Cloud Security & DevSecOps Engineer for teams running on AWS, Azure, GCP, BigQuery, ETL, and CI/CD.
I help teams secure cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and deployment workflows without slowing engineering down. That includes IAM, Entra ID, vulnerability assessment, security analysis, CI/CD hardening, DevSecOps, and information security work across the full environment.
Most clients come to me when things already feel messy. Access is too open, cloud infrastructure has grown without clear security rules, CI/CD is moving fast without enough guardrails, and nobody is fully sure where the real risk is.
That is exactly why they hire me.
I do not just point out issues. I work on the actual infrastructure, access model, cloud setup, and delivery flow so your team can reduce risk, stay organized, and keep shipping with more confidence.
𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙄 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧:
𝟭. Cloud Security Reviews: I review cloud infrastructure, identity, networking, permissions, workloads, and data flows to find real security gaps and give clear priorities.
𝟮. DevSecOps & CI/CD Security: I secure CI/CD workflows so teams can build, test, and deploy with better controls, fewer mistakes, and less production risk.
𝟯. IAM & Entra ID Hardening: I improve IAM, Entra ID, roles, permissions, least privilege, and access design so the right people get the right access without unnecessary exposure.
𝟰. Vulnerability Assessment: I run vulnerability assessment work, validate findings, remove noise, and help your team focus on what actually matters.
𝟱. Security Analysis: I break down risks in plain English so leadership, engineering, and operations can understand what is wrong, what matters most, and what to fix first.
𝟲. Cloud Infrastructure Security: I help secure infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and GCP, including compute, networking, storage, identity, and deployment patterns.
𝟳. Data Engineering & ETL Security: I support secure ETL flows, BigQuery environments, and data architecture decisions where access, movement, storage, and control of data matter.
𝟴. Information Security Support: I help teams improve their information security setup with practical controls, documentation, clearer ownership, and cleaner processes.
𝟵. Quality Assurance for Security Changes: After fixes are made, I verify that the changes actually work and that the environment is more secure, stable, and easier to manage.
𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙄 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝:
🔹 Securing AWS, Azure, and GCP environments without slowing down delivery
🔹 Hardening IAM, Entra ID, permissions, and access controls
🔹 Improving CI/CD security and building cleaner DevSecOps workflows
🔹 Running vulnerability assessment and turning findings into real fixes
🔹 Securing ETL pipelines, BigQuery environments, and data infrastructure
🔹 Helping engineering teams understand and reduce cloud security risk
🔹 Cleaning up weak infrastructure and making it easier to maintain over time
🔹 Supporting information security work with practical implementation, not theory
𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙩:
𝟭. Cloud Security, CI/CD Security, CyberSecurity, Information Security, DevSecOps
𝟮. Azure, AWS, and GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
𝟯. Vulnerability Assessment, Cloud Infrastructure, Security Analysis
𝟰. Azure, AWS, and GCP, Docker, Python
𝟱. BigQuery, ETL, and Data Engineering
𝟲. IAM, Entra ID, SOC, SOC2, ICO

