Title: B2B/Wholesale E-Commerce Website Redesign — Bulk Ingredient Supplier (Shopify or similar) Description: We're relaunching the website for Nature's Kingdom USA, a B2B bulk food-ingredient importer/distributor (oils, spice powders, coconut products, sweeteners). We're redesigning around a wholesale/B2B model, benchmarked against bulknaturaloils.com (Jedwards International). Scope — design & development only. All content, copy, and photography will be provided by us. We need: - Information architecture: category-first navigation (oils, powders, spices, sweeteners, etc.) with strong product search/filtering - Wireframes & UX for home, category, product, and cart/checkout pages - Visual design: clean, credible, wholesale-focused — certification badges (Organic, Fair Trade, Kosher, Non-GMO) displayed prominently - E-commerce platform recommendation and build-out for wholesale/B2B ordering (tiered/wholesale pricing, MOQs, net-terms capability a plus) - Amazon Business (B2B) integration — catalog and pricing sync between website and Amazon - SEO-safe migration from our existing site (no lost rankings) - QA/testing before go-live What we'll provide: all written copy, certifications/logos, product photography, and product/pricing data. Ideal candidate: - Proven experience with B2B/wholesale e-commerce (tiered pricing, bulk ordering, business accounts) — not just standard DTC storefronts - Experience with Amazon Business/Seller Central catalog integration - Portfolio of live wholesale or industrial/ingredient supplier sites To apply, please include: 1. 2–3 examples of B2B/wholesale sites you've built 2. Your recommended platform for this project and why 3. A rough milestone breakdown and timeline estimate

We are looking for an experienced **Full-Stack Developer** to help us build an online client planning portal/form system that integrates directly with **Pipedrive CRM**. ### THE PROJECT We currently use **WordPress + Elementor** and **Pipedrive**. We want to create online planning forms that allow our clients to enter and update their event information through a clean, easy-to-use web interface. The information submitted through the portal needs to connect directly to the **correct existing client/deal/project in Pipedrive** and update the appropriate Pipedrive fields. The basic workflow is: **Client Portal → Online Planning Form → Pipedrive API → Existing Client/Event Record** This is NOT simply a website-design project. The API integration and reliable movement of data between the portal and Pipedrive are the most important parts of the project. ### WHAT WE NEED The developer should be comfortable with: • WordPress • Elementor • HTML / CSS / JavaScript • PHP and/or appropriate backend development • REST APIs • Pipedrive API or similar CRM APIs • API authentication • Reading and writing Pipedrive custom fields • Finding and updating existing records • Preventing duplicate records • Error handling and validation • Secure handling of client information • Testing and troubleshooting API integrations Experience specifically with the **Pipedrive API is strongly preferred**. ### WHAT WE WANT TO ACCOMPLISH Our goal is to create a planning portal where an existing client can access their event, complete planning information, return later to make changes, and have those changes reliably reflected in Pipedrive. This will eventually include multiple types of planning information and forms, so we are looking for someone who can build the system correctly from the beginning and potentially continue working with us as the portal expands. ### IMPORTANT — PLEASE INCLUDE WITH YOUR RESPONSE Please send us: 1. An example of an API or CRM integration you have personally built. 2. What CRM/API was involved. 3. A brief explanation of how data moved between the website/application and the CRM. 4. Your experience with WordPress and Elementor. 5. Your experience with Pipedrive or the Pipedrive API. 6. Your hourly rate or project-rate expectations. **Please do not apply if your experience is primarily website design. We specifically need a developer with proven API/integration experience.** **Project Type:** Freelance / Contract **Work:** Remote **Potential:** Initial portal build with ongoing development opportunities
