We're a boutique financial advisory firm (Spoonful Financial Services, accounting, bookkeeping, and fractional CFO services for small to mid sized businesses) looking for a skilled animator to bring a fully scripted, fully storyboarded client facing explainer video to life. This is a production job, not a concepting job. We have already completed: A finalized voiceover script (professionally recorded, runtime 5:28) A complete scene by scene storyboard with timing for all 9 scenes A defined brand color palette and visual tone Sample data and numbers to visualize (a fictional case study business used for illustration) We need someone who can execute this vision with polished animated character elements, clean data visualizations (charts, count up numbers, progress bars), and smooth scene transitions. Use whatever software or workflow you're strongest in. We care about the final output quality, not the tool stack. What the Video Is An explainer video walking a prospective client through our "Financial Snapshot" and "Contribution Margin" reporting process, using a sample business case study to show how we turn raw financial data into clear, actionable insight. Tone is warm, professional, and approachable. Not corporate stiff, not cartoonish or silly. Think a trusted advisor explaining something complex in plain language. We need this video to do two different jobs for our business: 1. Help close prospects we're already in conversation with, people deciding whether to move forward with a subscription engagement 2. Work as a standalone lead generation piece for cold audiences on LinkedIn and paid ads Because those two jobs need different lengths and pacing, this project includes both a full length version and a short cutdown version, described below. Scope of Work Full Length Video (5:28) Source or design a consistent animated illustrated character (flat design style) that appears across the full video in multiple poses and contexts (welcoming, thinking, presenting, direct address). Must look like the same character throughout, not a mix of unrelated stock elements. Build 9 scenes per our provided storyboard document, each with specified timing, matched to our provided voiceover audio. Animate data visualizations: count up number reveals, animated bar charts (6 month trend), progress or fill bars (goal tracking), and a per dollar comparison visual (margin breakdown). Apply our brand color palette consistently (sage green, navy or charcoal, cream, gold orange accent, palette details provided). Include an on screen disclaimer caption during the case study segment (text provided). Export a finished, ready to use video file with narration and background music included. One structured round of revisions included after first full draft. Short Cutdown Video (60 to 90 seconds) Built from the same character, visual style, and brand assets as the full version, so both videos feel like one family of content. Focused on our strongest, most attention grabbing moment (a key financial insight reveal) plus a clear opening hook and closing call to action, drawn from the full script and storyboard. Paced and edited for cold audiences scrolling LinkedIn or seeing a paid ad, meaning faster cuts and a stronger hook in the first 3 seconds than the long version needs. Delivered as a separate finished file, optimized for social and ad placements (please advise on ideal export specs for LinkedIn video ads). One structured round of revisions included after first full draft. What We're Providing You Full finalized script (no copywriting needed) Recorded voiceover audio file (5:28, broadcast quality) Complete scene by scene storyboard with timing, narration cues, and visual direction for every scene Brand color palette and logo files Sample data and numbers already worked out for the case study Ideal Freelancer Strong portfolio of animated explainer videos, in any software or workflow Comfortable working from a detailed existing storyboard and brief rather than needing to concept from scratch Experience animating data (charts, counters, progress bars) in a way that feels smooth and professional, not gimmicky Experience producing both long form and short form cuts from the same source material How to Apply 1 to 2 samples of animated explainer videos you've built, ideally with data visualization or a recurring character Your estimated turnaround time for both the full length video and the short cutdown, working from our finished storyboard and audio Any recommendations you have on export specs or pacing differences between the two versions, based on your experience with similar projects

IMPORTANT: Begin your proposal with “SECURITY SENSEI PODCAST” so I know you read the entire posting. I am seeking an affordable, experienced podcast professional to manage specific operational aspects of my upcoming Ask The Security Sensei podcast. The concept, branding, professional studio, episode topics, and video editing are already complete. Creativity and content development are my strengths; organization, publishing workflows, and behind-the-scenes management are where I need help. