Position Summary We're seeking an experienced Grant Development Manager to lead our grant strategy from research through submission and reporting. You'll work closely with our Founder/CEO, COO, and STEM Education Partner to translate our mission and programs into competitive, compliant grant applications. We are looking for an expert who can interpret design concepts and generate high-precision, manufacturing-ready geometry. Scope of Work: 3D Modeling: Translate provided visual reference concepts into precise 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, or Fusion 360, DFM (Design for Manufacturing): Optimize designs specifically for resin casting and mold preparation, ensuring structural integrity and durability. Technical Documentation: Produce accurate 2D manufacturing drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and assembly specifications. Deliverables: Transfer all native CAD source files (including parameter history) to DRW LLC upon project completion.
