Contract to Start, Path to Full Time | Fully Remote (US, Eastern Time Overlap) | Approx. 20 hrs/week initially About the Role We are launching a Customer and Prospect Database (CAPDB) program: a single, scored database covering every current customer and target prospect in our market. The program consolidates CRM, billing, product usage, call intelligence, and third party firmographic data into one master account record, applies AI assisted enrichment to fill and validate attributes, scores every account against our best customer profile, and pushes results back into the systems our go to market teams use daily. This is a program, not a project. Success looks like pipelines running, the data set continuously improving, and every team actively using it. You will own the program and direct the hands on build carried out by our internal data and business systems team and a contract data engineer. You need to be technical enough to audit that work, but you will be measured on adoption and business outcomes, not on code shipped. What You Will Own Roadmap and delivery. Stage gated milestones, release plan, go/no go quality bar at each gate, and status reporting to the executive sponsor. Requirements and prioritization. A single intake process for data requests across every go to market team, with a proposed sequence and clear communication of what is in, what is out, and why. Governance, definitions, and data quality. Chair the governance group with named owners and stewards. Own the business glossary, controlled value lists, and quality measures with service level agreements against source systems. Master record decisions. Set match thresholds with engineering and make the business calls on survivorship, golden record selection, and trust scoring by source and age. Enrichment quality gates. Own the accuracy discipline behind every enriched field, including a labeled evaluation set, precision and coverage measurement, promotion thresholds, a review queue, and a rollback path. Scoring and activation. Define the business logic for scoring and tiering, validate it against actual retention and expansion outcomes, and drive activation in Salesforce and our marketing automation platform. Compliance, cost, and reporting. Partner with Legal and Information Security on permitted use boundaries for each data source, opt out and deletion propagation, program budget, cost per enriched record, and the Power BI scorecard. Required Qualifications 7+ years in data, analytics, revenue operations, or business systems, including 4+ years running cross functional data programs At least one master data management or customer 360 program taken to production and adoption, not just a pilot Hands on experience defining data governance: stewardship roles, business glossaries, controlled vocabularies, and quality measures with SLAs Experience owning an account scoring, segmentation, or ideal customer profile model as a business deliverable, validated against outcomes Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, including pushing derived scores and attributes back into it Ability to influence without formal authority, hold the line on data standards, and translate data quality issues into business consequences for leadership PMP, PgMP, or CDMP credentials are a plus, not required Technical Fluency We Expect This role sets standards and arbitrates design decisions. It does not own production pipelines. Comfortable answering your own data questions (match rates, duplicate counts, field completeness, score distributions) using SQL or an AI assistant, with the judgment to catch a join that silently drops or duplicates rows Able to read a data model and review an engineer's schema and survivorship logic, with a working command of deterministic versus probabilistic matching and the precision versus recall tradeoff Familiarity with Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft Purview Understanding of how large language model enrichment is controlled: versioned prompts, evaluation sets, confidence thresholds, human review, and token cost management Nice to Have Revenue operations or go to market analytics background in B2B software Experience building net new account records from public sources, with accuracy gating before scale Experience governing call and conversation intelligence data, including consent jurisdictions and privacy law (CA and EU) Familiarity with Fivetran, Chargebee, Pendo, Gong, ZoomInfo, or Fin Engagement Details Commitment Half time to start, approximately 20 hours per week, moving to full time as the program scales Duration 3 to 6 months at half time on contract, with a defined review at the end. Conversion to a full time employee role is possible for the right fit, but is not automatic or guaranteed Location Fully remote, United States based, with US Eastern time zone overlap Reports to CFO organization; day to day direction from the Senior Business Analyst and CAPDB product owner Executive sponsor Chief Financial Officer Partners with Sales, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, and IT Why This Role You will build a program from the ground up with direct executive visibility and own decisions that shape how every go to market team works with data. Strong performance during the contract period opens the door to a full time role, though that outcome depends on fit and program results rather than being predetermined. If you have led a data program from concept to adoption and want to do it again with the authority to make it stick, we want to hear from you.

