Lifecycle Marketing Strategist / Account Manager (Email & SMS) We’re a boutique retention marketing agency looking for an experienced lifecycle marketer who can take ownership of client accounts from both a strategic and account management perspective. This is not simply a project management role. We’re looking for someone who understands lifecycle and retention marketing deeply enough to identify opportunities, develop strategy, and confidently guide clients. You would serve as a primary point of contact for select clients and help own the relationship and lifecycle strategy from end to end. What You’ll Do * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients * Lead recurring client calls and communicate strategy, recommendations, and next steps * Develop and manage email and SMS lifecycle strategies * Audit existing customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement * Identify opportunities for new flows, segmentation, personalization, testing, and optimization * Think holistically about the customer lifecycle—not just individual email campaigns * Build and optimize automated flows in Klaviyo * Review performance and translate data into actionable recommendations * Develop campaign strategies and monthly marketing calendars * Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to move projects forward * Proactively bring ideas and opportunities to clients rather than waiting for direction * Keep accounts organized and ensure deliverables, approvals, and next steps stay on track What We’re Looking For You should have strong hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing for e-commerce brands, particularly email and SMS. Ideally, you: * Have significant experience working in Klaviyo * Understand ecommerce retention and lifecycle strategy * Have experience developing and optimizing automated flows * Can look at an account/customer journey and independently identify opportunities * Are comfortable interpreting email, SMS, and ecommerce performance data * Can communicate strategy clearly and confidently with clients * Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts * Understand the balance between strategy, execution, and client management * Are proactive and don’t need to be told what to look for or what to do next Agency experience is strongly preferred, especially if you’ve previously owned client relationships or managed multiple ecommerce accounts simultaneously. The Kind of Person We Want The biggest thing we’re looking for is ownership. We don’t want someone who simply waits for a task list. We want someone who can become deeply familiar with a brand, understand its customer journey and business goals, and continually ask: Where are the opportunities? What could we improve? What should we be doing next? Sometimes the answer will be another email or SMS flow. Other times it may involve segmentation, acquisition-to-retention handoffs, customer experience, loyalty, subscriptions, or another part of the lifecycle. You don’t need to personally execute every idea, but you should be capable of identifying opportunities and helping the client determine what to prioritize. To Apply Please tell us: 1. About your experience managing lifecycle/email/SMS marketing for ecommerce brands. 2. Which platforms you have the most experience with, particularly Klaviyo. 3. Whether you’ve previously been the primary point of contact for clients. 4. An example of a lifecycle opportunity you identified proactively and what you recommended. 5. Approximately how many client accounts you have managed simultaneously. Please also include examples of relevant work or case studies if available. We’re looking for someone interested in an ongoing relationship who can become a trusted extension of both our team and our clients’ teams.

Project Overview We're looking for a licensed architect (or architecture firm) to lead concept and schematic design for two separate projects in the Tampa Bay area of Florida — a residence in Hillsborough County and a commercial building in Hernando County. We'd prefer to work with one firm across both projects for consistency and a single point of contact, but we're open to strong candidates who specialize in just one of the two building types. This is a design-phase engagement: concept development through schematic design. Construction documents, permitting, and engineering coordination will be scoped separately once we've landed on a direction we love. Project 1: Coastal Contemporary Residence Location: Hillsborough County, Florida Size: Approximately 5,000 square feet Style: Coastal contemporary — we want the home to resemble other coastal contemporary homes built along Florida's coastlines: clean modern lines, natural materials, and an emphasis on connecting indoor and outdoor living. Key design priorities: Expansive outdoor living — pool/lanai integration and ideally a rooftop deck or elevated outdoor terrace Design sensitive to flood zone requirements typical of coastal Florida construction (elevated/piling foundation considerations) A layout that takes advantage of views and outdoor entertaining space We have a clear point of view on the look and feel we want and are looking for an architect who can take our references and direction and translate them into buildable, beautiful plans — not someone starting from a blank page. Project 2: Commercial Flex Space Building Location: Hernando County, Florida Size: Approximately 3,000–4,000 square feet Use: Commercial flex space (mixed light-industrial/office/warehouse use — happy to