Brand Kit Build a complete, documented brand guide including: Color palette (primary and secondary, with hex/RGB/CMYK values) derived from the logo's existing palette — deep navy, sky blue, warm greens, orange/amber/red earth tones Typography system (2–3 fonts; we prefer something with warmth and accessibility — no cold corporate sans-serifs) Logo usage rules and clear space guidelines Iconography or design element style (e.g., organic shapes, stained-glass-inspired textures) Do's and don'ts page 3. Google Slides Template A reusable slide deck template (delivered as a Google Slides theme or .pptx) with: Title slide, section header, content slide, quote/scripture slide, and closing slide layouts Consistent use of brand colors, fonts, and logo placement Designed to be usable by non-designers (simple, clean, easy to replicate) 4. Email Template A branded HTML email template (compatible with Mailchimp or similar platforms) with: Header with logo Body content area with clear typography hierarchy A styled button/call-to-action element Footer with contact info and social links Mobile-responsive layout 5. Website Style Guide A concise style guide (not a full website build) specifying how the brand translates to web, including: Color usage for backgrounds, text, links, and buttons Web-safe font pairings or Google Fonts equivalents Component suggestions (nav, buttons, cards, dividers) that align with the brand This will be handed off to our web developer/Squarespace designer unless you'd like to handle it yourself.

Higher Endeavors is seeking an experienced, highly organized marketing professional to turn a clear founder-led strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across social media, email, and related digital channels. This is not a general virtual-assistant role, and it is not primarily a brand-strategy engagement. The strategic foundation and initial campaign messaging have already been developed. We need a proactive marketing operator who can help refine the plan, maintain the content calendar, repurpose founder-created material, prepare and publish campaign assets, evaluate performance, and continually improve execution. The initial engagement will be approximately 10 hours per week for 90 days, with the possibility of an ongoing relationship and expanded responsibility based on performance, fit, and business needs. Our target rate is approximately $35 per hour, although we will consider the overall value, relevant experience, and proposed approach of each candidate. ## About Higher Endeavors Higher Endeavors is building an integrated personal-development and wellness platform that helps people align four connected areas of life: Lifestyle, Health, Nutrition, and Fitness. Our audience consists of capable, motivated people who take their growth seriously but feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, competing priorities, and disconnected approaches. Higher Endeavors helps them understand where they are, identify what matters next, and take aligned action toward the person they want to become. Our initial structured marketing campaign, Close the Gap, is built around a simple idea: You know you are capable of more. The problem may not be insufficient effort; it may be that your effort is being pulled in too many directions. The founder brings more than 20 years of experience in personal training, manual therapy, coaching, nutrition, recovery, and human performance. This role will help translate that experience, the Higher Endeavors philosophy, and campaign strategy into a consistent audience-building and lead-generation system. ## Core Responsibilities ### Campaign and Content Operations - Translate the existing campaign brief into a practical editorial calendar and weekly production plan. - Keep priorities, deadlines, approvals, assets, and publishing status organized and visible. - Turn founder videos, voice notes, written ideas, and long-form material into platform-appropriate assets such as short videos, captions, carousels, emails, and text posts. - Develop content ideas and first drafts when useful while preserving the founder's subject-matter authority and authentic voice. - Recommend the appropriate content mix, cadence, channels, formats, and calls to action based on the campaign objective and available capacity. - Maintain consistency across the campaign narrative while testing different hooks, examples, and creative treatments. ### Social Media and Audience Engagement - Adapt material to each platform rather than posting identical content everywhere without context. - Monitor comments, questions, and audience signals; recommend responses or reply directly when authorized. - Identify recurring audience language, objections, and questions that should inform future content. ### Email and Lead-Nurture Support - Help prepare, format, test, and schedule campaign emails and newsletters. - Support the transition from social engagement to the Find Your Starting Point assessment or other approved lead offer. - Review basic funnel performance and recommend practical improvements to messaging, calls to action, and follow-up. Required Qualifications - Demonstrated experience executing content marketing or marketing operations for a founder-led brand, startup, small business, coaching/education company, or comparable organization. - Strong project-management and organizational skills, including the ability to create structure when time and resources are limited. - Excellent written communication and the judgment to preserve a distinctive founder voice. - Experience repurposing long-form ideas or video into multiple useful formats. - Working knowledge of social publishing, email marketing, calls to action, lead nurture, and basic conversion principles. - Ability to interpret marketing performance and turn it into practical recommendations. - Comfort collaborating directly with a founder who has deep subject-matter expertise and strong opinions but welcomes well-reasoned recommendations. - Ability to work independently, communicate risks early, and follow through reliably. - Practical proficiency with modern AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, editing, analysis, or workflow support, combined with sound human review and fact-checking. - High ethical standards when marketing health, wellness, and personal-development topics. ## Preferred Experience - Experience with wellness, fitness, health education, personal development, coaching, or other trust-sensitive categories. - Experience launching or optimizing an early-stage campaign with limited historical performance data. - Familiarity with founder-led short-form video, carousel production, basic video editing, and visual content tools. - Experience with email platforms, social scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, website content systems, and organized knowledge or asset management. - Familiarity with StoryBrand or a comparable customer-centered messaging framework. - Experience building simple SOPs and improving marketing workflows. Specific software is less important than your ability to create an effective, transparent, and transferable system. Please explain the tools you prefer and why they fit this engagement.

Today, our workflows are spread across spreadsheets, Asana, and our internal platform (Shelf OS). We’re looking for someone who can come in, understand how the team currently works, and help us design a simpler, more scalable way of operating in Asana. We want someone who can understand our operations, recommend how the different pieces should fit together, build the system, and help the team actually adopt it. Engagement We envision this starting with a discovery/audit phase, followed by recommendations, implementation, and team enablement.