HOW TO APPLY — VIDEO INTRODUCTION REQUIRED As part of your application, please include a short video introduction (2-3 minutes, e.g. a Loom link) telling us about yourself, your relevant experience, and why you're a fit for this role. Applications without a video introduction will not be considered. We are a brand-new technology startup building a transportation and mobility platform that combines premium transportation, fleet operations, security services, logistics, and marketplace functionality. We're currently at a pivotal stage — actively building our product while also standing up our internal systems, SOPs, documentation, administrative processes, content operations, project management, and organizational structure. We're looking for a highly capable Project Manager / Operations Manager who can step into an environment where not everything is organized yet — and help organize it. This is not a traditional PM role where you're simply handed a polished task list and move tickets from "To Do" to "Done." We need someone who can think, investigate, document, prioritize, and execute. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll work closely with the management team to bring structure to the company across technology, operations, content, administration, and project management. 1. Startup Operations & Company Structure Create and organize SOPs, internal workflows, and onboarding procedures. Organize company documentation and build repeatable processes. Identify operational gaps and turn informal processes into documented systems. Build checklists, workflows, and accountability systems. Organize responsibilities across management, employees, contractors, AI agents, and vendors. You should be comfortable taking "We need a process for this" and turning it into: SOP → workflow → checklist → owner → documentation → implementation. 2. Technology / App Development Project Management You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand how modern software projects are built — mobile apps, backend development, APIs, databases, admin portals, Firebase, Stripe, GitHub, GitHub Actions, TestFlight, Android/iOS development, VS Code, Claude/AI-assisted development, Trello (or similar), QA/testing workflows, and staging vs. production environments. You'll translate between management and developers, organize development priorities, track progress, review submitted work, coordinate QA/testing, maintain task boards, prepare meeting notes, and track bugs and feature requests. 3. AI & Agent Workflow Management We're heavily incorporating AI into our operations. You'll help manage workflows involving Claude, AI agents, AI-assisted development, automated workflows, and prompt systems — and make smart calls about whether information belongs in an SOP, a Trello task, a developer ticket, an AI agent workflow, a meeting agenda, or a content system. 4. Social Media & Content Operations You'll help organize our content engine — content calendars, social scheduling, short-form video workflows (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), educational and promotional content, content repurposing, creator/agency coordination, caption systems, approval workflows, and reporting. 5. Transportation / Logistics Operations This is extremely important. We strongly prefer someone with experience in rideshare, transportation, logistics, fleet management, chauffeur services, executive transportation, security transportation, delivery operations, dispatch, driver operations, or marketplace platforms. You need to understand scheduling, dispatch, availability, routing, cancellations, payments, personnel, vehicles, safety, and compliance. 6. Administrative Portal & Internal Systems Help organize admin portal workflows, user/driver/guard-escort management, ride and payment management, document verification, support workflows, reporting, notifications, and operational dashboards. 7. Meeting & Management Support Handle meeting reminders and agendas, collect outstanding questions, convert discussions into tasks, follow up on action items, track deadlines, and prepare weekly summaries. THE TYPE OF PERSON WE NEED This role requires someone highly autonomous. You'll often receive incomplete information. You need to independently understand the objective, investigate the existing workflow, identify gaps, create documentation and tasks, coordinate the work, track completion, and report results. Critical thinking is required. Weak response: "We're missing an SOP for driver onboarding." Strong response: "We're missing an SOP for driver onboarding. I reviewed the current workflow, identified six missing steps, drafted the SOP, created the associated development/operations tasks, and flagged two decisions that require management approval." That's the level of thinking we're looking for. TOOLS YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion (or similar), Jira (or similar), GitHub, VS Code, Claude/ChatGPT, AI agents, Firebase, Stripe, mobile app development environments, social media management platforms, content calendars, and SOP/documentation systems. IDEAL CANDIDATE 3+ years of project/operations management experience. Experience working inside a startup. Experience managing technology projects, including mobile applications. Transportation/logistics/rideshare experience. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving ability. Experience creating SOPs. Experience managing contractors/developers. Social media/content operations experience. Experience working with AI tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize without constant direction, and maintain excellent attention to detail. Huge bonus: experience spanning rideshare + SaaS + startup operations + app development + AI automation. WHAT WE DON'T WANT Please don't apply if you need constant instructions for every task. This is not a "tell me exactly what to do and I'll do it" position. We're also not looking for someone who just creates meetings, updates Trello cards, and waits for instructions. We need a builder/operator. FIRST 30 DAYS You'll help us audit existing company workflows and identify organizational gaps, organize existing documentation and build priority SOPs, clean up project-management systems and establish development tracking procedures, organize AI/Claude workflows and content workflows, establish recurring management processes and improve meeting/action-item tracking, document administrative portal processes, and create a structured operating system for the company.

