I'm a freelance social media strategist working with various businesses and I need a reliable second set of hands on the design side. This is a small, steady gig, about 5 hours a week, with room to grow if it's a good fit. What you'd be doing: Building social graphics in Canva (single graphics and carousels) from my templates or your own imagination. I welcome new ideas! Working across a couple different brand looks, my own personal brand and client accounts Turning rough notes or copy into clean, on-brand visuals Light resizing/repurposing content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) What I'm looking for: Comfortable in Canva Good eye for layout, spacing, and typography, someone who can follow a style guide closely Fast turnaround on small batches of graphics Easy to communicate with, asks questions instead of guessing Pay: $15/hr-20/hr, roughly 5 hours a week to start. Consistent weekly work, not one-off gigs. If you're interested, send a couple of examples of graphics you've made or a portfolio and tell me a bit about your design process.

We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to create a polished, visually sophisticated digital guide for Passages Institute, a Santa Fe-based professional training and ketamine therapy program. The initial project is an approximately 8–12 page curated Santa Fe guide for couples participating in a private couples intensive. The guide will include carefully selected hotels, restaurants, spas, art experiences, walking areas, and other quiet, restorative Santa Fe experiences. Most or all written content will be provided. We need someone who can take that content and turn it into a beautiful, cohesive piece. The aesthetic should feel: Upscale and contemporary Warm, sophisticated and spacious Distinctly Santa Fe without being cliché Southwestern More boutique hotel / luxury wellness retreat / high-end travel publication than healthcare or clinical brochure We do not want a psychedelic aesthetic, generic wellness graphics, or a traditional mental-health brochure look. The final guide should be created in Canva or another format that can easily be edited in Canva, since recommendations and contact information will need to be updated periodically. We’re particularly interested in finding a designer who could become an ongoing creative resource for Passages Institute. Future projects may include Instagram carousels, social media graphics, program materials, training materials, and other branded digital pieces. When responding, please include: Examples of relevant work, particularly hospitality, wellness, travel, lifestyle or editorial design. Your estimated price or price range for the initial 8–12 page guide. Whether you work in Canva and can provide fully editable files. Your typical turnaround time. Whether you also design Instagram carousels and social media assets. We already have the concept, content and overall direction well developed. We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can bring it to life beautifully rather than develop the project from scratch.
