TITLE: Interactive SaaS Demo and Customer Training Specialist for TruckIQ We are seeking an experienced interactive product demo and customer education specialist to help select the appropriate software platform and create an initial product overview and training tutorials for TruckIQ, a commercial truck finance and dealer-performance platform. This is a fixed-price pilot project with a budget of $3,500–$5,000. Third-party platform subscriptions and licensing fees are excluded from this budget and should be identified separately in the proposal. If the pilot is successful, the freelancer may be hired to produce approximately 20–25 additional training tutorials and assist with future product updates. ABOUT TRUCKIQ TruckIQ helps commercial truck dealers manage the transaction lifecycle, including: • Dealer inventory invitations • Customer credit applications • Soft-pull prequalification • Sales-to-F&I handoffs • Lender matching • Finance submissions • Approval and stipulation management • Secure document delivery • Funding coordination • Aftermarket product presentation • Management reporting PROJECT OBJECTIVE We need two related types of content: 1. A polished, interactive TruckIQ product overview for prospective dealers, lending partners and other business stakeholders. 2. Detailed training tutorials that teach dealership personnel how to complete specific workflows. The selected freelancer should help us determine whether these objectives are best served through: • Screenshot-based interactive demonstrations • Narrated videos • Editable HTML demonstrations • A combination of formats We want the finished content to be professional, easy for viewers to understand and practical for our internal team to maintain as TruckIQ changes. PLATFORM SELECTION We have not selected the final software platform for this project and will be looking for a recommendation. The recommendation should address: • Which platform should be used and why • Whether one platform can support both the product overview and training tutorials • Whether true HTML capture provides a meaningful benefit for TruckIQ • The expected monthly or annual software cost • The difficulty of maintaining and updating the content • Whether we will retain access to and control of the source projects • Whether content can be exported or migrated if we change platforms • How the platform protects confidential information during capture and editing • The advantages and limitations of the recommended approach We prefer to avoid purchasing a costly enterprise platform unless its additional functionality provides a clear and practical benefit. PILOT SCOPE The initial pilot will include: • Platform evaluation and written recommendation • Product-overview strategy and storyboard • Review and refinement of the existing narration • One 4–6 minute interactive TruckIQ product overview • Two 2–3 minute step-by-step training tutorials • Professional AI narration or recorded voiceover • Captions, callouts, hotspots, zooms and highlights • Consistent TruckIQ branding • At least two reasonable revision rounds • Editable source projects • A reusable template for future tutorials • Written maintenance and update instructions • One live handoff and training session We already have an overview script, screenshots, product descriptions and a list of approximately 20–25 training workflows that can be used as starting materials. PRODUCT OVERVIEW WORKFLOW The product overview will generally follow this transaction sequence: 1. The dealer sends a curated inventory invitation. 2. The customer reviews equipment. 3. The customer completes the Smart App. 4. TruckIQ provides prequalification guidance. 5. The transaction is assigned to F&I. 6. The finance manager reviews lender matches. 7. The transaction moves through approval, document collection and funding. 8. The dealer presents aftermarket protection products. 9. TruckIQ identifies eligible post-sale missed opportunities. The purpose of the overview is to explain how the major TruckIQ components work together. It should not become a detailed tutorial for every feature. TRAINING TUTORIALS The two training tutorials will each demonstrate a specific TruckIQ workflow from beginning to end. Each tutorial should clearly explain: • What the feature does • When the feature should be used • What is required before starting • Each step in the process • Important fields or decisions • What happens after completion • Common mistakes to avoid The tutorials should establish the production format that will be used for the remaining TruckIQ training library. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY All recording and development must use a sanitized training environment with fictional customer information. The selected freelancer must protect all credentials and project materials, must not upload confidential information to unauthorized third-party services, and may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. RESPONSIBILITIES The selected freelancer will: • Review the TruckIQ workflow and existing materials. • Compare the appropriate interactive-demo and training platforms. • Recommend the best platform and content format. • Explain the costs and tradeoffs associated with the recommendation. • Develop a product-overview strategy and storyboard. • Improve and organize the existing narration. • Capture or import software screens. • Add clear hotspots, callouts, zooms, highlights and transitions. • Create professional narration and captions. • Build an interactive product overview. • Produce two detailed workflow tutorials. • Create a repeatable tutorial template. • Apply consistent TruckIQ branding. • Make the content easy to update when the software changes. • Provide editable source projects and ownership of the completed work. • Create written maintenance instructions. • Conduct a live handoff and training session with our team. