Hiring contract editors with comedic taste. -$60/hr + performance bonuses, remote, flexible hours. I'm training an ai model to actually be funny. The work is reading conversations, rating the model's attempts at humor, and rewriting the weak ones. It's closer to editing than performing.

I'm looking for someone to do the legwork for me of securing permissions to use partial lyrics of two songs for a memoir. I started the process, then got sidetracked when the company I was speaking to, after explaining their basic requirements then said another company was now responsible for the songs I was inquiring about: "I'm Coming Out" (1970) by Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards, and "Gloria" (1979) by Umberto Tozzi and Giancarlo Bigazzi. Is this something you do?

I'm looking for someone to help with a variety of copywriting projects including email newsletters, articles, blog posts, press releases, landing pages, and social media content. Topics include healthcare, technology, and nonprofits. Editing experience is also a plus, including editing audio transcriptions. The workload will vary from week to week and month to month, probably starting with a few hours per week with the potential to increase. I prefer to pay per assignment rather than hourly, but since the projects will vary, hourly rate is a good placeholder. Let me know what experience you have with these types of writing and include 2-3 writing samples. Please, no generative AI in your samples, cover letter, or profile, as I expect you not to use AI for writing if I hire you. Thanks!

Hi beta readers, If you've already beta read for me, there's a good chance it's the same book, so no need to apply. I'll definitely reach out again when the sequel is ready. ❤️ I'm still looking for a few more readers for my contemporary romance novel. **Ideal reader:** Someone who enjoys authors like Ana Huang, Rina Kent, or L.J. Shen. While the book has familiar billionaire romance elements, it's also very emotionally driven, so it may especially appeal to readers who enjoy character depth and emotional journeys rather than stories built primarily around tropes. The story also features AI technology. If you're strongly opposed to AI as a topic, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're simply curious or on the fence, I'd still love to hear your thoughts. You should also be comfortable with morally gray heroes and a few potentially triggering themes (though nothing is described in an overly graphic way). The manuscript is approximately **82,000 words**. At this stage, I'm not expecting a formal beta report. I'm looking for your genuine opinion, as though the book were nearly ready for publication. If you happen to notice any language issues or typos along the way, I'd really appreciate you pointing them out so I can fix those minor problems.
