Job Description: Christine Despres is a registered nurse, dementia practitioner, and holistic health coach who helps women 40 and over protect their memory, focus, and long-term brain health. Her clinical background spans 30 years. Her message is urgent, specific, and needed. Her audience is growing. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of building something meaningful, not just executing tasks, but becoming the person who stands behind Christine and makes sure her voice reaches every woman who needs to hear it. This role starts with learning Christine's world thoroughly. Her voice, her audience, her systems, her goals. Over time it grows into something more: a true operational and marketing partnership where you help shape how The Wellness Navigator shows up in the world, which platforms it prioritizes, which opportunities it pursues, and how it converts an engaged audience into a thriving practice. If you are highly motivated, genuinely excited by the mission, and want to be someone's right hand rather than just their assistant, this is that role. How This Role Works There are three layers to the work: Recurring weekly tasks that keep the engine running: Publishing content, sending newsletters, maintaining systems, updating the storefront, tracking outreach. Directed tasks that Christine assigns based on what is coming up. A speaking engagement that needs a deck, a campaign that needs copy, a collaboration that needs follow-up. Evolving strategic input as you grow into the role. Your observations about what is working, what the audience is responding to, what opportunities you are seeing that Christine might be missing. We want this person to eventually bring ideas to the table, not just execute what's on it. The immediate priority is getting Christine in front of the right people. Podcasts, speaking stages, LinkedIn connections, community partners, collaborators by using the fully built and documented marketing infrastructure we have just completed. Scope of Work Systems Operations Keep the email marketing, Instagram automations, quiz funnel, and booking system running as intended. The systems are built and documented. Your job is to run them, flag anything that breaks, and leave things better than you found them. Social Media and Content Plan and publish content consistently across Instagram and LinkedIn. Write captions and posts in Christine's voice, warm, clinically grounded, direct, and specific to her niche. Manage Instagram and LinkedIn as the distinct platforms they are, with different formats, tones, and strategies for each. Keep the content calendar moving. Email Marketing Build and send weekly newsletters, manage subscriber segments, and keep the list clean and healthy using Flodesk. Presentations and Visual Documents Build polished PowerPoint presentations for Christine's speaking engagements, workshops, and online programs. Produce supporting materials like handouts, one-pagers, workshop booklets using Microsoft Office or equivalent to a professional standard. Comfort with PowerPoint or equivalent beyond basic formatting is essential from day one. Website Upkeep Publish blog posts, update pages, and complete SEO fields on anything new. Keep Squarespace current as offerings and messaging evolve. Outreach and Exposure This is one of the most important parts of the role. Research and pitch Christine for podcasts, workshops, speaking engagements, and media opportunities aligned with her niche. Use LinkedIn to identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with aligned professionals like physicians, wellness practitioners, chiropractors, naturopaths, and community organizations. Track every pitch, follow up consistently, and report on what is in the pipeline. The goal is to get Christine in front of the right audiences as often as possible. Affiliate and Promotions Maintain the Amazon Influencer Storefront, manage affiliate links, and support promotional campaigns as they arise. Organization Keep documents, photos, presentations, and resources organized, consistently branded, and easy to find across shared folders. Christine should be able to locate anything in under a minute. Tools and Platforms You Will Work In Marketing and automation: Flodesk, ManyChat, Interact, Later Scheduling and client management: Acuity Scheduling, Practice Better Website: Squarespace Social media: Instagram, LinkedIn Presentations and documents: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Commerce: Amazon Influencer Storefront Documented guides exist for all core tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent is required from day one. Experience with the other platforms is a strong plus but not required if you have worked in similar systems and learn quickly. Who We Are Looking For The most important thing is the right person. Someone who genuinely connects with Christine's mission and wants to see it succeed, not just someone looking for hours. Beyond that: Strong writing is the core technical skill. Much of this role is words, in Christine's voice, not your own. You need to be able to absorb her tone from her existing content and produce captions, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and outreach emails that sound like her on her best day. We are also looking for: A highly motivated self-starter who takes direction well and executes with precision at the start, and grows into a proactive contributor over time Demonstrated proficiency in building presentation decks for live speakers, not just reformatting existing slides Comfort managing Instagram and LinkedIn as distinct platforms with different audiences and strategies Background in marketing, content creation, social media, or digital operations Organized, reliable, and communicative: Someone who follows through without being chased A genuine connection to the mission: Women's health, brain health, or the 40-plus audience Experience pitching podcasts or speaking opportunities. SEO knowledge. LinkedIn outreach or business development experience. What This Grows Into We are not looking for someone to run tasks indefinitely. We are looking for someone who learns this business deeply enough to help drive it and who comes to understand Christine's audience, her voice, and her goals well enough to bring ideas, spot opportunities, and function as her representative in the spaces she cannot be in herself. The right person will have real influence over how this brand grows. Project Type: Ongoing Location: Remote, US-based preferred for timezone overlap Engagement: Part-time, flexible hours Experience Level: Intermediate to Expert To Apply To show you have read this post in full, begin your proposal with the phrase "Brain Health Champion" before anything else. Proposals that do not open with this phrase will not be reviewed. Please include: A short overview (no more than three paragraphs) of your relevant experience and why this role genuinely appeals to you One or two examples of social media captions, LinkedIn posts, or email content you have written for someone else in their voice A brief note on your Microsoft PowerPoint experience and any of the other tools listed above Proposals without writing samples will not be reviewed.

