We have an existing React.js website and need help fixing one small responsive UI issue. The page is already built and functioning correctly, but the header/navigation does not display properly on mobile devices. On smaller screens, the navigation links overflow the container and the menu button is slightly misaligned. We will provide the current source code and a screenshot showing how the mobile header should look to the selected candidate. This is a very small frontend task and should only require changes to one component and its related CSS. The final result should display correctly on both desktop and mobile without horizontal scrolling or overlapping elements.

I'm looking for help finishing a website build on GoDaddy for my business, IntelgentCare. It's a non-clinical care management and concierge company that helps families arrange care for older adults across New York City. What I already have: - A landing page already designed - A zip file with additional assets (images, written content, and branding) What I need help with: - Building out the remaining pages inside GoDaddy's website builder (Home, Services, About, and Contact) - A clean, professional, and warm look, since the people visiting the site will mostly be adult children looking into care for a parent - A simple contact or inquiry form (no pricing or online payment on the site itself, since pricing is shared directly with families who reach out) Could you share: 1. How you typically work when a client already has a landing page and files ready to go 2. Your estimated timeline 3. Your rate, or a flat quote for this scope Happy to send over the landing page and zip file once we connect. Thanks!

We are looking for an experienced website designer and developer to rebuild our healthcare website. We are open to WordPress (using Elementor, Gutenberg, or another builder), or another suitable platform entirely. The developer should review our needs and recommend the best option based on performance, SEO, security, scalability, and ease of ongoing management. We need a modern, responsive design that feels professional, trustworthy, and approachable, with clean layouts, clear navigation, and no unnecessary clutter. Visitors should be able to understand our services, learn about our providers, and easily request an appointment or contact our team. The project will cover the full website, with the initial focus on the homepage, service pages, provider profiles, patient resources, and appointment flow. Useful existing content should be preserved, while outdated or unnecessary pages should be removed or reorganized. Branding is an important part of the project. We need help refining the colors, typography, imagery, layouts, and messaging so the website communicates both medical credibility and genuine patient care. SEO must also be handled carefully. Existing rankings and traffic should be protected through proper URL planning, redirects, metadata, headings, internal linking, schema, and content migration. The new site should be responsive, accessible, fast, secure, and easy for our team to manage. Experience with healthcare or medical websites is strongly preferred. The right contractor must be based in the United States, communicate clearly, and collaborate closely with us throughout the project. We can provide regular feedback and prefer to communicate through Slack. We are looking for someone dependable who can maintain consistent progress and work with us through completion. The project may begin with a short paid discovery phase to review the current website and confirm the recommended platform, site structure, SEO migration plan, timeline, and budget before full development begins. There is potential for ongoing work involving landing pages, new service content, SEO improvements, and website maintenance. Please include relevant project examples, your specific role in each project, your recommended platform and reasoning, your experience protecting SEO during redesigns, your current U.S. location and time zone, and your estimated timeline.

We need someone who can make beautiful websites on Squarespace, using existing templates, tools, and plug-ins. We are a board game company, launching in 2027 on Kickstarter. This is a 2-phase project. Phase 1: We need a basic site (either 1 page or 2-3 pages) with a creative landing page that will include our logo, a "coming soon" message, and a sign-up form for our newsletter. This needs to happen ASAP. Open to the logo being animated. We need creative ideas for ways to make this feel FUN, COOL, and EXCITING. Not just a basic site slapped together. But something that feels unique and special. We might also have a couple of secondary pages that may or may not be linked in the top navigation.) Phase 2: We will add more pages to our site within a few months that includes our team, some other resources, and more. (Still to come on what this.) We need someone who is creative and clever. Right now, we do not have a lot of visual assets to lean on, and we don't want to use lame stock "game" art. So we need a creative way to visualize a "coming soon." To apply, share 2-3 Squarespace sites you've designed. Also share with me your clever idea for how to do a starter 1-pager with just a logo, tagline, and sign-up form. We only have one chance to build excitement for our brand, and so it needs to be right! Also tell me how quickly you could have a site up and running. BONUS POINTS if you can bring in motion or animation to the logo and onto the site. Tell me if you can do this and share an example. If you have other design skills, great. We might need someone for Kickstarter and other design work. But right now, a Squarespace site is our start! *Note, this was posted previously, so if you saw it before, please apply again.

About Us The Woolly Thistle is an established e-commerce business specializing in high-quality woolly wool and knitting products, with a strong and engaged community of knitters. We’re looking for an experienced Shopify developer to become an ongoing development partner for our business. We have a number of improvements and custom features we’d like to tackle, and we're looking for someone who can not only build them, but also help us identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and make sure our Shopify store is technically sound and scalable. What We’re Looking For Initially, we’d like this person to: Audit our existing Shopify site and identify technical issues, performance opportunities, unnecessary complexity, and areas for improvement Help us prioritize and implement technical fixes Develop new custom Shopify functionality and customer experiences Improve existing features and workflows Advise us on the best technical approach when we're deciding between apps, theme customization, or custom development Become a reliable development resource as new Shopify projects arise We’re less interested in finding someone who simply executes tickets and more interested in finding an experienced developer who can understand our business, think through problems with us, and recommend smart, maintainable solutions. Our First Major Project: Custom Kit Builder One of the first substantial projects we'd like to tackle is a Custom Knitting Kit Builder. A significant part of our business is selling knitting kits that contain the yarn and pattern needed to make a particular project. Currently, customers select from predefined size and colorway variants. This becomes more complicated with colorwork projects, where a pattern might require several different yarn colors. We curate color combinations for customers, but we'd also like to give them the ability to create their own. We envision a tool where a customer could select their size, choose a curated colorway or build their own, select a yarn color for each color used in the pattern, and automatically receive the correct quantities based on their size. This site demonstrates the type of experience we're envisioning: https://www.raumagarn.no/produkt/oppskrifter/478-flaaklypa-genser After selecting a size, choose "Velg selv" ("Choose yourself") to see the custom color selection experience. We don't necessarily want to replicate this implementation exactly. We'd like our developer to help us determine the best way to accomplish something similar within our existing Shopify setup. Who We're Looking For The ideal person has deep Shopify experience and is comfortable working across both technical maintenance and custom development. Relevant experience might include: Custom Shopify theme and app development Shopify product, variant, cart, inventory, and bundle architecture Custom product configurators or bundle/kit builders JavaScript and modern front-end development Shopify performance and technical audits Integrating and evaluating third-party Shopify apps Building maintainable solutions that work well with an existing e-commerce operation We're particularly interested in developers who are comfortable looking at a business problem and helping determine the right solution—not just implementing a predefined specification. When applying, please send us: A few examples of Shopify stores or custom functionality you've developed Any relevant experience with product configurators, bundles, kits, or complex product catalogs A brief description of how you typically approach auditing an existing Shopify store before beginning ongoing development work We're hoping to find someone we can work with long-term, beginning with an initial site audit, technical improvements, and the custom kit builder, followed by additional Shopify projects as our needs evolve.
