[The Opportunity] Quantum PM Solutions is a boutique consultancy launching a specialized service for the SMB market. We operate at the intersection of Digital Project Management, Specialized AI Implementation & advisory and PPM Automation. We do not simply manage projects, we provide "Strategic Insurance" for SMBs, de-risking high-stakes technology investments using elite certified expertise. We are entering our 2Q26 Execution Phase and are seeking a Best-in-Class Sales & Lead Generation Partner. You will not be "dialing for dollars." You will be the architect of our sales infrastructure and the spearhead of a sophisticated go-to-market strategy. [The Strategic Context] We have a fully defined Year 1 Execution Roadmap. We are not selling low-ticket commodities, we are selling high-value services, retainers and AI custom capabilities. You will be helping us execute two specific strategies: 1. Partnering with SMBs to enable their low-margin/at-risk projects using our white-label governance frameworks and PPM/AI delivery services. 2. Identifying SMBs currently hiring for part-time "Head of AI" or "Senior PM" roles, pitching our fractional model as a higher-expertise, lower-risk alternative and helping sell our specialized AI services. [Key Responsibilities] 1. HubSpot CRM Architecture & Process Build • Build from Scratch: Configure our HubSpot instance to support a high-touch B2B consulting sales cycle. • Pipeline Design: Create distinct pipelines for our two channels: "Agency Partners" (Partnership Model) and "Direct SMBs" (AI and Digital Delivery Audit & Service Model). • Automation: Implement workflows for deal staging, follow-up sequences, and reporting to track our "Job Mining" leads. 2. Strategy Refinement & List Building • Targeting Strategy: Identify and enrich data for 15–20 SMBs that fit our customer profile. • Lead Execution: Build a targeted list of SMBs (Revenue $5M–$50M) actively posting for AI/PM leadership roles. • Value Proposition: Refine our outreach scripts to translate our "Integrated Domain Mastery" and "De-Risking" value props into compelling hooks for customers. 3. Outreach & Execution (The "First 15") • Execute Outreach: Conduct high-level outbound campaigns (Email/LinkedIn/Warm Calls) to secure initial meetings. • The Offer: You will be selling our foot-in-the-door "PPM Efficiency Audit" and “AI Delivery Readiness” audits—low-risk engagements to identify administrative waste and automate workflows. • Closing: Manage the pipeline from "Cold Lead" to "Discovery Call Booked" and support the Founder in closing our first cohort of 10–15 clients. 4. Data Integrity • Populate initial client information in HubSpot, ensuring a clean dataset for future scaling. [Who You Are] • HubSpot Architect: You haven't just used HubSpot; you’ve built instances for B2B service firms before. You understand RevOps principles. • Consultative Seller: You understand how to sell expertise and trust, not just widgets. You are comfortable engaging with Agency Owners and C-Suite executives. • Strategic Thinker: You can digest our internal strategic documents and translate them into a tactical sales workflow. • Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable discussing concepts like AI automation, Digital Transformation, and ROI modeling. [Why Work With Quantum PM Solutions] • High-Value Offer: You are representing a founder with verifiable, top-tier credentials and 16+ years of digital delivery experience, making the "trust" sale significantly easier. • Clear Roadmap: We have the strategy, the pricing model and the target audience defined. We need your execution power, not guesswork. • Growth Potential: Successful execution of this phase positions you as a key partner for our Year 2 expansion.
