple Developer + Firebase accounts (firm-owned)Required experience • Firebase: Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, security rules • Cloud Functions calling Twilio for SMS — this is the critical skill • Integrating a backend into an existing FlutterFlow project • Understanding of iOS constraints around messaging (see note) Critical technical note (please address in your proposal) Please confirm you understand that iOS cannot send SMS silently in the background, so the SOS messaging must be dispatched server-side (Cloud Function → Twilio), not from the app directly. Proposals that describe the app texting contacts directly will not be considered. About the users (please read) Users are often undocumented or mixed-status people. Data minimization, encryption, and transparent consent are requirements, not options. No covert or undisclosed data collection. I need someone who takes this seriously. To apply, include 1. Links to 1–2 apps where you integrated Firebase/Twilio (App Store links if possible) 2. A brief description of a Cloud Function you wrote that called an external API (Twilio or similar) 3. Your fixed-price quote and timeline for the scope above 4. Any questions about the spec

Project Overview We're building out a new ecommerce homepage on Shopify. We're currently planning to use the Mila theme, but we're not married to it — if you have a strong reason to recommend a different base theme (better fit for the design, more reliable section architecture, better long-term maintainability, etc.), we're open to hearing that in your proposal. Full mobile and desktop designs are provided (attached) and need to be implemented as close to the designs as possible, using the theme's native sections/customizer wherever feasible, with custom sections/liquid where the theme doesn't already support what's shown. This is the first phase of a larger site build — we're starting with the homepage to establish the pattern for how we'll work together before handing off additional pages (collection, product, etc.). What's Provided Full homepage design (attached image/Figma — confirm which you'll receive) Brand assets: logo, fonts, color palette (to be shared on hire) Existing Shopify store with Mila trial theme installed An detailed overview of the sections will be provided on the kickoff call Technical Requirements Build using the chosen theme's built-in sections, blocks, and theme editor settings wherever possible — do not fork into a fully custom theme unless a section genuinely can't be achieved with the theme's architecture Every section must be theme-editor-configurable — this is a hard requirement regardless of which theme is used. No hardcoded content; we need to be able to edit text, images, and links ourselves after handoff without touching code Fully responsive across desktop and mobile — please confirm mobile breakpoints match (or reasonably adapt) the desktop design Cross-browser tested (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) Optimized images/lazy loading — no page speed regressions. Optimized images will be provided. Basic accessibility: proper alt text fields, semantic heading structure, keyboard-navigable menus Clean, commented Liquid/CSS/JS — no leftover unused code from the base theme Open Questions for Freelancer (please address in your proposal) Do you have experience with the Mila theme? If you'd recommend a different theme for this design, tell us why and what it would change about cost/timeline If we do use Mila, are you comfortable extending it with fully theme-editor-configurable custom sections where needed? Will all content (product grids, testimonials, sale badges, stats) be dynamic/theme-editor-driven, or should any sections be static/hardcoded for now? Will you be able to integrate the third party plugins required here (Yotpo reviews specifically)? What's your estimated timeline for the homepage build? Do you provide a staging/preview link for review before pushing live, and how many rounds of revisions are included in your quote? Can you flag anything in the attached design that may need clarification (icon behavior, hover states, mobile stacking order) before starting? Deliverables Fully built, responsive homepage live on the Mila theme or other theme in a development/unpublished format, ready for review

