BUDGET UPDATE: This contract has been updated to a Pay-Per-Verified-Lead structure. I am paying a flat $2.00 for every successfully verified name and email address delivered. I am looking for a freelance Virtual Assistant with a warm, friendly, and professional speaking voice to call the front desk receptionists of 50 senior living facilities across different states in the USA. This is a straightforward administrative data-verification project, NOT a sales call. You will not be selling anything or pitching any services. Your sole goal is to update my outreach spreadsheet with the correct, current, exact name and email of the Life enrichment Director or Activity Director contact information. MOST IMPORTANT MANDATORY AND REQUIRED: Verified Director Name and Verified Email Address. Your Tasks: 1. Call the main front desk number provided in my Google Sheet. 2. Use a friendly, non-sales script to ask the receptionist for the correct spelling of the current Life Enrichment Director’s (or Activities Director's) first and last name. 3. Obtain their direct business email address. Not the company's email address. 4. Type the verified name and email clearly into the designated rows on my Google Sheet. Provided Script: "Hi there, good morning! I am updating our regional concert touring records for next season. Could you help me with the correct spelling of the current Life Enrichment Director's first and last name, and their direct business email address, please?" Requirements: Excellent, fluent English speaking skills with a professional, polite phone demeanor. Reliable internet connection and a clear phone line (VoIP/Skype) to make calls to US numbers. Experience with Google Sheets. Absolute accuracy with name spelling and email punctuation. Budget & Structure: This is a pay-per-lead project paying $2.00 per verified name and email successfully entered into the sheet. Note: To protect your time and my budget, we will start with a small, funded Milestone of $20.00 for the first 10 completed leads. To apply, please provide a brief audio voice recording of you reading the script above so I can hear your phone style. Applications without a voice sample will not be considered. "CRUCIAL REQUIREMENT: To apply, you must attach a brief audio voice recording of you reading our script so I can hear your phone style. Applications without a voice sample will not be considered."

About the engagement We are a privately held holding company in the building products sector, headquartered in the Midwest. Five entities: a parent, two operating companies, a real estate holding entity, and a shared services entity. Combined revenue $3M to $5M. All books live in QuickBooks Online. Entity names and financial detail are shared after an NDA and an initial call. What we need A full cleanup covering April 1, 2025 to present across all five entities. We have done real preparation. The new chart of accounts is built for all five entities, and we have extracted every transaction into a working spreadsheet with a proposed account for each one. That proposal came from an operator, not an accountant. We need someone with accounting judgment to review it, correct it, set policy where none exists, and stand behind the result. This is not a data entry role. Scope 5 entities Roughly 8,000 to 9,000 transactions across the period 16-month cleanup window 10 bank accounts, 15 credit cards, 2 loans Volume is concentrated in the two operating companies Work to be done Review our proposed transaction coding and correct it Post all transactions to the new chart of accounts Reconcile all 27 bank, credit card, and loan accounts Reconcile intercompany balances so due to and due from agree across entities Establish a written capitalization policy and clean the fixed asset register to match Configure class tracking at the manufacturing entity for job-level costing Tie opening balances at April 1, 2025 to supporting records Deliverables Clean, reconciled books across all five entities A written summary of what you changed, what you assumed, and what remains open A written capitalization policy A short process document so our team keeps the books current going forward Required CPA, or senior controller experience running a full set of books QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor Multi-entity experience with real intercompany work, not single-company bookkeeping Job costing experience in manufacturing or construction Willingness to tell us we are wrong and explain why US-based, with daily overlap in Central Time References from two similar engagements Nice to have Experience with a manufacturing ERP Experience supporting a private equity backed or acquisitive company Familiarity with purchase accounting and opening balance sheets Timeline We start this week. In your proposal, give us a realistic completion date and the milestones you would hit along the way. We will hold you to them. Budget Propose two options: Fixed price for the full scope Hourly rate with an estimated hour range and a not-to-exceed cap Tell us which one you recommend and why. To apply Answer these five questions in your proposal. Generic proposals get archived. Describe a multi-entity cleanup you ran. How many entities, how many transactions, and what shape were the books in? How do you handle intercompany transfers between a management company and its operating subsidiaries in QBO? What capitalization threshold do you recommend for a business our size, and why? How do you set up classes for job costing in a custom manufacturing shop? Who does the work, you or a team, and how many hours per week will you commit? Strong performance here leads to ongoing monthly bookkeeping.

Verified list of solo family-law attorneys near Hackensack & Red Bank, NJ I need a verified list of solo family-law attorneys in NJ. Accuracy over volume (minimum of 50 attorneys), I'll spot-check. Every attorney must meet all three rules: (1) true solo, exactly one attorney at the firm, no partners, associates, or "of counsel"; (2) family law is their primary practice, not general practitioners who also do PI, criminal, real estate, or estates; (3) office within a 50-minute drive of either Hackensack, NJ (07601) or Red Bank, NJ (07701). Find every attorney who meets all three criteria, however many that is. Don't pad the list to hit a number, and don't stop early. I want the true count. Verify each by opening the firm's own website to confirm one attorney and a family-law focus. Deliver a spreadsheet with name, firm, city, phone, website, nearest anchor (Hackensack/Red Bank), and a one-line note confirming solo + family-primary.