I need a professional statement from a medical doctor licensed in the U.S. to support my medical claim of a breach of duty of care pursuant to Court Rule 1042.3 of Pennsylvania. I have two documents. The first document (20 pages) contain the factual allegations and the claims. The second document (164 pages but it contains multiple duplicates so it technically less than 100 pages) which contains my medical record. The first document cites specific pages from the medical record for ease of review. Some of breaches are simple and procedural; for example, I was administered a substance without my consent, and the medical staff who administered the substance is not noted in my medical record. I need the professional statement within 48 hours (preferably within 24hours) to meet the deadline. Pay can be increased where reasonable. Thank you for your understanding and help. The two documents will be provided once I am notified of your interest and you possess a medical license from any state in the U.S.

## About Us Patronus Cyber Solutions is a cybersecurity and managed IT services company helping businesses improve their security, resilience, and day-to-day IT operations. Our primary managed cybersecurity offering is centered around four core pillars: * Patch Management * Antivirus / Endpoint Protection * Backup & Recovery * Monitoring We are looking for a dependable **Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager** to help build our online presence, create consistent content, engage with relevant audiences, and manage digital advertising. This is intended to be an **ongoing, part-time relationship**, not a one-time project. ## Responsibilities ### Social Media Content Develop and manage regular content across: * LinkedIn * Facebook * X (Twitter) Content will include: * Educational cybersecurity and IT content * Content supporting our four core service pillars * General cybersecurity awareness and best practices * Company and service-related content * Commentary on cybersecurity and IT news * Timely posts related to significant cybersecurity events * Promotional content supporting advertising and lead-generation campaigns You will also be responsible for creating professional graphics or images to accompany posts where appropriate. We are looking for quality and consistency rather than simply maximizing the number of posts. ### Cybersecurity News & Commentary Patronus will frequently provide articles, security advisories, news stories, or topics that we would like to discuss. Your responsibility will be to turn this source material into concise, professional, and engaging social media content appropriate for our audience. You are encouraged to recommend additional relevant topics when you encounter them, but **you will not be expected to independently research and analyze the cybersecurity industry as a subject-matter expert.** Technical accuracy is important. We would rather you ask us for clarification on a technical issue than make assumptions. Some events may require **urgent or same-day social media content**. We will provide the source material and direction for these posts when needed. ### Content Planning & Approval We want to avoid managing social media on a post-by-post basis. The selected freelancer should maintain a rolling content calendar with **at least two weeks of planned content prepared and available for our review and approval at all times.** Initially, we expect to review content more closely while you learn our company, services, and preferred voice. Once confidence and a good working process are established, we may reduce the advance-content requirement to one week and provide greater autonomy. Planned content should leave room for timely cybersecurity news and company announcements. ### Social Media Engagement Help Patronus build visibility beyond our own posts by identifying appropriate opportunities to participate in relevant online conversations. This may include: * Engaging with relevant LinkedIn and Facebook groups * Following and interacting with businesses and organizations in our target markets * Commenting on relevant industry discussions * Providing thoughtful commentary * Appropriate reactions and engagement with other posts * Identifying conversations where Patronus can provide useful cybersecurity or IT insight We are **not** interested in spam, mass commenting, generic AI-generated replies, or aggressive unsolicited promotion. Engagement should feel professional, relevant, and genuine. ### Digital Advertising Assist with creating and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, including: * Google Ads * LinkedIn * Facebook / Meta * Other appropriate platforms when justified Responsibilities may include: * Campaign setup * Audience targeting * Ad copy * Creative development * A/B testing * Campaign monitoring * Basic optimization * Performance reporting * Recommendations for improving results Advertising spend will be separate from freelancer compensation. We do not expect every advertising platform to be used simultaneously. Campaigns