Overview We are building a single WooCommerce application to power an age-restricted liquor delivery and pickup platform across 18 licensed retail locations in Rhode Island. The platform must detect a customer's location, route them to the correct store, and serve live, store-specific inventory — all from one codebase, one customer account, and one checkout flow. This is a substantial, multi-milestone engagement. We are looking for an experienced development team (not a solo freelancer) capable of delivering across architecture, custom integrations, compliance workflows, and a full multi-store rollout. What we're building Single-app geo-routing — browser geolocation or ZIP code fallback routes each customer to their nearest licensed store; store context is session-based NCR Counterpoint POS integration — live inventory sync from an MSSQL Counterpoint database using LocId per location, via a middleware integration layer (not direct WooCommerce-to-DB access) Age verification — AgeChecker.Net integrated into checkout, compliant with Rhode Island §3-4-8; server-side validation, audit logging, and admin reporting required Per-location loyalty program — custom-built service layer with home store assignment, points accrual/redemption, per-store rules, cross-store logic, and full transaction history PWA configuration — progressive web app support for mobile customers Admin portal — manage store rules, loyalty settings, promotions, delivery scheduling, and inventory mapping per location Stripe payments — integrated at checkout, validated against active store context Project milestones M1 — Foundation Architecture plan WooCommerce setup Multisite planning CI/CD pipeline Dev environment M2 — Integration Counterpoint connector MSSQL middleware Inventory sync Session architecture M3 — Pilot store Geolocation engine Store routing Pilot location live Age verification Checkout M4 — Commerce Admin portal Loyalty system Promotions Delivery scheduling Stripe M5 — Rollout Remaining 17 stores PWA Performance tuning Redis/caching M6 — Launch QA & security testing UAT Production launch Hypercare support We require fixed pricing per milestone with defined acceptance criteria before each milestone is considered complete. Time-and-materials proposals will not be considered. Technical requirements Proven WooCommerce custom development experience — multisite or multi-location preferred Strong MSSQL / SQL Server skills: stored procedures, joins, views, indexing, query optimization Experience integrating third-party APIs and building REST API middleware layers Familiarity with POS/ERP integrations (NCR Counterpoint experience a strong plus) Age-verification or compliance checkout workflow experience Redis, object caching, and session management at scale CI/CD pipeline setup (automated testing + deployment gates, not just source control) Stripe payment gateway integration PWA implementation PCI-DSS awareness in checkout architecture Team expectations We expect proposals from development teams, not individual freelancers. Your proposal should clearly identify the roles on your team (project manager, WooCommerce developer, backend developer, frontend developer, QA engineer, DevOps). QA should happen continuously throughout development, not only at milestone 6. We will host the application on our own infrastructure. You will be expected to support deployment to our environment and document the setup fully. Final assessment Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 45–60-minute video conference before a final decision is made. This is not a pitch call — we will use it to walk through your proposal in detail and ask technical questions about the architecture. Bring your technical lead — the developer(s) who will actually build this project must be present, not only a business development or account representative. Live technical scenario — be prepared to walk us through, in real time, how a customer gets routed to the correct store and sees that store's live inventory from checkout to confirmation. Screening questions Please answer all of the following in your proposal. Vague or generic answers will not be considered. 1 MSSQL / NCR Counterpoint How comfortable are you reading and querying MSSQL directly? Have you worked with SQL Server in a previous project — describe it specifically. Have you worked with NCR Counterpoint before, and if not, how do you plan to approach the integration (API/SDK, third-party connector, or direct DB)? How will you handle schema changes from future Counterpoint upgrades? 2 Age-restricted ecommerce Have you built or integrated age verification into a WooCommerce checkout before? Have you worked with AgeChecker.Net specifically? Describe your approach to server-side validation, audit logging, and compliance reporting under Rhode Island §3-4-8. 3 Multi-location loyalty program Have you built or integrated a loyalty program into WooCommerce before? What plugin or custom approach would you recommend for a multi-location environment where a customer may interact with more than one store? How would you handle loyalty data scoped to a customer's home store? 4 Single-app geo-routing architecture How would you build a single WooCommerce application that detects a user's location, matches it to one of 18 stores, and serves live inventory without separate websites? Describe your session management approach, inventory middleware, and how the cart behaves when a customer changes stores. 5 CI/CD pipeline When you reference a GitHub pipeline, does this mean a full CI/CD setup with automated testing and deployment gates before code reaches production, or simply using GitHub as source control? What review and approval process will be in place when multiple developers are working on the codebase simultaneously? 6 Post-launch maintenance What does your post-launch hypercare support include — duration, response time SLAs, and scope? After hypercare ends, can you offer an ongoing maintenance retainer? Who owns the codebase and all custom modules (integration layer, loyalty engine) upon project completion?

Partiful (the events platform) is hiring a freelance QA professional to audit the Spanish-language version of our mobile app. The work - two sessions: Session 1: full review of the Spanish app on both iOS and Android - translation accuracy in context, flagging awkward or broken copy, proposing tighter phrasing where strings run long. Deliverable: clear, written, reproducible bug reports. Session 2 (a few weeks later): re-verify after our fixes ship. Strong work may expand scope (web + notification strings) and can lead to recurring per-release Spanish QA. Requirements: Professional QA experience - mobile app testing, with reproducible written bug reports Native US/Latin American Spanish (our app ships es-US - not Spain Spanish) Able to test on both iOS and Android devices Remote welcome (US/LatAm time zones); NYC or LA a plus Preferred: you already know Partiful as a user - context matters for judging copy Process: Short intro call → paid 2-hour trial task (audit one section of the app, deliver a bug report) → full engagement. Approximately 25–40 hours total across both sessions.

