Domain/mailbox warming and rotation strategy. 5. Lead verification and list-management process. 6. Deliverability monitoring procedures. 7. CRM/automation integrations where appropriate. 8. Campaign-management procedures. 9. Written SOP/documentation. 10. A trained internal employee capable of managing the system independently. 11. Initial campaign testing to confirm that the system is functioning correctly. Engagement Structure This is a short-term project/consulting assignment. The selected specialist will build the system, test it, train our employee, and assist during the initial campaign launch. Pure Wellness Consulting is a virtual wellness coaching practice looking for a marketing coordinator to help grow our presence — starting with social media and expanding into content, email, and SEO as we scale. What we need help with: • Social media management — Instagram is our primary channel (@purewellness). We already have a content library built (24 posts across three batches) and a deliberate, unhurried launch strategy — we’re not looking for hustle-culture posting volume, we’re looking for a steady, intentional voice • Content creation — future posts, captions, and potentially short-form video, matching our brand tone: warm, direct, and unhurried — never clinical, never overly casual • Email marketing — we have a client intake funnel (Calendly → Typeform → email) that needs a post-intake follow-up sequence built out • SEO — not an immediate priority, but something we’d like a marketing partner who can eventually help with as the practice grows About us: Pure Wellness Consulting offers non-clinical wellness coaching nationally (fully virtual) across several specialized programs — teen coaching, life transitions, student-athlete support, and coaching for people navigating chronic illness. Our brand voice matters a lot to us — we’d rather move slower and sound like ourselves than post generic wellness content. To apply, please include: • Examples of social media accounts or content you’ve managed (bonus if in health, wellness, or a similarly personal/trust-based space) • Your approach to finding a brand’s voice and staying consistent with it • Whether you’re looking for hourly work or would prefer a monthly retainer once we find the right fit
