We're a B2B audience intelligence and identity resolution platform. Our stack is AWS-native and data-heavy: Serverless EMR/Spark for large-scale pipeline processing, S3 for staging and delivery, ClickHouse and PostgreSQL for analytical and application data, and managed ETL/activation tooling (Fivetran) for downstream destinations. We're a small engineering team, so we move quickly and we build and own most of our own infrastructure. We're pursuing SOC 2 Type II to support enterprise sales. We want it done properly rather than performatively — a report that survives a real security review, not a folder of policy PDFs. What we're hiring for We need someone to own SOC 2 readiness and implementation, and to be our side of the table during the audit itself. To be explicit about what this role is not: we understand the audit report must be issued by an independent licensed CPA firm, and that the same party cannot both implement controls and attest to them. We'll engage an audit firm separately. You would help us select that firm and manage the engagement from our side. Scope of work: Readiness gap assessment against the Trust Services Criteria — Security and Confidentiality (adjust if you're adding Availability or Privacy) Written policy set tailored to our actual environment, not template boilerplate Compliance platform selection and configuration (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe, or similar) including evidence automation Control design and rollout: access reviews, change management wired into our existing CI/CD, logging and monitoring, incident response, business continuity Vendor and subprocessor risk management — this is a significant piece of work for us given the number of data suppliers and downstream destinations in our pipeline Data retention, deletion, and handling documentation appropriate to an identity resolution business Audit support: managing evidence requests, translating auditor questions for our engineers, and pushing back where a request doesn't apply to our architecture Recommend and help evaluate audit firms with experience in data infrastructure Required experience You have taken at least two companies from no formal compliance program to a clean SOC 2 Type II Hands-on AWS security experience — IAM role and policy design, S3 access controls and encryption, VPC and network boundaries, CloudTrail and logging. You should be comfortable reading our infrastructure rather than asking us to summarize it for you. Direct working experience with at least one major compliance automation platform You've handled subprocessor and vendor risk for a company with a meaningful third-party data supply chain You write your own policies and can explain every control back to the criteria it satisfies Strong plus Data brokerage, adtech, martech, or identity resolution experience Familiarity with Spark/EMR, ClickHouse, or comparable large-scale analytical infrastructure Working knowledge of CCPA/CPRA data broker obligations, DPAs, and how privacy commitments flow down to vendors Experience taking a company through both Type I and Type II sequentially

Licensed US CPA, EA, attorney, or certified business appraiser needed for a small, one-off certification. I have a single-member Missouri LLC owned by my self-directed IRA. The LLC holds no assets. Its Bitcoin was largely lost in leveraged trading in 2019 and the remainder was withdrawn to wallets I control; the accounts have been at zero since 2020. There is no cash, receivable, contract right, or liability remaining. My custodian requires a third-party professional to certify current fair market value on a one-page form (Section D: name, signature, license number, state). Expected value is $0. The custodian states that no appraisal report or supporting statements need accompany the form. Two things you should know before bidding. Prior annual values I reported to the custodian ran up to $170,000 and did not reflect that the assets had already left, so the custodian may question the decrease. The allocation between LLC and personal funds inside the 2019 trading account is not fully reconstructed; my older notes on the amounts conflict with the exchange records. Documents I can provide: full exchange transaction, trade, and order history exports; on-chain records; custodian statements from original funding through the current quarter; Forms 5498; LLC formation paperwork and Form SS-4; and a detailed background memo. Scope: review the documents, then complete and sign the one-page form. Please confirm you are willing to sign before we start. In your proposal: license or credential number and state, flat fee, and turnaround.

