We're a small management consulting firm (6 partners, ~15 years in business) specializing in operations and supply chain strategy for mid-market manufacturers. Our current site is an outdated WordPress build from 2016 and honestly embarrassing next to the caliber of clients we work with. We need someone who can both design and build a Webflow site that looks like it belongs next to McKinsey or Bain in a pitch deck, without the enterprise price tag. About the project: We have a rough brand refresh in progress (new logo, and a loose color/typography direction) but no finished mockups. We're looking for one freelancer who can take our brand direction, design the site (in Figma or directly in Webflow), and build it out — rather than coordinating between a separate designer and developer. This is not an e-commerce build; the priority is trust, clarity, and lead generation for a B2B services audience. Pages needed: Home Services (with sub-pages or anchor sections for each practice area: Operations Strategy, Supply Chain Optimization, Interim Management) Case Studies / Client Results (CMS collection, gated summaries with a "request full case study" form) About / Leadership Team (CMS collection for partner bios) Insights / Blog (CMS collection, we publish 2-3 times a month) Careers Contact Privacy Policy What we need: Full design phase: wireframes/mockups (Figma preferred, but comfortable designing directly in Webflow is fine) followed by build Careful attention to typography, whitespace, and layout — this industry lives or dies on visual credibility CMS setup for case studies, team bios, and blog that our ops manager can update without dev help Lead capture forms integrated with HubSpot (we use HubSpot for CRM and email) A "request a case study" gated content flow (form submission unlocks a PDF download or triggers an email) Calendly embed for booking discovery calls directly from the site Fast, clean performance — no bloated animations, this audience is corporate and skeptical of flashy design Basic technical SEO (meta structure, schema markup for organization/local business, sitemap, redirects from old WordPress URLs) Nice to have: Experience designing AND building B2B or professional services sites (consulting, law, accounting, finance) Familiarity with HubSpot's native integrations or embed codes in Webflow A portfolio that shows restraint — we're specifically not looking for a flashy, animation-heavy aesthetic Comfort presenting design direction/rationale to a non-designer client (we'll need some hand-holding on design decisions) Timeline: 6-7 weeks from kickoff to launch (includes design phase) Budget: $5,000-$8,500 fixed price depending on design complexity and HubSpot integration depth To apply, please include: 2-3 links to B2B or professional services sites you both designed and built end-to-end Your typical process for design phase before moving into Webflow build Your experience with HubSpot forms/integrations specifically Your fixed-price quote and estimated timeline, broken out by design vs. build if possible

My company is excited to be splitting into 2 companies, and starting Breakaway Cloud (breakaway.cloud), to handle our AWS B2B cloud/data/AI professional services work. We’re looking for a brand identity/website designer to help us with this process. We eventually want to grow into a GSI (think Accenture, Deloitte, IBM Consulting), so we would like the brand to feel modern, techy, cutting edge, and sleek. We need help creating the visual foundation for the new brand: logo, wordmark, compact icon, brand guide, colors, typography, and ideally some editable marketing collateral templates for case studies, one-pagers, social graphics, and sales materials. We do also have some existing marketing collateral, and we would want it transformed to fit the new company branding. The priority is a polished brand identity system that can be used across our new website, proposals, case studies, and social channels. From there, we will be looking to design a website. Some competitor examples - https://caylent.com/ https://zeb.co/ https://www.slalom.com/us/en Do you have experience with B2B tech, cloud, SaaS, consulting, or professional services brands? If so, I’d love get a sense of your process, timeline, and pricing for a project like this. Thanks, Joe