discuss specific tenant/use requirements with the right candidate) We need help developing a functional, code-compliant site and floor plan concept appropriate for this building type and Hernando County zoning. Scope of Work (this engagement) Initial consultation to understand our vision, site conditions, and local zoning/code constraints Concept design and space planning Schematic design drawings (floor plans, elevations, and massing/exterior concept) Revisions based on our feedback (please note how many rounds of revisions are included in your proposal) Recommendations on any additional consultants (structural, civil, MEP) we'll likely need for the next phase Not included in this phase: full construction documents, permit submittal, structural/MEP engineering, or construction administration. We'll evaluate next steps (including potentially continuing with the same architect) once schematic design is complete. What We're Looking For Licensed architect or architecture firm with experience in Florida (familiarity with Hillsborough County and Hernando County zoning, plus coastal/flood-zone construction requirements, is a strong plus) A portfolio that includes coastal contemporary residential design and/or commercial flex/light-industrial buildings Comfortable working from client-provided inspiration and vision rather than a purely open-ended creative brief Clear communicator who can explain design and code trade-offs in plain language Able to work with a client team on two concurrent projects (if bidding on both) How to Apply Please include in your proposal: Relevant work samples — ideally coastal contemporary residential work and/or commercial flex space projects Whether you're proposing on one or both projects Your proposed process and number of revision rounds for concept/schematic design Your estimated timeline for each project Your proposed pricing for the scope described above (fixed-fee or hourly, your preference) Confirmation of your architecture license and any Florida-specific experience We're excited to find the right design partner(s) and look forward to seeing your work.

Company: Vigilant BIM & Construction Consultants LLC About the Position Vigilant BIM & Construction Consultants LLC is seeking experienced HVAC BIM Modelers / Detailers to join our growing BIM/VDC team. This is a 100% remote position supporting complex construction projects throughout the United States, including semiconductor manufacturing facilities, mission-critical data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, and other large-scale industrial projects. We are looking for experienced modelers who understand more than how to operate Revit. Successful candidates understand how HVAC systems are constructed and installed, can translate design information into coordinated and constructible models, and can identify and solve real-world installation and coordination challenges. Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit. Model ductwork, mechanical equipment, and associated HVAC systems for construction and coordination. Develop coordinated, constructible routing based on contract documents, project requirements, and field conditions. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, equipment information, architectural drawings, and structural documents. Coordinate HVAC systems with plumbing, process piping, electrical, structural, architectural, and other building systems. Identify and resolve clashes, spatial conflicts, access issues, and constructability concerns. Participate in multidisciplinary BIM/VDC coordination meetings. Incorporate coordination changes, RFIs, design revisions, and field-driven changes into project models. Produce accurate construction and coordination deliverables from BIM models. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively and remain accountable in a fully remote environment. Direct experience supporting U.S.-based construction projects. Must reside within the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Semiconductor manufacturing facilities Mission-critical data centers Advanced manufacturing facilities Cleanrooms Industrial construction Process and utility-intensive facilities High-purity environments Fabrication-level BIM modeling Autodesk Navisworks BIM coordination and clash resolution Large multidisciplinary construction projects Mechanical prefabrication and installation planning Field or mechanical trade experience What We Offer Long-term project opportunities Work on large, technically challenging construction projects Exposure to semiconductor, data center, advanced manufacturing, and industrial projects Professional development and career advancement opportunities A collaborative BIM/VDC team with a strong construction focus About Vigilant Vigilant BIM & Construction Consultants LLC provides BIM/VDC and construction support services for complex projects throughout the United States. Our teams work alongside contractors and project stakeholders to improve coordination, constructability, quality, and project execution. We believe effective BIM requires more than software proficiency. Our work is grounded in understanding how systems are actually constructed in the field and using that knowledge to produce accurate, coordinated, and constructible models. Interested? Not actively looking? We are also interested in connecting with experienced HVAC BIM professionals who may be open to hearing about the opportunity. If your background aligns with the position, we encourage you to reach out and start a conversation.