Figma UI/UX polish for 2-screen mobile prototype (iOS) Need a Figma designer to quickly clean up and finalize a simple 2-screen prototype for a popular voting mobile app (QED). Screen 1: Bill voting card (Yea / Nay / Abstain, Up / Down / Skip options). Screen 2: Live results summary screen. I already have the wireframes sketched in Figma and the Apple iOS 27 UI Kit attached to the draft file. You will just need to convert my rough sketches into clean, standard iOS components so I can shelf the visual design.

Seeking a designer with Wix experience to design the website (clean front-end with robust back-end implementation) for a high-end gallery featuring limited-edition photography and selected budget-friendly print-on demand items. The website must blend an elegant, high-end museum aesthetic with powerful e-commerce functionality, secure digital asset protection, automated collector communication, and a private customer account portal. Limited-edition prints will be sold to customers with certificates of authenticity, and a form certificate needs to be developed by the designer using Canva or another similar product. Designer needs to work with Company to create a specific layout blueprint for a physical Certificate of Authenticity (featuring title, artist, dimensions, edition number and space for a physical/holographic seal), and this should be digital (for a copy to be seen in the customer portal) and print version to include with the shipped art. Unlike the selected print on demand products, the archival quality art will be shipped directly by the gallery to the customer. The website will have the ability to feature multiple artists, but will begin with 3 artists that will be connected to collections that the gallery wants to maintain. Additional artists whose work may appear in virtual or in-person art shows may be listed separately from featured artists. The design of the portfolio profile pages for our featured artists should link back to the art that is for sale within the site. The art gallery should have a contemporary, minimalist gallery-feel; the design must be clean, spacious, fully responsive, and optimized to let high-resolution photography take center stage. Two or three websites from which Company is drawing inspiration for design concepts will be provided to Designer for reference, and Company will work with Designer to select a Wix template upon which to build the site. The design will implement Wix Stores integration. The display will allow for each edition offered to show the sizes, mediums, etc.). The site should show transparent, live scarcity counters (e.g., "Edition of 25. Only 3 remaining"). There may be tiered-pricing; if a script is able to be automated to increase price as a print edition sells down, that would be ideal. A general site map will be provided on which Designer will base the site, subject to additional input from Company and suggestions by Designer. Designer should set up a back-end workflow triggered immediately upon successful checkout. The system must dynamically capture the order data and instantly generate a secure, read-only PDF preview of the Certificate of Authenticity to email to customer with a premium post-purchase onboarding sequence. The site will include top and bottom links, an email sign-up, links to social media, terms & conditions, privacy policy, refunds, etc.; horizontal drop-downs are preferred to vertical drop-downs, and a more dynamic lay-out (such as parallax) may be necessary to obtain a dynamic look-and-feel. The site needs to be optimized for both desk-top and mobile devices. Designer should create a basic style guide for the site and include those in Company’s Canva account. Some email templates will need to be created, including, among others, for sign-ups with purchase and sign-ups without purchase; a downloadable screen-saver will be available for all sign-ups, and among the additional email templates that may also be needed would be a Moment of the Week that would go out to keep the customer list fresh. A customer portal will need to be created for customers to see order history (i.e., pull live data from Wix Stores showing past art purchases (with high-res thumbnails) and live art-insured shipping/crating tracking statuses (understanding that the Company may have to manually input shipping updates for non-drop-shipped items)). Designer should connect a secure Wix CMS database to ensure members can only see and access the digital certificates mapped explicitly to their Member ID; Designer should also configure role-based page permissions to host a hidden, member-only page for 48-hour pre-sales of new limited-edition releases. Company has already been exploring separately a logo/watermark through a branding site, but will need assistance selecting from the proposals and implementing minor changes through a do-it-yourself edit feature. Designer will assist with the logo/watermark creation for the Company’s brand, which may overlap with any watermark any individual artist has on their work. Designer will need to have some Adobe product capabilities to do minor editing to place watermarks on photos that will be on the site and do minor touch-ups, as appropriate. Company has already been exploring separately a logo/watermark through a branding site, but will need assistance selecting from the proposals and implementing minor changes through a do-it-yourself edit feature. In addition, Designer should be prepared to install pixels for tracking through Wix, as well as pixels for Facebook, Instagram and any other social media platforms used by Company and tracking through GoogleAnalytics or another similar provider and implement any abandoned cart plug-in that is available through Wix for free or if purchased by Company for integration. Designer should be prepared to implement basic on-page SEO (image alt-text, meta descriptions). Designer should understand asset protection and be prepared to implement right-click protection, image disabling, and serve web-optimized low-res previews to protect artist intellectual property from theft. All intellectual property will belong to Company provided by Designer, and Designer will keep all business information confidential, including all passwords provided for accessing any of the necessary platforms, including, but not limited to, Wix.
