Our audience skews older and affluent, often non-technical, and the emotional stakes are high. People are recording things they want their grandchildren to see. The product is built and functional. The functionality works. What it doesn't do yet is feel considered. That's the job. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING This is product design, not visual polish. The hard problems here are structural: Access and permission levels, controlling who can see which stories Multi-user account linking and family connections Managed and minor accounts Scheduled future delivery of messages and gifts If you've designed systems where who-can-see-what is the core complexity, and you've made that legible to non-technical users, we want to talk to you. DELIVERABLES Redesigned flows in Figma, working directly with product lead and principal Clickable prototypes in Figma Make that a non-designer can walk through unassisted Dev-ready specifications: all states including empty, loading, error, and permission-denied, plus component definitions and responsive behavior HOW WE WORK You'll work directly with our product lead and principal. Design is reviewed and approved internally before it goes to development. Our front-end developer builds from your specs rather than shaping the UX, so we need documentation complete enough to stand on its own. REQUIREMENTS Based in the United States or Canada Native English fluency, working live with US stakeholders Overlap with US Eastern business hours Demonstrated Figma Make work. Portfolio showing shipped consumer software with real flow complexity ENGAGEMENT We start with a paid trial project, fixed price, roughly 8 to 10 hours, one week turnaround. I need someone to put an exact image into a Figma file for me. The task requires basic graphic design skills, specifically in Figma. The ideal candidate should have experience in image processing and editing. This is a small task that needs to be completed quickly and accurately and returned as a figma file.

# Freelance Digital Designer — Ongoing Contract Support I run an independent design practice working with a small roster of ongoing clients, and I'm looking to bring on a freelance digital designer to support me with client work on an as-needed basis. Initially, the role will be focused on **small, straightforward edits to existing designs in Figma** rather than creating new concepts from scratch. Requests may include copy changes, swapping imagery, minor layout adjustments, resizing/adapting existing creative, and exporting updated assets. Many of these edits only take a few minutes, but occasionally require a relatively quick turnaround. I have an upcoming period where I'll be out of office, so my immediate priority is finding someone I can onboard into one of my existing client accounts beforehand. While I'm away, you'll primarily handle these smaller requests as they come in. The client communicates through Slack, so I'm looking for someone who is responsive, communicates professionally, and can recognize when a request should be escalated or held for me. Most of my work is completed in **Figma** and focuses on digital marketing and brand creative — including emails, ads, e-commerce assets, campaign graphics, and related production design. This is not primarily a UI/UX role. I'm hoping to find someone I can continue working with long term.