should be based on what makes sense for our business, target audience, and budget. ## Experience We're Looking For Experience marketing **B2B services, IT, cybersecurity, MSPs, SaaS, or other technical businesses** is preferred. Deep cybersecurity expertise is **not required**. Patronus will provide technical direction and source material when needed. However, you should be comfortable reading technical material, understanding the basic message, and translating it into content that business owners and decision-makers can understand. Experience with the following is valuable: * B2B social media marketing * LinkedIn marketing * Facebook / Meta marketing * X / Twitter * Google Ads * Paid social advertising * Canva, Adobe, or similar graphic design tools * Content calendars and scheduling tools * B2B lead generation * IT, cybersecurity, MSP, or SaaS marketing Strong written English and attention to detail are important. ## What Success Looks Like Our goal is to develop a relationship where you eventually require relatively little day-to-day management. We will provide technical input, business priorities, articles, and ideas. We want you to turn those inputs into a consistent and professional digital presence. Over time, we would like you to become familiar enough with Patronus that you can independently maintain the content calendar, create routine content, manage engagement, operate advertising campaigns, and bring ideas to us for approval. ## Expected Workload We anticipate approximately **5–10 hours per week initially**, although this may change based on workload and advertising activity. Please provide your hourly rate as part of your proposal. ## When Applying Please include: 1. A brief description of your experience with B2B social media and digital marketing. 2. Any experience you have working with cybersecurity, IT, MSP, SaaS, or other technical companies. 3. Examples of social media accounts or content you have managed. 4. Examples of graphics or social media creative you have produced. 5. Your experience with Google Ads and paid social advertising. 6. Your normal process for preparing and approving a content calendar. 7. Your hourly rate and approximately how many hours per week you believe this scope would require. Please also answer this question: **If we send you a cybersecurity news article and a few sentences explaining why we think it matters, what would your process be for turning that into social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X?** Please begin your proposal with the word **PATRONUS** so we know you have read the entire posting. We are looking for someone interested in building an ongoing relationship with us rather than completing a short-term project.

WeTheHobby is building a customer portal for sports card collectors who participate in live breaks. We recently launched the first version of our Hit Viewer, where customers can log in, connect their Fanatics Live account, view the cards they hit in breaks, and choose next actions like consigning, grading, buyback, pre-grading, or shipping. The product is live, functional, and being used by real customers. The current version was built quickly by engineering and solves the core workflow, but it still feels too “engineery.” We are looking for an experienced contract product designer to help us rethink the experience from a customer-first perspective and make it feel polished, trustworthy, intuitive, and scalable. This is not a request to simply evaluate the current workflow and optimize the existing screens. We want a designer who will step back, research comparable products, understand the collector/customer journey, and propose a stronger product experience. ----- What We’re Building ----- The current product allows customers to: - Create or log into a WTH account - Connect and verify their Fanatics Live account - View cards they hit in live breaks - Review card images and card details - Choose actions for each card: consign, grade, pre-grade, request buyback, ship - Understand what to do if cards are missing or details look incorrect The product will expand into a broader card management experience where customers can manage their collection, track actionable cards, update platform connections, and eventually manage workflows like consignment, grading, buybacks, and shipping directly in-app. ----- What We've Learned Since Launch ----- Now that the product is live, a few needs have become clearer: - Some users already have large card counts, including 50+ cards. - We need to distinguish between: - My Collection: cards the customer owns or has hit historically - Actionable Cards: cards that still need a decision, such as consign, grade, etc - Customers need basic card management, such as hiding, archiving, or marking cards as resolved after selling, shipping, or taking action. - Platform connection management is going to be important for scale. Customers can change usernames, requiring a re-verification. - Empty states, errors, trust messaging, and account connection flows need to feel more polished and less