Project Coordinator Location: Remote / Hybrid About Bluewave Bluewave is a Salesforce consultancy that helps clients design, implement, and optimize solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem — including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platforms. We run multiple concurrent client engagements at any given time, each with its own team, timeline, and stakeholders, which means strong project coordination is central to how we deliver quality work on schedule. About the Role We're looking for a Project Coordinator to own the day-to-day coordination of multiple Salesforce implementation and optimization projects running in parallel. You'll work directly with consultants, developers, architects, and clients to keep projects organized, on schedule, and clearly communicated — acting as the connective tissue between our delivery teams and the client stakeholders they serve. This is a mid-level role: you'll be trusted to manage ambiguity, flag risk early, and keep several engagements moving without close oversight. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate multiple concurrent Salesforce project engagements simultaneously, each with distinct timelines, teams, and client stakeholders. • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource schedules across the Salesforce project lifecycle (discovery, design, build, UAT, deployment, hypercare). • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables — translating technical Salesforce work into clear, non-technical updates. • Run and document status meetings, stand-ups, and steering committee check-ins; track action items to closure. • Identify project risks, scope changes, and blockers early, and proactively escalate or resolve them before they affect delivery. • Partner with Salesforce architects, consultants, and developers to ensure requirements, dependencies, and handoffs are clearly tracked (e.g., in Jira, Asana, or similar tools). • Maintain project documentation: statements of work, change orders, RAID logs, meeting notes, and delivery artifacts. • Support resource allocation and capacity planning across the project portfolio in coordination with delivery leads. • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal project management processes, templates, and delivery methodology. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience, with direct experience on Salesforce implementation, migration, or optimization projects. • Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem — core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), the standard implementation lifecycle, and common consulting delivery models (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid). • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects, each with competing deadlines and priorities, without dropping details. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey status, risk, and technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical client stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and comfort with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, MS Project) and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365). • Proven track record of proactive risk identification and issue resolution in a client-facing, deadline-driven environment. • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced consultancy setting. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or PM-adjacent certifications) are a plus, though not required. • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification. • Prior experience working inside a consulting or professional services firm, where billability and multi-client delivery are the norm. • Familiarity with SOWs, change order processes, and time/budget tracking against client contracts.

I'm looking for an experienced audio mastering engineer to professionally master an 8-song ambient/instrumental EP. This is a very personal project to me, and the music is essentially finished. I produced the tracks myself and have already done the mixing and initial mastering. I'm looking for someone with a professional ear to take the finished mixes and give them a proper final mastering pass for release. What I need: I need mastering only. I'm specifically looking for someone who can: Professionally balance the overall frequency spectrum Optimize loudness while preserving the dynamics and atmosphere Control peaks and transients appropriately Check for clipping, distortion, unwanted resonance, phase/stereo issues, etc. Make sure the tracks translate well across headphones, speakers, cars, phones, and other playback systems Create consistency in loudness and tonal balance across the entire EP Make sure the beginning and ending of each track are clean Make sure fades and silence are handled properly Deliver final, high-quality WAV masters suitable for digital distribution Important: I DO NOT need production or mixing The creative production is already finished. Please do not add: Reverb Delay Chorus New instruments Synths Samples Sound design Creative effects Arrangement changes Melody/harmony changes I'm not looking for someone to "make the songs bigger" by adding effects. I want the existing sound and atmosphere preserved. This is ambient music (the last song is hip-hop), so dynamics, space, warmth, and atmosphere are important to me. I don't want an overly compressed or aggressively loud master just for the sake of loudness. If any individual elements, frequencies, or sections feel noticeably too loud, harsh, boomy, muddy, or unbalanced, I also want those issues addressed during the mastering process where possible. The goal is to have the finished tracks feel balanced and cohesive without changing the character of the original production. About the project The EP is called From The Mind Of O.A.: The Origin Awakening. It's a conceptual ambient project dealing with themes of life, identity, growth, time, mortality, and awakening. The music is intentionally atmospheric and reflective. I want the final masters to preserve that feeling rather than turning the project into something overly loud or polished to the point that it loses its character. I have already done an initial mastering pass myself, including loudness adjustments and peak/clipping checks. I'm looking for someone experienced to evaluate the work professionally and improve it where necessary. Deliverables 8 final mastered WAV files Consistent mastering across the EP Streaming/distribution-ready masters Revisions until we get it right. I can provide the original high-quality WAV files and any relevant notes about the intended sound. Budget $200 fixed price for the complete 8-song EP. Please only apply if you're comfortable working within this budget. When applying, please include: A brief description of your mastering experience. A link to your portfolio or previous work. What you would specifically look for when mastering an ambient EP like this. Confirm that you understand this is mastering only and that I am not looking for additional effects, production, or mixing. I'm much more interested in quality, experience, and someone who understands the character of ambient music than someone who simply makes the tracks louder. If you've mastered atmospheric or conceptual instrumental projects before, I'd love to hear your work.