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. The goal is to establish a dependable system that keeps every full episode, short-form video, and outreach task organized, accurate, and on schedule without requiring me to repeatedly ask for status updates. We will work closely during onboarding so you understand the podcast concept, episode format, show notes, YouTube descriptions, publishing standards, calls-to-action, and overall brand. Once the workflow is established, you will independently manage the responsibilities below. About Ask The Security Sensei: Hosted by security expert and inventor Jordan Frankel, Ask The Security Sensei combines decades of real-world security experience with street smarts forged in 1980s New York's underworld. Growing up around wiseguys and whispers taught Jordan that understanding how criminals think is often the first step in stopping them. The podcast brings together people who rarely, if ever, sit at the same table— convicted felons, law enforcement professionals, security experts, and industry leaders — for candid discussions about burglary prevention, commercial security, personal safety, and today’s security products. Responsibilities: Full-Episode Publishing: • Maintain an organized publishing schedule. • Upload and schedule completed episodes in Podbean and YouTube; distribute them through Podbean to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and other supported platforms. • Prepare and finalize show notes, YouTube descriptions, titles, tags, categories, playlists, links, and calls-to-action. • Apply supplied thumbnails, verify all episode information, and perform a final quality-control review before publication. Short-Form Publishing For each full-length episode, I will provide three (3) to five (5) fully edited, ready-to-publish short-form videos. • Upload each short to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok when applicable. • Create platform-appropriate titles where applicable, plus captions, descriptions, hashtags, links, and calls-to-action. • Schedule, publish, and verify each short on every applicable platform. Booking Me as a Guest on Other Podcasts • Research established podcasts that fit the Ask The Security Sensei audience and maintain a target list for my approval. • Write personalized pitches and manage follow-ups, interview scheduling, briefing information, and booking status. • Secure opportunities for Jordan Frankel to appear as a guest on other podcasts. What I Will Provide: • Final edited full-length episodes and three (3) to five (5) edited Shorts/Reels per episode. • Episode titles, thumbnails, links, resources, calls-to-action, and ongoing direction. Compensation: Podcast Publishing Compensation: • $175.00 per completed podcast episode. Payment is per episode, not a monthly retainer. Guest Appearance Booking Commission: You may also earn performance-based commissions for booking me as a guest on approved podcasts. Commission is paid only when you directly secure the opportunity, I approve the podcast before outreach, the interview is completed, and the episode is publicly published and live. No commission is paid for cancelled or unpublished interviews, unapproved outreach, existing relationships, or opportunities I secure independently. For video podcasts, commission is based on the average YouTube views of the last 10 full-length podcast episodes. Shorts, clips, trailers, and promotional videos do not count. Average Views (Last 10 Full Episodes) Commission 25,000+ $100 125,000+ $250 350,000+ $400 500,000+ $500 1,000,000+ $1,000 Commission is determined by the show’s average views at the time the booking is secured. Subscriber count may be reviewed only as a secondary reference. Organization and Accountability: Create and maintain a shared Google Sheet, Airtable, Trello board, or similar system showing publishing schedules, Shorts/Reels, outreach, follow-ups, interview dates, completed tasks, pending tasks, and upcoming deadlines. I must be able to review the project status at any time without requesting updates. Qualifications and Communication: • Must be based in the United States and available for occasional phone calls during normal Eastern Time business hours. • Normally respond to emails or messages within one business day. • Previous podcast-management experience with strong organization, written communication, attention to detail, and project-management skills. • Experience with Podbean, YouTube Studio, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Google Drive or a similar platform. • The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning the podcast’s voice and applying it consistently across show notes, descriptions, captions, metadata, and outreach messages. Additional Expectations AI may assist with routine drafting, but all work must be reviewed, edited, and fact-checked. All work becomes the property of Ask The Security Sensei upon payment, and all unpublished materials and business information must remain confidential. Additional responsibilities and compensation opportunities may become available as the podcast grows. To Apply: 1. Briefly summarize your podcast-management experience. 2. Describe any experience booking clients as guests on other podcasts. 3. Provide examples of podcasts you have managed or supported, if available. 4. State your typical turnaround time and fixed price per completed episode. 5. Describe the workflow or project-management system you recommend. Please apply only if you are comfortable handling both publishing responsibilities and the separate task of booking me as a guest on other podcasts. Please review the following Ask The Security Sensei Press Releases. https://natlawreview.com/press-releases/former-felons-and-street-cops-join-security-expert-jordan-frankel-expose https://www.einnews.com/pr_news/910359287/from-the-ny-s-streets-underworld-jordan-frankel-brings-his-raw-security-wisdom-to-ask-the-security-sensei-podcast https://www.einpresswire.com/article/924786921/new-podcast-unites-former-home-invaders-law-enforcement-security-experts-to-expose-home-security-product-lies I am looking for an affordable, dependable, detail-oriented professional who is easy to work with and interested in a long-term relationship as Ask The Security Sensei Video podcast grows.