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Please apply only if you have direct experience creating demonstrations or training content for B2B SaaS products. Candidates should have experience in several of the following areas: • Established interactive-demo or customer-training platforms • Interactive product walkthroughs • SaaS onboarding and customer education • Product marketing • Sales enablement • Instructional design • AI narration and closed captions • HTML-captured product demonstrations • Customer training libraries • Financial, automotive, commercial equipment or dealer-management software A general video-editing portfolio by itself will not be sufficient. We need someone who can understand a specialized business software workflow, develop the appropriate content strategy and explain the product clearly. HOW TO APPLY Please include: 1. Links to two interactive SaaS product demos you personally created. 2. Links to two customer-training or onboarding tutorials you personally created. 3. The demo platforms you have used. 4. Your recommended initial approach for TruckIQ. 5. Whether you recommend screenshot, video, HTML capture or a combination. 6. Your estimated completion time. 7. Your fixed-price proposal, including any assumptions, third-party software costs or items excluded from the price. Please begin your proposal with the words “TruckIQ Demo” so we know you reviewed the complete posting.

Commitment: 30-40 hours/week to start (with opportunity to grow come on full time) Type: Contract with strong potential to convert to full-time Location: Fully remote About Mudflap Mudflap is changing the way truckers fuel across the country, and we're building a content engine that's just as bold as the people we serve. We're investing heavily in social content—from creator partnerships and authentic UGC to product education and brand storytelling. Our goal isn't to make polished corporate videos. We want content that feels real, entertaining, useful, and worth sharing. We're a small, collaborative marketing team that loves experimenting, moving quickly, and trying new ideas. If you've ever wanted to help define what a brand looks and feels like in motion—not just execute someone else's vision—this is that opportunity. The Opportunity We're looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Designer who loves both fast-paced social editing and bringing products to life through animation. We are starting as a trial contract with hopes to turn it into full time. One day you might be turning raw creator footage into a TikTok that racks up views. The next, you'll be animating a new product feature, creating an onboarding tutorial, or helping establish the motion language that customers will associate with Mudflap. You'll have real creative ownership, work directly with our content and design teams, and help shape how one of the fastest-growing brands in trucking tells its story. What You'll Do - Edit approximately 5 short-form videos each week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. - Transform raw creator footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content with strong pacing, captions, sound design, and trend-aware editing. - Create product explainers, feature launches, onboarding videos, tutorials, and educational content. - Animate Figma designs, UI mockups, brand assets, icons, and illustrations using your preferred motion design tools (After Effects, Figma, Rive, Lottie, or similar). - Help establish how the Mudflap brand comes to life through motion—from transitions and UI animation to storytelling and visual style. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, and design to brainstorm ideas, iterate quickly, and continuously improve what's working. - Contribute creative ideas—we're looking for someone who wants to make the work better, not just check boxes. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience editing social-first, short-form video. Experience creating motion graphics, product explainers, tutorials, or animated marketing content. A portfolio that demonstrates both engaging social edits and thoughtful motion design. Excellent instincts for pacing, storytelling, hooks, captions, and visual communication. Comfortable working with both authentic UGC footage and polished product assets. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, welcomes feedback, and enjoys moving fast. Reliable, organized, and excited by a steady stream of creative work. Bonus Points Experience with SaaS or product marketing. Familiarity with trucking, logistics, or blue-collar audiences. Illustration, character animation, or branding experience. Curiosity about AI-assisted creative workflows and new editing tools. Why You'll Love Working With Us Help define the motion identity of a growing brand—not just execute existing templates. Join a fun, collaborative team that values creativity, experimentation, and great ideas over hierarchy. Work on a wide variety of content, from viral social videos to polished product storytelling. Flexible, fully remote work with consistent weekly projects. Strong opportunity for this contract role to grow into a full-time position as our creative team expands. How to Apply Please include a link to your portfolio or reel showcasing relevant social/UGC edits. To confirm you've read this listing, please start your proposal with the word "FREIGHT CLUB."