We're a small healthcare technology company running a validation study, and we need a credentialed coder to be our independent answer key. We've built software that checks medical bills against insurers' published negotiated prices. Before we trust it — or ask anyone else to — we want an experienced human to audit the same bills from scratch, without seeing what our software concluded. Then we compare notes. The work: Audit 5 real, consented patient bills: a mix of physician and hospital/facility bills, marketplace and employer plans, at least one with a denial attached. You'll receive the itemized bill, the matching EOB, and the member's plan documents. For each bill, produce a written workup: whether billed codes are supported, any duplicates/unbundling/modifier or units issues, revenue code and chargemaster concerns on the facility bill, whether the allowed amount matches plan terms, what the patient actually owes, and your read on any denial (CARC/RARC). Mark each finding as certain, probable, or unresolvable. "I can't tell from these documents" is a genuinely useful answer here. Join one recorded 90-minute video debrief after all five workups are delivered, where we compare your findings with the software's. This is a blind review. You won't see our software's output until your workup is done, and nobody here will hint at it. Your independence is the entire value of the engagement. We're not looking for agreement — we're looking for your professional judgment, and disagreement is a useful result. Skills/Requirements: Active CPC (AAPC) or CCS (AHIMA) — include your credential number in your proposal 5+ years coding and auditing commercial claims Both professional and facility experience (revenue codes, chargemaster) — the hospital bill is where we most need depth Solid command of EOBs, payer policy, and denial codes The ability to explain your reasoning in writing, clearly Logistics: Work happens in late September 2026; debrief the first week of October. You'll sign an NDA. All patient documents move through a secure channel we provide — never email or personal cloud storage. Records are de-identified wherever the review doesn't require the detail. If this goes well there's follow-on work in 2027 reviewing appeal letters, and eventually a full-time quality role.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and owner of Bedrock Therapies, a solo psychotherapy practice in California. I am looking for an experienced, highly organized cybersecurity/IT professional to help me **secure, simplify, and organize my entire digital business environment**. I am NOT looking for someone who simply runs an automated security scan and gives me a report. I need someone who can work directly with me by Zoom/screen share, identify vulnerabilities and organizational problems, **implement the fixes with me**, and leave me with a system that is secure, simple, and easy for me to maintain. ### What I Need Help With **Google Workspace & Email** * Review and secure my business Google account/email * MFA/2FA * Recovery methods and backup codes * Google Drive permissions/security * Review account access and connected applications * SPF, DKIM and DMARC for my business email/domain * Make sure losing my phone or computer would not lock me out of my business **Passwords & Account Security** * Review my current password-management system * Help organize and secure passwords * Identify reused/weak/old passwords * MFA/2FA on important accounts * Determine where hardware security keys make sense * Establish secure recovery procedures * Remove old/unnecessary access I do NOT want to hand someone a master spreadsheet containing all of my passwords. I want someone who understands secure ways of working together while I retain control of sensitive credentials. **WordPress Website / Domain / Hosting** * Security audit of my WordPress website * WordPress administrator accounts * Plugins/themes and updates * Login protection/MFA * Malware/vulnerability protection * Backups and recovery * SSL/HTTPS * Hosting account security * Domain registrar and DNS security * Review who has administrative access * Make sure I can recover the website/domain if something goes wrong **Computers, Phones & Network** * Mac security * iPhone/iPad security as applicable * Encryption, updates and device access * Wi-Fi/router security * Backup strategy * Lost/stolen device recovery * Review unnecessary software, extensions or access **Business & Financial Account Organization** I have accumulated too many online accounts and saved credit cards/payment methods over time, including Amazon and other services. I want help: * Inventorying important business accounts * Cleaning up unnecessary/duplicate accounts * Removing expired/unnecessary stored credit cards * Better separating business and personal payment methods * Reviewing subscriptions * Organizing recurring payments * Securing financial accounts while I personally retain control of banking/financial credentials **Healthcare / Privacy** Because I operate a psychotherapy practice, security and privacy are especially important. Experience with healthcare, HIPAA, mental-health practices, medical practices, or other highly confidential professional environments is strongly preferred. If your work would require access to systems containing PHI, we would need to determine appropriate access controls and BAA requirements before access is provided. ### What I Want at the End I don't just want to be told what is wrong. I want the problems **fixed and organized**. At the end of the project I want: 1. My highest-risk security issues identified and remediated. 2. Google Workspace/email properly secured. 3. WordPress website, domain, DNS and hosting secured. 4. Passwords, MFA and account recovery properly organized. 5. Macs/iPhones/network/backups appropriately secured. 6. Online business accounts and payment methods cleaned up and organized. 7. Old/unnecessary access removed. 8. A reliable emergency recovery process if my phone/computer/account is lost or compromised. 9. A simple **Bedrock Therapies Digital Security & Accounts Map** showing what my important systems are, where they live, who has access, how they are protected, and how they can be recovered. 10. A short checklist showing what I should review monthly, quarterly and annually. ### Simplicity Is Important I am a psychotherapist, not an IT professional. I want strong security, but I do NOT want someone to install a complicated enterprise-level system that becomes another job for me to manage. The best outcome is a system that is **highly secure, streamlined, organized, documented, and easy for me to use.** ### How I Prefer to Work I would like to work collaboratively by Zoom/screen share. For highly sensitive accounts, I can enter passwords and authentication codes myself rather than providing the credentials to the consultant. I value someone who is patient, communicates clearly in plain English, and can explain why we are making important changes without overwhelming me with technical terminology. ### Ideal Experience Strong experience in several of the following: * Cybersecurity / information security * Google Workspace administration and security * Identity and access management * MFA / security keys * Password management * WordPress security * Website hosting * Domain registrar / DNS security * SPF / DKIM / DMARC * Mac and iOS security * Network/Wi-Fi security * Backup/disaster recovery * Healthcare/HIPAA environments * Small-business IT organization Security certifications are welcome, but **demonstrated hands-on experience and good judgment are more important to me than certifications alone.** ### When Applying, Please Answer These Questions 1. Have you completed a similar security and digital-organization project for a solo healthcare, mental-health, medical, legal, financial, or other highly confidential professional practice? Please briefly describe it. 2. If you had your first 2–3 hours with me, what would you assess and secure first, and why? 3. Which parts of this project can you personally **implement**, rather than simply audit and recommend? 4. How would you work securely with me without requiring me to give you a master list of passwords? 5. What experience do you have with Google Workspace security, WordPress, domains/DNS, MFA, password managers, Macs/iPhones and backups? 6. What experience do you have with HIPAA or healthcare cybersecurity? Are you comfortable signing a BAA if your level of access requires one? 7. What is your hourly rate and approximately how many hours do you believe the initial security audit, cleanup, remediation, organization and documentation would require? 8. Are you comfortable working directly with me through Zoom/screen sharing and teaching me the system as we go? I am looking for **one excellent person who can take ownership of this project from beginning to end**, rather than hiring several different specialists. My priority is not a fancy report. My priority is to finish this project feeling confident that my business is secure, organized, recoverable, and substantially easier to manage.