We’re looking for a creative, strategic PR consultant to support book launches for a mission-driven nonfiction publishing program focused on ideas, social change, animal protection, conservation, and related fields. We’re especially interested in someone who can straddle traditional book publicity and newer media/platform-building approaches: someone who understands how to pitch journalists, podcasts, radio, newsletters, and reviewers, but who also thinks fluently about Substack, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, influencer/creator outreach, partnerships, and audience-building. We’re looking for someone who can help authors and thought leaders get meaningful visibility through a mix of earned media, digital media, creator partnerships, and strategic content opportunities. **Timeline** We expect to have the next book launch in December, and are interviewing freelancers well in advance. **About us** We work with authors and thought leaders whose books aim to shift public conversation around important issues. Our authors often have strong subject-matter expertise, compelling ideas, and nonprofit/academic/advocacy networks — but they may need help turning that into a practical launch and visibility strategy. Recent projects include narrative nonfiction and idea-driven books in areas like conservation, animal welfare, global development, and social impact. **What we’re looking for** We’re looking for someone who can help us design and execute a modern PR strategy that may include: - Traditional media outreach: newspapers, magazines, radio, podcasts, book reviewers, and journalists - New media outreach: Substack writers, niche newsletters, YouTube channels, podcast hosts, creators, influencers, and online communities - Strategic pitching around timely hooks, evergreen themes, and author expertise - Identifying outlets where a book/author’s ideas can become part of a larger conversation - Advising on author platform-building before, during, and after launch - Helping authors translate book themes into social content, op-eds, podcast angles, essays, or partnership opportunities - Supporting targeted outreach to mission-aligned organizations, partners, communities, and creators **Ideal background** You might be a great fit if you have experience with some combination of: - Book publicity, author PR, journalism, podcast booking, or media relations - Nonfiction, ideas-based, advocacy, academic, or mission-driven books - Creator/influencer outreach, Substack/newsletter strategy, YouTube/podcast ecosystems, or digital audience-building - Helping experts, authors, founders, or nonprofit leaders become more visible in their field You do not need to have an agency behind you. We’re open to independent consultants or small teams, as long as you bring strong judgment, initiative, and relevant contacts/strategy. **What success looks like** We’re looking for someone who can help create meaningful momentum, such as: - Podcast bookings - Newsletter/Substack coverage - Interviews or expert commentary opportunities - Book reviews or feature coverage - Creator/influencer mentions - Strategic partnerships or organizational amplification - Stronger launch messaging and clearer audience targeting - A repeatable PR/new media playbook we can use across future book launches **To apply** Please include: - A brief note about your relevant experience - Examples of books, authors, thought leaders, nonprofits, or mission-driven projects you’ve supported - Your approach to blending traditional PR with newer media / creator / platform strategy - Any subject areas where you have especially strong contacts or interest - Your recommended structure and timeline for a book launch engagement - Your rate or project fee range - Bonus if you can share a short example of a campaign where you helped a nonfiction author, expert, or organization gain visibility beyond traditional press.
