I’m launching a direct mail postcard campaign targeting solar installation companies to promote our solar panel and inverter recycling services. I’ve run a successful cold call program targeting this same audience, and I’ve drafted an initial postcard concept. I’m looking for an experienced direct mail consultant to review my plan — not write copy from scratch. Specifically, I want feedback on: * Whether my offer/CTA structure is likely to perform, based on real B2B direct mail response-rate benchmarks * Gaps or weaknesses in my targeting, format, or messaging approach * Best practices for tracking response (phone line vs. QR code vs. unique URL) for a first test batch * Any changes you’d recommend before I move to print/mail Deliverable: a written list of recommended changes, plus a short call to walk through them. Scope: This is a single strategy review, not an ongoing engagement or a copywriting job. Flat-fee proposals preferred over hourly. Ideal candidate: Direct mail experience in B2B recycling, sustainability, or waste/materials services — someone who understands niche commercial service providers, not just consumer retail. Real response-rate data to back up recommendations is a plus.

Email Marketing Automation & AI Specialist —-Brevo + Large B2B Database Job posting We are looking for an experienced email marketing automation, CRM/data specialist to help us build a scalable email and audience infrastructure. We currently have approximately 200,000 financial-professional records originating in AdvizorPro and use Brevo for email marketing, with access to a 1.5m database-We have multiple business verticals serving the wealth-management industry, and our goal is to build an intelligent, highly automated system rather than rely on ongoing manual email operations. This is not primarily an email copywriting or newsletter-production role. We are looking for someone who can assess what we have today, architect the right data and segmentation structure, improve deliverability, build automations and determine where AI can meaningfully reduce ongoing human workload. Initial scope includes: Audit our existing AdvizorPro data and Brevo environment Clean, deduplicate and structure approximately 200K contacts Recommend the correct architecture for lists, segments, tags and custom fields Develop segmentation based on role, firm type, geography, AUM and other relevant attributes Establish ongoing database hygiene and data-quality processes Review consent, suppression and preference-management structure Audit and improve deliverability, sender reputation and email authentication Build automated customer/audience journeys across multiple business verticals Develop lead scoring and engagement scoring Determine what Brevo can automate natively and where additional AI/automation would provide value Explore AI-driven contact classification, dynamic segmentation, campaign personalization, audience recommendations and follow-up Integrate engagement data with our broader sales/CRM workflow where appropriate Create reporting that surfaces engagement, qualified leads and commercial opportunities Document the system so that Modern American Advisor owns and understands the infrastructure What we want to accomplish Ultimately, we want an email and audience system where our team can say, for example, “We are launching a campaign for RIA founders interested in scaling from $250M to $1B+,” and the infrastructure can identify the appropriate audience, recommend segmentation, prepare relevant campaign variations, execute approved automations and surface engaged prospects for follow-up. We are interested in using AI intelligently, but we are not looking to add AI simply for the sake of it. We want someone who understands where automation and AI genuinely improve efficiency and where human oversight is still necessary. Ideal experience Deep experience with Brevo is strongly preferred. You should also have experience with large B2B contact databases, CRM/data architecture, segmentation, email deliverability, marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns. Experience implementing AI or agentic workflows within marketing operations is highly desirable. Experience with financial services, wealth management or other high-value B2B audiences would be a plus. Location We strongly prefer someone located in Seattle or elsewhere on the West Coast of the United States so we can work in the same time zone and potentially meet in person when useful. Engagement We envision this initially as a project-based engagement to audit, architect and implement the system, with the possibility of an ongoing fractional relationship for optimization and oversight. We are not looking to hire a full-time employee at this stage. Our objective is to build the right infrastructure first and determine the appropriate level of ongoing human support once the system is operating. When applying Please tell us: What experience do you have with Brevo specifically? Have you architected or cleaned databases of 100K+ B2B contacts? Please describe. How would you approach the first 30 days with a 200K-contact database that needs cleaning, segmentation and restructuring? What parts of email/CRM operations have you successfully automated with AI? What would you not automate? Have you built AI agents or AI-assisted marketing workflows? If so, what did they actually do? How do you approach deliverability when migrating or restructuring a large contact database? After you built this system, what would still require a human every week? Are you based in Seattle or elsewhere on the West Coast? Please provide an estimated range for an initial audit/architecture engagement and your hourly or project rate for implementation. Please do not apply if your primary experience is email copywriting, graphic design or manually scheduling email campaigns. We are looking for someone who can architect and automate the underlying system.