We are seeking an experienced, U.S.-based Wix professional to help us develop and refine a series of standalone websites for an established real estate brokerage and its individual agents. These websites will function as professional authority hubs—not generic agent websites or basic online brochures. Each site should clearly communicate the agent’s expertise, geographic market, specialties, professional experience, and unique value while being structured for strong visibility in traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. The ideal freelancer combines strong visual design with technical Wix knowledge, SEO expertise, and an understanding of how website structure supports online authority and lead generation. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will help us: Build and customize standalone websites using Wix Studio. Create a cohesive, repeatable framework that can be adapted for multiple agents without making every website look identical. Organize content around each agent’s services, specialties, communities served, experience, testimonials, and educational resources. Create or configure Wix CMS collections for articles, community pages, testimonials, videos, downloadable resources, and other recurring content. Ensure each site is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Implement clear site architecture and intuitive navigation. Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, internal links, and on-page content structure. Implement appropriate structured data/schema markup. Configure XML sitemaps, indexing settings, redirects, canonical URLs, and other technical SEO fundamentals. Ensure important written content is accessible within crawlable HTML. Review robots.txt and crawler accessibility, including legitimate search-engine and AI-search crawlers. Improve page speed, image optimization, accessibility, and overall site performance. Connect Google Analytics, Google Search Console, lead forms, video, downloadable resources, and other approved marketing tools. Test forms, links, mobile layouts, tracking, and indexing settings before launch. Provide clear documentation or brief training so our team can confidently update content after completion. These sites will not initially require IDX integration. The primary focus is authority, discoverability, content, credibility, and lead conversion. Required Qualifications Applicants must: Be physically located in the United States. Hold current Wix, Wix Studio, or Wix Partner credentials. Have demonstrated experience building professional websites in Wix Studio. Provide a portfolio of completed Wix websites. Understand responsive design, CMS architecture, technical SEO, structured data, and conversion-focused website design. Be able to explain technical recommendations in clear, non-technical language. Communicate reliably and meet agreed-upon deadlines. Be comfortable working from established brand standards, content, and strategic direction. Preferred Qualifications We will give preference to candidates who have experience with: Real estate, professional-service, or personal-brand websites. Local SEO and location-specific service pages. Content-rich authority websites. AI search optimization, answer-engine optimization, and entity-based website structure. Wix CMS, custom schema, redirects, analytics, and Search Console. Creating reusable Wix systems or frameworks for multiple related websites. Maintaining distinct personal brands within one broader company identity. Initial Project and Ongoing Opportunity We anticipate beginning with one standalone website and expanding to additional agent websites after establishing the design, technical framework, and workflow. This may develop into an ongoing relationship for: Additional website builds. Website maintenance and troubleshooting. Landing pages and new service pages. CMS configuration and content publishing. Technical SEO reviews. Performance and accessibility improvements. Periodic website updates. To Apply Please include: Your location within the United States. Your Wix or Wix Studio credentials and a link to your Wix Partner profile, if available. Three relevant Wix websites you personally designed or developed. A brief explanation of your role in each project. Your experience with Wix CMS, technical SEO, structured data, and responsive design. Your estimated timeline for completing an approximately 8–12-page authority website. Your preferred pricing structure and estimated project fee. Your availability for ongoing projects after the initial website is completed. Please begin your response with the phrase “Standalone Authority Site” so we know you have reviewed the complete description. About Us We are a Louisiana-based real estate brokerage serving Baton Rouge, Livingston Parish, Ascension Parish, and surrounding markets. We are developing individual standalone websites that showcase the expertise, market knowledge, specialties, and professional authority of our agents while maintaining a polished and cohesive brand presence. We value strategic thinking, excellent communication, dependable execution, and websites that are both visually compelling and technically sound.

