ABOUT THE BUSINESS AND WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH I am posting this on behalf of a family-owned urgent care and medical clinic business. The owner is looking to develop a real, repeatable outbound growth strategy for the clinic. Today, most of the clinic's patient volume comes in organically. We believe there is a significant opportunity to grow through proactive outreach to referral sources and local partners: physicians and medical practices, employers and HR teams, schools, athletic organizations, senior communities, and community organizations. We want an experienced sales strategist to help figure out how to do that the right way. Before anyone sends a single email or makes a single call, we want a clear-eyed assessment of who the clinic should target, which channels make sense, what the messaging should be, and whether a scalable outbound motion is actually feasible for a business like this. PHASE 1 — STRATEGY AND PIPELINE DESIGN (INITIAL ENGAGEMENT) The initial scope of work is to design the clinic's outbound growth strategy. Deliverables would include: - A target segment analysis: which categories of referral sources and partners (physician practices, employers/occupational health, schools and athletics, senior communities, community organizations, etc.) represent the best opportunities for an urgent care clinic, and in what priority order. - Decision-maker mapping: who the clinic should actually be reaching within each segment (practice managers, HR directors, athletic directors, community administrators, etc.). - Channel recommendations: which outreach and partnership channels are most appropriate for each segment — email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person relationship building, community involvement, or some combination. - A messaging framework: what the clinic's value proposition is to each audience and how outreach should be positioned so it lands as professional and relevant. - Sequence and cadence design: what a realistic outreach sequence looks like for each priority segment. - Tooling and CRM recommendations: what a lightweight, sustainable CRM and outreach stack looks like for a business this size, and what the process should be for tracking pipeline. - Realistic KPIs: what success should look like at 30/60/90 days, and an honest assessment of whether a scalable outbound campaign is feasible here. If the project goes well, we may have work around the actual execution of the plan (recruiting, hiring, and implementation). If you would be open to this sort of land and expand engagement, that would be a huge plus. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience building B2B pipeline and outbound strategy from the ground up — ideally for healthcare, medical services, local services, or another trust-sensitive industry. - Someone who thinks like a sales strategist first: you can evaluate segments, size opportunities, and tell us where the plan is weak before you start executing. - Strong command of modern outbound tools: CRMs, sequencing/outreach platforms, list-building and enrichment tools, and reporting. - Excellent writing ability — outreach to physicians, HR leaders, and community organizations has to read as credible and professional. - An understanding that healthcare outreach carries reputational and ethical weight, and a track record of running outreach that reflects that. - Comfortable making a recommendation and defending it, including telling us "this segment isn't worth your money" when that's the honest answer.

I have three email accounts which are bananas with spam, and I need them to be cleaned up. I would love someone who can work with zoho mail, and gmail to set up those folders that emails can immediately drop into, folders where I can hold onto things and auto-delete others if that is possible. This is not a complex gig, but one I just can't seem to get to myself. Nor am I proficient with the various email programs.

We're a B2B enterprise sales team selling brand partnerships and retail media. We have Apollo (Professional) and HubSpot, but only use Apollo to pull contacts. We want intent fully activated and in-market accounts flowing automatically to the right rep in HubSpot. One-time setup, documented and handed off. Scope: Configure our 8 intent topics against the categories we sell (dropship, retail media, affiliate, marketplace, wholesale, brand partnerships) Build saved searches per vertical, combining intent with firmographic fit Configure the native Apollo–HubSpot sync so intent data lands on records with correct owners Set up alerts routing new in-market accounts to the right rep Build 2–3 intent-triggered sequence shells (we supply messaging) One bulk enrichment pass on ~800 incomplete contacts Short SOP + 60-min handoff call Note: Native Apollo and HubSpot only. No Clay, Zapier, or added automation layers — please don't propose a different stack. In your proposal, answer: How many Apollo intent implementations have you done? Describe one. With only 8 intent topics available, how would you approach choosing them for us? Most common mistake you see with Apollo intent? Estimated hours and rate.

Hi! We're looking for someone with hands on experience using Apollo.io to help us set up the platform end to end. We'd need help with: • Auditing or setting up my Apollo account, including domain connection, email warmup, and sending limits • Building and segmenting targeted contact lists based on my ICP (industry, job title, company size, etc.) • Setting up outreach sequences with custom logic across email, calls, and LinkedIn tasks • Writing or refining the email copy for each sequence step • Setting up automation rules, and triggers. • Integrating Apollo with Hubspot and making sure the data syncs correctly • Giving us a brief walkthrough at the end so we can manage and run the campaigns independently The goal is to have a fully operational Apollo system that we can confidently run ourselves once the project is complete. If you have direct Apollo.io experience with similar setups, we'd love to hear about your experience and how you’d approach the project. Thanks,
