We specialize in bookkeeping, accounting, CFO services, and strategic tax planning. We are seeking a Project Accountant to support special projects, client onboarding engagements, accounting cleanups, and historical reconciliation work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving accounting puzzles, organizing messy financials, and bringing order to complex situations. What You’ll Do Projects may include: * Historical account reconciliations * Catch-up bookkeeping * Accounting cleanups * Chart of accounts redesign and optimization * New client onboarding projects * Financial data organization and review * QuickBooks Online cleanup and restructuring * Special accounting projects as needed This is not a recurring monthly bookkeeping role. Most assignments will be project-based with clearly defined objectives and timelines.
