As a manager and emcee, I master public speaking skills for crowds up to 1500, keeping the event vibe flowing. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace experience. I created and hired 6 female little people for a traveling burlesque-style dance show that I booked at clubs and event centers across the USA. I would book the show 7 days out and 7 days home twice a month. I would act as manager and emcee at least 7 days a month myself. We also traveled with security and a helper. Use social media as a tool to find prospective clients and entertainers. Experience making travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and ground transportation for the entertainers and staff. The trick was that they were flying out of 7 to 9 different airports and landing at the same airport on a tight schedule. I did my best to get everyone there within 2 hours of each other when possible. When not, I would take advantage of free airport shuttles. On occasion, I would have to fly people in a day early or get an early check-in at the hotel if the only flight was an early morning flight on the day of. Experience in scheduling, logistics, planning, and projecting. I would book the shows 150 to 200 miles apart so the girls can work the straight 7 days with minimal expenses. I kept the shows far enough apart that the venues would not compete with each other for ticket sales. We would also be able to fly round-trip in and out of the same airport by booking the shows logistically. I would not only sell and manage all events but also market them on our website and social media as well. I also provided the venues with digital marketing materials for their social media and websites.
