We keep a UX mindset and can provide UX/UI design (research, product design, design systems) when it helps. Over the past 8 years we’ve delivered numerous SaaS and marketplace projects together, so our delivery process is well-established and predictable. We’re based in Ukraine and fully prepared for local challenges: a documented business continuity plan, redundant power, dual ISPs and Starlink backup, and cloud-based infrastructure. The result is reliable delivery, even when conditions are less than ideal. ----- 📋 How we work ✓ Architecture: A senior lead defines the target architecture and guardrails, and creates a 1–2-page living doc to guide the team and ensure future scalability. ✓ Plan: For each milestone we prepare a Scope of Work with requirements, acceptance criteria, estimate and budget, and a delivery date. ✓ Risks: We flag risks early, propose mitigations, and re-plan openly when needed. ✓ Quality: Code review, unit tests, manual testing; API and E2E tests in CI where they add value. ✓ Changes: Any in-flight change is logged; scope, timeline, and budget are confirmed before proceeding. ✓ Delivery: Regular demos at an agreed cadence (often weekly or biweekly), plus full access to repos, pipelines, and documentation. ✓ Result: Faster iterations, predictable delivery, and a lower total cost of development. ----- 🅰️ℹ️ Our AI stance — assistant, not the architect We use AI to speed up research, information gathering, and routine tasks (scaffolding, test cases, draft docs). We don’t copy-paste AI output. We review it, validate it, and keep only what’s useful. Humans make the decisions and own the result—everything is reviewed, tested, and documented. We protect your data: we don’t send proprietary assets to external tools without explicit approval.
