Appointment Setter — Cold Calling Truck Dealerships (Tampa Bay company, remote) Hey I’m Dillon. I own Black Crown Diesel, a mobile truck and SUV accessory install company in Tampa Bay. We show up at the dealership and install running boards, tonneau covers, and hitches right on their lot, so they don’t lose a truck for two days sending it to a shop. I’m good at the install side. I’m not good on the phone. That’s why this job exists. What you’d do: • Call independent used car lots, truck dealers, and contractors around Tampa Bay • Get past the front desk to the used car manager, GM, or owner • Book me a meeting. A day, a time, and a name — that’s what counts as a win • Build out the call list as you go (I’ve got about 46 to start; I’d want you sourcing more) • Log your calls so I can see what’s working What I give you: • A call script that’s already written and reworked — you’re not starting cold • A dedicated business line, so callbacks come to you instead of my cell • Rate sheet and answers to anything they’ll throw at you • I take every meeting and do every close. You never have to sell anything Being straight with you: this is a new business. I launched in April and I’m still landing the first dealership account. There’s real risk here and I’d rather say it now than have you find out in week three. What I can tell you is I answer my phone, I pay on time, and I won’t disappear on you. Pay: $14-$20/hr for about 20-25 hours a week, plus $25 for every meeting you book that I show up to, and $150 when one turns into an account. Paid biweekly.

I need someone to go through a single Slack channel and pull out call recordings and their transcripts, then upload everything to my Dropbox, organized by date. **Scope:** - Access provided via my Slack login (one channel only) - For each recording: download the .mp4 file and its accompanying transcript (posted alongside it in Slack) - Upload both to a Dropbox folder I'll share, organized by date. One dated and labeled subfolder per session, containing the .mp4 and its transcript together - No need to touch other message content, just the recordings/transcripts **Volume:** Approximately 100 recordings with transcripts, spanning ~ Exact count TBD — happy to walk through the channel together at kickoff to confirm scope. What I'm looking for: Someone comfortable with a repetitive but straightforward download/upload/organize workflow, who can work independently and communicate proactively if anything's missing, broken, or unclear (e.g. a missing transcript or corrupted file). Deliverable: Dropbox fully populated and organized by date, each folder containing the matching .mp4 + transcript pair, with a summary of file count and date range covered when complete. Estimated 20 hours. Paid hourly, with a not-to-exceed cap to be agreed upon at kickoff.

We're a real estate acquisitions team looking for a detail-oriented researcher to find property owner contact information starting from street addresses. This is a test batch (1–5 properties) with the goal of hiring for an ongoing pipeline if the trial goes well. What you'll do, per property: Look up the parcel on the relevant County Auditor/Assessor site by address to find the legal owner of record, mailing address, and parcel ID. If the owner is an LLC, corporation, or trust, look up the entity on the Secretary of State's business search to find the registered agent and, where available, the members/managers. Use a skip-tracing tool (PropStream, BatchSkipTracing, TLOxp, or similar — happy to discuss if you have a preferred one) to find a phone number and email for the owner or registered agent. Return everything in a spreadsheet with one row per property (template will be provided). Requirements: Experience with skip tracing, real estate research, or virtual assistant work involving public records. Comfortable navigating county government websites (each county's site looks different). Only public records and licensed data tools — no scraping in violation of site terms, no pretexting. Test batch: Hamilton County, OH (Cincinnati area).