This is a combination of short-form video reels, high-quality photo posts (like before/after carousels), and graphic updates. Content creation is remote based on assets provided, but being local allows for optional, brief on-site content capture visits if desired. About Us We are completely transforming a traditional, old-school dry cleaning drop-store and laundromat in the Decatur area into a high-tech, fully digital (coinless), eco-friendly, all-in-one garment care sanctuary. The Role & Deliverables We will provide you with folders of raw iPhone videos, photos of the construction progress, new equipment arriving, and branding elements. Your job is to make our feeds look professional and exciting: We will provide you with a Brand Style Guide to ensure all content adheres to our specific design and tone standards. You will report directly to us for weekly content approval and collaborate closely with our existing marketing agency to ensure organic content aligns with paid campaign themes. Content Creation: Deliver 3 posts per week. This will be a balanced mix of edited short-form video reels, multi-slide photo posts (carousels), and clean text-based graphics (announcements, promo reveals). Platform Management: Tailor and publish the content to both Instagram and Facebook. Copywriting: Write local-friendly, engaging captions and select relevant neighborhood hashtags. Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting and organized strategy. (Optional, but ideal!) Drop by the Decatur location once a month to shoot quick behind-the-scenes clips yourself. What We Are Looking For Must live in the Atlanta Metro area (Decatur local is a huge plus!). Senior Instructional Designer, E-Learning Developer, and Technical Training Video Producer Project: LMI Service Electrician Qualification and Development Program Lighting Maintenance Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer and e-learning developer to help create a comprehensive training and qualification program for our service electricians. This is not a request for a generic online course, a basic safety presentation, or simple video editing. We need someone who can take existing technical content, operating standards, employee evaluations, raw field video, photographs, procedures, and subject-matter-expert input and turn them into professional, practical, mobile-friendly training for field employees. The completed training will be delivered and tracked through the MITER Learning platform. The Type of Professional We Are Looking For The ideal contractor is a senior instructional designer or learning-experience developer who also has strong multimedia and technical video-production capabilities. The contractor should be able to: Design competency-based workforce training. Organize complex technical material into clear learning modules. Work with electricians, managers, safety personnel, and other subject-matter experts. Develop e-learning courses, assessments, job aids, and practical-evaluation tools. Edit raw field footage into professional training videos. Develop narration and voiceover. Add instructional graphics, diagrams, animation, labels, callouts, captions, and visual explanations. Package and implement training in an LMS. Help configure learning paths, certifications, assignments, completion rules, and reporting inside MITER. Deliver all editable source files so LMI can maintain the training internally. One individual may perform all of this work, or the applicant may lead a small production team. Any subcontracting must be disclosed in the proposal. About LMI Lighting Maintenance Inc. is an established electrical contractor specializing in: Roadway and street lighting. Commercial and industrial lighting. Electrical service and troubleshooting. Sports lighting. Traffic signals. Exterior and parking-lot lighting. Aerial and bucket-truck work. High-mast lighting. Underground electrical systems. Related electrical infrastructure and field services. Our employees work in real field conditions, often independently, using service vehicles, aerial equipment, test instruments, electrical controls, and specialized equipment. The training must reflect the practical reality of field service work. Project Purpose LMI is developing a formal Service Electrician Qualification and Development Program. The program must help us determine: What an electrician already knows. What the electrician can actually demonstrate in the field. What specific training gaps must be addressed. When the electrician is qualified to work independently. What vehicles, equipment, and work assignments the electrician is authorized to receive. What