I need someone to help me build out a new GoHighLevel account (under Ivorey - a white label company) and also help me put together social media posts. I have a lot of content, photos, videos, etc. I would like to explain my ideal customer journey and have someone do the back-end technical build for me. I've done most of the work with writing emails, etc. I just need it built out. I would also like someone to take a bunch of random video clips that I store into a Google Drive and create reels and still image posts for captions that I've already put together. I think this will involve a bit of work upfront (email campaigns, lead magnets, etc) and then lighter ongoing work with the reel and still image editing for social media. Thanks!

Prime Physio is a sports-focused physical therapy clinic in Longmont, Colorado. We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to help us build a sustainable, repeatable local marketing system that can eventually be managed by a future receptionist or clinic coordinator. This is not primarily a social media management or advertising position. The main objective is to establish a structured local marketing system that strengthens Prime Physio’s visibility, positioning, and relationships within the local athletic community. About Prime Physio Our goal is to become the most trusted and comprehensive local destination for athletes. We provide services across the full athlete-care continuum, including: Functional diagnosis of injuries and movement limitations Individualized physical therapy and treatment Injury prevention and risk-reduction strategies Sport-specific return-to-sport rehabilitation Ongoing athlete body-function and conditioning care Athlete Functional and Performance Assessments Long-term physical-health and performance management We want athletes, parents, schools, gyms, trainers, coaches, athletic professionals, and healthcare providers to clearly understand what we offer, who we help, and why Prime Physio is different from a traditional physical therapy clinic. Project Objective The primary objective of this project is to create, test, organize, and document a sustainable local marketing system for Prime Physio. The system should help us consistently reach and educate: Athletes and parents Local schools and athletic programs Gyms and fitness facilities Personal trainers and strength coaches Sport coaches Athletic trainers Physicians and other healthcare professionals Other organizations connected to the local athletic community The selected professional will not be expected to guarantee referrals, partnerships, or specific revenue results. However, they will be expected to create and execute high-quality marketing activities that can reasonably support those outcomes. Potential Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Reviewing our current website, brochures, rack cards, services, and marketing materials Clarifying our local brand positioning and core marketing messages Identifying and prioritizing appropriate local target audiences and organizations Researching qualified local schools, gyms, trainers, coaches, healthcare providers, and athletic organizations Developing personalized outreach and follow-up strategies Creating email templates, direct-message templates, phone scripts, and partnership introductions Recommending which services and materials should be presented to each target audience Organizing a contact and relationship-tracking system Monitoring outreach, responses, follow-ups, and next actions Identifying opportunities that require the clinic owner’s personal involvement Testing different outreach approaches and documenting what appears effective Creating repeatable weekly and monthly marketing procedures Developing standard operating procedures and training materials for a future receptionist or clinic coordinator Providing clear progress updates, recommendations, and measurable deliverables Expected Deliverables The final system should include practical, reusable resources such as: Defined target audience categories A prioritized local prospect database Prospect-selection criteria Core brand and service messaging Outreach and follow-up templates A relationship and communication tracker A recurring local marketing calendar Clear procedures for weekly and monthly activities Performance indicators for evaluating progress Recommendations for the clinic owner’s involvement Standard operating procedures for future staff A clear handoff plan for a receptionist or clinic coordinator The system should be easy for another team member to understand and continue. We do not want the marketing process to remain dependent on one contractor indefinitely. Working Relationship This project will be collaborative. The clinic owner will provide clinical expertise, clinic materials, service information, and personal involvement when a high-value relationship requires a meeting, presentation, clinic visit, or professional conversation. The contractor will be responsible for building the structure around those efforts, keeping activities organized, maintaining consistent progress, and helping convert the clinic’s long-term vision into a practical marketing process. We value honest communication. If a strategy is unlikely to be effective, we expect the contractor to explain why and recommend a more productive approach. