familybraces.ca is our current site. Go and look before you read any further. It explains this brief better than we can. Two failures It undersells us. Ten years, six Calgary clinics, 10,000+ Google reviews at 4.9, and none of that lands. It reads as budget. We compete on access and price transparency, and the site presents that as cheapness rather than confidence. That is the core thing we are hiring you to fix. Who we're designing for A mother in her thirties or forties, researching orthodontists on her phone in the evening after her kids are asleep. She has taste and she buys consumer brands. We want to come across as one, not as a dental clinic. Every practice she is comparing looks identical to her, and she is deciding in seconds whether we are serious. She is price-conscious and reads "cheap" as a warning sign. Right now she sees the budget option. She should see the smart one. She and her children are both patients. Her child is typically 8 to 16. There is also a growing adult segment, mostly women, choosing Invisalign for themselves. Where we want to go fertilityassociates.co.nz — main inspiration. Professional, high-end, still friendly. twigfertility.com — main inspiration. Upscale, speaks to women. hiyahealth.com — parts bin. bloomnu.com — parts bin, brand energy. omniluxled.com — parts bin, conversion mechanics. Custom work only. No templates. Not a marketplace theme, not a Webflow template reskinned in our colours. If your process starts by picking a layout, we are not a fit. Colour Purple, blue and yellow are ours and they stay. Pull the exact values off the current site rather than approximating. The problem is the ratio, not the hues. Three saturated colours at equal weight is the visual signature of a children's clinic, and that is how we read today. We want light purple and light blue tints built from our own colours, desaturated enough to carry large surfaces. One colour leading, the others supporting. Yellow demoted to accent only, warmed slightly, never a background. A warm neutral base instead of clinical white. The test: unmistakably us to an existing patient, not a paediatric clinic to a new one. The two-register problem Our buyer is a mother. Our patient is often eleven. The site has to hold both without splitting into two personalities. Parent-facing pages (homepage, pricing, locations) earn her trust on taste. Treatment pages (children, teens) stay warm and human. One type system, one grid, one palette. Only the mix changes. It should never tip into cartoon dentist. What you'd deliver, in Figma Type scale, colour, spacing, components. Roughly ten screens: homepage, pricing, service template, location template, audience page, FAQ, plus mobile. A short written rationale. Design the system and one of each template, not all 34 pages. You would not build it. A separate Webflow developer executes under your art direction, so you should understand Webflow's constraints. Constraints Photography is real, not stock. We are commissioning a shoot but in the meanwhile use real pictures from other orthodontic clinics as place holders. WCAG AA, visible focus, works to 360px, mobile first. To apply, send three things Two live brands you designed, with URLs. Say which parts were yours. One sentence on what you would change first about familybraces.ca. Proposals missing any of the two will be archived.

Hi! I’m looking for a WordPress/Elementor designer to create a clean, modern, reusable blog post template for my education website. My website and blog are already established. I am not looking for a full website redesign. I specifically need someone to design and build a new template/layout for my individual blog posts, for example, like the pages in this blog where I can easily insert my own products/lead magnets with each post: https://sweettoothteaching.com/2025/05/classroom-setup-checklist-every-first-year-teacher-needs.html I’d like the template to feel polished, easy to read, and visually organized, with sections such as: Blog post title, featured image, and content Attractive card-style sections for recommending or featuring related teaching resources Email/freebie signup section Related blog posts Clear headings and callout boxes Space for buttons/CTAs Mobile-responsive design The most important part is creating a reusable system. Once the template is finished, I want to be able to write a new blog post and easily use the same design without rebuilding the page each time. My site uses WordPress + Elementor Pro. I already have established brand colors, fonts, and an existing website, so the new template should complement my current branding rather than introduce an entirely new style. Please include: Examples of WordPress/Elementor blog templates you've designed Examples of card/grid layouts you've created Whether you can build this as a reusable Elementor template/dynamic post template Your estimated turnaround time Experience with education, teacher, lifestyle, or content-heavy websites is a plus.

I am looking for a Graphic Designer to refresh/refine my existing logo, and possibly my website as well. My website is https://mentalhealthvirtualassistant.com/ I am not interested in a complete redesign, rather I would like to improve upon what I currently have. I am happy with the colors and overall feel of the logo and website, but feel that the logo can be tough to read in smaller sizes - details lost and perhaps a little off balance. The above the fold on my homepage feels like it could be improved upon as well - maybe a new header image, font update, refined menu bar. Hoping for something more refined, modern looking if possible without losing the existing brand identity. I’d like the logo, banner and menu to look more refined, more professionally designed, a more modern design, sharper and easier to read a new header image, font update, refined menu bar Convey - warmth, a boutique experience, very human based/personalized; a solid foundation of a well-established business and also modern and contemporary Maintain current branding identity while refining it to a higher level Open to new ideas I am open to paying a fee to see samples of how you would update my logo and/or a sample of a change you would make to my Home page header section to make sure the design direction works for me before moving forward.. NO PHONE CALLS - PLEASE RESPOND ONLY THROUGH UPWORK. I am also not interested in AI work. Please don't send me AI generated responses either. Thank you!