I am the founder of NYClementine Publishing, a small independent U.S. publishing company creating thoughtfully designed books, journals, and keepsakes for families. I'm looking for an experienced Squarespace designer/developer to build a beautiful, polished website based on an established brand direction. The visual identity (logo, typography, colors, and overall creative direction) is being developed separately, so this project is focused on bringing that vision to life in Squarespace. The goal is a warm, editorial website that feels more like an independent publishing house than a traditional ecommerce store. Phase 1 Scope For this initial phase, I'm looking for someone to: Customize a Squarespace template into a polished, premium website Build a beautiful homepage based on the provided brand direction Set up the online shop for our current catalog of books Create reusable product page templates for future books and journals Improve navigation and overall user experience Configure Squarespace Commerce and basic checkout Ensure the site is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile Optimize the site for SEO and performance Make the website easy for me to update and expand myself This is intentionally a Phase 1 project. As NYClementine Publishing grows, additional pages, journals, collections, and features will be added in future phases. Brand Direction The creative direction will be provided, but the overall feel should be: Warm and editorial Timeless and elegant Calm and inviting Plenty of white space Beautiful typography Premium but approachable Inspirations include As Ever, Artipoppe, Papier, Bookshop.org, and Rifle Paper Co. (for their overall website experience and editorial feel—not the products themselves). Ideal Experience I'm looking for someone with strong Squarespace experience who enjoys implementing thoughtful designs and creating polished user experiences. Experience with publishing, authors, boutique ecommerce, lifestyle brands, or luxury brands is a plus. Please include examples of relevant Squarespace websites you've built. Collaboration I'd like to collaborate throughout the project with brief weekly video calls to review progress and refine the website together. When Applying Please include: Your portfolio Your estimated timeline Your recommended fixed-price budget for this Phase 1 scope Your favorite Squarespace template (if you have one) and why A brief explanation of why you think you'd be a good fit If we're a great fit, I'd love to continue working together as NYClementine Publishing grows.

I am looking for an experienced website designer to create a new landing page for Griddy: Football Puzzles -- a mobile game that turns the fantasy football draft into a daily puzzle. The website should be clean and simple with three main objectives: (1) help users quickly understand what Griddy is (2) use social proof to demonstrate a fun game with a thriving community (3) redirect them to download the app. We should be benchmarking against landing pages for other mobile games and fantasy sports / sports betting sites. We are looking for a project-based website content and UX strategist to help refresh existing websites for healthcare clinicians, providers, and small-to-mid-sized healthcare practices. This is not a full website redesign role. It is also not just copywriting. We already develop positioning and messaging strategies for healthcare clients. Now we need someone who can take that strategy and turn it into a clear, usable website experience. The right person can work with draft copy, positioning notes, referral strategy, and existing website content, then shape it into pages that make sense for prospective patients, referral partners, and other decision-makers. The work may include tightening copy, restructuring sections, improving headline hierarchy, making CTAs clearer, editing copy so it fits the page, and helping the website align with directory profiles, referral materials, and patient acquisition channels. Our clients are healthcare businesses trying to: Attract better-fit patients Fill provider caseloads or appointment books Reduce intake drag Make referral partners understand who to send Improve trust before someone books or calls Present a clearer niche, service line, specialty, or care model online We need someone who can think across copy, UX, and light design. You do not need to be a full brand designer or developer, but you should understand how website copy, layout, user flow, and conversion work together. Example Projects Take a new positioning document and translate it into a refreshed homepage structure Rewrite and reorganize service pages so prospective patients understand who the practice is best for Adjust provider bios so they build trust and support patient fit Align website messaging with directory profiles, referral materials, and other patient-facing channels Improve consult, booking, or inquiry CTAs and reduce friction in the path to intake Turn dense strategy notes into clean website sections Recommend what copy should stay, what should be removed, and what needs to be rewritten Create page-by-page copy/layout recommendations for an existing website Support light implementation in Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms if you have that skillset Ideal Fit You may be a good fit if you have experience with: Website copywriting UX writing Content strategy Conversion-focused website updates Healthcare, wellness, behavioral health, therapy, coaching, or professional services websites Turning strategic positioning into practical website pages Editing copy so it fits real page layouts, not just Google Docs We are especially interested in someone who can look at a healthcare website and say: “This section is too vague.” “This CTA comes too late.” “This provider bio does not help the right patient feel confident.” “This page does not match the referral strategy.” “This copy is good, but it needs to be broken into a better website flow.” What We Are Not Looking For A full agency process A full visual rebrand A developer-only profile A pure graphic designer who does not touch copy A copywriter who only writes long-form copy without thinking about UX Generic template work with no strategy behind it To Apply, Please Include Examples of healthcare, wellness, or professional service websites you have worked on