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has experience with: Local or community-based marketing Marketing-system development Healthcare, fitness, sports, or professional-service businesses Relationship-based outreach Lead or partnership tracking Standard operating procedure development Preparing processes for staff handoff Working independently while providing clear updates Experience with physical therapy, sports medicine, fitness facilities, schools, youth sports, or local healthcare marketing is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically but can also complete specific, organized tasks. This role is best suited for someone who can build an operating system—not simply provide broad marketing suggestions. Initial Project Direction The initial phase will likely focus on: Reviewing Prime Physio’s current services and materials Clarifying our local positioning and messaging Identifying and prioritizing target audiences Building the outreach and tracking infrastructure Beginning structured local outreach and follow-up Documenting the process for future staff use If the working relationship is productive and mutually beneficial, there may be opportunities for continued strategic support as the clinic grows.

I'm seeking an experienced book marketing strategist to develop and implement a practical marketing plan for my Christian adventure novel and companion devotional series. The project includes improving discoverability, positioning, author branding, reader engagement, and marketing strategy. I want a proposal with clear deliverables, milestones, timeline, and pricing. I prefer milestone-based payments and am interested in a long-term relationship if the strategy proves successful. This is the beginning of a larger series, so I'm looking for someone who can build a repeatable marketing framework rather than a one-time campaign.

Brand Partner — Walk-On Holdings Location: Remote (US hours preferred) Type: Full-time Reports to: Founder & CEO Compensation: Hourly to start, with room to move to commission as the role grows About Walk-On Holdings Walk-On Holdings owns and operates a network of daily finance newsletters reaching roughly 300,000 subscribers combined, delivered across three points in the day — pre-market, midday, and after-close/weekend. We monetize through sponsorships priced on a straightforward, performance-based model with a guaranteed minimum outcome built into every deal. No CPM guesswork, no opaque bundles — which makes this a genuinely easy story to sell once you're in front of the right person. The Role We're looking for someone who wants to play a real role in growing a fast-moving media business. You'll serve as an evangelist for Walk-On Holdings externally — clearly articulating our value proposition to prospective sponsors, agencies, and partners — while working closely with an AI-powered system that handles the heaviest lifting of prospecting. That system spots companies already spending money on newsletter advertising, researches other companies that could be a great fit even if they've never sponsored a newsletter before, identifies the right person to contact, finds their email and LinkedIn, and drafts personalized outreach messages. Your job starts where the AI's output lands on your desk. You're the human in the loop: you point the AI at new sponsor categories and agency relationships worth exploring, you check its work, you're the one who actually sends the outreach, you own the relentless follow-through that most people give up on too early, you keep the whole pipeline organized, and you get interested prospects booked onto the calendar. This is a persistence-and-judgment role more than a research role — the research is done for you, but making sure nothing falls through the cracks is on you. Responsibilities at a Glance Serve as an evangelist for Walk-On Holdings externally, clearly articulating our value proposition to sponsors and agency partners Direct our AI system toward promising new sponsor categories and source/maintain relationships with media and creative agencies, with a sharp focus on financial brands Review every AI-generated prospect package for accuracy before anything goes out under your name Send outreach personally and follow up persistently until you get an answer Multi-thread accounts — find and approach a new contact when the first one goes quiet Stay current on the newsletter and digital media industry, and on what competitors are doing, to keep spotting new opportunities Keep the pipeline dashboard current and accurate at all times Get interested prospects booked onto the calendar with good context passed along Represent Walk-On Holdings professionally in any partner or industry-facing conversations Meet and exceed targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated, with revenue targets added once the role expands into closing Step-by-Step: What You'll Actually Do 1. Direct the AI to find new sponsor categories and agency relationships Beyond companies we spot sponsoring other newsletters, you'll use AI to proactively source prospects who aren't advertising in newsletters yet but would be a strong fit for our audience — think public companies, alternative asset managers, accounting firms, estate planning companies, and ecommerce brands selling products or services our readers would care about. This also includes media and creative agencies that place ads on behalf of multiple brand clients — landing