We recently redesigned our Shopify website. Product packaging printed before the redesign contains QR codes that point to landing pages which no longer exist. The QR codes themselves are working correctly. The issue is that the destination landing pages now return 404 errors after the website redesign. For confidentiality, the company name and domain will be provided after hiring. Scope of Work • Review a list of legacy URLs that currently return 404 errors. • Identify the correct replacement page on the current Shopify website. • Submit the proposed URL mapping for approval before making any changes. • Create Shopify 301 URL redirects after approval. • Test every redirect on desktop and mobile. • Test the QR codes to confirm they open the proper destination. • Provide documentation of all redirects created.
