WHAT YOU'D PROVIDE (about 30-45 minutes of your time): 1. Your Shopify payouts TRANSACTIONS export for any one full calendar month from the last 6 months — in Shopify admin: Finance, then Payouts, then Export, and choose "Transactions" (the per-charge version with order numbers, not the payout summary), and 2. The matching orders export for the same month — with customer names/emails/addresses removed (we'll send simple redaction instructions; it's a 5-minute spreadsheet edit), and 3. Answers to a ~10-minute questionnaire about how you currently reconcile payouts and fees. WHO QUALIFIES: US-based store, online-only (no physical retail location), using Shopify Payments, roughly $50K-$2M in annual sales, and you're the owner or the person who does the books.