technical. - The experience needs better hierarchy so customers understand what they won, what needs attention, and what to do next. ----- What We Need Help With ----- We need a product designer to help rethink and redesign the full customer experience, including: - Hit viewer / “My Hits” dashboard - Collection vs actionable card experience - Card list and card detail layouts - Data hierarchy and information architecture - States: empty, error, loading - Onboarding flow - Connected account flow - Username change / re-verification experience - CTA/action hierarchy - Basic card management patterns - Mobile-responsive layouts - Visual polish and interaction states We are especially interested in someone who can think beyond pixels. We do not just want visual polish on the current screens. We want someone who can help simplify the customer journey, rethink the dashboard structure, and create a design direction that can scale as the product grows. ----- Research Expectations ----- We want this engagement to include product and competitive research, not just UI production. The designer should look at relevant experiences across: - Sports card and collectibles platforms - Marketplace dashboards - Consignment workflows - Grading / vault / collection management products - Ecommerce order management - Customer account portals - Asset management or portfolio-style dashboards Examples may include products in or adjacent to collectibles, grading, marketplaces, resale, fintech, gaming inventory, and customer asset tracking. The goal is not to copy competitors, but to understand strong patterns for: - Managing many owned items - Separating active/actionable items from historical collection items - Building trust around ownership and status - Helping customers choose next-best actions - Handling verification and account connection - Designing dashboards that scale from a few items to many We want someone who can bring outside perspective and propose a modern direction, not someone who only evaluates our current workflow and makes incremental improvements. ----- Design Goals ----- The experience should feel: - Simple and trustworthy - Premium but not overdesigned - Customer-friendly, not admin-like - Clear for users who may not be highly technical - Optimized for customers with both a few cards and many cards - Easy for customers to understand what needs action - Fast to ship and practical for engineering to implement - Scalable into workflows like consignment, grading, buybacks, shipping, and collection management We want to avoid over-designing. This is an MVP that needs to look professional, communicate clearly, and scale into future workflows. ----- Ideal Candidate ----- You are a strong fit if you have experience with: - B2C dashboards or customer portals - Marketplace, ecommerce, collectibles, gaming, or sports products - Designing customer-facing account or asset management experiences - Researching comparable products and translating patterns into practical product direction - Improving engineer-built MVPs without being constrained by the original UI - Designing clear information hierarchy for complex data - Figma - Responsive web design - Practical design systems - Working quickly with product and engineering teams Bonus if you understand sports cards, collectibles, live commerce, or marketplace workflows, but that is not required. ----- Deliverables ----- Expected deliverables may include: - Brief competitive / pattern research summary - Recommended product experience direction - Redesigned Figma concepts for the Hit Viewer dashboard - Improved information architecture for: - My Collection - Actionable Cards - Card detail views - Connected accounts - Desktop and mobile layouts - Improved onboarding and Fanatics Live account connection screens - Platform connection management flows - Re-verification / username change flow - Card management concepts, such as hide, archive, remove, or resolved states - Empty, error, and loading states - CTA/action hierarchy recommendations - Component recommendations - Optional clickable prototype - Notes for engineering implementation We can provide screenshots of the current product, brand direction, product context, customer learnings, and current workflow constraints. ----- Timeline ----- We are looking to move quickly. Ideally, we would like initial design recommendations within a few days, followed by polished designs over 1–2 weeks. We are open to continuing the engagement if the initial work is strong. ----- To Apply ----- Please include: - Relevant portfolio examples - Any customer dashboard, marketplace, ecommerce, collection, or account management work - Examples where you used research or competitive analysis to inform product direction Your availability over the next 1–2 weeks - A brief note on how you would approach redesigning a live engineer-built MVP without simply optimizing the existing workflow We are looking for someone practical, fast, product-minded, and able to balance customer experience, visual polish, research, and engineering feasibility.