Client: Haight Rock Ledge Owner: Narbeh Engagement: Corporate Tax Preparation & Catch-Up Filing Tax Years: 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Job Overview Haight Rock Ledge is seeking an experienced tax professional, CPA, or Enrolled Agent to assist with bringing the corporation's tax filings fully up to date. The company needs its outstanding corporate tax returns prepared and filed for tax years 2022 through 2025. The goal is to complete the filings accurately and as quickly as reasonably possible so the corporation can return to good standing with its tax obligations. This is not a bookkeeping clean-up project starting from scratch. Year-end financial statements for the applicable periods have already been completed by the company's longtime accountant, who has since retired. The selected professional will be provided with the available year-end financials and supporting documentation needed to prepare the outstanding returns. Background The owner, Narbeh, fell behind on the company's tax filings after dealing with unexpected medical matters and other significant personal circumstances. During that period, filing the corporate returns unfortunately fell by the wayside. The delay was not an attempt to avoid the company's tax obligations. Narbeh is now in a much better position personally, and Haight Rock Ledge is thriving. His priority is to proactively address the outstanding years, get everything properly filed, resolve any associated tax obligations, and ensure the company remains current going forward. Scope of Work The selected tax professional will be expected to: Review the company's completed year-end financial statements and available tax records for 2022–2025. Identify any additional documentation required to prepare accurate corporate returns. Prepare and file all outstanding federal and applicable state corporate tax returns for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. Determine any outstanding tax liabilities, penalties, or interest associated with the late filings. Advise the owner regarding any notices, compliance issues, or additional filings that need to be addressed. Identify whether reasonable-cause penalty abatement or other available relief should be pursued based on the circumstances surrounding the late filings. Help establish a clear path for keeping the corporation current with its tax obligations moving forward. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is experienced with delinquent or multi-year corporate tax filings and is comfortable stepping into an engagement where a prior accountant has retired. The ideal professional will be responsive, organized, and capable of moving through the outstanding years efficiently while ensuring everything is filed correctly. Timing is important. Narbeh is prepared to provide the existing financials and requested supporting documents promptly and would like to begin immediately. Please provide your availability, estimated turnaround time, experience handling multi-year corporate catch-up filings, and an estimated fee or fee structure for completing the engagement.

ISA Certified Arborist Needed – Tree Appraisal & Damage Valuation I am seeking a qualified arborist to prepare an independent written damage and monetary valuation report concerning unauthorized cutting of a mature mulberry tree on residential property in Fresno, California. A neighboring property owner hired someone who removed several substantial limbs from the tree without my permission. I have extensive photographs documenting the tree, the severed limbs, the locations and size of the cuts, the remaining canopy, and the property-line area. I can also provide trunk circumference/diameter, individual limb measurements, photographs with measuring references, and any additional measurements or photographs requested. The report is intended to be submitted as evidence in a California Small Claims Court case even though I have been told by a master gardner friend that the damage estimate may exceed the $12,500 small claims court limit in California as damages are allowed to be doubled for this type of unauthorized cutting on my property. However, I need a written report from an expert. The written report should, where professionally appropriate: • Identify the tree and describe its approximate size, maturity, condition, and landscape function. • Evaluate the size and significance of the limbs removed and estimate the resulting canopy and/or functional loss. • Assess whether the cutting was consistent with accepted arboricultural standards and practices. • Address structural, health, aesthetic, shade, and functional impacts. • Determine the estimated pre-damage value and monetary loss attributable to the cutting using a recognized professional tree-appraisal methodology. • Separately identify reasonable corrective pruning, treatment, monitoring, or remediation costs. • Clearly explain the methodology, calculations, assumptions, and photographic/measurement evidence supporting the conclusions. REMOTE EVALUATION: Because this may be a remote evaluation, the arborist should determine whether the photographs and measurements I provide are sufficient to form a professional opinion. The report should identify any limitations associated with not conducting an onsite inspection and explain whether the conclusions remain professionally supportable. The evaluation should appropriately account for the tree's location in Fresno, California and relevant local conditions. Please do not accept this project if you believe an onsite inspection is professionally necessary to provide a defensible valuation. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should be an ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA), or ASCA Registered Consulting Arborist (RCA) with documented experience performing tree appraisals. Experience with the CTLA Guide for Plant Appraisal WHEN APPLYING: Please provide: • Your arborist certification(s) and certification number(s) • Experience performing tree-damage and monetary valuations • Experience conducting remote evaluations from photographs and measurements • Appraisal methodology you expect to use • Proposed fee • Estimated turnaround time Please confirm that you are comfortable preparing and signing a professional written report intended to be submitted as evidence in California Small Claims Court.