Marketing Account Executive — Medical & Aesthetics About Medical Marketing Whiz Medical Marketing Whiz is a digital marketing agency serving medical, aesthetics, women's health, functional medicine, and weight loss practices nationwide. Our clients are physicians and practice owners who invest meaningfully in their marketing and expect a partner who can match their authority. We operate Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm ET. The Role This is a senior, client-facing role. You will own the relationship with a portfolio of medical practice clients and act as the strategic lead across SEO, paid ads, website, CRM, and event marketing deliverables under our bundled programs. You are not selling. You are retaining and growing relationships with sophisticated business owners by being the authority on digital marketing. Our clients are doctors used to being the smartest person in the room. They will sometimes push for things that are outside scope, off-strategy, or wrong for their business. Your job is to redirect those conversations with tact and confidence, hold the line on scope, and explain the reasoning in language a busy practice owner respects. This is explicitly not an entry-level position. What You'll Own Primary point of contact for 10 assigned accounts Monthly performance reviews via Zoom, walking clients through SEO results, ad performance, lead activity, and the roadmap ahead Direct ownership of SEO conversations. You explain the keyword strategy, rankings, GBP work, and what's planned next. Proactive recommendations on email campaigns, event themes, lead magnets, and seasonal opportunities Coaching clients and front-desk teams on lead follow-up (speed-to-lead, scripts, nurture cadence) Quarterly strategic planning aligned to each program's rotating roadmap Event and webinar planning conversations including documentary screenings, open houses, and patient education events. Full internal coaching provided. Scope management: framing out-of-scope requests with appropriate guardrails and securing written approval before extra work proceeds Coordinating execution with internal specialists across SEO, ads, web, design, and automation Required Experience You need to walk into a call with a physician and hold your own on each of the following. We are not asking you to build campaigns. We are asking you to talk about them with authority and translate results into clear next steps. Local SEO: GBP optimization, posts, and review velocity; local citations and directory listings; on-page, technical SEO, schema, and AEO for AI-driven search; reading and explaining rankings, Google Analytics, and Search Console data. Paid Ads: Meta and Google Ads campaign structure, lead forms, retargeting; explaining cost-per-lead and conversion data to a non-technical client; coaching on the ad-spend-to-follow-up loop. CRM & Automation: GoHighLevel (or comparable) including lead capture, funnels, automated review requests, and email/SMS campaigns. General: comfortable simultaneously managing 10-20 active accounts; Canva-level design; direct experience with physicians, dentists, med spas, or comparable professional service owners strongly preferred. What Makes You a Fit Not afraid of the phone. You prefer a 15-minute call over a 40-message Slack thread. You can push back on a client without damaging the relationship. "Yes, we can do that, and here is what it will cost and what we'll need to adjust" is your default. Proactive, not reactive. You spot issues and at-risk accounts before they escalate. Organized enough to manage 20 clients without things slipping. Self-starter. We are fully remote and do not micromanage. We do expect deliverables on time. You're Not a Lone Wolf This is a 1099 role, but very much a team environment. You will be supported by a full internal team handling execution across SEO, paid ads, web, design, and automation. We equip our team with a company email, ClickUp access, any software needed (paid for by us), and a dedicated Slack workspace where the team collaborates daily. We ask that you stay actively engaged in Slack so the team can support you and your clients in real time. Compensation & Schedule Independent contractor (1099) engagement paid on a flat monthly retainer. Part-Time: 10 accounts, $2,500/month Contractors handle their own taxes and business expenses and are not eligible for benefits. Applicants must be based in the US or Canada. To Apply Please tell us: The number of accounts you have personally managed simultaneously, and in what industries One example of a time you redirected a client away from an off-strategy or out-of-scope request, and the outcome Your specific experience with GoHighLevel (or comparable CRM) and Local SEO

Searching for an Excel expert to create an Excel Workbook for our staff to log, record and maintain our raw inventory balances of food ingredients. The workbook will be used to track the receipt and use of organic food ingredients for reporting back to the organic certifying agency and for keeping real time quantity and value balances of our goods. It will also track expiration dates and use by dates for specific ingredients. The final design/layout will be determined after we discuss the project and the expert can help me identify what is feasible and best practice for routine maintenance by staff. Initial concept would be a “master” sheet where all activity would be logged/posted by our clerk and then subsequently that activity data would distribute to the individual sheet for individual ingredients as well as final products made; or you the expert may have better ideas for the use of Pivot Tables and/or formulas to achieve our goals. We can discuss. In addition to tracking quantities and cost values, we would also like the workbook to generate some basic productivity reports from the data. For example, a report by date and by employee of how many retail units were packaged for retail sale and their subsequent retail value; a real time report showing upcoming ingredient expiration dates or use by dates that are quickly approaching. We will also need to generate reports that show our use of specific ingredients for any specific period of time (for example: how much maple syrup did I use in calendar year 2025?). We have about 50 different food SKUs (a completed food unit) that we need to track; in addition we likely have about 20 raw ingredients (ie salt, sugar, maple syrup, dark chocolate, raw nuts, etc). that need to be tracked, with more as we grow.