restrictions remain until additional training or verification is completed. This is a competency-based qualification program. Watching a video or passing a quiz will not, by itself, qualify an employee. The training must connect online learning with written assessment, practical demonstration, supervised field performance, evaluator approval, and final management authorization. Existing Program Materials LMI has already developed substantial source material, including: A detailed service-technician evaluation. A 150-item competency and qualification matrix. Qualification levels. Mandatory safety and performance gates. Core curriculum-module outlines. Written assessment concepts. Practical evaluation stations. Supervised service-call requirements. Customer-communication standards. Documentation standards. Vehicle and equipment requirements. Employee authorization and restriction criteria. Draft lesson content, scripts, scenarios, questions, and training material developed with AI assistance. Internal electrical, safety, fleet, service, and management subject-matter experts. The contractor will not be starting with a blank page. The contractor’s responsibility will be to convert these materials into a consistent, professional, effective, and manageable training system. Core Curriculum Modules The initial program is expected to contain the following ten modules: The LMI Service Standard. Dispatch, Scheduling, and Daily Preparation. Timekeeping and Productive Use of the Day. Service Vehicle and Take-Home Vehicle Responsibility. Electrical Safety and Field Judgment. The LMI Troubleshooting Process. Lighting and Electrical Systems. Customer Communication and Customer Experience. Documentation and Work-Order Closeout. Productivity, Profitability, and Quality. Additional qualification or endorsement tracks may later be created for: Bucket-truck operation. Digger-derrick operation. CDL Class A and Class B. Traffic-signal work. Sports-lighting work. Underground fault locating. High-mast work. Traffic-control setup. Apprentice or helper supervision. Emergency and after-hours response. Take-home vehicle authorization. Senior troubleshooter or mentor. Technical evaluator. Training Formats The program may include: Short mobile-friendly e-learning lessons. Instructor-led training. Field demonstrations. Professionally edited training videos. Voiceover and narration. Photographs and technical diagrams. Animation and motion graphics. Knowledge checks. Final written assessments. Practical skills checklists. Manager and evaluator observation forms. Employee job aids. Field-reference guides. Scenario-based exercises. Supervised service-call evaluations. Remedial training assignments. Certification and requalification records. The contractor should recommend the most appropriate format for each subject rather than forcing every topic into the same type of course. Raw Field Video and Multimedia Production LMI will provide raw video recorded in the field. The footage may show: Electrical troubleshooting. Lighting repairs. Controls and contactors. Photocells and time clocks. Meter use. Pole bases and handholes. Bucket-truck work. Vehicle inspections. Safety practices. Customer-service procedures. Documentation procedures. Specific field techniques. Correct and incorrect methods. The raw footage may not be professionally recorded. The contractor will be responsible for converting usable footage into clear, professional training material. Responsibilities will include: Reviewing and organizing footage. Selecting the strongest usable sections. Removing unnecessary, unclear, repetitive, or unusable footage. Editing demonstrations into concise and logical sequences. Improving pacing, audio quality, and visual clarity. Developing or refining narration scripts. Providing professional voiceover or coordinating approved voice talent. Adding titles, captions, labels, arrows, callouts, freeze frames, zooms, and highlights. Creating graphics, diagrams, illustrations, or animation where the raw video does not fully explain the concept. Adding closed captions and transcripts. Protecting customer names, locations, license plates, employee information, and other sensitive material when required. Preparing content for mobile delivery through MITER. Creating shorter field-reference clips when appropriate. Providing LMI with all editable video-project files and production assets. When existing footage is insufficient, the contractor must provide clear filming instructions to LMI, including: Required camera angles. Close-up shots. Wide shots. Demonstration sequence. Required lighting and audio. Talking points. Narration requirements. Safety