Remote (US) | $600–$1,200/month DOE | Independent Contractor (1099) | Part-Time, Flexible Schedule ABOUT THE BRAND We're about to launch a brand-new wellness brand, and we're looking for the right freelancer to help build its social presence at an early, high-momentum stage. The product is a brain health supplement formulated by a PhD neuroscientist, paired with simple daily practices for calm, focus, emotional balance, and long-term brain health—all built on the idea that you shouldn't have to overhaul your life or become a different person to feel more capable in it. We're looking for someone who gets genuinely excited about that—not a social media generalist looking for another client, but someone who's already living and breathing the wellness space, who can hear a founder's raw idea or read his notes and think, "I know exactly how to make that click for someone scrolling at 11pm." If you want to help shape the voice and system behind a brand this well-developed, from as close to day one as it gets, this is that opportunity. THE ROLE We’re looking for a Social Media Manager that can be the strategic social media expert, copywriter, and brand voice for the brand on social media. Your core mission is to build a high-converting, sustainable content engine that translates complex, PhD-backed neuroscience concepts into engaging, human, clear social content—driving viral views, increased brand awareness, email signups, and brand growth while keeping direct founder involvement down to a couple of hours per week. WHAT YOU'LL DO Strategy & Content Calendar: Plan and manage the monthly social content calendar across Instagram, Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Founder Direction & Shot Lists: You're the social media brain here—the founder is the expert, but you're the one who thinks in content. Take his raw ideas, voice memos, and scientific insights (plus what you're seeing work for competitors and in our own performance data) and turn them into clear content concepts, hooks, and structured weekly shot lists that tell him exactly what to film and why. Copywriting & SEO: Write high-converting hooks, video text overlays, captions, and search-optimized hashtags tailored for health/wellness audiences. Community Management & Engagement: Serve as the active, human voice of the brand in comments and DMs, fostering high-quality engagement and audience connection (~2–3 hrs/week, on your own schedule). Content Data Analysis: Analyze monthly performance data to refine strategy and share learnings with the founder and content creator. Async Workspace Communication: Communicate seamlessly with the founder and team via Slack. SCOPE & DELIVERABLES Monthly content calendar plan: concepts for 20 posts/month, primarily for Instagram, with a light plan for adapting each for TikTok and YouTube Shorts - Shot lists/direction for the founder (talking head or b-roll) - Creative direction for the content creator on bringing concepts to life Weekly copy: captions, scripts, text overlays, hashtags for 5 IG posts, 3 LinkedIn adaptations, 3–5 Stories Light daily/weekly community management and proactive niche outreach Monthly performance report with actionable next steps WHO YOU ARE You don't just execute—you’re a strategic thinker. If a post isn't landing or an idea isn't quite right, you'll say so. We'd rather have someone with a point of view that will push back when things don’t feel right for social, than someone who just wants to be told what to do. We’re seeking a social expert here that enjoys driving that ship. You know the wellness space—you live it yourself, or you've worked deeply in it, and you get why this mission matters, not just how to run a content calendar for it. You're a hook wizard. You know how to capture attention without being clickbaity, and you write warm, expert, non-preachy copy that converts. You know how to build trust, not just buzz. In a space like this, credibility comes from evidence and expertise, not hype—you know how to fold in the founder's scientific background and third-party proof in a way that builds real trust over time. You love social SEO & analytics—you know what gets seen, what earns saves/shares over vanity reach, and how to turn performance data into a repeatable playbook. You're a pro at translating expertise into content—when a founder talks, your brain already knows how to turn that into a strong hook and a scroll-stopping post. You're comfortable jumping in creatively when needed—beyond strategy and copy, you're capable of putting together content yourself (editing video or creating graphics from brand templates in Canva) if the moment calls for it. If you’re comfortable being on camera or shooting simple b-roll (a coffee ritual, a wellness moment) too, and have work samples to show your chops here, this is a big plus, though not required. You're familiar with regulatory considerations for wellness/supplement claims and/or can learn, and be sure to follow the rules, without the founder having to remind you every time. You operate independently once you're ramped up. We’ll onboard you into the science, voice, and vision. You will have a robust strategy to drive your work—from there, you run your own calendar without needing to be managed day to day. You operate as a registered business entity (LLC, Corporation, or registered Sole Proprietorship) with a valid business license where required, and/or hold an EIN. WHEN APPLYING, PLEASE INCLUDE: 1. A link to view your portfolio, website, or live links to published posts you personally executed (with notes on what your role was in creating each post), including examples of social copy/scripts you've written, and (optional) a content calendar or campaign plan you've built. 2. Your proposed monthly project rate for the monthly deliverables listed in the contract opportunity description above.

