We have a fashion and style site covering outfit ideas, seasonal trends, capsule wardrobes, and what to wear to specific occasions. We are looking for writers to join us on an ongoing basis, starting now. What you would be writing: - Outfit roundups and styling guides - Seasonal trend pieces and transition-dressing guides - Occasion dressing: weddings, work, travel, holidays - Capsule wardrobe and closet-building content There are 2 ways we’ll provide you with topics: - Topic only, and you’ll come up with the content for it - Topic + headings + images, and you’ll write content to fit those headings and images Rate - $40 per 1,000 words, which is about $100 for a typical article. Articles are generally about 2,500 words. Please read this part twice: we do not accept AI-written content Not as a first draft. Not "written by AI and then edited." Not AI-generated outlines. Every article you submit goes through AI detection before we accept it. If a piece comes back flagged, we will send it back for you to revise. If flagged work keeps coming back, we will end the contract. We will not use or pay for AI content. What we are looking for - You genuinely follow fashion. You can tell us why a trend is happening, not just that it is - You write in a real voice. Opinionated, specific, readable - You can follow a style guide and a heading outline without being reminded - You hit deadlines, and you tell us early when you cannot To apply - Send 2-3 links to fashion or lifestyle pieces you wrote yourself, and answer the questions below. Please skip the generic cover letter, we read the writing samples and the answers.

I'm opening a boutique Pilates studio in Parker, CO, and I'm looking for a social media manager to help build buzz ahead of launch and then maintain a consistent, on-brand presence once we're open. Brand voice: premium but approachable — earthy, organic, feminine and cool without being try-hard. Not loud, not gimmicky. Think elevated wellness, not generic fitness-studio content. Scope: - Content creation and editing for Instagram (Reels, carousels, stories) — TikTok a plus if you have strong instincts there - Executing against a content calendar and priority messaging that I'll provide - Trend-aware ideas, but filtered through our brand tone, not chasing every trend Not in scope: comment/DM community engagement (I'm handling that myself for now). How I work: I want to stay in the loop and approve content before it goes out, especially early on, but I'm looking for someone who brings real creative judgment, not just execution. Professional studio photography is being scheduled soon, so you'll have real assets to work with beyond phone content. Please share examples of accounts you've grown or managed, ideally in fitness, wellness, or boutique/hospitality spaces.

Hi, I'm Mia Topalian (@mia_top), and I'm looking for a social media expert to guide and curate the launch of documenting the process of bringing Version 2 of my immersive play to life. If you don't know the show yet, start here: @thats.hot.play on Instagram Our first run oversold — see the attached program from that production for a feel of the world we built. Now we're aiming for something bigger: a longer-term residency in 2027, a real, permanent home for this show. Full disclosure: I'm an actor, not an influencer. I don't have unsorted footage sitting around — I have ideas. Real things are happening right now (calls, conversations, decisions), but I don't have a system for turning any of it into something organized and legible. That's what I'm hiring for. Right now, we're in active conversations with brands, and looking to use UGC-style content to help build the case for investment in the show. The job I need someone to guide the content strategy and help me actually execute it — turning the real, in-progress process of building this show into a documented story, from where we are now through casting and finding a permanent home. It would be awesome of you were LA based, but not necessary. I want THAT'S HOT's socials to do three things: 1. Work as something I can genuinely send during pitches — to sponsors, production companies, investors 2. Build the audience who'll show up when we open 3. Exist as a real record of what it took to make this — for the sheer joy of it, and so I have something to look back on :) What you'll actually do: Turn my ideas and the conversations already happening into an organized, legible content plan Structure both photo and talking-head video content into something like a mini-series — the story of bringing this show to life Guide how we use UGC-style content to support the pitch for investment Shape a visual and video language for the show — feed aesthetics, reel structure, format Keep me accountable to actually shooting, posting, and following the plan Please include in your response: Where would you start with a project like this? Is there something in your past work that makes you especially excited about this kind of project? What's your experience with social media for live or theatrical events? Send me your answers, plus anything you've built that shows you can turn a messy, in-progress thing into a story people want to follow. Reply with your favorite hot sauce so I know you read this with human eyes. I am averse to AI slop (: — Mia

Social Media & Content Manager – The Body@Work I’m looking for a creative, experienced social media person to help me build the online presence for The Body@Work, a new workplace education and consulting business focused on human behavior, communication, relationships, and how we show up at work. I’m a psychotherapist and entrepreneur, and I have a lot of knowledge and content to share—but social media is not my strength, and I honestly don’t want to spend my time figuring it out. I need someone who can take my ideas, conversations, and expertise and turn them into smart, interesting, relatable content that sounds like me—not generic AI-generated corporate content. The primary focus will be LinkedIn and Instagram, with the goal of building credibility and visibility with business owners, CEOs, HR professionals, and professionals in general. I’m looking for someone who can: * Develop a simple social media strategy and content plan * Create and manage regular posts * Turn my ideas and conversations into strong content * Write captions in my natural voice * Create simple, professional Canva graphics/carousels * Help with short-form video/reels and repurposing content * Schedule and manage posts * Look at analytics and adjust the strategy based on what is working * Help me build an audience rather than simply “post content” I’m not looking for someone who needs me to tell them what to post every week. I want someone who can take ownership of this area, bring ideas to me, and make the process easy. This is a new business, so I’m looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive, creative, organized, and comfortable building something from the ground up. I’m open to starting with a 30-day trial project and expanding from there if we’re a good fit. If you’re interested, please send me examples of social media accounts/content you’ve managed, particularly for consultants, professional services, healthcare, psychology, business, or other thought-leadership-based brands.

I am a senior leadership advisor working for a firm that creates a lot of content for executives to publish out on LinkedIn. I need support and lift in curating the resharing of this content, the additional content I should generate on my own in between posts, elevating my voice and visibility in the context of my company / role. This content must be highly curated given the sensitivity of the work I do in the C-suite of the Fortune 100. I'm looking for someone who can generate content, schedule content, and work at the right leadership altitude in developing and drafting content for me to share to my network as my clients follow me and expect it to yield net new logo opportunities. The right person will have deep experience in the C-suite, working with C-suite executives on content development and curation and be able to serve as a thought partner in shaping my POV on key leadership challenges facing executives today.