QuietScore is an early-stage technology company developing AI-powered building intelligence for multifamily housing. Our work sits at the intersection of AI/ML, building science, technical document analysis, and acoustic performance. We have launched an initial commercial product and are now evaluating federal non-dilutive funding for a separate, higher-risk R&D initiative. Additional technical details and proprietary materials will be provided only after an NDA is executed. What We Are Looking For: We are seeking an experienced NSF SBIR/STTR strategist and technical grant writer, not a general grant writer. We have previously submitted an NSF Project Pitch and received feedback that the proposed work was perceived as too close to incremental product improvement, optimization, or validation of an existing product. Before using another submission opportunity, we want an experienced professional who can critically assess the project and help us determine: * Whether the underlying R&D is genuinely appropriate for NSF SBIR/STTR * How to clearly distinguish new high-risk technical R&D from an existing commercial MVP * How to articulate the technical innovation and state-of-the-art gap * How to define focused Phase I research objectives * How to establish quantitative technical feasibility milestones * How to structure technical validation as R&D rather than simple product testing * Whether NSF is the right funding path or whether another federal agency/program may be a better fit **We are not looking for someone to simply rewrite or polish our previous pitch.** We want someone who can challenge the technical framing, identify weaknesses, and help shape a stronger federal R&D funding strategy. Initial Scope We would like to begin with a **small paid diagnostic engagement before committing to a full Project Pitch or Phase I proposal. After an NDA is signed, we will provide relevant materials, which may include: * Our prior NSF Project Pitch * NSF's written feedback * A summary of the proposed R&D initiative * Relevant company and commercialization information * Technical and validation planning materials We would like the initial assessment to address: 1. Why the previous NSF submission was likely rejected 2. Whether the underlying R&D appears fundable through NSF SBIR/STTR 3. What must materially change before another submission 4. Recommended Phase I technical objectives and scope 5. Recommended quantitative feasibility criteria 6. Potential technical or team gaps that reviewers may identify 7. Whether NSF or another federal R&D program is the strongest fit If the diagnostic engagement is successful, there is potential for additional work developing a revised Project Pitch and, if invited, a full Phase I proposal. Relevant Technical Areas Candidates should be comfortable working with interdisciplinary technology involving areas such as: * Artificial intelligence and machine learning * Multimodal data and technical document analysis * Engineering and building science * Acoustic performance * Statistical research and experimental design * Technical validation and measurement * Uncertainty and reliability in AI-generated outputs Detailed methodology, technical architecture, proprietary data, validation design, and intellectual property will **not** be included in the public job posting and will be shared only as necessary under NDA. You do not need to be an acoustical engineer or building scientist. However, you should be comfortable quickly understanding complex technical subject matter and translating it into a rigorous, reviewer-friendly R&D proposal. Ideal Candidate Strong candidates will have several of the following: * Direct experience with NSF SBIR/STTR Phase I * Successful NSF Project Pitches and/or full proposals * Documented experience contributing to funded SBIR/STTR awards * Experience with AI/ML, engineering, deep tech, or other technically complex startups * Experience defining technical risks, research hypotheses, and measurable feasibility milestones * Ability to distinguish high-risk R&D from ordinary product development * Familiarity with NSF reviewer expectations and solicitation requirements * Experience working with early-stage or pre-revenue companies * Ability to advise strategically rather than only writing from supplied materials Experience with DOE, NIST, HUD, DoD, or other federal R&D funding programs is a plus. Please Address These Questions When Applying Please respond directly to the following rather than sending a generic grant-writing proposal: 1. What direct NSF SBIR/STTR experience do you have? Please describe Project Pitch, Phase I, or Phase II experience and, where possible, funded outcomes. 2. Have you worked on NSF SBIR/STTR projects outside biomedical or life sciences? If so, what technical fields? 3. Have you helped a company respond to NSF feedback that its proposed project appeared incremental, focused on product development, or primarily validation/testing? If yes, briefly explain your approach. 4. Do you help clients define the technical innovation, research objectives, technical risks, experimental approach, and feasibility milestones, or do you primarily write from information provided by the client? 5. How would you approach an NSF project where a startup already has a commercial MVP, but the proposed R&D involves a separate technical capability that has not yet been developed or proven? 6. Are you comfortable beginning with a limited paid diagnostic engagement before discussing a full proposal? Candidates who directly address these questions will receive priority. Confidentiality Because this work involves proprietary technology and intellectual property, the selected consultant will be required to sign an NDA before receiving detailed R&D plans, technical methodology, research architecture, validation materials, or other confidential information. What Success Looks Like Our immediate goal is not simply to submit another grant application We want to determine whether we have a genuinely fundable federal R&D project and, if so, build the strongest possible technical and funding strategy around it. A successful engagement should leave us with clarity around: * The strongest federal funding pathway * The core high-risk technical innovation * A focused and credible Phase I research scope * Meaningful technical risks and hypotheses * Quantitative feasibility milestones * A defensible validation approach * Any technical/team gaps that need to be addressed before submission If you have experience helping early-stage technology companies turn complex R&D concepts into competitive SBIR/STTR proposals, we would like to hear from you.