considerations. Additional photographs or graphics needed. The final product should not consist of long, unedited videos showing employees working. Each training segment must clearly explain: What task is being performed. Why the task is being performed. How each step should be completed. What hazards must be controlled. What common mistakes should be avoided. What acceptable performance looks like. How the employee’s competence will be evaluated. MITER Learning Platform Implementation The training will be delivered and tracked through MITER. The contractor should be able to assist LMI with: Course setup. Custom learning content. SCORM or other compatible course packaging where appropriate. Learning-path configuration. Assignment by job role or employee level. Course prerequisites. Quiz and assessment setup. Instructor-led training records. Practical training records. Completion requirements. Certification tracking. Expiration and renewal dates. Manager reporting. Training reminders. Remedial training. 30-day and 90-day follow-up reviews. Administrator training. Testing the employee mobile experience. Direct experience with MITER is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants with strong LMS experience who are willing to work directly with MITER support will be considered. Initial Paid Pilot The initial engagement will be a fixed-price pilot. The pilot module will be: The LMI Troubleshooting Process This module will teach a repeatable process for diagnosing electrical and lighting service problems rather than randomly replacing parts. The pilot may include scenarios such as: One failed parking-lot fixture. Multiple fixtures out on one circuit. Photocell failure. Time-clock failure. Contactor or control-circuit failure. LED driver failure. Loose or damaged connections. Neutral problems. Water intrusion. Pole-base damage. Underground circuit problems. Incorrect replacement-component selection. Pilot Deliverables The pilot should include: Final learning objectives. Recommended lesson structure. Detailed course outline. Course storyboard. Mobile-friendly e-learning content. Instructor or narration scripts. At least one professionally edited field-training video. Voiceover integrated into the finished video. Supporting technical graphics and visual callouts. Knowledge checks. Final written assessment. Answer key and scoring requirements. Practical demonstration checklist. Supervisor or technical-evaluator observation form. Employee field-reference job aid. Remediation requirements for failed competencies. MITER-ready files or course package. Assistance uploading and testing the course in MITER. Written instructions for maintaining and updating the course. All editable source files. All video-editing project files. Separate graphics, audio, scripts, captions, and production assets. Recommendations for improving future LMI field video. Required Experience Applicants should have demonstrated experience in: Instructional design. Adult learning. Corporate or workforce training. Competency-based training. E-learning development. Practical skills assessment. Mobile learning. LMS implementation. Technical writing. Working with subject-matter experts. Video editing. Voiceover-based instruction. Technical graphics and diagrams. Scenario-based learning. Course testing and quality control. Experience with any of the following is strongly preferred: Electrical contracting. Construction. Skilled trades. Utilities. Industrial maintenance. Field service. Fleet operations. Equipment operation. Occupational safety. Manufacturing. Technical certification programs. Applicants do not need to be licensed electricians. However, they must be comfortable working with detailed electrical and field-service subject matter and accepting technical direction from LMI. Preferred Authoring and Production Tools Experience with the following or comparable tools is preferred: Articulate Rise 360. Articulate Storyline 360. Adobe Captivate. Camtasia. Adobe Premiere Pro. Adobe After Effects. DaVinci Resolve. Adobe Illustrator. Adobe Photoshop. Vyond. Canva. SCORM course-development tools. Professional audio and captioning tools. Applicants should explain which tools they recommend and why. Technical and Compliance Approval The contractor will not have final authority to approve: Electrical procedures. Safety requirements. OSHA interpretations. Legal or regulatory statements. Wage-and-hour policies. Vehicle policies. Employee qualification decisions. LMI operating standards. All technical, safety, legal, HR, and operating content must be reviewed and approved by LMI’s designated personnel before publication.