We're a small management consulting firm (6 partners, ~15 years in business) specializing in operations and supply chain strategy for mid-market manufacturers. Our current site is an outdated WordPress build from 2016 and honestly embarrassing next to the caliber of clients we work with. We need someone who can both design and build a Webflow site that looks like it belongs next to McKinsey or Bain in a pitch deck, without the enterprise price tag. About the project: We have a rough brand refresh in progress (new logo, and a loose color/typography direction) but no finished mockups. We're looking for one freelancer who can take our brand direction, design the site (in Figma or directly in Webflow), and build it out — rather than coordinating between a separate designer and developer. This is not an e-commerce build; the priority is trust, clarity, and lead generation for a B2B services audience. Pages needed: Home Services (with sub-pages or anchor sections for each practice area: Operations Strategy, Supply Chain Optimization, Interim Management) Case Studies / Client Results (CMS collection, gated summaries with a "request full case study" form) About / Leadership Team (CMS collection for partner bios) Insights / Blog (CMS collection, we publish 2-3 times a month) Careers Contact Privacy Policy What we need: Full design phase: wireframes/mockups (Figma preferred, but comfortable designing directly in Webflow is fine) followed by build Careful attention to typography, whitespace, and layout — this industry lives or dies on visual credibility CMS setup for case studies, team bios, and blog that our ops manager can update without dev help Lead capture forms integrated with HubSpot (we use HubSpot for CRM and email) A "request a case study" gated content flow (form submission unlocks a PDF download or triggers an email) Calendly embed for booking discovery calls directly from the site Fast, clean performance — no bloated animations, this audience is corporate and skeptical of flashy design Basic technical SEO (meta structure, schema markup for organization/local business, sitemap, redirects from old WordPress URLs) Nice to have: Experience designing AND building B2B or professional services sites (consulting, law, accounting, finance) Familiarity with HubSpot's native integrations or embed codes in Webflow A portfolio that shows restraint — we're specifically not looking for a flashy, animation-heavy aesthetic Comfort presenting design direction/rationale to a non-designer client (we'll need some hand-holding on design decisions) Timeline: 6-7 weeks from kickoff to launch (includes design phase) Budget: $5,000-$8,500 fixed price depending on design complexity and HubSpot integration depth To apply, please include: 2-3 links to B2B or professional services sites you both designed and built end-to-end Your typical process for design phase before moving into Webflow build Your experience with HubSpot forms/integrations specifically Your fixed-price quote and estimated timeline, broken out by design vs. build if possible

About us South Creek Supply supplies hardwood components to cabinet manufacturers, manufactured housing producers, and woodworking businesses across North America. Assembled face frames, dovetail drawer boxes, doors and drawer fronts, fillers, mouldings, and machined components. We source through direct factory partnerships in Asia and Europe built over more than 25 years. Our differentiator is Delivered Pricing. One all-in price, no separate freight, no surprise tariff surcharges. That message needs to come through clearly on the site. The work We have a WordPress site that is built and structured. The layout, navigation, and page architecture are fine and we are not looking for a redesign. What it needs is cleanup. A previous build left residential contractor template copy in place, some placeholder statistics, and stock photography that does not match our products. We have documented every item in a punch list, which is attached to this posting. Read it before you apply. It is specific and it is the whole job. The main categories: Replace leftover template copy across the homepage, About page, contact page, and global footer Remove or replace placeholder statistics Swap incorrect stock photos for product photography we will supply Fix a residential-style booking form on two pages and replace it with a B2B quote request including file upload for cut lists and takeoffs Correct product naming throughout the site Add a Delivered Pricing page and a Letter from Our President page. Copy for both will be supplied Resolve duplicated sections and mismatched navigation labels Investigate a bot-protection setting that returns a JavaScript challenge to non-browser clients, and confirm indexing status in Google Search Console Technical SEO We want the basics done correctly as part of the build. Titles and meta descriptions, heading structure, alt text, internal linking, sitemap and robots review, schema markup, and Search Console and Analytics verified under our own accounts. We are not buying an SEO retainer, a content package, or AI visibility services in this contract. If the website work goes well there may be more later, as a separate engagement. Who we are looking for A WordPress developer or a small team with a named person who manages our project directly Portfolio work on B2B, industrial, or manufacturing sites. Consumer and e-commerce portfolios are not a fit At least four hours of daily overlap with US Central Time Willing to do a short video call before we hire No subcontracting without our approval We are open to candidates anywhere. What matters is clear English and someone who takes ownership of the outcome. Requirements All accounts stay in our name: domain, hosting, WordPress admin, Search Console, Analytics. All source files, licenses, and credentials delivered at completion. Fixed price, milestone based. Final payment on a working live site. How to apply Start your proposal with the words "South Creek Supply" so we know you read this. Include: Your read on the punch list. Which items look straightforward and which look like more work than they appear Two or three B2B or industrial sites you personally built, with your exact role on each Who would manage our project day to day, and whether any work would be subcontracted Your fixed price and rough timeline Your time zone and typical working hours
