I have several 'headshot' pictures I took on my phone. The lighting is extremely stark and the colors are washed out. I would like to find someone to fix the lighting and colors to make it look more polished like a headshot. I do not want these pictures ran through an AI prompt. This work would need to be as soon as possible. It says it can become full time. It is not a full time job. It wont let me chnage it.

Social Media Video Editor (Short-Form Priority, 1-3 Edits/Day) Job Description: We're a full-service digital marketing agency working with a range of clients across industries. We produce short-form video content daily for social media, and we need a fast, creative editor who can take a brief and deliver a polished cut the same day. This is a high-volume, high-speed role. You'll get briefs in the morning and we expect finished edits by end of business. Most days that means 1 to 3 videos. Some days it's one long piece. Speed and quality both matter. What you'll be editing: Most of your work is short-form social content (Reels, TikTok-style cuts, YouTube Shorts). You'll also occasionally edit longer 16:9 content for YouTube, websites, and TV placement. Short-form is the priority. What a typical day looks like: You receive a brief, raw footage, brand assets (fonts, colors, sometimes audio direction), and any reference material we have. You fill in the gaps. That means you're making creative calls on things like: -- Sound effects selection -- When to punch in vs. hold a wide shot -- Pacing and cut rhythm -- Music bed choices -- Text animation timing -- When to use a tight close-up vs. when to pull back We give you the raw materials and the direction. You bring the craft and the instincts. What we need from you: -- Comfort in CapCut for quick social cuts -- Professional-level command of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a comparable NLE -- Real experience editing short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) at volume -- The ability to take a brief and deliver without hand-holding -- Creative opinions you're willing to put on the table (we don't want someone who just executes, we want someone who makes the work better) -- Availability during US business hours, Monday through Friday, with same-day turnaround as the standard What you don't need to do: We handle client communication, briefs, and approvals. You focus on the edit. Contract details: This is ongoing, part-time freelance work. Pay is hourly or per-video, open to discussing what works for you. If the relationship goes well, volume will grow.

I am an architect creating interior design and architectural walkthrough videos for YouTube. I edit the videos myself in Adobe Premiere Pro, but I need help improving the color correction, exposure, and overall consistency of the footage, as well as other aspects of the post and editing process. For this first project, I have a completed approximately 6-minute walkthrough bathroom designs. The edit is essentially finished. I need someone to correct and balance the footage, especially controlling lighting hot spots, improving darker areas, and maintaining good detail and accurate material colors. Preserving the materials and their natural appearance is important. I am looking for a clean, high-end architectural look something that is as close to Architectural Digest quality as possible. The work must be done entirely in Adobe Premiere Pro, because I am continuing to work on these videos myself and need the corrected Premiere project returned to me. This is initially one small project, but I have more walk through videos to complete and I would like to cut shorts out of the video as well as a separate project. If this first project goes well, I may have ongoing work.
