I own a small 15 room hotel in San Francisco, Hotel Boheme, hotelboheme.com, and received a demand letter from an industrial law firm that specializes in ADA claims saying our site is not compliant. I had NO IDEA we were not compliant, but have learned we are not. I have engaged a lawyer and have been in close touch with our IT person that has managed the website but doesn't have expertise in these ADA issues. I am looking for someone to fully analyze the website and make all necessary changes to bring us into full compliance so we can settle this matter. Your posted profile looks just perfect for us. Please let me know if you could help us with this. Much thanks. Joel. P.S. My manager, Nick Homick, tried to reach out to you on LinkedIn, but was not successful.

We're an SEO agency looking for a web designer to create a custom one-page website design for our locksmith client. Their current site is outdated and we're rebuilding it as part of an SEO campaign. Needs to be modern, mobile-first, and built to generate calls — hero with contact form, prominent click-to-call, services, trust signals, and CTAs throughout. Locksmith work is urgent-need, so the phone number should be impossible to miss. Deliverable: desktop + mobile designs in Figma, handoff-ready. Please share 2–3 examples of custom landing pages you've designed, plus your price and timeline. Ongoing work available for the right designer.

We have an existing React.js website and need help fixing one small responsive UI issue. The page is already built and functioning correctly, but the header/navigation does not display properly on mobile devices. On smaller screens, the navigation links overflow the container and the menu button is slightly misaligned. We will provide the current source code and a screenshot showing how the mobile header should look to the selected candidate. This is a very small frontend task and should only require changes to one component and its related CSS. The final result should display correctly on both desktop and mobile without horizontal scrolling or overlapping elements.

# Shopify Designer for a Modern-Luxury Wine Brand — Taste First ## The project I'm launching a modern-luxury wine brand that should feel nothing like a typical wine site — editorial, confident, beautifully restrained. Closer to a high-end fragrance or fashion brand than a winery. Generous white space, gorgeous typography, restraint over decoration. The design should read as a deliberate choice, not a default. I care deeply about craft: spacing, type, the small details. **Reference sites I'm designing toward:** https://mirel.co · https://drinkavaline.com · https://www.aesop.com **Budget:** fixed price, paid across deliverable-based milestones. **Timeline:** kickoff July 31, live by August 21. ## Already done, so you can move fast - Logo and wine label — final - Brand colors, typography, and complete website copy — final and ready to drop in - One SKU at launch (a Pinot Noir); catalog grows to a handful over the next year, so the build should scale cleanly ## Scope A premium Shopify theme — recommended by you — customized far enough that it doesn't read as a recognizable template. - **Templates:** Home, Product (PDP), Founder's Story, standard policy pages, cart - **Sections:** Hero, Product, Founder's story, a simple "What's next" poll, "Join the club" email capture (Klaviyo) - Age verification + US alcohol shipping and state-restriction setup - App configuration and product upload (1 SKU) - AI-generated placeholder imagery, art-directed to match the brand — some may be swapped for photography later - Mobile-first, clean, fast-loading - QA across devices before launch ## Not in scope — please don't quote for these Custom theme from scratch or headless · loyalty points and member logins (later phase) · heavy scroll animations · SEO or marketing · payment gateway setup ## How I work Milestones are tied to **deliverable files, not activities** — a discovery summary document, a wireframe file, a theme preview link. Replies within one business day. One 15-minute sync per week. I'll provide a Shopify staff account with scoped permissions. ## To apply — please read this part carefully **1. Two or three portfolio links. Not more.** Live URLs only, no screenshots. **Sending a long list of stores will get your application declined** — I'm hiring on curation, not volume. For each link, tell me what your specific role was, and whether that client can be reached for a reference. **2. Name one theme you'd suggest for this brand — and one thing about that theme you'd have to work around.** I'm more interested in the second half of that answer than the first. **3. Have you built for a regulated category before** (alcohol, supplements, CBD)? If so: which age-gate or compliance apps have you used, and how do you handle multi-state shipping restrictions? **4. Your cost and timeline** for the scope above. ## Process I'll shortlist two designers for a **paid mini-brief — $250, 72 hours**: creative direction plus a homepage wireframe for this brand. The full project is awarded from that. Please don't send a template pitch. I'll be able to tell.

About the work We're a B2B SaaS company with a web-based marketing/imaging tool. We need a detail-oriented product tester to run a short assessment on each of a large batch of client accounts and document any issues found. This is repetitive, checklist-driven QA work: log in, complete a 3-5 minute assessment, and note anything that breaks, looks wrong, or behaves unexpectedly. What you'll do Complete assessments on 100-200 individual client accounts (3-5 minutes each) Document any bugs, errors, broken or missing images, layout problems, slow loads, or confusing steps For each issue, capture a screenshot and note the account, the browser you used, and the steps to reproduce Log everything in a tracker we provide (one row per account tested) What we're looking for Experience with manual QA, product testing, or website testing Strong attention to detail and consistency across a high volume of repetitive checks Clear written English so our team can reproduce what you found Reliable and able to work through a defined checklist independently What we provide Login access to the accounts A step-by-step testing checklist The tracker/bug-report template Deliverables A completed tracker with one row per account tested Clear, reproducible bug reports (account, steps, screenshot, expected vs. actual) A short summary of the most common or most severe issues To apply: Briefly describe your QA process and share an example of a bug report you've written (or how you'd document one). Please also note your availability and estimated turnaround.