# Real Estate Content Marketing & Video Specialist (Canva/graphic design + Video Editing + AI Content) – Long-Term Opportunity I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Officer looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to help build an evergreen marketing system for my business. This is **not** a traditional social media manager position. My goal is to build a long-term authority brand through educational content that positions me as a trusted real estate and mortgage advisor—not simply another agent posting listings. I am very hands on with the type of design/feel I am looking for so helping you come up with the foundation for this won't be a problem but I need someone who understands how to make things consistent. I am looking for more of a marketing partner with my business; not just a freelancer as I would like this to be a longer term role. I have already created extensive educational content for home buyers, home sellers, homeowners, financing, and new construction. Your role will be to transform that content into professional, branded marketing assets that can be used across multiple marketing channels. ## What You'll Be Doing I will always supply all content and scrips; you will never have to worry about coming up with that. Using my existing educational guides and client success stories, you will create: * Branded social media carousels * Static social media graphics * Short-form videos (Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) * YouTube assets (thumbnails, titles, descriptions) * Social media captions * Story content * Email graphics and supporting marketing assets * Organize all assets in Google Drive * Maintain a Google Sheets content calendar and content library Alot of the content I am looking for is similar to; https://coffeecontracts.com/ I simply do not have the time to create and post these.......however I am open to purchasing a subscription and getting you access. Another major component of this project is creating educational **client case studies** that replace the typical "Just Sold" social media posts. I want to tell the story behind each transaction by highlighting the client's situation, challenges, strategy, execution, outcome, and the lessons other homeowners can learn from it. ## Video Production Video will be a significant part of this project. The content will include a combination of: * AI-generated avatar videos created with HeyGen * User-generated video content that I personally record * Educational screen recordings * B-roll and stock footage where appropriate I will be responsible for creating the HeyGen AI avatar videos and recording my own raw video footage. Your responsibilities will include editing and repurposing that content by: * Creating engaging short-form videos * Editing my raw footage into polished content * Adding captions and motion graphics * Incorporating B-roll where appropriate * Creating YouTube-ready videos * Formatting content for each social media platform * Maintaining a consistent visual style across all videos Experience with Canva, CapCut, submagic Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Descript, or similar video editing software is preferred. ## Marketing System This content is part of a much larger marketing strategy. I will personally manage: * GoHighLevel CRM * DM automations * Lead nurturing workflows * Email automations * AI avatar creation using HeyGen However, I would like someone who has experience with or a good understanding of **GoHighLevel**, as this platform will serve as the central hub for my business and all marketing activities. Understanding how content supports lead generation and marketing automation is important. ## Brand Consistency One of my highest priorities is creating a consistent brand across every customer touchpoint. I'm looking for someone who can help maintain consistency in: * Graphic design * Video editing * Typography * Colors * Messaging * Overall brand presentation I will provide my website, branding materials, and content and will work closely with you to develop and refine my brand voice and overall marketing style. ## Preferred Experience The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following: * Real estate marketing * Mortgage industry marketing * Content marketing * Canva design * Short-form video editing * AI tools (HeyGen, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) * GoHighLevel * Content repurposing * Storytelling through marketing Experience in the real estate and mortgage industries is strongly preferred because understanding the customer journey and terminology will make the content significantly more effective. ## Bonus Skills (Not Required) The following experience would be a significant advantage: * Google Ads (PPC) * Meta/Facebook Ads * YouTube Ads * SEO content optimization * YouTube channel management * Marketing analytics * Conversion optimization While paid advertising is not part of the initial project, these skills may become valuable as we expand the marketing strategy. ## Phase 1 Project The initial project will focus on creating a repeatable evergreen content system using: * Educational guides * Client case studies * Video content * Social media assets * A structured content library The goal is to build a marketing engine that can continually educate consumers and generate engagement over time. ## Long-Term Opportunity This position has the potential to become a long-term relationship. Once the content system has been established, responsibilities may include: * Managing daily content creation * Scheduling and publishing content across all social media platforms * Editing new videos * Creating ongoing educational content * Developing new case studies * Assisting with YouTube content * Maintaining the content library * Helping expand the overall marketing strategy I'm looking for someone who wants to become an important part of my business rather than simply complete a one-time project. ## To Apply Please include the following with your proposal: 1. A link to your portfolio. 2. Examples of designs. 3. Examples of short-form videos you have edited. 4. Any experience working with real estate or mortgage professionals. 5. Your experience with GoHighLevel, if applicable. 6. Any experience managing YouTube channels or paid advertising campaigns. **I am not looking to get shuffled around an agency type approach; Ideally I am looking to exclusively work with one point of contact. If I believe your experience is a good fit, I will contact you with additional questions and provide my website, educational content, and brand information so we can discuss the project in greater detail. To confirm you've read this entire posting, please begin your proposal with the words **"Home Game Plan."** Thanks!
