We are looking for an experienced **low-voltage technician / installer in the Central Florida area** to assist with a small medical office renovation and temporary office relocation.
Experience with **Ubiquiti UniFi networking, UniFi Protect cameras, and UniFi Access** is strongly preferred.
This project will be completed in **two phases**.
### Phase 1 – Temporary Office Setup
The medical practice will temporarily move into an adjacent office while its existing office is being renovated.
Scope may include:
* Install and configure a new **UniFi PoE network switch**
* Install additional **UniFi Wi-Fi access points**
* Run approximately **3–5 new Cat6 Ethernet drops**
* Terminate, label, test, and document all new cabling
* Assist with relocating existing:
* Desktop PCs
* VoIP phones
* Network printers
* Other network-connected office equipment
* Connect devices to the temporary office network
* Verify internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and printer connectivity
* Maintain clean cable management and proper labeling
### Phase 2 – Move Back to Renovated Office
Once renovation of the original office is completed, the installer will return to:
* Move PCs, phones, printers, and other network devices back into the renovated office
* Reconnect and test all network equipment
* Install additional Cat6 cabling as required
* Install/configure UniFi Wi-Fi access points
* Install **UniFi Protect security cameras**
* Install **UniFi Access door access-control hardware / electronic locks**
* Install camera and access-control equipment in both the renovated office and adjacent office as required
* Test cameras, door access, network connectivity, VoIP phones, printers, and Wi-Fi
* Properly label and document all installed cabling and equipment
* Provide basic as-built documentation upon completion
### Preferred Experience
We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in:
* Ubiquiti / UniFi network installations
* UniFi switches and PoE
* UniFi wireless access points
* UniFi Protect cameras
* UniFi Access / electronic door access systems
* Cat6 structured cabling
* Cable termination and certification/testing
* Commercial low-voltage installations
* VoIP phone environments
* Small business or medical-office environments
Knowledge of Florida/local low-voltage installation requirements is preferred.
### Important
This is an **onsite project in Central Florida**. Please only apply if you or your installation team can physically service the Orlando area.
