I have an existing Squarespace website for my architecture firm (architect.vip) and need a Squarespace-savvy freelancer to implement a set of content and structure changes. This is NOT a redesign — the site's look and theme stay as-is. I have a full written spec ready to hand over (navigation changes, homepage copy, a renamed/restructured page, and SEO metadata), so this should be straightforward for someone comfortable in the Squarespace editor. Scope of work: - Add a new top-level navigation item and reorganize the existing Services dropdown - Rename an existing page, update its URL slug, and set up a 301 redirect from the old URL - Restructure that page's content into two sections using the copy I provide - Update homepage intro paragraph and add a 4th tile to an existing 3-tile service section - Update page title tags and meta descriptions on 2 pages (homepage + the renamed page) - Add a couple of internal links between existing pages All copy, section structure, and SEO text will be provided in a written doc — you're implementing it in Squarespace, not writing it. What I need from you: - Experience working in Squarespace (please share 2-3 examples of live Squarespace sites you've built or edited) - Ability to match existing site styling/theme so new sections look native, not bolted on - Turnaround within about a week Budget: Fixed price, $150–$400 depending on experience (open to discussing scope if you think it's more involved) To apply, please include: 1. A link to a Squarespace site you've worked on 2. Your estimated timeline 3. Any questions about scope before quoting

Freelance Web Developer — Wix to Squarespace Migration About the Project We're moving our website off Wix and onto Squarespace. We've already decided on the platform, so this project is about a clean, careful migration, not a platform recommendation. Scope of Work Migrate our current Wix site to Squarespace, roughly nine pages, preserving design quality, layout intent, and existing functionality Migrate our secondary site, Aloha Lux, as an exact copy into Squarespace (one additional page) Rebuild all existing forms so they work the same way on Squarespace Migrate content: page copy, images, and metadata Set up SEO redirects from old Wix URLs to new Squarespace URLs to protect search rankings Build two to three additional core pages beyond the migrated set (details provided at kickoff) Build a blog page and a reusable blog post template in Squarespace Test the full site across devices and browsers before launch Provide short documentation or a training session so a non-technical person can add and edit content after launch What We're Looking For Someone who's done Wix-to-Squarespace migrations before and can move efficiently without breaking what already works. Strong attention to matching existing design and making sure forms and redirects are fully tested before launch.

I have an existing website and one that was built on the same Wix login ready to be migrated onto an existing domain. I need it migrated over and ensure that NO CONTACTS that are on the existing domain are lost. Also, one last thing before this occurs.. I'm not sure how in the past that people were able to join our "mailing list", but I'm sure it was on the website somewhere. I'd like to have that put onto the homepage or ensure there's a contact us / join our mailing list somewhere on that page. I don't see where that is anywhere on our current site? So, adding that would be a huge help. along with the contact us page. I think that can be maybe changed and added somehow to the Contact Us page? Join our Mailing List should be on the Home Page, just under the 3 buttons.. and then maybe have that take them to the contact us page to fill out their name/email.???

1. Full Codebase & Architecture Review Audit the existing frontend/backend for structural issues, security gaps, and technical debt Identify anything that won't hold up under real user load or won't scale cleanly Recommend (and implement) a clear path to production-grade architecture 2. Claude API Integration Review Review how the app calls the Anthropic API (Claude Sonnet/Opus) — prompt structure, error handling, rate limiting, cost management, streaming vs. non-streaming, and data handling Ensure API keys, credentials, and user data are handled securely (no client-side exposure, proper env/secrets management) Flag any inefficient or costly usage patterns 3. UI/UX Design Pass Professional visual design pass — this is a B2B tool for project managers and subcontractors, so it needs to look credible and trustworthy, not like a prototype Clean up layout, typography, spacing, responsiveness (desktop-first, but must work on tablet/mobile in the field) Improve core user flows: onboarding, document upload/processing, submittal generation/review, account/billing 4. Scalability & Infrastructure Recommend and help implement proper hosting/deployment setup (CI/CD, staging vs. production environments) Database review — schema design, indexing, query performance Set up monitoring, logging, and error tracking (e.g., Sentry or similar) Ensure the app can handle concurrent users and larger file uploads (construction PDFs, drawing sets, multi-sheet submittals) 5. Security & Compliance Basics Authentication/authorization review Data isolation between customer accounts (multi-tenancy) Basic security hardening (OWASP top 10, input validation, file upload safety) 6. Launch Readiness Get the app to a state where it can be confidently demoed to prospective customers and onboarded without breaking Documentation of what was changed and why, plus a punch list of anything deferred