I build AI systems that hold up in production, and I've been an engineer for 18+ years, an engineering leader for most of the last decade. I co-founded a venture-backed SaaS platform, ran its engineering as VP for nine years, and helped raise over $20M. These days I work as a fractional CTO and hands-on AI engineer. I still write the code.
Most of my recent work is AI agents and retrieval systems, specifically the parts that get hard once you leave the demo behind: holding latency and cost down, grounding answers in real data instead of letting the model guess, evaluating quality so you actually know when a change made things worse, and getting permissions right so the system never answers from a document the user was never allowed to see.
Recent work I've built or architected:
- A governed AI operating system for an enterprise retail and fashion brand, running entirely inside the client's own Google Cloud tenant. Sole delivery engineer: the full Terraform infrastructure (AlloyDB/pgvector, Cloud Run, IAM, Secret Manager, VPC Service Controls), a canonical data layer ingesting six external systems with PII masking at ingestion, a suite of Claude-powered agents behind a deterministic policy gate enforcing brand and commercial rules, a 50-case eval harness with per-run cost accounting, and a Next.js leadership app, all engineered for the client to own and operate after handover.
- An AI-augmented delivery pipeline (spec-driven, agent-run against a ticket backlog) that shipped 200+ fixes and features in a single month with very little direct developer time.
- Production AI agents with real cost management, not a prototype that quietly burns the budget.
- A multi-agent, character-led knowledge assistant: distinct specialists, a routing layer, retrieval grounding, and guardrails, all behind one interface.
- Enterprise RAG architecture: document-readiness assessment, hybrid retrieval and reranking, GraphRAG for relationship questions, adaptive routing, and evaluation gated in CI.
Before AI ate my calendar I shipped plenty of other things: an LMS with SCORM, a website builder with a large user base, event booking, commerce, enterprise chat, TV apps, mobile games. EdTech and SaaS are home turf.
Working with me, you get someone who'll architect the thing and then build it, who'll tell you when the simpler approach is the right one, and who measures whether the AI is working rather than trusting the vibes.
Stack: TypeScript and JavaScript end to end. React, React Native, Next.js, Node, NestJS, Express, GraphQL, serverless. AWS (Solutions Architect certified) and GCP, Docker, EKS, Terraform. Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB. Prisma, TypeORM, Apollo. Heavy on testing: Jest, RTL, Playwright, Cypress, full e2e suites. PMP on the delivery side.
Open to fractional CTO, tech lead, and senior build engagements, large or small. Tell me what you're stuck on and I'll tell you straight whether and how I can help.

I'm a UX designer and web developer with 14 years of experience working with universities and corporations — now bringing that same level of craft and professionalism to startups, small businesses, and independent founders.
I design with intention and build with care. My work spans responsive web development, mobile app development (iOS and Android), and UX/UI design — so I can take a product from concept to launch without handoff gaps slowing things down. For smaller teams and growing businesses, that kind of end-to-end ownership is often exactly what's needed.
You bring the vision — I bring the skills to make it real. Whether you have a fully fleshed-out idea or just a strong sense of what you want to build, I'm here to execute on it. No need to translate your thinking into technical language — I'll meet you where you are and take it from there.
Most recently, I independently designed, built, and shipped Camera Vault, a native mobile app available on both the App Store and Google Play — handling everything from UX and branding to release management on both platforms.
Who I work best with:
-Independent founders and startups moving from idea to launch
-Small businesses that need a trusted design and dev partner, not an agency
-Clients who value quality and want someone who takes ownership
If you have a project that needs to get done right, I'd love to work with you.

Senior UX/UI for live products where mistakes are expensive. Predictable shipping without management overhead or rework.
🟢 It’s a fit when:
- You already have a live product, but UX complexity is starting to slow the team down
- There are complex flows, data-heavy screens, and product constraints
- Design decisions regularly require extra clarification for developers
- You need someone who can get productive fast, without hand-holding
- The product is in production, and mistakes are expensive or risky
- You want to bring structure and consistency without a breaking everything
🟢 Production problems I’ve handled
- Expanding a U.S. government system where UX mistakes were costly
- Scaling a B2B platform across multiple growth stages as complexity increased
- Rebuilding a data-heavy SaaS into a full V2 once further expansion became unsafe
🟢 What to expect: ownership, predictable delivery, and fewer decisions on your side.
- Clear scope and deliverables agreed upfront
- Regular async updates, no constant check-ins required
- Working within existing product constraints
- Dev-friendly, production-ready deliverables
- Practical solutions without unnecessary complexity
- Design decisions carried through to implementation
- UX choices grounded in real flows, edge cases, and implementation
🟢 How engagement starts:
We start with a short call to align on your product state, constraints, and what needs to be solved first.
The goal is to quickly confirm whether this makes sense and define a low-risk next step.
If there’s a fit, I’ll suggest a concrete starting point with a predictable scope.