The Vision Casita Home Collective is not meant to be another Shopify dropshipping store\. We’re creating a premium lifestyle brand that inspires people to create homes that feel warm, intentional, elevated, and deeply lived in\. At the heart of our brand is the meaning of the word **Casita**\. While *casa* translates to “house,” *casita* represents something much more meaningful—a home filled with love, family, hospitality, comfort, culture, beautiful design, and everyday moments that bring people together\. This philosophy should be felt throughout every aspect of the customer experience\. Our goal is for someone to land on the website and immediately feel calm, welcomed, inspired, and emotionally connected\. We want them to feel as though they’re stepping into a thoughtfully designed home rather than browsing a catalog of products\. The website should embody **quiet luxury**, **editorial design**, and **timeless sophistication**, while subtly celebrating Latin warmth and heritage\. The Latin influence should be woven into the storytelling, naming, and atmosphere—not through clichés or themed décor, but through thoughtful design, refined architecture, meaningful language, and a welcoming spirit\. Think warm earth tones, soft archways, natural stone, handcrafted ceramics, linen textiles, layered textures, beautiful entertaining, sunlit interiors, and spaces designed for gathering\. The brand should feel globally inspired, approachable, elegant, and timeless\. Every design choice should answer one question: **“Does this help transform a house into a Casita?”** --- # Project Deliverables The completed project should include a fully launch\-ready Shopify brand and ecommerce experience—not simply a functional website\. ## 1\. Complete Shopify Website Design and build a polished, high\-end Shopify store from the ground up with a premium customer experience\. The site should include: - Custom theme setup and customization - Responsive mobile, tablet, and desktop design - Editorial\-style homepage - Premium navigation and mega menu - Smart product filtering and search - Beautiful collection pages - Professionally designed product pages - Sticky navigation and Add\-to\-Cart where appropriate - Newsletter integration - Instagram integration - Trust\-building elements - Professional footer - 404 page - Coming Soon/Password page \(if needed\) - Speed optimization - SEO\-friendly architecture - ADA\-conscious best practices The experience should rival brands such as McGee & Co\., Jenni Kayne Home, Amber Interiors, Zara Home, and other elevated lifestyle brands\. --- ## 2\. Complete Brand Identity Develop or refine a cohesive visual identity that can be used consistently across the website, packaging, social media, email, and future marketing\. Deliverables include: - Primary logo - Secondary logo - Monogram - Brand mark/icon - Horizontal and stacked logo variations - Favicon - Social media profile assets - Curated color palette - Typography system - Brand style guide - Brand voice guide - Icon library for categories, navigation, and trust signals - Photography and creative direction guide The branding should feel timeless, architectural, warm, elevated, memorable, and rooted in the Casita philosophy\. --- ## 3\. Curated Product Research & Merchandising Research, source, and upload approximately **200 premium home décor products**\. The emphasis is on thoughtful curation—not volume\. Every product should feel like it was intentionally selected by an interior designer and should contribute to one cohesive aesthetic\. Avoid generic imports or random trending products\. Prioritize: - Quality - Reliable suppliers - Fast shipping - Beautiful photography - Timeless design - Natural materials - Artisan\-inspired details - Opportunities for future private labeling --- ## 4\.