one agency relationship can open the door to several sponsors at once. You bring the ideas and judgment on what's worth exploring; the AI does the legwork of researching and building out the prospect list. 2. Review the AI-generated prospect package For every sponsor prospect, the AI delivers a complete package: the company and placement details (if applicable), a proposed point of contact (with title and reasoning), their email (flagged as verified or best-guess) and LinkedIn profile, a personalization hook, and drafted messages (email, LinkedIn connection note, LinkedIn InMail). Your job here is quality control: does the contact look right for this company's size and structure? Does the email look plausible? Does the draft actually make sense and sound right? Catch anything off before it goes out — you're the last check before this reaches a real person. 3. Send the outreach Once you've confirmed the package looks right, you send it yourself — the email from your inbox, the LinkedIn connection request and/or InMail from your account. This is not automated; it's you sending a message you've personally reviewed and stand behind. 4. Follow up — at least 5 times Most deals are lost to giving up too early, not to a "no." For every prospect who doesn't respond, follow up a minimum of 5 times across email and LinkedIn before moving on. Space these out sensibly (not all in one week), vary the angle each time, and keep it persistent but professional. 5. Multi-thread the organization If the original contact goes quiet after your follow-up sequence, don't just drop the account. Go back to the AI-identified backup contact (or ask for one) and start a fresh thread with someone else at the same company — a different title, a different angle. Many deals move forward through the second or third person, not the first. 6. Stay sharp on the industry Keep up with what's happening in the newsletter and digital media space — new players, competitor sponsorship activity, industry events worth attending, and trends in how financial brands are spending on media. This isn't a one-time task; it's ongoing awareness that feeds back into which sponsor categories are worth pursuing next. 7. Keep the pipeline organized — with AI's help Track every prospect's status as it moves: outreach sent → follow-ups in progress → replied → meeting booked. The AI helps you keep this current and can flag prospects that have gone quiet and are due for a follow-up or a new contact, but you're responsible for making sure nothing falls through the cracks. 8. Book the call Once a prospect replies or shows real interest, your job is to get them booked onto a call directly on the founder's calendar. Confirm availability, schedule cleanly, and pass along good context — who the prospect is, what caught their interest, anything relevant from the email/LinkedIn thread — so the call starts strong. The founder will run the call from there. What Success Looks Like Every AI-generated prospect package gets a careful, honest review before anything goes out under your name A steady flow of new, well-chosen sponsor categories and agency relationships added to the pipeline — not just companies we happen to spot elsewhere Outreach actually goes out, on time, in your voice No prospect gets fewer than 5 real follow-up attempts before you move on When the first contact doesn't work out, you find and try the next person rather than giving up on the account A pipeline that's always current, so nothing goes stale or gets forgotten Calls booked cleanly and consistently, with good context handed off Growing knowledge of the newsletter/digital media landscape that translates into sharper prospect ideas over time Who You Are Highly organized and disciplined about follow-up — you don't let things slip, and you don't give up after one unanswered email Curious and commercially minded — you can look at our audience and generate real ideas for who else might want to reach them, beyond the obvious Comfortable building relationships with agency contacts as well as brand-direct contacts Good judgment — comfortable reviewing AI-generated work critically rather than sending it blindly Clear, professional communicator — comfortable adapting a drafted message in your own voice when needed Resourceful — if the first contact at a company doesn't respond, you know how to find and approach the next one Genuinely interested in the digital media/newsletter industry and motivated to keep learning it Bonus: experience with outbound sales, SDR/BDR work, or account management where persistence and multi-threading were part of the job Tools You'll Use An AI-powered prospecting system that researches companies, finds contacts, and drafts your outreach A pipeline-tracking dashboard (already built) with KPIs, pipeline stage view, and per-prospect detail including drafted messages ready to send Your own email and LinkedIn account for sending outreach and follow-ups Calendar booking tools for scheduling calls How to Apply Send a short note with: A brief note on relevant outbound sales or account management experience, especially any experience where persistent follow-up or multi-threading an account made the difference A short answer: name two or three types of companies or agencies (outside of ones you'd typically see sponsoring finance newsletters) that you think would want to reach an audience of active retail investors, and why
